  • This study aims to understand the effects of perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and expected matching on user satisfaction and continuous use intention for the learning management system (LMS). To this end, an online survey was conducted on K University students located in Chungcheongbuk-do, and 488 data were analyzed and utilized. First, it was found that the expected match of the learning management system had an effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease. Second, it was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and expected matching had an effect on user satisfaction. Perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and perceived ease of use were found to have an effect on the intention to continue using. It can be seen that the improvement of the quality of the university education system has an effect on the improvement of learners' learning effects and satisfaction. Accordingly, it is necessary to seek various ways to continuously manage the quality of the learning management system.

  • The purpose of this study was to establish different levels of learning satisfaction concerning bakery and confectionery institute students in relation to their educational environment as well as to determine the relationships between variables. A questionnaire was distributed to 260 students enrolled in the bakery and confectionery institute at Gyeongju in the Pohang and Ulsan area, and 242 were used in the final analysis. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 12.0 Windows. Results of this study can be summarized as follows. The students were mostly satisfied with the learning environment and teaching methods of the institute. A significant difference was observed between male and female students for recognizing teaching methods and major recognition. Furthermore, the educational environment and major recognition of students were positively related with learning satisfaction. Therefore, the staff at the bakery and confectionary institute should provide the proper curriculum and facilities for the students.

  • This study examined the multi-phrased effects and outcomes of adult female learners who participated in lifelong learning activities, as well as the proposed structural relationships among the five latent variables. Questions established to achieve the purpose of the study are as follow: What effects do the learner's characteristics, lifelong education institutions, learning flow, and learning satisfaction have on the learning come? The participants of the survey numbered 632, but 54 respondents who were unreliable or did not complete their survey were excluded. A total of 578 cases were analyzed for this research. The structural relationships among the five latent variables-learner's characteristics, lifelong education institutions, learning flow and learning satisfaction, and learning outcome of the adult female learners-AMOS 18.0 program were also used for structural analysis. The major findings of this research are as follows. First, the model fitness showed that the hypothetical model provided a reasonable fit to the data ${\chi}^2=224.267$ (df=69, p<.001), RMSEA=.062, TLI=.943, RFI=.920, CFI=.957, IFI=.957, NFI=.939. Second, the learner's characteristics ( =.218, p<.001) and lifelong education institutions ( =.301, p<.001) have a direct effect on the learning outcomes. The learning flow ( =-.149 p=.541) does not have a direct effect on the learning outcome. Learning satisfaction ( =.405 p<.001) have a direct effect on the learning outcome. To put findings above together, in respect to adult female learners' performances, the learning outcomes are influenced directly by the learner characteristics, conditions of the lifelong education institutions, and learning satisfaction, whereas satisfaction indirectly affects the learners' learning outcome.

  • Havruta is the best teaching and learning method for developing the process of thinking, and it is a method of education centered on a range of student activities. This study examined the effects of adult learning nursing education using the Havruta learning method on the critical thinking disposition, learning commitment, and learning satisfaction. Data collection was carried out from September to December, 2017 in 96 second grade nursing college students attending a university in U city. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2-test$, t-test, and two-way repeated ANOVA using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. The critical thinking disposition, learning commitment, and learning satisfaction were similar in the experimental group, who performed the adult nursing education using the Havruta learning method, and the control group. On the other hand, after the adult nursing education using the Havruta learning method, the critical thinking tendency (md=.14, p=.045), learning commitment (md=.27, p=.025), learning satisfaction (md=.30, p=.031) increased significantly. Therefore, adult nursing education using the Havruta learning method is an effective program to improve the critical thinking disposition, learning commitment, and learning satisfaction of nursing college students.

Method: The study subject were 181 students from Gimcheon university. Data for this survey was obtain by self-administration method. This questionnaire consist of $lecture^{\circ}$Øs interesting and satisfaction when using an blended learning in the lecture. SPSS 22.0 was used. Analysis of frequency was used and two sammple t-test was used to identify significantly different blended interesting and sataisfaction within the grade. Multiple regression was used to which interestings affect the satisfaction. Results: First, there were significant differences in the grade among the blended interesting and sataisfaction, while on differences in participation satisfaction(p<0.05). Second, The correlation coefficient is 0.714 between blended interesting and staisfaction, Third, Multiple regression showed that the $lecture^{\circ}$Øs interesting applying blended learning affects the satisfaction(p<0.05). Conclusion: Given the findings of the study, lecture applying blended learning seem to be efficient education programs to improve lecture's interesting & satisfaction.

  • The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship among learning motive, job creativity, major satisfaction and school satisfaction of enrolled students in 2 vocational schools in Seoul. Hypotheses based on the relevant literature are tested. Job creativity was found to be positively influenced by learning motives and autonomy. Intrinsic learning motive and autonomy affect student's major satisfaction, but extrinsic learning motive was found to have negative effects on major satisfaction as autonomy trait was irrelevant to school satisfaction. Vocational college programs offer mainly technical and on-the-job training unlike general colleges. Thus, students are psychologically sensitive to school programs and multidisciplinary approach is needed.

  • The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among on-line task value, university support, satisfaction, learning persistence in Cyber University. For this study, W cyber university in Korea was chosen to conduct web survey. A hypothetical model was proposed, which was composed of on-line task value, university support as exogenous variables, satisfaction, learning persistence as endogenous variables. And satisfaction have been suggested as intervening endogenous variables. The result of this study is as follows: First, on-line task value and university support affect satisfaction. Second, university support and satisfaction affect learning persistence. Lastly, satisfaction mediated on-line task value, university support and learning persistence.

  • Many web-based learning systems have been developed and used widely. But it is known that web-based courses have higher drop out rate. Prior studies in classroom-based courses have shown there is a high correlation between student satisfaction and retention. This paper examines the developed web based self-regulated learning system and analyze self-regulated learning factors. We have derived key factors and their relationship that affect student satisfaction in web-based learning. The key factors are Self-evaluating, Goal setting & Planning, Seeking information, Seeking social assistance and Reviewing records. We found the key factors will help retention in web-based learning.

  • Objective : This Study was conducted in order to develop the Learning Satisfaction (LS)and Learning Flow Scale(LFS) for Korean Medical Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology and to investigate the reliability and validity. Methods : LF and LFS were administered to 44 students and 20 resident physicians . We examined the test-retest reliability, internal consistency and perfomed factor analysis. Result : 1. Test-retest reliability were reliable on LS and LFS for Korean Medical Ophathalmology & Otolaryngology.2. Test-retest reliability were unreliable comparatively on LS and LFS for Korean Medical Dermatology.3. internal consistency were all reliable in LS and LFS Korean Medical Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology.4. factor analysis were reliable only LS of Korean Medical Dermatology. Conclusions : LS and LFS has reliability to measure learning satisfaction and learning flow of Korean Medical students. But there is no evidence about validity of LS and LFS for Korean Medical Ophthalmology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology.
