The objective of this study is to improve safe execution of the management plan in Construction Technology Promotion Act. This research addresses the issue how to prevent the collapse of facilities under construction and after completion, improve the examination system, and execute Improvement of Safety Management Plan. To achieve this goal, research providing insights into understanding the ways in which creating and presenting safety checks and deploying safety training measures effectively is imperative.

This study was aimed to demonstrate how the analysis of the impact on confidence in the safety-conscious organizations target the clothing distribution center employees and organizational commitment. Safety awareness of employees of the clothing distribution center safety rules, safety education, road safety interests, divided into risk handling and trusted organization with the emotional trust and cognitive trust, organizational commitment was divided into affective, cognitive and normative commitment. Data collection was surveyed 185 people clothing distribution center workers, tested the hypothesis through regression analysis. The results are safety conscious exerts a positive effect on organizational trust, organizational trust was found to have a positive impact on organizational commitment.

In manufacturing company, safety is a important issue because it can cause many cost and problems of company. So reduce safety accident can increase manufacturing company's productivity. Safety accident has close relationship with employee's behavior, which is 'safety behavior'. In this study, researcher try to find out role of leader-member exchange and employee's job commitment effect on safety behavior in manufacturing company. A total of 279 responses were collected from manufacturing company's employees. The result of this empirical study show us that leader-member exchange has positive effect on employee's job commitment and safety behaviot. And job commitment has positive effect on safety behavior. Base on this empirical result, researcher provide critics and manageric implication for manufacturing companies.

In addition to improving economic growth and development of advanced production technology brings many benefits to our society, but if the growth of this still has the shadow of accidents exists. In particular, the construction site has seen a significantly higher accident rate figures despite efforts on disaster prevention. Among the various methods of reducing the need for disaster safety education industry it has become very stressed its importance through many studies. When a disaster causes significant share of the construction industry due to the lack of educational causes, including technical causes, managerial causes, classification and educational causes of this ateumyeo safety awareness and knowledge account for large proportion. In the health and safety education, centered on the subjects of education supervisors will be able to reduce the real and effective industrial disaster education should be run.

Because National Fire Safety Codes is mixed performance criteria and specification, and it defines the fire extinguish equipment type and standards that need to be installed in a building as one method. Therefore, to fully reflect the fire risk characteristics of the building, such as the wooden building there is a limit. In this study, suggested to the performance criteria drawn methodologies through fire load of wooden buildings studies, theory on performance and performance analysis to fire extinguish equipment of the wooden buildings is installed according to current fire safety codes.

Safety accident rate of small-medium construction site is high. because of lack of safety management system, lack of safety management capacity, lack of investment for safety, Owner's insufficient awareness about safety. In order to improve this, Currently in Occupational Safety and Health Act, Construction site of amounts more than 300 million won less than 120 billion (architectural),150 billion won(civil) mandatory subject to the technical guidance on construction accident prevention. Context of construction accident causes with construction accident rate relationship analysis and case analysis of technical guidance, through a survey of stakeholders in the technical guidance drawn the problems of the construction accident prevention technical guidance system and ways to improve on this.

This study is to find out the acceptance intention of international logistics platform which meet the needs of each other of shipper and international logistics company in the online. As you may know, the many korean traditional international logistics companies which have to compete with global logistics companies focused on economics of scale, have been in a big trouble. This study of small & Medium-Sized construction sites construction disaster prevention technology conduction-site visits from the map results report by the inspector on-site advice and technical guidance for the analysis of deficiencies and potential construction of disaster revealed the potential factors causing an accident as follows. As a results, Should not be a once a month visits. Therefore should be changed at least twice a month to help prevent accidents of this system is to be judged.

IPS(Ideal Production System) is a strategic cost management establishing ideal target cost, innovating cost structure and reduction. However, IPS was commonly used in assembly industry acquiring components and using them to assemble vehicles etc. Applying IPS to steel industry is a new try and not easy because cost elements in flow manufacturing are clustered and obfuscated in a complicated way. This paper proposes ICM (Ideal Cost Management) method adaptive to steel industry. One of the biggest advantages is that ICM could classify and categorize costs in detail according to accounts and manufacturing machines. Based on ICM information, steps of extracting and maximizing ideas are followed effectively. From 2013, ICM was applied successfully to POSCO Pohang Steel Works 38 factories.

The ratio which we usually use in producing products is nonconforming proportion or percent defective. As our modern society develops, we cannot but meet another proportion in legal, managerial, and medical areas where our human beings might commit various kinds of errors though they do not want them. In this paper we will generally call the ratio 'proportion.' When the size of such proportion as percent defective is observed by persons, it is not true proportion but apparent proportion because it has been observed with human or situational errors. Past studies have not systematically covered the analysis of relations between such proportions and type 1 and 2 error, but this paper analyses and derives such various relations, and it suggests the guideline as sixteen properties for utilization and sensitive analysis of the relations. Current paper's consideration of apparent proportion in addition to true proportion as our familiar concept will open and widen existing academic and application areas where people have mainly built societal, scientific and engineering rules and methods based only on true proportion.
