e-Learning 시스템의 성공요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 (Exploring the Success Factors of the e-Learning Systems)

  • Information technology and the Internet have had a dramatic effect on education method and individual life. Universities and companies we making large investments in e-Learning applications but are hard to pressed to evaluate the success of their e-Learning systems. e-Learning can be seen as not only one of Internet based information systems which can provide education services but also one of teaching-teaming methods which can implement self-directed teaming. This paper tests the updated model of information system success proposed by Delone and McLean using a field study of a e-Learning. The five dimensions - information quality, system quality, service quality, user satisfaction, net benefit - of the updated model are parsimonious framework for organizing the e-learning success metrics identified in the literature. Questionaires are collected from 107 students who are enrolling a e-learning class using online survey. The model is tested using SPSS and LISREL. The results show that information quality and service quality are significant predictors of user satisfaction with the e-Learning system but system quality is not. Also user satisfaction is found to be a strong predictor of the learning performance. This strong association between user satisfaction and teaming performance suggests that user satisfaction may serve as a valid surrogate for teaming performance. Empirical testing of the updated DeLone & McLean model should therefore be extended to cover a wider variety of systems.

  • Due to the influence of COVID-19, many changes have been made in the education methods in universities. In respomse, this study intendsto present an efficient learning method by identifying the impact of professor images on learning immersion and the learning satisfaction of classes taught with blended learning for university students majoring in beauty at H University in Seoul. For final analysis, 232 of the 234 questionnaires administered from May 17, 2021 to June 2, 2021 were analyzed. For statistical analysis, SPSS 21.0 was utilized; frequency analysis was conducted to identify demographic characteristics, factor analysis was used to verify the research model, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis. First, images of professors have been shown to affect learning immersion. Second, the professor image were shown to affect learning satisfaction. Third, education immersion has been shown to affect educational satisfaction. In order to overcome the limitations of online lectures in universities that suddenly began with onset of COVID-19, it is believed that students' satisfaction can be increased by applying blended learning as a way to improve the quality of classes.

모바일러닝 시스템 품질과 학습몰입 및 만족도 간의 관계 탐색 (An exploration of relationship between mobile learning system quality and learning flow and satisfaction)

  • This study analyzed the effects on system quality, learning commitment, and satisfaction in a mobile environment. A survey was conducted on 192 students enrolled in K University, and the research results are as follows. first, it was found that usefulness had an effect on learning commitment, but connectivity and reliability did not affect learning commitment. second, it was found that the usefulness and connectivity of the system quality had a significant effect on the satisfaction of use. third, the intermediary effect of learning immersion was verified as the connectivity, reliability, and usefulness of the system quality influence the satisfaction of use. connectivity and reliability had no mediating effect of learning commitment, and usefulness was found to play a partial mediating role in affecting user satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it can provide a plan for improving the quality management of mobile learning and improving the learning effect by analyzing the effects on mobile learning from multiple perspectives.

Analysis of learning flow and learning satisfaction according to the non-face-to-face class operation method

  • This study is a comparative survey study conducted to explore the differences in learners' learning flow and learning satisfaction according to the non-face-to-face class operation methods implemented at universities. After implementing different class management methods for the same subject taught by the same instructor non-face-to-face for 15 weeks, each learning flow and learning satisfaction were compared and analyzed, and the collected data were analyzed with IBM SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, learning flow was high in the order of lectures using real-time ZOOM and recorded lectures using self-studio(3.41±0.91, 3.28±1.01), and learning satisfaction was high in the order of lectures using real-time ZOOM and lectures using the automatic recording system of classes(3.40±0.80, 3.30±0.74). The item with the lowest score was the PPT audio recording lecture in both areas of learning flow and learning satisfaction(2.72±1.04, 1.73±1.04). Considering that system errors such as sound in the smart lecture environment operated for the first time in this study affected the research results, it is suggested that future research should be conducted by supplementing the corresponding part.

블렌디드 러닝 수업에 대한 간호학생의 만족도 조사 (A Study on Nursing Students' Satisfaction in Blended Learning)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 Blended learning 수업에서 간호학생의 만족도와 연구대상의 일반적 특성에 따른 만족도 차이를 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구는 '간호학특론 I (1)' 과목을 수강한 간호학과 4학년 학생 중 연구 참여에 동의한 학생을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 142부 중 122부를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자의 수업 만족도는 오프라인 수업 만족도가 가장 높았고, 온라인 수업, Blended learning 수업 만족도 순이었다. 둘째, 연구대상자의 일반적 특성 중 성별에 따라 온라인 수업 만족도에 차이가 있었고 오프라인 수업 만족도는 주관적 성적 정도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, Blended learning 수업 중 온라인 수업에서 가장 개선되어야 할 부분으로 학생들은 기술지원 및 시스템을 지적하였다. 본 연구를 통해 효과적인 Blended learning 수업 방안과 Blended learning에 대한 대학의 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 문제중심학습을 적용한 시뮬레이션 실습 교육이 간호학생의 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향 및 학습만족도에 영향을 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 K 지역 U 대학교 통합시뮬레이션 실습교과목을 수강한 63명의 간호학생으로 자료는 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 실습 수업 전 후에 수집되었다. 연구결과 문제해결능력과 학습만족도가 유의하게 향상된 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 문제해결능력, 비판적 사고성향 및 학습만족도간에는 양의 상관관계가 나타나 문제해결능력이 높아지면 비판적 사고성향과 학습만족도가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 문제중심학습을 적용한 시뮬레이션 실습교육이 문제해결능력과 학습만족도를 향상시키고 비판적 사고성향을 향상시키기 위해서는 충분한 반복 연습이 실습에서 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 본 연구목적은 일반고 학생들의 자기주도 학습, 온라인 수업 환경, 그리고 학습만족도 간의 구조관계를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 세종 B고교 3학년의 219명이며, 상관관계와 구조방정식 모형을 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, 자기주도 학습과 온라인 수업 환경 및 학습만족도 간에는 중간 이상의 상관관계를 있었다. 둘째로, 측정변인들 간의 구조모형의 적합도 지수도 양호했다. 자기주도 학습은 온라인 수업 환경에 영향을 주고, 온라인 수업환경은 학습만족도에 정적으로 영향을 주지만, 자기주도 학습은 학습만족도에 유의한 영향력은 없었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 학습자의 온라인 수업만족도는 학생의 자기주도 학습능력이 교사의 훌륭한 수업환경의 조성이 이루어질 때 시너지 효과를 얻음을 알 수 있다. 추후 온라인 학습만족도에 대하여 다양한 학습자의 개인, 가정 및 학교요소를 종합적으로 투입하는 분석할 것을 제안했다.

비행교관의 변혁적 리더십이 학생조종사의 심리적 안정감과 학업만족에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Flight Instructor's Transformative Leaderships on Student Pilot's Psychological Stabilities and Learning Satisfactions)

  • This research is accomplished to verify objectively how flight instructor's transformative leadership affects student pilot's psychological stabilities and learning satisfactions. Flight instructor's transformative leadership factor divided into individual consideration, intellectual stimulus and charisma from exploring factor analysis. Psychological stability factor subdivided into happiness, concentration and satisfaction. Learning satisfaction factor subdivided into participation, recommendation, persistence, accomplishment and relationship. According to the analysis of flight instructor's transformative leadership effect on psychological stability, it showed that it has statistical significance on happiness, concentration and satisfaction. It also has positive influence on happiness and concentration. The result from regression analysis showed that individual consideration and charisma affected happiness and concentration in order. However, satisfaction from individual consideration, intellectual stimulus and charisma didn't show statistical significance to student pilot's satisfaction. Analysis of flight instructor's transformative leadership on student pilot's learning satisfaction showed statistical significance between them. Intellectual stimulus and charisma had positive influence on student pilot's learning satisfaction. Regression analysis showed charisma and intellectual affect student pilot's learning satisfaction in order.

메타버스 특성요인과 학습 몰입 및 학습 만족도 간의 구조적 관계 분석 : 게더타운을 대상으로 (Analysis of Structural Relationships Among Metaverse Characteristic Factors, Learning Immersion, and Learning Satisfaction: With Gather Town)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships between interest, interaction level, presence, which are the characteristics of metaverse, learning immersion, and learning satisfaction, which are learning factors. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire survey technique was used to achieve the purpose of the study. A questionnaire survey was conducted from November 22 to December 5, 2021, with students with experience in non-face-to-face classes using Gather Town and a total of 114 copies of the questionnaire excluding those with insincere answers were used for empirical analysis. SPSS Win ver.23.0 was used for basic statistical analysis, and AMOS 22.0 was used for the establishment and analysis of a structural equation model. Findings According to the study findings, interest and interaction levels had effects on learning immersion and learning presence, self-efficacy on learning presence, and learning immersion and learning presence on learning satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it conducted an empirical study to find variables for improving learning immersion by conducting classes based on metaverse. Based on the findings of this study, it was found that interest and interaction, which are the biggest characteristics of metaverse, sustain learning participation and immersion and increase presence thereby enhancing learning satisfaction so that the possibilities of metaverse as a next generation education platform passing the limit of existing real time video platforms can be peeped.

간호사의 학습 관련 자기주도성과 직무만족 및 조직몰입과의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship of Self-directed Learning with Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify of the relationship of self-directed learning with job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses. Method: The subjects were 247 nurses who were working for the 5 of hospitals in Seoul, Daejeon and Kyong Ki. This study was conducted from Sep to Dec 2006. The data was collected by questionnaires and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation coefficients. Result: The self-directed learning was influenced significantly by the last school career, married state and job career. The job satisfaction was influenced significantly by job career. The organizational commitment was influenced significantly by age and job career. The self-directed learning is related with job satisfaction and organizational commitment of nurses. Conclusion: The findings indicated that the self-directed learning of nurses is important factor for improving job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Therefore it may be necessary further to develop the self-directed learning training program for efficiently nurse's education.
