최근의 국가 민간의 정보시스템을 위협하는 공격들은 점점 더 복잡해지고 정교해지고 있다. 이러한 공격들에 대응하기 위하여 범국가적으로 사이버안전센터들이 설립 운영되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 대량의 정보보호 데이터를 수집 분석 대응하는 것은 여러 가지 어려움들이 존재한다. 그 문제의 본질적인 부분은 바로 방대한 데이터의 양(量)이다. 다수의 보안관제 대상 인프라들의 모든 보안데이터를 수집 하는 것은 사실상 불가능하며, 대부분의 센터들은 네트워크 접점에 중앙관리형 보안인프라를 설치함으로써 그 해결점을 찾고 있지만, 이는 최근의 나타나고 있는 다차원적인 공격에 대응하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다차원 분석시스템의 기본데이터가 되는 여러 보안정보를 효과적으로 수집할 수 있는 보안정보 수집체계를 제시하고자 한다.

This study aims to look into students' and teachers' recognition about learning with a humanoid robot and seek for a policy implication for the direction of education using humanoid robot. To achieve this goal, a survey with elementary school students and teachers was used as the method of analysis. The main results are as follows: There was a difference in the recognition of the teachers and the students regarding the most effective subject through the use of humanoid robot. While the students consider Physical Education as the major subject, the teachers consider Science as the one. The students recognize that the use of humanoid is most effective in helping their learning while the teachers recognize that it is most effective in helping their teaching. As an expected positive effect, both of them choose an increase in interest in learning as the main effect of the use of humanoid robot, but the students, unlike the teachers, consider the improvement of their academic achievement as its main effect as well. These results show differences in the recognition of the use of humanoid between the teachers and the students, and in addition, confirm the difference between them depending on their background.

대학에서 제공되고 있는 교육을 살펴보면 개별적인 학생들의 요구를 만족시키기 어렵다. 이는 대학교육이 한명의 서비스제공자에 의해 많은 사람들에게 동시에 제공되기 때문으로 볼 수 있다. 이를 감안하여 학생들이 보다 다양한 정보통신기술을 활용할 수 있다면 교육이 제공되는 과정이나 컨텐츠에 대해 더 만족할 수 있을 수 있다고 가정하였다. 연구에서는 학생들의 기술수용성 정도가 관계품질, 교육서비스품질, 교육서비스만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 학생들의 정보통신기술의 활용정도가 높고 낮음에 따라 이들 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 검증결과 기술수용성이 높으면 관계품질, 교육서비스품질을 높일 수 있고, 관계 품질과 교육서비스품질도 교육서비스만족을 높일 수 있다고 제시되었다. 정보통신기술의 활용정도도 이들 관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교육인프라가 부족한 지방의 중소 도시에 위치한 대학에서 연구를 진행함으로써 향후 해당 컨텐츠를 교육에 활용하게 되었을 경우 더 많은 효과를 볼 수 있으리라 생각된다.

The purpose of this paper is to illuminate the role and importance of National Research & Education Network (NREN) in the national research and education field and to establish the future strategy of KREONET in Korea. To this end, we first carefully analyze the footsteps of NREN in major overseas countries, KREONET achievements, and future demand for KREONET. The history of NREN's development is divided into the 2000s, 2010s, and present by era, and classified into network infrastructure, network service, and next-generation network technology by subject. KREONET achievements are divided into advanced research support, network backbone and operation, and network service. Future demand analysis of users who use KREONET was conducted through Korea Research International Incorporation, a survey company. This paper presents the future development strategy of KREONET by analyzing KREONET achievements and future demand.

Since the competition of higher education is more and more critical, the improvement of educational services is importantly considered. Despite the current situations, there are few studies addressing the relationships between education service quality and its outcomes. As educational service quality plays a key role in improving student satisfaction, universities provides a high level of educational services for students and reinforce their competitiveness through student satisfaction. This research investigates the relationships among IT service quality, business education service quality, trust, student satisfaction and student loyalty. In so doing, the current study establishes a theoretical model to test the proposed relationships. The results further suggest that the indirect effect of the IT service quality and the business education service quality enhances its impact of student satisfaction, trust, student loyalty. Finally, the authors draw conclusions and further research directions.

교육정보화를 중추적으로 추진하고 있는 한국교육학술정보원에는 고객에게 양론의 서비스와 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위한 도구로써 정보기술아키텍처를 선택하였으며, 이를 통하여 향후 모든 정보학 사업의 기반과 더불어 정보시스템 관리체계로써의 역할인 IT Governance를 추진하기 위한 역할을 수행하고자 한다. '05년부터 추진해온 정보기술아키텍처 사업과 더불어 '97년 학술연구정보서비스 정보기술아키텍처 도입을 통해 축적된 지식과 경험을 토대로 향후 교육관련 기관 컨설팅을 추진하고자 하며, 본 연구와 관한 자세한 내용은 다음과 같이 논의하였다.

본 논문은 개별적으로 사용자 인증 시스템이 구현된 16개 시 도교육청 교육정보서비스와 한국교육학술정보원의 교육정보서비스를 단일 사용자 인증을 통해 모두 이용할 수 있는 최적의 방안을 연구하여 도출한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 도출된 방안에 따라 통합 사용자 인증 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현함으로써 16개 시 도교육청과 한국교육학술정보원이 공동으로 운영 중인 전국교육정보공유체제의 교육정보 서비스 이용에 편리성을 도모하는 동시에 사용자 인증 관리의 효율과 안전을 기할 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다.

본 연구에서는 학생의 교육적 성장에 영향을 미치는 요인인 학부모들을 교육정보화를 통해서 학교교육에 참여 시킬 수 있는 바람직한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 질적 연구가 전무한 상태라 연구방법은 근저이론을 토대로 하였다. 현재 학교현장에서 시행되고 있는 사이버가정학습 서비스와 교육행정시스템인 나이스 통해 사례분석, 심층면담 및 내용(문서) 분석을 하여 학부모의 학교교육 참여사례를 보다 체계적인 분석과 해석 과정을 반복하여 분석하였다. 사례 분석 대상은 2007년 교육정보화 우수학교 1개교, 사이버가정학습 우수운영사례학교 10개교, 연구학교 2개교와 나이스연구학교 7개교를 대상으로 이들 학교에서 나타나는 내부적 실제들과 학교 현장을 총체적이고 심층적으로 분석하여 교육정보화를 통해 학부모의 학교교육 참여 방안을 살펴보았다. 현재 학부모들은 사이버가정학습 서비스나 나이스를 통해서 학생들의 학습 상황점검 및 의사소통이 이루어지고 있었으며, 사이버 대화 창구를 통해 전인교육프로그램으로 정착하는데 안정적 기여를 하고 있었다. 또한 SMS서비스는 교사와 학부모간의 의사소통을 용이하게 하여 시공간을 초월한 의사소통 경로 확보와 함께 교사와 학부모간의 신뢰를 구축시키는데 기여도가 큼을 알 수 있었다.

Although online education service markets are growing fast, previous studies have been limited to the studies on media types or system qualities of online education. In order to provide timely implications for online education service providers to maintain and increase the number of users, other factors such as interactivity and community perspectives should be considered. In this study, social capital and service quality were adopted as antecedents of learning motivation. Also, service quality dimensions, as well as learning motivation, were chosen to examine its impact on intention to repurchase of online education services. Research findings show that structural and cognitive dimensions of social capital are proved as antecedents of relational capital; structural and relational social capital positively influence on learning motivation; tangibility positively makes impact on learning motivation; and intention to repurchase is positively influenced by responsiveness and learning motivation. Practical implications based on the research findings are presented.

스마트 디바이스의 급격한 증가와 함께 사용자의 SNS(Social Network Service) 이용률도 급격하게 증가하게 되었다. 이로 인해 사용자들의 웹에 대한 접근성도 증가하면서, 데이터의 양도 기하급수적으로 증가하는 결과를 초래하였다. 이런 엄청난 양의 빅 데이터를 통해 획일적인 검색을 통한 정보 제공이 아닌, 사용자 맞춤형 지식 제공을 위한 연구의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 지식 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자에 의해 수집된 데이터를 분석하고 평가하는 모델이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 활용하여 40명의 데이터를 수집하여 이동정보와 장소를 추측 하고, 정답 셋을 구성하여 데이터의 평가를 할 수 있는 모델에 대한 연구를 수행 하였다.
