해양레저스포츠에 대한 인식과 이용실태 분석을 통한 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study for the Vitalizations of Marine Leisure Sports; Analyses on the recognitions for the Marine Leisure Sports and their Current State-of-the- Art)

  • 주 5일 근무제가 확대되어 국민의 여가시간이 증가되고 소득수준이 향상됨에 따라 해양레저스포츠에 대한 국민들의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 지자체들도 해양레저스포츠 관련 전시회, 국제요트대회 등을 개최하고 대규모 투자를 추진하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 선진국의 수요패턴과 달리 수요가 크게 늘어나지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양레저스포츠에 대한 일반인들의 인식과 사용자들의 이용실태를 통계적으로 조사 및 분석하고 저해요인을 고찰하여 활성화를 위한 정책을 도출하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여 해양레저스포츠의 활성화를 위해서는 일반인들의 인식을 개선하면서 법과 제도를 정비하고 인프라를 구축하며 기술개발 등을 체계적으로 추진하는 정책과제의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 정부의 관련 정책과 사업자들의 사업계획 수립에 유용한 자료를 제공함으로써 투자의 리스크를 최소화하고 궁극적으로 해양레저스포츠의 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 평가된다.

농촌여가 시장의 재방문 선택요인 분석 -부래미, 다랭이, 볏가리지역을 대상으로- (An Analysis on the Re-visitation Choice of Rural Leisure - Focused on Buraemi, Daraengi, Byucgari region -)

  • Recently, rural leisure by urban dwellers has been recognized as a catalyst for regional development or restoration. The federal government implemented several regional planning policies attempting to address this phenomenon in the late nineties. However, most of these policies focused on supply-centered planning, which caused a diverse set of problems relating to the sustainability and economic validity of the planning. Instead, this study focuses on the re-visitation one of the demand variables, with the intention of analyzing the character of rural leisure demand and its re-visitation choice attributes. For these reasons, this study investigates the character of current rural leisure demand, and develops functional equations about urban people who visit rural areas, using logit model. The results of this study can be summarized as follow: Urban people are visiting rural areas from nearby cities or metropolitan areas that are within 3 hours driving distance, and over 80% of rural visitors are one-day visitors. Therefore, most of their visitation activities should be understood as rural leisure, including rural tourism. In addition, the likelihood of the rural tourist to make a return visit is influenced by their transportation means, product purchasing, staying period and travel time. The results of such rural leisure demand can provide information for regional planning strategies, such as selection of target market, type of market segments, improvement of recognition level, activity program price, facility and space planning, produce sale and connection with tour site.

골프 복식규범과 골프웨어 스타일 표현 -20·30대 골퍼를 중심으로- (Golf Clothing Norms and Golf Wear Stylistic Expressions -Centered on Golfers in 20·30s-)

  • This study identified domestic and foreign golf clothing norms and extended recognition and attitude on golf clothing norms expressed in a golf wear style for golfer groups in their 20s-30s. Domestic golf clothing norms were derived from a theoretical research and case study; subsequently, golfers in their 20s-30s were classified into 4 groups. In-depth interviews were conducted using a serious leisure concept to analyze attitudes and stylistic expressions. Domestic golf clothing norms derived from stipulated and implicit norms varied as a type and situation of a golf course, gender of the golfer, and domestic golfers in their 20s-30s perceived such a point. For golfers in their 20s-30s, attitudes on golf clothing norms and their stylistic expressions showed differences according to gender and leisure type. As for gender characteristics, female golfers focused on 'look prettier' in stylistic expressions through experiences with a double-standard clothing norm; however, male golfers showed strict application and observance of a clothing norm in stylistic expressions compared to female golfers. However, male golfer groups in their 20s-30s as 'casual leisure participants' and those as 'serious leisure participants' showed differences becuase the former showed a tendency to observe clothing norms from other viewpoints and evaluations and the latter showed off their abilities and careers as a means of distinction. As for characteristic of stylistic expressions according to a leisure type, golfers in their 20s-30s showed distinction as serious leisure participants through forming new and independent clothing norms. Research findings are expected to provide an opportunity to reconsidering the influence of clothing norms in young people who have a strong tendency to express clothing style as a means to pursue individuality and taste.

노인계획주거 대안선택 집단에 따른 특성 비교 -일ㆍ여가ㆍ서비스 제공 수준 차이를 중심으로- (A Study on the Characteristics of Groups Selecting Different Planned Housing Alternatives in Later Life -With Focus to Levels of Work Opportunities, Leisure Activities and Services-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the general characteristics of test subjects in association with three planned housing alternatives in different focus level of work opportunities, leisure activities and services. Subjects used in the study were people in their 50's who were surveyed in 2002. A total of 464 subjects were selected from 556 samples. Statistical significance was found between the preferred housing alternatives and the subjects' background including education level of the subjects and their spouses, monthly income, assets, subjective economic capabilities, and housing size. However, there was no statistically significant differences in recognition of housing problems for later life among groups. Groups selecting different planned housing alternatives showed statistically significant differences for some features of the senior housing. From these results, it is proposed that various designs based on the levels of work opportunities, leisure activities, and services for the senior housing should be provided to satisfy the demands.

온천관광지의 이용동기에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Visiters' Motivation for Hot Spring Resorts)

  • Leisure motivation is an important concept in the study of leisure behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine visitors' motivations for hot spring resorts in Korea. The data were collected by questionnaires survey in three hot spring resorts in 1994:Suanbo, Paikam, and Chuksan. The findings of this study are summarized as follows: The eight motivation factors extracted by factor analysis such as; 1)"intellectual needs", 2)'escaping everyday life', 3)'closing nature', 4)'recognition or status', 5)'interaction with others', 6)'health', 7)'family vacation', 8)'hot spring bathing'. The three resorts showed significant deferences in the motivation of visitors. Visitors of Suanbo have high motivation for 'intellectual needs', 'interaction with others', and 'thealth', and visitors of Chuksan for 'closing nature', 'family vacation', and 'hot spring bathing'. This study has proved first, psychological(pushing) factors are more important than pulling factors of resorts, second, in pulling factors, natural sceneries were more important than medicinal properties of the hot springs. And this study found several important implications for predicting visitors' demand in hot spring resorts.

장기요양시설 요양보호사의 직무에 대한 수행도, 교육요구도 및 전문직업성 인식 (Job Performance, Educational Needs, and Recognition of Professionalism among Care Workers in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the job performance and educational needs, and recognition of professionalism among care workers, and to organize educational programs according to the priorities of care workers. Methods: The participants were 119 care workers who were working in long-term care facilities. Data were collected from May 31 to June 7, 2019 using self-report questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, and Spearman's Correlation Coefficients. Results: The performance aspects of the job were as follows: care for safety and infection-related, communication and leisure support, and excretion. The most demanded educational needs were in first-aid. Care workers had more than average professional recognition. Job performance and educational needs, and recognition of professionalism differed significantly according to several general characteristics. Conclusions: The educational needs of the areas with low frequency of job performance were high. First-aid is low in frequency, but it is important to cope with emergencies, so it is necessary to continue education. Also, there is a difference in recognition of professionalism according to the career. It will be necessary to develop individualized education programs to meet the needs of care workers.

경찰조직 여가스포츠참여자의 참여만족과 조직유효성 및 조직헌신도의 관계 (Relationships Among Participation Satisfaction, Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Commitment in Leisure Sports Participants of Police Organization)

  • 본 연구는 경찰조직 여가스포츠참여자의 참여만족에 따른 조직유효성 및 조직헌신도의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2009년 광주광역시에 근무하고 있는 경찰공무원 중 여가스포츠에 참여하고 있는 경찰공무원을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 5개 경찰서를 선정, 총 200명을 표집하여 불성실하거나 수거되지 않은 27부를 제외한, 최종 173부의 설문자료를 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참여만족의 하위변인인 공익기여, 사회인정, 개인성취는 조직유효성의 하위변인인 직무만족과 조직 몰입 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참여만족의 하위변인인 공익기여, 사회인적, 개인성취는 조직헌신도의 하위변인인 가치헌신에는 공익기여, 사회인정 변인에서 영향을 미쳤으며, 근속헌신에는 공익기여와 개인성취에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직유효성의 하위변인인 직무만족, 조직몰입은 조직헌신도의 하위변인인 가치헌신에는 모두 영향을 미쳤으며, 근속헌신에는 조직몰입만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Cave Features as a Tourism Resource

  • The modern people spend more time with heir family on weekends, and this changed the perspective toward leisure and tourism. Along with this, the recognition toward tourism resources have underwent various modifications with the increasing number of family tourists. Caves are categorized as lava tube (formed by volcano activity), lime stone cave(formed by absorption of water into underground level), sea cave (formed by wave erosion) and artificial cave that were made for the fluent traffic activity of railways or roads. Caves manifest characteristics of tourism as a natural resources and tourism as a humanity study, so caves are valuable as a multipurpose tourism resource.

베이붐세대의 여가몰입이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지에 대한 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Leisure Flow by the Baby Boomers in their Psychological Well-being: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Social Support)

  • 본 연구는 베이붐세대를 대상으로 여가몰입이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 사회적 지지의 매개 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 서울 및 경기도에 거주하고 있는 베이붐세대(55년-63년생)이면서 여가활동에 참여하고 있는 신노년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 470명의 응답을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 베이붐세대의 여가몰입은 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 베이붐세대의 여가몰입은 사회적 지지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 베이붐세대의 사회적 지지에 대한 인식은 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 베이붐세대의 여가몰입과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 간접효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 베이붐세대가 노년문화를 주도하기 시작하는 현 시점에서 변화하는 노년문화를 긍정적인 방향으로 유도하여 베이붐세대의 개인적인 삶의 질 향상뿐만 아니라 건강한 사회를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

경북지역 대학생의 전통음식에 대한 태도(II) -전통음식에 대한 인지도, 세시풍습에 대한 태도 및 라이프스타일과의 관계- (A study on the attitudes of the university students in the Kyung-book area on the traditional foods(II) -the recognition, the seasonal customs and the life style-)

  • This paper is intended to find out how much the university students in the Kyung-book area recognize Korean traditional foods and what their attitudes toward the seasonal manners and customs are, and to analyze the differences according to their life styles. The average recognition of 27 kinds of Korean traditional foods is found to be 2.17 in general, 2.00 with male students and 2.34 with female students, which figures are thought to be low. The recognition of female students is significantly higher than that of male students. 94.4% of the subjects for this study wish traditional foods to be handed down. The reasons for handing them don are Korean unique culture, which is the highest (78.4%), good nutrition(7.2%) and good taste(14.5%). No student points to low price as a reason, which shows that university students think traditional foods more expensive than western foods. There is a positive correlation(p<0.05) between the evaluations and uses of traditional foods, so those with high evaluations of them use them more. The recognition of traditional foods is positively correlated to the attitudes toward the seasonal manners and customs, monthly family income(p<0.01) and mothers' educational levels(p<0.05). Based on life styles, the individuality-centered type shows the highest recognition of traditional foods(2.39), while the leisure-valuing type shows the lowest(2.03). There is a significant difference between the two.
