문화재 보호구역 설정을 위한 가시율 분석 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Visibility Ratio Analysis Technique for Establishing the Cultural Property Protective Zone)

  • 현재 현상변경 기준안 작성 시 일률적인 규제방식으로 영향검토구역 내의 문화재 이격거리 확보에 국한하여 높이(층수)규제만을 제한적으로 적용하고 있는데, 이는 문화재 왜소화 현상과 주변 경관에 대한 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있어 현상변경 허용기준 안 작성 시 발생될 수 있는 객관성 결여에 대한 보완책이 시급한 상황이다. 본 연구는 대상 문화재 및 주변 환경을 고려한 종합적인 가시율 전산모의분석을 통해 객관적이고 합리적인 현상변경 규제방안 의사결정을 위한 분석 방법을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 천안시에 소재한 문화재 중 건축물 또는 인공구조물 밀집지역으로 현상변경 허가 시 문화재 왜소화 현상이 예상되는 대상지, 자연 지형 지물의 영향이 건축물 또는 인공구조물에 비해 상대적으로 적은 대상지, 영향검토구역 내에 현상변경 기준이 확립되지 않아 새로운 제도의 도입이 가능한 대상지의 조건에 충족하는 천흥사지 당간지주와 직산현관아를 선정하여 다중관찰자 시점을 중심으로 문화재와 주변 경관에 대한 포괄적인 조망권 설정을 위해 정량적인 가시율 분석을 진행하였다.

  • 구조지형은 기반암 단층과 암석의 경연차와 같은 약대를 따라 풍화, 침식의 프로세스의 영향을 받아 만들어진 지형이다. 지구 조지형은 현재 활동하고 있는 지진, 화산, 단층과 같은 지구조운동으로 인해 만들어진 지형이다. 우리나라와 같이 판의 내부에 위치하여 지구조운동의 영향이 상대적으로 적고 기후적 특성을 고려하면 실제 현장에서 이 둘을 명확하게 구분하는 것은 어렵다. 최근 활성단층 연구의 증가에 따라 지구조지형에 초점을 맞추어 연구가 진행되고 있으나 더 명확한 지구조지형을 분류하기 위해서는 기반암의 특성에 따른 구조지형의 발달 양상에 대한 이해가 필요하며 기반암의 특성만을 따로 비교분석하기에는 현재 지형은 지구조운동과 기후의 영향을 동시에 받았기 때문에 구조적 요인만을 대상으로 하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 2차원 수치지형발달모형을 이용하여 기후와 지구조운동에 의한 요인을 제한하고, 기반암의 차이에 따른 지형의 시공간적 발달특성에 대해 연구하였다. 기반암 차이에 따른 지형특성을 구분하기 위해 사면·하천과 관련된 지형분석을 하였다. 연구결과 침식가능성이 높은 지형은 평균고도, 기복량, 경사도, 하천차수, 하천경사도지수 모두 낮게 나왔다. 또한 기반암 하천분석 결과 기반암 경계부분에서 천이점이 나왔다. 실제 지형을 연구할 때 지금까지는 지구조운동으로 인한 것인지, 구조적 요인을 받은 것인지 구분할 때 천이점에 있는 기반암의 차이만 고려하였다. 본 연구는 지구조지형과 구조지형을 분류할 때 구조지형으로 분류하기 위해서는 기반암의 차이뿐만 아니라 다양한 지형인자들을 고려하여 종합적으로 판단하여야 할 것임을 시사한다.

농촌 조건불리지역의 경관개선을 위한 접근 (An Approach to Enhance the Unfair Area in the Rural Landscape)

  • 경상남도 창녕군 이방면을 대상으로 토지이용 제한인자인 홍수피해, 토양침식 그리고 휴경 잠재성을 종합한 토지평가에 따라 조건불리지역으로 선정된 지역에 대하여 경관복원을 위한 제언을 하고, 이를 바탕으로 경관복원 전후의 경관구조 비교를 통하여 경관개선 효과를 평가하였는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 토지평가 결과 연구지역 내 농경지 면적 2,924.34ha 중 1급지는 388.560a, 2급지는 623.25ha존재하였고, 3급지는 138.08ha, 4급지는 230.4ha, 그리고 5급지는 67.91ha 존재하였다. 이 중 3급지와 4급지에 해당하는 지역은 조건불리지역으로 간주하여 경관개선을 위한 제안을 하였다. 둘째, 침수잠재성을 가진 조건불리지역은 습지와 그 완충지역으로의 복원을 제안하였고, 이 때 복원대상 토지의 소유주에게는 경관보전직접지불제에 의한 보상이 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 판단하였다. 토양침식잠재성을 가진 조건불리지 역 의 경우, 초생재배, 대상식생, 잠재자연식생으로의 전환을 통한 지력보강 방법을 제안하였다. 셋째, 조건불리지역의 경관복원에 대한 제안에 따라 경관복원 전후의 경관구조를 평가한 결과, 산림은 그 패치의 수, 경관비율, 최대패치지수, 경관형태지수, 산재 병렬지수, 그리고 핵심지역 면적에서 모두 증가한 반면, 논 밭과 과수원에서는 패치수, 경관형태지수를 제외한 대부분의 지수에서 감소하는 것으로 확인하였다. 우리나라 산림은 과거 농업이 경쟁력을 가질 당시에 지나치게 확장되어 현재 홍수피해, 휴경 등 여러 가지 열악한 여건을 가지고 있으므로 이를 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요하다고 보며, 그런 의미에서 본 연구가 나름의 의미가 있다고 사료된다.

대도시에 있어 냉섬의 유형별 온도완화 효과 -대구광역시의 사례 연구- (Effect of Cool Islands on the Thermal Mitigation in Urban Area -Case Study of Taegu Metropolitan City-)

  • Taegu is notorious as hot and dry summer among Korea cities. One of the most important goals of the open space planning is to ameliorate urban climate of the city. The objective of this research is to evaluate the thermal mitigation effect of the cool islands in Taegu metropolitan city. Cool islands of this paper includes parks and rivers surrounded by or adjacent to urbanized areas. Based on the analysis of the thermal band of Landsat TM at May 17, 1997, the thermal mitigation effect of open spaces in the city could be summarized as follows ; Kumho river showed the largest mitigation effect in terms of the width of mitigation zone and temperature difference. Evaporation from wide water surface and evapo-transpiration from riparian grass land could bring into results. Significant mitigation effect of parks covered with forest can be observed. The temperature range of such parks were between 19.05$^{\circ}C$ and 19.44$^{\circ}C$ However, the thermal mitigation effect of Dalsung park and Apsan park was insignificant. The small size and high percentage of hard paving of the former and the relative low density of the residential areas adjacent to the latter could be the main reason. In conclusion, the thermal mitigation effect in urban ope spaces could be detectedby the employment of thermal band data of Landsat TM and GIS buffering technique.

초등학교 놀이시설의 위험성에 관한 연구 -전주시를 중심으로- (A Study on the Danger of Play Apparatus in Elementary School- Case study of CHONJU City-)

  • The purpose of this study was an analysis of the elementary school child's attitude and dangerous factors of play apparatuses n elementary schools. The results were summarized as follows; 1. 53.0% of the reply child thought that play apparatuses were dangerous, and 41.0% of the total reply had experienced accidents by apparatuses, the child under 10 had experienced the accidents manytimes. 2. The types of injuries most frequently occurred are falls from play apparatuses, and part of the body most frequently injured parts of the body are arms and legs. 3. The danger of fall in play apparatuses that is over 3M amounted 19.6%, it asked safety of bottom materials. 4. Destructed play apparatuses reached up to 20.0%, and rusted or decomposed apparatuses reached to 28.4%. 5. The distance of each apparatus were very close ; it was within 0.3~1.5M, which was 24.9%, it was very dangerous factor. 6. The most frequent hazards of educational play apparatuses are ; - inappropriate size of apparatuses(height, gap, thick etc.)- inappropriate shape and finished state(bad welding and cutting, projection part etc.)- unsuitable use of bottom material in playground and safety color.- insufficient use zone.-inappropriate maintenance and inspection(endurance passage, erosin of iron-ware and wooden ware, projection of foundation concrete)

도시근린공원의 포착력에 따른 유치권 구분연구 (A Study On Dividing The Enticing Area According To The Catchment Of Urban Community Parks)

  • This study has purposes of not only establishing urban community park systems and index for designing the parks, which were reviewed from Korean urban community parks, but also finding the relation and the enticing area according to the catchment of urban community parks. This paper suggested two hypotheses. a. The strength of the catchment force of urban community parks can be represented to the usetimes or visitors of the parks, related with the distance for reaching the parks. b. The strength of the catchment force of the parks can be found to express the idiosyncratic one according to the qualitative differences between the parks. The suggested hypotheses were testified from Korean 9 urban community parks in Seoul., Suwon, Chongju, and Chonan, conforming the multiregressions of the variables, distance and usetime in the case of the first hypothesis, scale, the ratio of green space, population, the budget for the park, facilities and the function of the city in the case of the second hypothesis. All the correlation coefficients of usetime with distance except one were over about 0.8. The second hypothesis was testified with multiregressions for the variables. Therefore, the enticing area could be divided into three zones ; a closed aone to parks, a good used aone for parks, a possible zone for using parks.

원삼면 전원주택단지 기본계획 (The Plan of Rural Housing Development in Wonsam-myun)

  • The purpose of this study is to present a new orientation for the residential culture that can meet the shifting demands of modern people as their attitudes toward life change. One of the rural regions that has lately attracted considerable attention, Wonsam-myun, Yongin city, is selected as the residence zone to develop a housing complex. In this study, a new housing complex is designed to supplement the defects of existing housing complexes by making the utmost use of the merits that Wonsam-myun as a residential environment can offer. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. To present a new Korean model, yellow soil houses and traditional trees were used to utilize Korea's traditional landscape beauty in the construction and landscape aspect, instead of imitating indiscreetly foreign styles in which most newly developed housing complexes were built. 2. To provide convenience to prospective residents, a package sales scheme covering from lot purchase to building permit was adopted. 3. As for the planting plan, existing plants was preserved as much as possible to keep harmony with new plants. In selecting plant types, a traditional method that emphasizes on the visual effects of aesthetic plants and shade trees with the change of seasons and plants various kinds of plants according to directions was adopted. 4. Each household was given the opportunity to design its own garden according to the family's preference and taste. 5. The advantages of a rural area that city does not offer were fully utilized to provide the residents with convenience and pleasure of living.

설악산 국립공원의 산양 보호구역 설정기법에 관한 연구: 서식지 적합성 모형, 서식지 수용능력, 최소 존속 개체군 이론을 이용하여 (Establishing a Korean Goral (Nemorhaedus caudatus raddeanus Heude) Reserve in Soraksan National Park, Korea: Based on Habitat Suitability Model, Habitat Capability Model, and the Concept of Minimum Viable Population)

  • Korean goral (Nemorhaedus caudatus raddeanus) is an endangered species in Korea, and the rugged terrain of the Sorksan National Park $(373km^2)$ is a critical habitat for the species. Since the goral population is threatened by habitat fragmentation, it is essential to establish a reserve for the isolated goral population. The objective of this study was to propose a reserve for Korean goral in the national Park We employed habitat suitability model, habitat capability model, and the concept of minimum viable population. The results of the study were as follows. First, the carrying capacity and optimal density of gorals in the national park were projected to be 449 gorals, and 251 gorals, respectively Second, since only one patch was projected to satisfy the criteria of minimum viable population (50 individuals/during 50 years), the long term extinction possibility of gorals in the site would be very high. Finally, the patch that satisfy the minimum viable population of goral was proposed as the core zone of the goral reserve and adjacent patches were included as buffer zones.

가로변 공동주택 경관의 인지 특성에 관한 연구 - 남악신도시 공동주택을 대상으로 - (A Study on cognition Characteristics about the Landscape in Apartments at the Street - Focused on Apartments in Namak Newtown -)

  • This study aims to examine and research the characteristics of apartment landscape at the street from a view that apartments are the major element of a cityscape and many apartments form a street today. Then, the subjects of this study were three sections consisting of streets in Namak New Town and the results were as follows. A streetscape is necessary to have identity under the unity(context) of parts which orient to "one as a whole". However, the subject apartments were not united(contextual) in layouts, roofs, and walls, whereas their facades appeared too united(contextual). Accordingly, to make a united(contextual) streetscape, the wall located in a boundary(a buffer zone) with public space which consists of a streetscape, building layout, building height, and roof forms need a design guideline which can have unity as a whole to connect with architectural design. On the other hand, the facade which was found too uniform should have a more active design guideline to elicit identity at unity.

자연형 하천공사 후 도시하천의 식물상 변화 (Floral Change in the Urban Stream after Natural Stream Work)

  • Natural stream work has been implemented recently to improve the urban stream environment in Korean cities. Many plants planted in the early work have not survived because they were not suited to the site and therefore failed to adapt to the riparian environment. The objective of this study is to investigate the floral change at the riparian environment after completion of the natural stream work by comparing the differences between planted species during the work and the current species at the study site. The study site was the stream area between Yeongdohng 2 bridge and Yeongdohng 3 bridge at Yangjae-cheon Stream, Gangnam-ku, Seoul, which was the prototype site of G-7 project of the Ministry of Environment in Korea. The following conclusions were derived after doing this study: Among the 50 species planted during the work, 23 species survived in the stream zone, while 27 species did not. The species that did not survive were ornamental plants that were not appropriate for the riparian environment. Among the 144 species which appeared naturally, 77 species(53.5%) were annuals and perennials, which means the study site is still in ecological disturbance and does not have a stable status ecologically. Thus, it is necessary to select the plant species that can survive in the disturbed riparian environment.
