공 던지기 로봇의 정책 예측 심층 강화학습 (Deep Reinforcement Learning of Ball Throwing Robot's Policy Prediction)

  • Robot's throwing control is difficult to accurately calculate because of air resistance and rotational inertia, etc. This complexity can be solved by using machine learning. Reinforcement learning using reward function puts limit on adapting to new environment for robots. Therefore, this paper applied deep reinforcement learning using neural network without reward function. Throwing is evaluated as a success or failure. AI network learns by taking the target position and control policy as input and yielding the evaluation as output. Then, the task is carried out by predicting the success probability according to the target location and control policy and searching the policy with the highest probability. Repeating this task can result in performance improvements as data accumulates. And this model can even predict tasks that were not previously attempted which means it is an universally applicable learning model for any new environment. According to the data results from 520 experiments, this learning model guarantees 75% success rate.

  • Learning control of a robot manipulator is proposed using the backpropagation neural network. The learning controller is composed of both a linear feedback controller and a neural network-based feedforward controller. The stability analysis of the learning controller is presented. Three energy functions are selected in teaching the neural network controller : 1/2.SIGMA.vertical bar torque error vertical bar $^{2}$, 1/2.SIGMA..alpha. vertical bar position error vertical bar $^{2}$ + .betha. vertical bar velocity error vertical bar $^{2}$ + .gamma. vertical bar acceleration error vertical bar $^{2}$ and learning methods are presented. Simulation results show that the learning controller which is learned to minimize the third energy function performs better than the others in tracking problems. Some properties of the learning controller are discussed with simulation results.

멀티모달 상호작용 중심의 로봇기반교육 콘텐츠를 활용한 r-러닝 시스템 사용의도 분석 (A Study on the Intention to Use a Robot-based Learning System with Multi-Modal Interaction)

  • This paper introduces a robot-based learning system which is designed to teach multiplication to children. In addition to a small humanoid and a smart device delivering educational content, we employ a type of mixed-initiative operation which provides enhanced multi-modal cognition to the r-learning system through human intervention. To investigate major factors that influence people's intention to use the r-learning system and to see how the multi-modality affects the connections, we performed a user study based on TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The results support the fact that the quality of the system and the natural interaction are key factors for the r-learning system to be used, and they also reveal very interesting implications related to the human behaviors.

ON LEARNING OF CMAC FOR MANIPULATOR CONTROL

  • Cerebellar Model Arithmetic Controller(CMAC) has been introduced as an adaptive control function generator. CMAC computes control functions referring to a distributed memory table storing functional values rather than by solving equations analytically or numerically. CMAC has a unique mapping structure as a coarse coding and supervisory delta-rule learning property. In this paper, learning aspects and a convergence of the CMAC were investigated. The efficient training algorithms were developed to overcome the limitations caused by the conventional maximum error correction training and to eliminate the accumulated learning error caused by a sequential node training. A nonlinear function generator and a motion generator for a two d. o. f. manipulator were simulated. The efficiency of the various learning algorithms was demonstrated through the cpu time used and the convergence of the rms and maximum errors accumulated during a learning process; A generalization property and a learning effect due to the various gains were simulated. A uniform quantizing method was applied to cope with various ranges of input variables efficiently.

ARCS모형에 근거하여 실습을 병행한 미생물학수업이 간호대학생의 학습동기에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Nursing Students' Learning Motivation in Microbiology Lecture involved in Laboratory Based on the ARCS Model)

  • The purpose of this study was tried to identify the effect of nursing students' learning motivation in microbiology through microbiology laboratory practice based on the Keller's ARCS model. In order to achieve this research, this study was designed a quasi-experimental pre-post tests control group. Experimental group received a microbiology theory and practice based on ARCS model and control group received microbiology theory only. To identify the microbiology learning motivation effect to nursing student, we measured learning motivation by Keller's ARCS model that consisted of attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction. The major results of the experimental group showed significantly higher level of total learning motivation and all four subcategories compared to control group. Based upon the above results, microbiology laboratory practice might be beneficial for the nursing students to motivate microbiology learning.

  • In this paper, we notice the fact that a human learning process is characterized by a process under a natural language environment, and discuss an approach of learning based on indirect linguistic instructions. An instruction is interpreted through some meaning elements and each trend. Fuzzy evaluation rule are constructed for the searched meaning elements of the given instruction, and the performance of a system to be learned is improved by the evaluation rules. In this paper, we propose a framework of learning based on indirect linguistic instruction based learning using fuzzy theory: FULLINS(FUzzy-Learning based on Linguistic IN-Struction). The validity of FULLINS is shown by applying it to helicopter flight control.

학습부진학생의 자기조절학습요인이 학습동기에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Regulated Learning Factors on Learning Motivation on Underachiever)

  • 20세기 중반 이후 교육현장에서 지속적으로 제기되어온 대표적인 주제가 학습부진 문제해결이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자기조절학습요인을 인지, 동기, 행동조절로 구성하고, 학습부진 대학생의 학습동기인 내적가치, 자기효능, 호기심 및 자신감에 미치는 어떠한 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구는 창원시 소재 A대학교의 학습부진 상담프로그램에 참여한 대학생을 대상으로 하여 조사를 행하였다. 연구 결과 자기조절학습요인은 학습동기에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습조절요인은 자기효능감에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 학습조절요인은 호기심 및 자신감에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 다양한 요인이 통합적으로 학습과정에 작용하므로 상호작용을 고려한 종합적인 지도체제가 필요함을 확인하였다. 구체적인 방법으로는 인지적 동기적 행동적 요소들을 참고하여 동기수준을 강화시킬 수 있는 학습상담 프로그램 개발이 시급하다 하겠다.

동영상을 활용한 사전학습과 역할학습이 기본간호학 실습 교육에서 간호대학생의 자기조절학습에 미치는 효과에 대한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study about the Effects of Pre-learning and Role Learning Using Video on Self-regulated Learning of Nursing Students in Fundamental Nursing Practice Education)

  • 본 연구는 동영상을 활용한 사전학습과 역할학습이 간호대학생의 자기조절학습에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계에 의한 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 G군 소재 간호학과 2학년 학생으로 실험군 84명, 대조군 76명으로 총 160명이었다. 자료수집 기간은 2016년 3월 2일부터 6월 20일까지였다. 실험군에게는 동영상을 활용한 사전학습과 역할학습을 진행하고 대조군에게는 교수시범의 전통적 방법을 진행한 후 자기조절학습의 변화를 측정하였다. 자료분석 방법은 ${\chi}^2-test$, independent t-test, ANCOVA를 사용하였다. 연구결과 자기조절학습의 인지적 구성 요소인 시연, 초인지에서, 동기적 구성요소인 자기효능감에서, 자원관리 구성요소인 도움구하기에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 간호학생들의 자기조절학습을 도모하고 효과적인 실습 교육을 운영하는데 기초자료를 제공하였다.

학습전략 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발 -스토리텔링을 중심으로- (Development of Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the Storytelling)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling in university students. The objective of the Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling was to increase in learning skill which university students will use to keep major learning during their courses. The Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents was based on the results of pre-research on storytelling and learning skill. In order to verify the effectiveness of the Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling, it was analyzed to validity of contents by five professionals. The results of the study were as follows. The Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling for increasing in learning skill of university students consisted of 15 sessions which proceeding a per semester: the starting phase(1-2), the execution phase(3-13), and the ending phase(14-15). The subjects were 20 university students who had randomly assigned to an experimental group(10) and a control group(10). Subjects completed a learning skill scale. Data analyses were conducted using ANCOVA. The results of the analyses revealed that subjects of experimental group showed significantly higher scores on learning skill than one of control group. Based on the above results, it is concluded that the Learning Strategy e-Learning Contents based on the storytelling was effective in improving learning skill of university students.

표준화환자를 활용한 당뇨식이교육 동영상학습이 간호학생의 임상수행능력과 학습만족도에 미치는 효과 (Development of a Multimedia Learning DM Diet Education Program using Standardized Patients and Analysis of Its Effects on Clinical Competency and Learning Satisfaction for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a multimedia learning program for patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) diet education using standardized patients and to examine the effects of the program on educational skills, communication skills, DM diet knowledge and learning satisfaction. Methods: The study employed a randomized control posttest non-synchronized design. The participants were 108 third year nursing students (52 experimental group, 56 control group) at K university in Seoul, Korea. The experimental group had regular lectures and the multimedia learning program for DM diet education using standardized patients while the control group had regular lectures only. The DM educational skills were measured by trained research assistants. Results: The students who received the multimedia learning program scored higher for DM diet educational skills, communication skills and DM diet knowledge compared to the control group. Learning satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group, but statistically insignificant. Conclusion: Clinical competency was improved for students receiving the multimedia learning program for DM diet education using standardized patients, but there was no statistically significant effect on learning satisfaction. In the nursing education system there is a need to develop and apply more multimedia materials for education and to use standardized patients effectively.
