In this paper, (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces in matriod theory as a generalized to a classical proximity and Uniformity spaces introduced by Csaszar [1] is introduced. Recently, Shi [17]-[18] introduced a new approach to the fuzzification of matroids.Here introduce (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces, Uniformity and strong uniformity on (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space, Not only study the properties of this new notions, but it has been generated (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid Space from (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces. Next to introduced (E, L)-preproximity continuous in (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space and used it in more properties. Finally we solve combinatorial optimizations problem via (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space.

This experiment was performed to investigate the leptospiral antibody in dairy cattle with serological test in three areas of Kangwondo from February to June, 1995. Twelve different living antigen's (S icterohemorrhagiae, Lpomona, L hardjo, L australis, L canicola, L autumnalis, L grippotyphosa, L tarassovi, L pyroenes, L bataviae, L hebdomadis and L ballum) of Leptospira interrogans were used for the serological test in dairy cattle. The blood samples of 130 cattle were examinde by microscopic agglutination test. Among the serum samples of the dairy cattle, 5 heads of the dairy cattle (3.8%) were positive. Among the positive samples of 5 heads, 3 heads of dairy cattle (2.3%) showed the antibody of L canicola, 2 heads of dairy cattle (1.5%) showed the antibody of L icterohaemorrhagiae. Positive rate by age was 0% ($\leq $2year), 4.6% (3~4year) and 6.6% ($\geq $5year).

Using Pseudomonas sp. B3, identified and isolated from nature, wastewater containing phenol was treated in a continuous stirred tank reactor and its reaction characteristics were studied. Average concentrations of phenol and COD in effluents were 1.5mg/L and 124mg/L at 0.059h-1 dilution rate, respectively. At the dilution rate higher than 0.063h-1, phenol and COD increased abruptly to 19mg/L and 318mg/L. At the dilution rate higher than 0.059h-1, biomass concentration suddenly decreased and was "washed out". Biomass concentration was 150mg/L at a dilution rate of 0.067h-1. Maximum biomass production rate was 15.98mg/L$.$h at a dilution rate of 0.067h-1. When dilution rate increased above 0.059h-1, effluent phenol concentration abruptly increased and biomass production rate decreased. Maximum cell growth rate(${\mu}$max) and Michaelis-Mentens kinetic constant(Ks) were 0.074h-1 and 0.424mg/L, respectively. From the above result low phenol concentration can be expected at a maximum dilution rate, but reactor becomes unstable due to phenol inhibition.

허혈후 재관류시 일산화질소의 전구체인 L-arginin에 심근기능에 미치는 영향은 각 연구의 조건에 따라 일정하지 않다. 저자들은 L-arginine의 농도에 의한 심근보호효과의 차이를 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 란겐돌프 관류장치하의 흰쥐 적출심장에 37.5$^{\circ}C$에서 30분의 허혈과 30분의 재관류를 실시하면서 재관류시 관류액에 L-arginine을 첨가하여 농도를 1, 2, 3, 4 mm/L로 하였고 대 조군에는 L-arginine을 첨가하지 않았다. 허혈기 직전과 재관류 30분에 좌심실 수축기능(좌심실 발생압, 좌심실압 최대 순간 증가율), 이완기능(좌심실압 최대 순간 감소율)과 관상관류량을 측정하였다. L-arginine 농도가 1mm/L, 2 mm/L인 실험군은 좌심실 발생압, 좌심실압 최대 순간증가율, 좌심실압 최대 순간감소율 및 관상관류량의 회복률이 대조군에 비해 통계적 유의성은 없었으나 우수한 경향을 보였다. 그러나 L-arginine의 농도가 증가함에 따라 회복률은 감소하여 4 mM/L농도의 실험군은 대조군보다 유의하게 낮은 회복률을 보였다(p(0.05). 이러한 연구결과를 통해 심근허혈후 재관류시 심근기능 및 관상관류량 회복을 향상시키기 위해서는 L-arginine을 2mM/ 이하의 농도로 투여 해야 하며 향후 그 이상의 높은 농도에서 나타난 회복 저하에 관한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

국내 5,453개 지하수공에서 시료를 채취하고 라돈 함량을 분석하였다. 지하수의 라돈 함량은 0.1-7,218.7 Bq/L의 범위, 평균함량은 94.4 Bq/L, 중앙값은 48.8 Bq/L으로 비슷한 지질환경을 갖는 나라의 지하수의 라돈 함량에 비해서는 낮게 나타났다. 전체 지하수의 라돈 함량빈도 분포는 대수정규분포를 보였다. 10개 지질로 구분하면 지질별 지하수의 라돈 중앙값은 화강암에서 높고(63.5-105.1 Bq/L) 퇴적암과 제주화산암(PVOL)에서 낮았다(16.0-20.3 Bq/L). 심도별 지하수의 라돈 함량 중앙값은 풍화대 또는 기반암 상부 구간에서 61.4 Bq/L로 높았으며 충적층 구간에서는 28.5 Bq/L로 낮았다. 전체 지하수중 라돈 함량이 미국환경청(USEPA)의 제안치인 148 Bq/L를 넘는 비율은 17.7%이다. 지질별로 보아 지하수의 라돈 함량이 148 Bq/L를 초과하는 비율은 쥬라기화강암지역이 가장 높다. 그러나 지하수의 라돈 함량이 300 Bq/L, 500 Bq/L 이상인 비율은 백악기화강암(CGRA)지역이 가장 높다.

옥수수수염, 율무, 표고버섯 그리고 사과껍질 70% 주정 추출물들(CS, JT, LE, AP)은 항산화 활성이 있었고, 그것 중에 CS가 총폴리페놀 함량, 플라보노이드 함량, DPPH 라디칼 소거작용, ABTS 라디칼 소거작용 그리고 환원력과 같은 항산화 효과가 가장 높았다. 지방분화는 CS, JT, LE, AP 그리고 옥수수수염, 율무, 표고버섯 그리고 사과껍질을 함유한 개발 빵 추출물(DB)을 각각 처리한 3T3-L1 지방세포에서 연구하였다. DB1과 DB2는 지방 전구세포 분화 억제 및 항산화 효과가 있었다. 3T3-L1 지방세포에서 중성지방 축적은 실험한 시료들(CS, JT, LE, AP) 중에서 CS가 분화된 3T3-L1 지방세포에서 TG 축적을 가장 억제하였고 3T3-L1에서 지방분화와 관련된 인자들을 조절하였다. CS는 3T3-L1 세포에서 지방구 형성과 지방세포 분화를 농도 의존적으로 억제하였다. 지방분화 동안 다양한 농도(10, 50, $100{\mu}g/mL$)에서 CS와 함께 처리한 3T3-L1 세포에서 $C/EBP{\beta}$, $PPAR{\gamma}$ 그리고 aP2 mRNA와 단백질 수준에 대한 CS의 영향력을 실험하였고, 3T3-L1 지방세포에 CS 처리는 $PPAR{\gamma}$와 aP2 mRNA 발현을 감소시켰다. CS는 역시 지방분화 중에 $C/EBP{\beta}$, $PPAR{\gamma}$와 aP2 단백질의 증가를 현저하게 저해하였다. 개발된 빵들은 CS에 의해 지방 전구세포(3T3-L1 preadipocytes) 분화 억제 효과가 있고, CS는 3T3-L1 지방세포에서 $C/EBP{\beta}$, $PPAR{\gamma}$와 aP2 신호전달경로를 저해함으로써 지방 전구세포 분화 억제 효과를 나타내었다. JT, LE와 AP는 지방 전구세포 분화 억제 효과는 없었지만 강한 항산화 효과가 있었다. 이들 결과는 개발된 빵이 비만예방 및 억제뿐만 아니라 산화적 스트레스에 의해 유발되는 질병에 도움을 줄 수 있는 건강빵이라는 것을 제안하였다.

As an application of GPS is increased by world geodetic system introduction gradually, in this time, It is increased necessary of GPS baseline analysis program development. In this study, I developed a baseline analysis program by L1/L2 carrier. And I compared a baseline analysis result with a commercial program. I showed precision of approximately ${\pm}$1cm in a baseline length in case of Narrow lane as a result that a baseline analysised a developed program.

This paper aimed at examining the influence of L1 (native language) phonology when speakers of L1 perceive L2 (foreign language) sounds. Korean and Japanese learners of English took a perception test of Australian English words 'work', 'walk' and 'wok'. Based on Korean and Japanese phonology, it was predicted that Korean subjects would face more difficulties than Japanese subjects. The results of the experiment substantiated the influence of L1 phonology in L2 learners' L2 sound perception.

We show that for 1 < $p$ < ${\infty}$, $k$, $m{\in}\mathbb{N}$, $n^{(k)}(l_p)=inf\{n^{(k)}(l^m_p):m{\in}\mathbb{N}\}$ and that for any positive measure ${\mu}$, $n^{(k)}(L_p({\mu})){\geq}n^{(k)}(l_p)$. We also prove that for every $Q{\in}P(^kl_p:l_p)$ (1 < $p$ < ${\infty}$), if $v(Q)=0$, then ${\parallel}Q{\parallel}=0$.

In this paper as a univesal Banach space of the separable Banach spaces we investigate the complemented Banach subspaces of $_wL_{\hat {I}}$. Also, using Peck's theorem and the properties of the envelope norm of $_wL_{\hat {I}}$ we will find a canonical basis of $l_1^n, l_\infty^n$ for each n.
