국내 콘텐츠산업 지식정보 지원정책에 관한 연구 -방송영상분야 이용 및 만족도 평가를 중심으로- (Evaluation of Korean Content Industry Knowledge Information Service Policy : Service Usage and Satisfaction on Video Broadcasting Area)

  • 지식기반 경제에서 가치 생산의 중추는 지식과 정보이다. 이에 따라 국내에는 공적 지식정보 지원 정책이 잘 마련되어 있으나, 이에 대한 평가는 미흡하였다. 본 연구에서는 방송 영상 분야에 종사하는 현업인을 대상으로 지식정보 서비스 이용 및 만족도를 분석하고, 제도적 개선점을 모색해 보았다. 분석 결과, 현업인들의 공적 지식정보 지원 서비스의 이용은 높지 않았으며, 만족도 역시 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 정보 신뢰도는 높은 반면, 시의성이나 유용성에 대한 평가는 부정적이었다. 그러나 응답자들이 개별 노력을 통해 지식정보를 수집, 분석하고 있는 점에 근거할 때, 지식정보 수요는 높은 것으로 분석된다. 완성된 형태의 지식정보를 제공하기 보다는 이차적 가공이 가능한 원형의 지식정보 제공이나, 지식정보 획득 수단의 제공, 시장친화적 지식정보의 제공 등을 통해 공적 지식정보 지원 서비스의 효용을 높일 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.

  • The purpose of this research is to find a better knowledge service R&D management process. There are four basic characteristics in service : intangibility, inseparability, inconsistency, and no inventory. These intrinsic characteristics require us to change the traditional manufacturing sector based R&D management process. It is necessary to develop an effective knowledge service R&D management model to improve the competitiveness of the service industry and Korean economy. A model case knowledge service R&D has been performed to find a better R&D management model. The whole cycle of R&D process, such as planning, selection, performing, and evaluation has been reviewed by real experience. Several important aspects of R&D process are compared between manufacturing R&D and service R&D. A knowledge service R&D management framework has been suggested. The results of this research can be used for building a better service R&D management process.

  • 스마트 디바이스의 급격한 증가와 함께 사용자의 SNS(Social Network Service) 이용률도 급격하게 증가하게 되었다. 이로 인해 사용자들의 웹에 대한 접근성도 증가하면서, 데이터의 양도 기하급수적으로 증가하는 결과를 초래하였다. 이런 엄청난 양의 빅 데이터를 통해 획일적인 검색을 통한 정보 제공이 아닌, 사용자 맞춤형 지식 제공을 위한 연구의 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 지식 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자에 의해 수집된 데이터를 분석하고 평가하는 모델이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 활용하여 40명의 데이터를 수집하여 이동정보와 장소를 추측 하고, 정답 셋을 구성하여 데이터의 평가를 할 수 있는 모델에 대한 연구를 수행 하였다.

  • This study analyzed the process of information service and its factors in the cognitive viewpoint. And developed a conceptual model to help in developing future information systems and services. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1) The paradigm of information user study is changing from the system-centered to the user-centered one. 2) The researchers describe the user's internal cognitive process as the starting point of the information service. 3) The user's personal cognitive process influence the process of the information service over. And the focus is a microscopic one including the factors of the perception and recognition of the stimulus, remembering and searching information, reasoning the rules, recognition of the patterns, formalization of the concepts, etc. 4) The information librarian performs the role as a knowledge/ information system interface, and his knowledge structure reflects the organization of that knowledge/information system. 5) The information librarians can perform their role as information specialists actively and offensively. And the performance of the librarians can be measured on the scales of the su n.0, pplying capability of relevant information and the client satisfaction.

온톨로지 BIM 기반 지식 서비스 프레임웍 아키텍처 개발 (Ontology BIM-based Knowledge Service Framework Architecture Development)

  • Recently, the demand for connection between various heterogeneous dataset and BIM as a construction data model hub is increasing. In the past, in order to connect model between BIM and heterogeneous dataset, related dataset was stored in the RDBMS, and the service was provided by programming a method to link with the BIM object. This approach causes problems such as the need to modify the database schema and business logic, and the migration of existing data when requirements change. This problem adversely affects the scalability, reusability, and maintainability of model information. This study proposes an ontology BIM-based knowledge service framework considering the connectivity and scalability between BIM and heterogeneous dataset. Through the proposed framework, ontology BIM mapping, semantic information query method for linking between knowledge-expressing dataset and BIM are presented. In addition, to identify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the prototype is developed. Also, the effectiveness and considerations of the ontology BIM-based knowledge service framework are derived.

  • 그동안 행해진 중앙 집중형의 지식 창고(Knowledge Repository)에 분산된 지식을 모으는 방식만으로는 개인의 역량 및 조직의 경쟁력 강화라는 지식 관리의 본질적 목표에 달성하기 어렵다. 지속가능한 지식 생태계를 구축하기 위해서는 독립적인 지식 생산이 아닌 교류와 협력을 통한 지식 생산으로 확대되어야 하며, 이를 통해 유의미하고 고부가가치의 지식 자원을 생산할 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 과학기술 지식자원을 저장하고 개방·공유·활용을 통해 지식을 재생산하고 진화시키는 통합서비스 플랫폼을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 설계된 플랫폼은 그 우수성을 평가하기 위해, 계획 수립의 적정성, 플랫폼의 효과성, 플랫폼의 효율성, 로드맵의 적정성 항목들로 분류된 세부 항목들에 대해 평가를 수행하였으며, 상기 4개 평가 항목에 대해 평균 95.56점을 받았다.

Influence of Informational Clues on Subjective Knowledge, Concern, and Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention toward Healthy Foods in Full-service Restaurants

  • The purpose of current study is to verify a formulated model that explains the influence of informational clues(Nutritional label information and Mass media information) on subjective knowledge, concern, satisfaction, and behavioral intention toward healthy foods in context of full-service restaurants. The results of present study demonstrated that all informational clues have significant influence on both knowledge and concern about health and the significant relationships were confirmed between knowledge, concern, emotional pleasure, and behavioral intention. This study may contribute to develop meaningful marketing strategic for healthy foods in full-service sector, and it can be utilized as a critical study to establish an attractive business strategics to increase revenue as well as satisfy healthy foods consumers in full-service restaurant consumers.

  • Currently, it is not easy for most domestic public libraries to collect and provide reliable health information services on their own. Health information is distributed or professional, making it inconvenient for users to use. Based on the implications derived from the case study, the Library Health Information Integration Service Model was proposed as a specialized information service. The model consists of a composition shared by librarians, health and medical experts, and users, focusing on library websites that provide integrated health information integration services, and has the following features. First, it provides health and medical information on a specialized subject. Second, it provides integrated health and medical information services provided in various ways. Third, librarians and health and medical experts work together to provide information services. Fourth, users can freely use health information integration services online and offline. The model presented in this study means that libraries can play a leading role in health information integration services to increase the utilization rate of public libraries and further contribute to librarians serving as experts in health information services.

  • This paper discussed about creativity and knowledge management variables as for effect factors on the management performance of IT service firms. Specially the mediation effects of knowledge management variables between the creativity and management performance were examined. To prove empirically the related hypothesis, the statistical analysis were based on the response from the 160 Korean IT Service firms. As an analysis results, it was found that the creativity of organizations was not the direct effector on the management performance. But the virtue of knowledge which are accumulated from knowledge management activity and shared in organizations was the direct effector. Also, the knowledge management activity is mediator on the in the relationship between the creativity and management performance. So this paper suggests that knowledge management activity and knowledge's virtue in the related the creativity in organizations are the important mediate factors for enhancement of IT service firm's performance.
