  • This paper presents a Web-based educational tool for Power System Engineering, especially for power engineers. This tool has Web-oriented educational courses for power system education. The Web-based learning has become more popular year by year in the various fields[1-2]. The proposed educational tool provides some courses such as power system introduction Course, KEPCO's system introduction Course, Power system devices Course, Power Flow Course, OPF Course, ELD Course, Stability Analysis Course, Fault analysis Course, Voltage & Frequency control Course, and power system planning & operation Course. Finally, it will be scheduled to install for the education tool of the power system engineering for KEPS[3].

학생들의 사교육 경험에 대한 연구 (A Study on Experience of Student's Private Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze cognition of middle school students on an educational institute of life. For this purpose, the three times of in-depth interviews which were performed the subjects, 6 middle boy's school student. The data passed through process of three dimension, abstraction of idea, categorization, interpretation. In this process, were discovered four category of educational institute of life. It was pilgimage, activity, system, and compare with school. The major results of this study were follows: first, an educational institute of life is natural of life to student and they accept the life themselves not coercion gradully. second, study of educational institute is repetitional and many and only for school test. third, system of educational institute is concenturated for study, in this point, students distinguish school with educational institute. fourth, in compare with school, educational institute is more comfortable than school. Also, educational institute take care of student more than school.

증강 현실을 이용한 자동차 공학 교육 시스템 개발 (Automotive Engineering Educational System Development Using Augmented Reality)

  • In or automotive engineering education is introduced. Main objective of the system is teaching disassemble/assemble procedure of automatic transmission of a vehicle to students, who study automotive engineering. System includes vehicle transmission, set of tools and mechanical facilities, two video cameras, computer with developed software, HMD glasses and two LCD screens. Developed software gives instructions on assembling and disassembling processes of real vehicle transmission with the help of augmenting virtual reality objects on the video stream. Overlaying of 3D instructions on the technological workspace can be used as an interactive educational material. In disassembling process, mechanical parts which should be disassembled are augmented on video stream from video cameras. Same is done for assembling process. Animation and other visual effects are applied for better indication of the current assembling/disassembling instruction. During learning and training, student can see what parts of vehicle transmission and in which order should be assembled or disassembled. Required tools and technological operations are displayed to a student with the help of augmented reality, as well. As a result, the system guides a student step-by-step through an assembly/disassembly sequence. During educational process a student has an opportunity to return back to any previous instruction if it is necessary. Developed augmented reality system makes educational process more interesting and intuitive. Using of augmented reality system for engineering education in automotive technology makes learning process easier and financially more effective.

구조계획 측면에서 본 일본 목구조 교육시설의 구성특성 분석 (A Study on the Composition Features of Educational Facilities for Timber Structure in Japan with respect to Structural Planning)

  • In order to figure out the usability of various timber structures in the educational facility, the recent timber structure examples published in the Japanese architectural magazine, 'ShinKenchiku' over the past five years were surveyed. As the results, timber structures were presented in many cases of nursery schools and kindergartens overwhelmingly, and they also used in various school buildings, university facilities, and the roof structure of the school's gymnasium, with intention of having the differentiated design and space features. The examples show that span 6 to 10m is generally used with flexure structure system and flexure+compression structure system added the strut as compression members. In addition concerning stability, it was founded that the struts have an stability effect in the flexure+compression structure system, and flexure structure system examples using semi-rigid joints have open spaces liberally in two-way direction for about 9m span. For large spaces structures with span of 15~20m or more, the various structural system such as suspension structure, truss, flexure+compression, etc. was designed to overcome the material limitations of timbers and to make an design effect in structure system.

시스템 사고를 활용한 지역교육청 기능전환정책의 정책 지렛대(Policy Leverage) 분석 (Analysis of Policy Leverages Linked to Functional Changes of Local Educational Authority: Application of Systems Thinking)

  • This paper explores the ways in which the functions of local educational authority in Korea can be analyzed by systems thinking, and puts forward some policy leverage strategies to enhance predictability of education policy effects and also to prevent unanticipated side effects arising from it. In dong so, we sketch causal diagrams to depict functional changes of local educational authority, based on before and after comparison, and attempt to derive policy intervention points to minimize unforseen reactions from the stake-holders concerned. These diagrams make it possible for educational policy-makers to capture the feedback, stocks and flows, time delays, and non-linearities they identify, although they have some limitations. This paper concludes that newly-designed functions and structures for local educational authority may be accepted by the stake-holders including teachers and unions, only if complex systems surrounding functional changes regarding local educational authority can be clearly understood and relevant policy measures can be effectively taken before the functional changes happen.

대학생 선호도 분석 기반 대학 공용공간 리노베이션의 사후평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Post Evaluation for University Public Space Renovation based on Analysis of Students' preference)

  • Nowadays, many educational facilities are being renovated. However, due to the absence of a system for post renovation of educational spaces, users are less satisfied with the spaces after the renovation and there is a limit in establishing future directions for improving educational space renovation. From this point of view, this study was conducted to increase the users' satisfaction in renovation space planning of educational spaces and to establish a system for management after renovation. As a specific research method, the space preference of students was used to evaluate the space after renovation. By researching the opinions of the students who use the most educational space, not only the direction of the renovation plan of the future educational space can be given but also the user's opinion can be reflected in the spatial plan in detail. In terms of management of future educational spaces, this study can be used as a basic study for developing post evaluation indicators for renovation of educational facilities.

  • 우리나라 자동차 산업의 질적 고도화 요구에 발맞추어, 자동차공학 교육에서도 실험실습 기자재를 중심으로 보다 효율적인 교수-학습 방법이 도입 개선되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 공학교육에서 유용한 교수-학습 방법을 고찰하였으며, 또한 기존의 기자재에 대한 활용상의 문제점 및 요구사항들을 분석하여 기자재를 중심으로 일체의 강의 자료들을 체계화한 이른바 총괄 교수-학습 시스템의 개념을 정의하여 제시하였다. 이를 기초로 자동차공학의 전기장치 분야에 대한 총괄 교수-학습 시스템을 개발하였고, 이를 효율적인 강의 및 실험실습의 수단으로서 강의 프로세스 상에서의 활용방안을 제안하였다.

DACUM을 활용한 S-OJT 기반의 계약학과 교육체계 개발 : 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군을 중심으로 (Developing Educational System based on S-OJT in Contract Based Department using DACUM: Case of Software Development and Materialization Occupational Group)

  • 본 연구는 목적은 DACUM에 기반하여 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군 계약학과 교육체계를 현장중심적으로 개발하는 데 있다. 국가직무능력표준을 토대로 계약학과로 개설할 직무의 모형을 설정하고, 교육 필요점 분석 및 적절한 교육방법을 조사하였으며, 핵심 과업별 지식, 기술, 태도를 도출하고 이를 유목화 하여 체계적 현장직무 교육훈련(S-OJT)교과목을 구성하고, 직무 전문가가 설정한 경력 경로에 따라 교과목을 위계화 하였다. 또한, 개발된 교과목을 기존의 교육과정과 연계시켜 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군 계약학과 교육체계를 수립하였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 현장에 적합한 계약학과 교육체계가 개발되기 위해서 추가적으로 검토되어야 할 사항을 제시하였다.

교육시설물의 효율적 유지관리 체계정립을 위한 분류 기준연구 (A Study on Classification Standard for Efficient Maintenance System of Educational Facilities)

  • 정부에서는 2001년 5월에 실무적용을 위한 ${\lceil}$건설정보분류체계 구축을 위한 연구${\rfloor}$ 를 추진하여 대${\cdot}$중분류 등을 제시하였고, 그 결과 '통합건설정보분류체계 적용기준'을 건설교통부 공고로 2001년 8월에 발표하였다. 그러나 구축된 '통합건설정보분류체계'는 건설공사에서 실무활용이 미흡한실정이다. 일반적인 시설물과는 다르게 교육시설물의 경우 적용기준이 혼재되어있는 문제가 이다. 더욱이 2005년부터 교육시설물에 BTL 민간투자 사업이 시행되면서 유지관리시업무기준이나 비용계상에 대한 기준을 '통합건설정보분류체계 적용기준'에 적용할 경우 경계를 명확하게 하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 유지관리 비용분석으로 사용되었던 공종(Work)중심의 시설물 유지관리를 분석하고 이를 보완하기위해 공간(Space), 부위(Element)중심 유지관리 분석을 하여, 효율적인 유지관리 체계정립을 위한 분류의 기준을 제안하였다.
