In this paper, we have implemented speeches that utilized the emotion information of the user's speech and image matching and recommendation system. To classify the user's emotional information of speech, the emotional information of speech about the user's speech is extracted and classified using the PLP algorithm. After classification, an emotional DB of speech is constructed. Moreover, emotional color and emotional vocabulary through factor analysis are matched to one space in order to classify emotional information of image. And a standardized image recommendation system based on the matching of each keyword with the BM-GA algorithm for the data of the emotional information of speech and emotional information of image according to the more appropriate emotional information of speech of the user. As a result of the performance evaluation, recognition rate of standardized vocabulary in four stages according to speech was 80.48% on average and system user satisfaction was 82.4%. Therefore, it is expected that the classification of images according to the user's speech information will be helpful for the study of emotional exchange between the user and the computer.

최근의 휴대전화는 음성 통화뿐만 아니라 메시지 및 이메일 송/수신, 사진/동영상 촬영 등 다양한 종류의 작업을 수행할 수 있으며, 그 기능이 점차 확장되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 화면 공간의 제약으로 인한 메뉴 항목명의 축약, 메뉴 항목수의 증가, 메뉴 구조의 복잡화 등의 원인 때문에 많은 사용자들이 메뉴검색에 불편함을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 기존의 메뉴 네비게이션을 통한 검색 방식, 하위 메뉴항목 제시 방식 이외에, 키워드 검색방식 및 유사 키워드 검색 방식을 개발하고 4가지 메뉴 검색방식의 사용성 평가실험을 수행하였다. 사용성 평가 실험 결과, 수행도 측면에서는 메뉴 검색 방식간의 차이가 유의하지 않았지만, 사용자 만족도 측면에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 존재하였다. 4가지 메뉴 검색 방식 중 유사 키워드 방식은 사용자 만족도 측면에서 가장 선호되는 방식으로써, 추후 실제 휴대전화에 적용될 경우 사용자 만족도를 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 디지털 융복합 부문의 하나로 고전문학과 정보기술의 적용방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 고전문학을 위한 클라우드 디지털 아카이브 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 최근의 기술 트랜드중의 하나이며, 정보기술 분야의 중요한 키워드가 되었다. 이를 고전문학의 하나인 판소리 아카이브 모형을 연계하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서도 서비스가 지원될 수 있도록 기능 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 또한 각 특성에 따른 메타데이터 모델과 데이터 구조를 설정하였으며, 판소리 아카이브 지원을 위한 서비스 프레임워크를 추가하였다. 이러한 구조는 고전문학 자료의 평가, 보존, 접근의 프로세스를 가지며, 아카이브에서는 디지털 아카이브, 메타데이터를 통한 연계모형으로 구성되었다.

Object: The purpose of this study is to the review recent 20 years chinese achievements on the use of impedance cardiography for chinese medicine. Methods: From the China Journal Full Text Database we searched papers on the use of impedance cardiography for chinese medicine by the keyword "심조항도(心阻抗圖)". Results: The researches are summarized into 3 parts. (1) the researches on the relationship between the parameters of impedance cardiography and the chinese medical diagnoses; pulse diagnosis and tongue inspection. (2) the researches on the objective assessment using impedance cardiography for the effects of chinese medical therapy. (3) the researches on the objective evaluation index of Heart Deficiency Syndrome using impedance cardiography. Conclusion: The parameters of impedance cardiography has been established for its usefulness in various chinese medical researches.

Purpose: To review the Scale Measurement studies on Traditional Chinese Medicine and it's prospection. Method: The papers reviewed in this study were searched through internet search engines such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(www.cnki.net). we searched papers on Scale studies by the keyword "量表"(Scale) and "中醫"(TCM). Results: 263 papers which is truly related on "Scale" were collected. All the papers were reviewed briefly under the subtitle of diagnosis, evaluation of curative value, development of scale, reverse of overseas questionnaire to chinese literature and etc. Conclusions: Scale measurement studies on TCM proceeded so much but their medical application was on small and narrow field. Also Scale study had TCM's characteristics were only 18% of them. Neverthless, productions from China were precious and valuable to Korean Oriental Medicine and we have to learn their success on scale measurement studies.

Objectives : The Internet is closely related to the live of modern people in the 21st Century. With increasing interest in health and disease of children, the public has access to a growing supply of information on oriental pediatrics clinic through Internet. The purpose of this study is to collect and analyze the Internet web sites concerning oriental pediatrics clinic in Korea, and study the effectiveness of internet toward oriental pediatrics. Methods : We selected 42 web sites by searching for such keyword as child and oriental Medical clinic at korea major web search engine. The sites were evaluated and analyzed on the basis of 24 is under three evaluation criteria such as quality of contents, the easy of use, reliability of web sites. Results: Study results indicated that 34% of web sites were built in 2004, 58% of oriental pediatrics clinic was located in Seoul & Kyunggi and 84% of them was connected network medical system. About health information was supplied in oriental pediatrics clinic web sites, the growth was high frequent information, 50% of web sites supplied high quality information and 19% of them was supplied high diversity information. Conclusions: It is necessary to control system as information certification system in the area of oriental pediatrics clinic web sites.

본 논문은 HEXACO를 활용하여 현실감 있는 캐릭터를 위한 캐릭터의 내면적 측면을 연구하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 FIFA Online3 캐릭터의 게임에서 드러나는 특성을 기반으로 캐릭터의 HEXACO를 분석하였다. 캐릭터가 실존 선수의 모든 특성을 보유하고 있지 못하므로, 실제 선수의 외부 평가 키워드를 참고로 하여 실제 선수의 HEXACO를 분석하였다. 그리고 이를 캐릭터의 HEXACO와 비교하여 캐릭터의 HEXACO를 보완하였다. 게임에 적용하기 위해 분석한 캐릭터의 HEXACO를 각 포지션별로 나누어 단순화하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 캐릭터에 HEXACO를 적용할 방법을 제안하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of Korean medical treatments on contact dermatitis. Methods : Based on NDSL, OASIS, RISS, KTKP, KISS, KCI with the keyword 'Contact Dermatitis', published in 2001-2020.06.10., total 12 studies have been found and analyzed. Results : Out of 1,046 articles searched, 12 papers were selected. All of those were case-study. Herb medicine, acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, externals, other treatments were used as treatment for contact dermatitis. All of research which selected have reported that the Korean medical treatment was effective. Conclusions : According to the results, Korean medical treatments can be effective treatment for contact dermatitis. Further clinical studies are expected using evaluation methods to analyze the results and to establish high level of evidence.

Mobile IP has been designed only to maintain communication as they move form place to place, so it doesn't guarantee Quality of Service(QoS). QoS in mobile IP is important to provide multimedia and real-time applications services in mobile, and it is closely related to handoff delay. Therefore, handoff delay problem is actively studied to guarantee QoS as a main issue in mobile IP research area Next generation Mobile IPv6 resolve this problem somewhat, triangle problem for first packet and handoff delay still remain. In this paper, we suggest SNMP Information-based routing that adds keyword management method to Information-based routing in active network in order to resolve such a problem, and then suggest QoS controlled handoff based on SNMP Information-Based routing. After modeling of suggested method and existing handoff method simulations we carried out with NS-2 for performance evaluation. The results of simulations show the some improvement on handoff delay, and therefore on QoS improvement.

기업에서 업무 시스템들을 활용하여 업무를 진행하다 보면 기하급수적으로 증가하는 정보를 얼마나 신속하고 정확하게 사용자에게 제공할 수 있는가 하는 것이 기업 경쟁력의 중요한 요소이다. 검색 적합성 향상을 통한 양질의 검색 결과 제공은 기업 경쟁력의 중요한 요소가 되었으며, 가치 있고 효율적인 검색 서비스 제공을 위해 검색엔진에서 제공하는 단순한 검색 서비스 이상을 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 검색 과정에서 Tag 정보와 그 가중치 값을 활용하여 검색 적합성을 향상 시키는 방안에 대해서 연구함으로써 검색엔진에서 제공하는 검색 적합성의 한계를 극복하는 방안을 제안한다. 또한, 제안된 방법에 대한 검색 성능을 비교하기 위해서 제안 기법을 기존 웹 검색 서비스에서 제공하는 검색결과와의 적합성 평가 및 연관 검색어와 비교함으로써 우수성을 검증하였다.
