공공연구기관의 지적자본 측정 및 인과관계 연구 (Alternative Causal Relationship among Components of Intellectual Capital in Korean Public R&D Organizations)

  • This paper developed measurement indices for intellectual capital of public R&D organizations and investigated causal relationships among the components. We developed 10 measurement factors and 37 indicators and confirmed the reliability of these measurements. We offered an alternative to the existing model for searching causal relationships. From our survey research, using the structural equation model, we found a new relationship. In contrast to the existing model, we found a cycling relationship among three variables: human capital causes structural capital, structural capital causes relational capital, and relational capital causes human capital.

  • Purpose Recently, many researchers have paid much attention to the Artificial Intelligence fields of GVGP, PCG. The paper suggests that the improved MCTS algorithm to apply for the framework can generate better AI agent. Design/methodology/approach As noted, the MCTS generate magnificent performance without an advanced training and in turn, fit applying to the field of GVGP which does not need prior knowledge. The improved and modified MCTS shows that the survival rate is increased interestingly and the search can be done in a significant way. The study was done with 2 different sets. Findings The results showed that the 10 training set which was not given any prior knowledge and the other training set which played a role as validation set generated better performance than the existed MCTS algorithm. Besed upon the results, the further study was suggested.

  • Local languages based information storage and retrieval system is essential for any online digital repository system. This paper reports the development of an interface in Bengali that allows users not only browsing and searching Indic-script based documents but also allows administrator performing various system level operations. This paper briefly describes the origin and key characteristics of Indic-scripts along with their encoding in Unicode standard with special reference to Bengali language. It also demonstrates the development processes of Bengal-script based information representation and retrieval (IRR) system viz. BURA (Burdwan University Research Archive) using different open standard and open source software (OSS) including different factors essential for building such successful Indic-script based multilingual digital libraries. The suggested strategies may help digital library developers to design an appropriate multi-script based information access services in any other Indic-script based languages.

  • In order to monitior machine tool condition and diagnose alarm states due to electrical and mechanical faults, and expert system using diagnostic parameters of NC machine tools was developed. A model-based knowledge base was constructed via searching and comparing procedures of diagnostic parameters and state parameters of the machine tool. Diagnostic monitoring results generate through a successive type inference engine were graphically displayed on the screen of the console. The validity and reliability of the expert system was rcrified on a vertical machining center equipped with FANUC OMC through a series of experiments.

  • In the 4th Industrial Revolution and changes in the construction industry market, the importance of information management is becoming more emphasized. For efficient use of information, construction data must be collected, processed and analyzed more quickly and accurately, depending on the purpose of the project. Thus, data could be utilized as integrated knowledge. However, there is a limit to searching or managing construction information produced in various formats over the entire life cycle by index words. Therefore, this study proposes a construction information integrated management plan that reflects the characteristics of the construction industry by applying the OWL concept. For this, as an initial study, an architectural object of small size and clear features was needed. Therefore, a construction information management study using OWL was conducted for Korean traditional architectural style houses (Hanok) which has these characteristics.

  • ChatGPT has had a significant impact on society, business, and academia by influencing individuals and organizations through knowledge generation and supporting users in locating conversational inquiries and answers. It can transform how people seek answers by combining human-like conversational skills with AI. By eradicating the cumbersome process of selecting from multiple options, users can conduct preliminary research or create optimized solutions. The purpose of this research is to investigate how consumers use ChatGPT and digital transformation, specifically in terms of knowledge development, searching and recommending, and optimizing accessible possibilities. Using many linked theories, we address the potential implications and insights that can be gained from ChatGPT's early stages and its integration with other applications such as robotics, service automation, and the metaverse. Finally, the application of ChatGPT has practical, theoretical, and phenomenological impacts, in addition to improving users' experiences.

자동차 전조등 검색을 위한 다중지식기반의 영상검색 기법 (The Multi Knowledge-based Image Retrieval Technology for An Automobile Head Lamp Retrieval)

  • 지식기반 영상검색은 영상이 갖는 다양한 데이터에서 추출되어진 특징값을 지식으로 하여 질의 영상에 대한 검색 결과영상을 찾아주는 방법이다. 본 연구에서 사용한 영상자료는 자동차 전조등 영상으로 전조등 영상에 대한 입력 자료는 차량마다 다양한 패턴을 갖는 영상과 문자, 숫자 및 특수문자이다. 영상에서의 정보는 화소값들의 분포상태나 통계적 분석 및 패턴의 상태 등인데, 전조등 영상에서는 이러한 정보가 영상 검색을 위한 지식 데이터로 사용된다. 영상데이터에서 추출된 다양한 정보를 다중 지식 기반으로 하여 본 논문에서는 교통사고나 기타 차량사건의 발생 시 활용할 수 있는 영상검색 시스템을 구축하였으며, 전조등 영상의 검색에 효율적으로 적용한 다중 지식기반 검색방법을 제안하였다. 다중지식 구축을 위한 특징함수는 컬러 영상에서와 그레이레벨 영상에서 각각 필요한 성분들을 추출하여 구성하였으며, 한 개나 두 개 정도의 특징값을 사용한 기존의 방법과 달리 복합적인 특징값의 사용을 통한 다중 지식 기반의 검색방법이 컬러정보나 패턴에 대한 유사성을 높여서 용의차량의 전조등 영상 검색 효율성을 향상시켰다. 소프트웨어의 제작을 위해 비쥬얼 베이직과 크리스탈리포트 그리고 MS 액세스 데이터베이스를 사용하였다. 검색 효율성 및 특성 함수의 구성을 효과적으로 발전시키면 검색시스템은 용의 차량의 추적 및 교통사고에서 효율적인 과학수사에 일조할 것으로 기대한다.

  • This paper proposes an expert system with the knowledge learning capability which can enhance the safety and effectiveness of substation operation in the automated substation as well as existing substation by inferring multiple events such as main transformer fault, busbar fault and main transformer work schedule under multiple inference mode and multiple objective mode and by considering totally the switch status and the main transformer operating constraints. Especially inference mode includes the local minimum tree search method and pattern recognition method to enhance the performance of real-time bus reconfiguration strategy. The inference engine of the expert system consists of intuitive inferencing part and logical inferencing part. The intuitive inferencing part offers the control strategy corresponding to the event which is most similar to the real event by searching based on a minimum distance classification method of pattern recognition methods. On the other hand, logical inferencing part makes real-time control strategy using real-time mode(best-first search method) when the intuitive inferencing is failed. Also, it builds up a knowledge base or appends a new knowledge to the knowledge base using pattern learning function. The expert system has main transformer fault, main transformer maintenance work and bus fault processing function. It is implemented as computer language, Visual C++ which has a dynamic programming function for implementing of inference engine and a MFC function for implementing of MMI. Finally, it's accuracy and effectiveness is proved by several event simulation works for a typical substation.

패션 브랜드의 인터넷 커뮤니티 메시지 유형 분석 - 브랜드 레니본을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Message on Internet Fashion Brand's Community - Focused on Brand Reneevon -)

  • Internet brand community's message makes significant contributions for fashion industry. Therefore, if we understand and implement the characteristics of the message on the Internet brand's community, it can be useful for future marketing strategy. This study was to classified the internet community and to examine messages with regard to direction, write motive and prior knowledge. The messages were taken from February, 20th, to August, 7th in 2008. Content analysis method was used for this study. The results were as follows: First, Fashion brand community divided into user initiative type and enterprise establishing type. Second, User initiative type had positive direction message more than enterprise establishing type had. Third, User initiative type had large volumes of information searching or sharing related message, but enterprise establishing type had large quantities of personal experience related message about write motive. Fourth, There was no difference numerical prior knowledge between user initiative type and enterprise establishing type, and then both had a high rate of prior knowledge.
