Strategic alliance is increasingly becoming a popular strategy in the family restaurant industry. In general, strategic alliance can be defined as several brands collaborating in technology development, marketing, or production while keeping their independence as separate business entities. This study identified segments on the basis of sales promotion resulting from strategic alliances between family restaurants and card companies. This study further investigated how brand image, brand value, price fairness, customer loyalty and demographics are different among the segments. From the statistical analysis, three segments were found; 'short-period benefits oriented' segment, 'intangible and discount benefits oriented' segment and 'free benefits oriented' segment. Among the three segments, the 'free benefits oriented' and 'intangible and discount benefits oriented' segments had greater perceived brand image, brand value and customer loyalty than the 'short-period benefits oriented' segment.

A new two-dimensional analytical model for dual-material double-gate fully-depleted SOI MOSFET with Pearson-IV type Doping Distribution is presented. An investigation of electrical MOSFET parameters i.e. drain current, transconductance, channel resistance and device capacitance in DM DG FD SOI MOSFET is carried out with Pearson-IV type doping distribution as it is essential to establish proper profiles to get the optimum performance of the device. These parameters are categorically derived keeping view of potential at the center (${\phi}_c$) of the double gate SOI MOSFET as it is more sensitive than the potential at the surface (${\phi}_s$). The proposed structure is such that the work function of the gate material (both sides) near the source is higher than the one near the drain. This work demonstrates the benefits of high performance proposed structure over their single material gate counterparts. The results predicted by the model are compared with those obtained by 2D device simulator ATLAS to verify the accuracy of the proposed model.

The optimum management of nutrient solution needs the effective combination of fertilizers as well as the accurate control of nutrient solution. This study was attempt to make a supporting system for effective fertilizer combination by using computer and also to develop a EC predicting equation for keeping the EC of solution within the allowable range after application of combined fertilizers. The supporting system consists of three parts : (1) data bases, (2) rules for deciding the kinds and amounts of fertilizers and (3) main control. With input data, the main control automatically constructs the network connecting the related data bases and subsequently executes the operation of searching proper fertilizers through it. For more effective searching, fertilizers are classified into two levels(level 1 and level 2) in consideration of solubility, price, and frequency in use, and searched in that order. The EC prediction equation, a extended form of the Robinson and Stroke's theoretical equation only available for a binary electrolyte, is suggested for predicting the EC of the nutrient solution containing many kinds of inorganic compounds. The comparison of predicted and measured ECs showed good agreements with the high correlation between the predicted EC decrement by ion interaction and the actual one(limiting EC minus measured EC).

As a system integration framework, the role of SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) is widening and increasing day by day. The SOA framework enables software applications or computing resources to integrate flexibly and to provide more various business models. But, it is strongly required of SOA service level management for applying SOA in real business world. In this respect, we need a study on method for managing SOA system for keeping higher quality of SOA. This paper provides a new management method for SOA service level by analyzing quality factors in Web services, as SOA implementation, and negotiation/contract according to SLA methodology.

The vehicle has many technique change from The requirement of the safety the energy environment and convenience dimension is an enlargement toe. According to the number of the books in the library growing dramatically, dealing with them becomes a serious problem. Especially Plenty of budgets have been consumedin arranging and keeping the books. To solve these confronted problems, RFID technology is researched in this thesis. By utilizing the mobile RFID readers, Book Management System which makes possible to reduce time and cost to input the information of locationand present situation of books in real time is developed. Moreover since the active tag which uses the 900 radio frequency band and mobile RFID reader are used, it is possible to achieve multi-recognizing system.

This study aims at providing necessary resources in developing the sustainable project of the exchanges between cities and rural areas in Korea. And so I investigated and analyzed the model of the Setagaya Ward and the Gawaba Village in Japan, which has successively continued the exchanges between city and rural areas for thirty years, with the documentation, field work, interviews and field investigation. The two local autonomous entities have promoted the project of the exchanges between cities and rural areas by keeping in touch with a making the second home and linking agriculture with sightseeing. They passed an agreement of mutual help and established regulations to push forward the agreement in order to carry out the agreement. And they have operated a section which will do nothing but focus on this, established a management company which takes charge of the stronghold facilities of the exchange between city and rural areas, operated a caucus to examine the project steadily and to develop new programs, and made a publicity work continually for thirty years. In conclusion, I think we should promote the joint capital stronghold facilities of the exchange between city and rural areas which is based upon the agreements. And we should promote the infrastructure like a management company which takes charge of the facilities and build the proper foundation which can develop the various programs for the exchange between city and rural areas and operate them.

The main purpose of this study was to observe the effect of school lunch program on dietary habits of elementary school children and their food preferences. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 785 children and their mother in ele-mentary school with and without school lunch program. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. 91.1% of subjects were eating rice for breakfast menu and 12.2% of subjects were skipping breakfast every morning. 2. Most of the children preferred fruits, ddugboggi, ice cream, fritter, cookie, bread, beverage and hot dog for snacks. 3. Despite of its restrictive practice, the school lunch program proved to be contributory to the improvement of children's food intake habits, table manners, keeping social order, sanitary consiousness, gratitude for their parents. 4. Children preferred kimbap, bokumbap and hamburger for main dish, fish jelly soup, brown seaweed soup and bean-sprout soup for soup, animal food for side dish and frying saute for cooking methods. 5. Most of the children disliked crown daisy, green pepper, mushroom, green onion, onion, dropwort, soybean and carrot for their food materials.

Based on the Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS) variables and supporting arenas, the current study aims to highlight the importance of FMIS in supporting organizations to achieve organizational excellence (Managing Liabilities, Support Decision Making, Cost Efficiency, Financial Quality, and Security). A quantitative approach was utilized by adopting a questionnaire as a tool. A convenient sample of (249) individuals from different Kuwaiti SMEs answered the questionnaire. SPSS v. 26 was used to analyze gathered data. The study's findings revealed that FMIS has a significant impact on organizational trials to achieve organizational excellence. This impact was most noticeable on the level of cost-efficiency, with an R-value of 0.583, followed by a positive impact on security, with an R-value of 0.453. Based on the results, it can be widely generalized that FMIS can help the organization reach organizational excellence through managing its financial affairs. As a result, the study recommends paying more attention to the quality of data presented to FMIS, keeping in mind that human errors in data entry might result in incorrect and malfunctioned data, even if it is processed by FMIS. FMIS also improves the ability of an organization to schedule financial information, such as obligations, receivables, debts, payments, and expenses.

Recently, as we move into aging society, it is important effective human resource management. This study is to explore the policy directions of the retirement management system for civil servant. To achieve this aim, the article focuses on the application of the aged retired employee who is competent. The major findings of this study could be summarized as follows; Firstly, retirement management is keeping at all times. Secondly, it is achieving custom-made retirement management. Finally, it needs building network system linked external organization. For this purpose, it makes a decision that develops a retirement management model and a management program in a society that is demographically aging.
