민군작전 수행수준평가 모의방안 연구 (A Study of Simulation Method for Evaluation of Civil Military Operations Performance Level)

  • 현대전쟁에서는 군사적 승리가 곧 정치적 승리로 연결되지 못하므로 민군작전의 중요성이 더욱 대두된다. 따라서 우리군은 2014년부터 "민군작전모의모델" 체계개발 사업을 수행중에 있다. 민군작전은 민간인을 대상으로 실시하는 비군사적 작전으로서 민군작전 수행결과에 대한 평가를 통한 지휘관 결심 결과에 따라 민군작전 수행방향을 결정하게 된다. 따라서 민군작전 수행수준에 대한 평가를 실시하는 것이 "민군작전모의모델" 체계개발의 매우 중요한 요소로 판단되어 이에 대한 모의방안을 연구하게 되었다. 어떠한 상황의 발생은 민군작전 수행수준에 영향을 주고 상황조치를 위한 민군작전 수행의 결과는 민군작전 수행수준평가 5대 요소(행정수준, 치안수준, 기반시설수준, 인도적지원수준, 우호도)중 관련된 요소로 평가되고 평가결과는 다시 새로운 민군작전 수행 및 새로운 상황 발생에 영향을 주게 된다. 본 논문에서는 민군작전의 수행결과를 민군작전 수행수준평가 5대요소로 어떻게 평가하고 평가결과를 어떻게 활용할 것인가에 대한 모의방안을 제시하였으며 이러한 민군작전 수행수준평가 모의방안을 활용하여 "민군작전모의모델" 체계가 개발되면 우리나라 실정에 맞는 평가요소들이 반영된 모델로써 민군작전 분야의 연습훈련에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

전라남도 농촌한옥의 거주성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) of Rural Han-ok)

  • This study examined the trend of floor space characteristics, size characteristics and modeling characteristics so as to evaluate the satisfactory level of subjects living in Hanok. By doing so, the type of Hanok was classified into 5 groups. The satisfactory level was evaluated after the subjects resided in Hanok based on each type of housing. In the satisfactory level investigation, which was conducted after the residence, the overall satisfactory level on Hanok showed to be high. In the evaluation on the residence scale, positive results were generally achieved regarding 'full size of residence', 'number of rooms compared to residence size', 'size of living room', etc. The indoor environment of residence evaluation mainly showed positive results regarding 'ventilation', but most subjects were unsatisfied in regard to 'heating', 'noise', 'lighting', etc. In the behavioral factor evaluation of residents, positive results were gained regarding 'health', but comparatively negative results showed based on items of 'construction expense', 'burden of maintenance expense', 'investment value', etc. After analyzing the influential factors on the overall satisfactory level, results showed that 'dust inflow' of the physical site environment evaluation, 'size of living room' of the residence size evaluation, 'heating' of the residence indoor environment evaluation, and 'burden of maintenance expense' in the behavioral factor evaluation significantly influences the overall satisfactory level.

  • Generally, noise from a indoor air conditioner has been measured by overall sound pressure level, dB. Customers evaluation, however, of the noise from an air conditioners should not be depend on the only overall level but also the sensory feeling. Moreover, in this sensory evaluation, irregular, time-varying and uneven sounds which are difficult to describe itself by overall level are more affectable. Unfortunately however the formal evaluation method for this kinds of noise is not determined yet. In this research, the evaluation method for tonal noise, which is one of the unmeasurable sounds by overall level, is proposed to evaluate its acceptability based on the consumer's sense of hearing. To consider the consumer's sense, several times of Jury evaluation are carried out. The proposed approach could be applied to the other sound, which acoustical characteristics are similar to the tonal noise .

e-러닝에서 학습자의 사전동기와 수강관련 요인이 강의평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Students' Pre-motivation and Class Related Factors on Class Evaluation in e-Learning)

  • The purpose of this study is to find student factors associated with the students' evaluation of university teaching, and to provide a meaningful reference to policy-making of teaching evaluation. Based on the surveyed questionnaires from 232 students who participated in e-learning course. in combination with applying descriptive statistics, this study analyzes (1) the influences of students' pre-motivation level of student based-on ARCS theory on class satisfaction, (2) the influences of students' grade, attendance, and class involvement on class satisfaction, and (3) the influences of e-learning experience on students' pre-motivation level and class satisfaction. Result of this study shows that: (1) students' pre-motivation level including Attention(A), Relevance(R), Confidence(C), and Satisfaction(S) is positively correlated to students' evaluation for teaching, (2) students' grade, attendance. and class involvement are positively correlated to students' evaluation for teaching, and (3) students' e-learning experience is not related with students' pre-motivation level, whereas it is related with class satisfaction.

대학 수업평가의 개념모형 개발 (A Study on Developing a Conceptual Model of Course Evaluation in University)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish a conceptual model of the course evaluations. in University. This paper has examined the course evaluations according to the levels, purposes, objects, and methods of them. And this paper has been classified for a conceptual model of the course evaluation. As the result of this analysis, four dimensions of course evaluation have been found. First, formative and summative evaluation have been found. The purposes of formative evaluation were improving quality of courses and collecting information for improvement of curriculum. The purposes of summative evaluation were offering informations on faculty staffing and improving of learning outcomes. Second, the levels of course evaluation were classified into university-level, professor-level, and student-level. Third, the objects of course evaluation were classified into analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Forth, the methods of course evaluation were classified into questionnaire, observation, interview, and content analysis. As a result of this analysis, 120 types of course evaluations have been found.

국방품질경영체제(DQMS) 정량평가모델 개발 및 제도화 방안 연구 (A Study on the Development and Institutionalization Plan of a Quantitative Evaluation Model of Defense Quality Management System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a quantitative evaluation model for the defense quality management system and suggest institutionalization plans. To this end, another existing evaluation model was reviewed and analyzed to develop a quantitative evaluation model applicable to military institutions. Methods: In this study, in order to establish a DQMS quantitative evaluation model, a military product quality level survey model and a defense quality model operated in the defense field were analyzed. In addition, evaluation models and indicators were analyzed by investigating evaluation models operated by other institutions and private sectors. Results: As a result of the study, the total score of the DQMS model was 1,000 points, 600 points for maturity level indicators and 400 points for operation performance indicators, and the evaluation items consisted of 7 major categories and 25 middle categories. The maturity level index 600 points are 70 points for organizational situation, 60 points for leadership, 40 points for planning, 100 points for support, 180 points for operation, 90 points for performance evaluation, and 60 points for improvement. Conclusion: It will be easy to quantify and evaluate the operating level of DQMS certified companies through the application of the DQMS quantitative evaluation model and evaluation criteria presented in this study. As a result, it will be possible to grasp the level of quality management system and the areas of improvement, and the overall level of improvement can be expected by inducing voluntary improvement activities through sharing of best practices and identifying improvement cases.

부부의 생활 만족도 비교 분석 : 주관적 경제수준 평가를 중심으로 (Comparative analysis of live satisfaction of husband and wife -Concentrated on subject evaluation of economic level-)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the differences between the husband's and wife's satisfaction of home life. This study is also to compare and analyze some empirical influence on life satisfaction of husband and wife according to home socio-demographic variables and subjective evaluation of economic level including their perception levels of home economics circumstance. The major results are as follows; 1. The husband's score of life satisfaction shows signifcantly more than wife's score that is his score is 3.36 and her score is 3.19. 2. The variables which affect couple's life satisfaction are the perception of resource adequacy the perception of the adequacy of household income, the evaluation level of resource contribution and the perception of level of living relative to others. The most influential variable of the husband is the perception of resource adequacy, while the most influential variable of the sife is the evaluation level of resource contribution. 3. The result of the relative contribution for the variables of life satisfaction are as follows. The explanation of husband's sociodemographic variable is 11.5% if variable of subjective evaluation of economic level is added the explain power is 34.1%(increase, 22.6% (p<0.001)) The explanation of wife's socio-demographic variable is 9.8% If variable of subjective evaluation of economic level is added the explanation is 41.2% (increase 31.4% (p<0.001)).

  • 현재의 정보보호시스템 위험 분석 수준 측정에 대한 시험 평가업무는 미국, 영국을 비롯한 선진국에서만 평가 기술을 확보하고 있으나, 국내의 경우 위험분석 수준측정을 위한 인프라와 평가기술이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보보안 위험분석 수준 측정 기술 및 평가방법에 대해 연구하고 이를 이용하여 보안통제항목의 개발 및 이를 적용한 보안 수준 성능 평가 도구를 제시한다. 제시한 도구를 이용한 정보보호 시스템의 보안 관리 수준 분석을 통해 현 시스템과 보안 환경에 대한 보안 관리 수준을 평가할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 인터넷 및 정보기술의 발전은 정보의 생성 및 관리기술 뿐만이 아니라 정보보호의 중요성을 증대시키고 있다. 정보보호는 기술적인 측면만이 아니라 관리적인 측면을 포함한 영역이며 관리적 측면에서 정보보호 수준 평가에 대한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 현재까지 대부분의 정보보호 평가체계는 정보보호제품에 중점을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 기업의 조직 관점에서 정보보호 수준 평가에 대한 연구를 목적으로 하고 있다. 기업의 정보보호수준을 평가하기 위해서는 기업 조직 전반에 대한 분석과 이를 기반으로 한 종합적이고 체계적인 평가 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기업 전반에 대한 정보보호 요인을 기획, 환경, 지원, 기술 관리의 수준으로 구분하고 이를 기반으로 지표를 개발하여, 기업조직 전체의 정보보호 수준을 측정함으로서, 기업의 정보보호수준 위치 파악과 이를 통한 발전적인 정보보호 방향을 제시하기 위한 정보보호수준 평가체계를 연구하였다.

교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대한 중고교생들의 인식 및 관심 수준에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Awareness and Interest Level of the Performance Evaluation Book List in Middle and High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대한 중고교 학생들의 인식 및 관심 수준을 알아보고 나아가 그러한 수준에 따른 만족도 및 교육성과와의 관계를 알아본 연구이다. 이를 위하여 서울시 소재의 2개의 중학교와 고등학교의 학생 200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 성별과 학교급별에 따라서 교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대한 학생들의 관심 수준에는 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대하여 관심이 있는 학생이 수행평가에 더 많은 시간과 노력을 소비하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교과별 수행평가 도서목록에 대한 인식 수준에 따라서 지식습득과 학업성취도와의 관계가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 선택 기준과 만족도에도 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
