This study was to investigate the relationship between hospital nurses 'knowledge of breast-feeding and their ability to provide care to breast-feeding mothers and their children. From Nov. 1 to 30, 1999, 105 nurses of the obstetric ward, delivery room, OPDs of obstetrics and gynecology, and nurseries of three general hospitals from Seoul and Pusan were evaluated. The results are as follows: 1.Mean score of nurse's knowledge to breast-feeding was 12.76. Mean score of performance of nursing activities was 109.80. 2.General characteristics and feeding characteristics were significantly related to nurse's knowledge to breast-feeding and performance of nursing activities related to breast-feeding. Nurse's knowledge about breast-feeding was significantly related to age, working ward, clinical experience, rank of position, experience of breast-feeding and experience education on breast-feeding. Performance of nursing activities for breast- feeding was significantly related to age, working ward, experience in other ward, marital status, and education on breast-feeding. 3.A positive correlation between nurse's know-ledge to breast-feeding and performance of nursing activities related to breast-feeding was statistically significant(r=.381, P<0.05).

This study of variables associated with maternal monitoring of child's whereabouts and daily activities was conducted with 1500 children (8 and 13 years of age) and their mothers. They responded to questionnaires on monitoring knowledge, sources of maternal information (maternal solicitation and/or child disclosure), and demographic variables. Data were analyzed by Pearson's r, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Mothers' knowledge of her child's activities and whereabouts and the sources of her knowledge were associated with mothers' higher level of education. Child's age was related to mother's knowledge and maternal solicitation. Maternal solicitation and child's age were highly predictive of mothers' knowledge of her child's whereabouts and activities. Results of this study may have applications for parental supervision and child rearing attitudes.

본 연구는 기업의 지식경영 유형별 지식경영전략과 지식경영결정요인이 지식활동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 각 기업의 상황과 여건이 다르므로 지식경영 유형에 따른 접근이 필요하여 초기형, 조직지식중심형, 정보기술중심형, 결합형으로 구분하여 지식관리시스템과 지식경영을 도입한 81개 기업을 대상으로 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 그 결과는 초기형은 조직구조의 변화와 정보기술의 적극 수용을 통하여, 조직지식중심형은 개인 지식 극대화할 수 있는 관리시스템(최고경영자지원, 성과보상제도, 교육훈련제도)과 인프라구축 및 정보기술을 이용하며, 정보기술중심형은 조직지식보다는 인프라구축 및 정보기술이용 등 정보기술에 더 의존하여 지식창출과 지식활용하며, 결합형은 조직 전체 확대 위한 교육훈련제도 및 분권화 조직구조로 파악되었으며, 본 연구를 통해 유형별 효과적이고 유의한 전략과 지식경영 결정요인 및 지식활동에 대해서 제시하였다.

혁신클러스터는 산, 학, 연 기능 간 그리고 입주기업 간 지식공유와 교류활동을 통한 기업의 혁신추구와 밀접하게 관련된 개념이다. 그러나 개인간 기업간 지식 공유와 교류활동은 그 주체가 소속된 조직 또는 지역의 문화적 특성과 밀접하게 관련돼 있다. 따라서 지식경영을 위한 관리활동은 조직, 또는 지역의 문화적 특성에 따라 다르게 적용될 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 혁신 클러스터에서 지역, 산업의 문화적 특성과 지식교류촉진활동 성과 간의 관계를 연구해 본다. 연구를 위해 지역, 산업의 문화적 특성을 반영한 요인을 추출해 내고 이들 요인과 지식교류촉진활동 성과 간의 관계를 통계적 분석기법을 이용해 파악해 본다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of sexual rehabilitation education on the knowledge of sexual activities and satisfaction of sexual activities of spinal cord injury clients by the method of Nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest group. The study period was between Jan. 6th and Apr 11th, 1999. The experimental group was 21 spinal cord injury clients from one general hospital, and the control group was 21 spinal cord injury clients from three University hospital. Sexual rehabilitation education was done with manuals and video-tapes. Education time was 90 minutes a week for 4 weeks. The study tool was 20 questionnaires about sexual knowledge, designed Song, Chung Sook(1990) and 10 questionnaires from Derogatis's Derogatis Sexual Function Inventory for satisfaction of sexual activities(1979) translated by Jang, Soon Boke(1989). Analysis of data was done by $x^2-test$, t-test, repeated measures ANOVA and simple main effect with SAS/PC. The results are as follows. The 1st. hypothesis. 'The group educated about the sexual rehabilitation has more sexual activities knowledge than those of the uneducated group.' is significant statistically(F=12.06, p=0.001). The 2nd hypotheses, 'The group educated about the sexual rehabilitation has more satisfaction of sexual activities than those of the uneducated group.' is significant statistically(F=5.04, p=0.030). According to the results, sexual rehabilitation education helps spinal cord injury clients to gain knowledge of sexual activities and satisfaction of sexual activities.

This study investigates how relational activities within MNC network affect knowledge transfer and performance of subsidiary. We separated the possible relationships between headquarter and overseas subsidiaries by support level, interaction level, and conflict level, and compared the impact on knowledge transfer, and performance. To understand the knowledge sharing, development and performance, we use structural equation modeling to analyze data from subsidiaries in China.

This study is performed the multinomial logistic regression with the officials needs level about a component of knowledge administration for drawing a demand estimation model in the knowledge administration activities. This study is not that an activity and domain of knowledge administration is to apply and to operate uniformly it in public sector, one is suggested an application with a demand diagnose of knowledge administration in order to saw a course of the knowledge administration programs to suit a function and role of public administration. A result of this study is that an activity and domain of the knowledge administration is different from a component of it namely, knowledge creating, knowledge organizing, knowledge sharing and distribution, knowledge utility, and knowledge store. And the officials individual characteristics, administration agency, a kind of business, and a function and role of work are different from demand of knowledge administration. Also, the practical use of KMS (knowledge management system) is not so high in public sector. Accordingly, the tools of knowledge administration will deliberate on a consolidation with the existing system in the device.

To increase their market shares and grow continuously, it is very important for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to expand their markets. Although various factors may influence an SME's effort to cultivate a new market, this research focused on activities related to the search and utilization of external knowledge. After conducting Tobit analysis based on the dataset of 959 Korean SMEs included in the 2010 Korean Innovation Survey, we found that external knowledge search and utilization activities positively affect the market expansion of SMEs. This result has two implications: (1) SMEs should actively search for appropriate external knowledge sources with which they can expand their markets and reduce their dependence on internal R&D activities; and (2) they should implement an efficient corporate system to effectively absorb and utilize external knowledge inside the firms. Despite these contributions, this research has its shortcoming in that it utilized a cross-sectional dataset, which can be further analyzed by incorporating the dataset from previous and future periods.

This study investigated three preservice teachers' mathematical problem solving among hand-in-write-ups and final projects for each subject. All participants' activities and computer explorations were observed and video taped. If it was possible, an open-ended individual interview was performed before, during, and after each exploration. The method of data collection was observation, interviewing, field notes, students' written assignments, computer works, and audio and videotapes of preservice teachers' mathematical problem solving activities. At the beginning of the mathematical problem solving activities, all participants did not have strong procedural and conceptual knowledge of the graph, making a model by using data, and general concept of a sine function, but they built strong procedural and conceptual knowledge and connected them appropriately through mathematical problem solving activities by using the computer technology.

본 연구는 국내 중소제조업에서 수출비중과 지식탐색활동 특성간의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구는 2011년 "중소기업기술통계조사"에 참여한 중소제조업체 2,145개를 대상으로 각 기업의 수출 비중이 조직 내부와 외부 지식탐색활동에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 중소기업의 지식탐색활동은 주요 고객과 시장의 지리적 구성에 따라서 차이가 있었다. 즉, 내수 지향적이거나 수출 지향적 중소기업은 조직 내부 및 외부에 위치한 새로운 지식과 정보를 탐색하고 활용하는데 적극적이었지만, 수출과 내수 시장을 모두 추구하는 기업은 조직 내부 및 외부지식탐색의 수준이 상대적으로 낮았다. 연구의 이론적 시사점은 중소기업이 수출과 지식탐색 및 역량 간의 관계에 대해 새로운 지식을 확장하는 데 이바지한 것이다. 또한, 외부 지식탐색활동 자체도 조직 내부의 특성에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 실증한 것에서도 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 실무적 관점에서는 내수기업에서 수출확대 및 글로벌 중소기업으로 발전에 대해 각 과정의 기업들이 서로 다른 지식탐색활동을 보이고 있다는 점에서 관련 정책 및 지원프로그램의 설계와 운영에도 참조할 수 있다는 것이다.
