Flutter analyses are performed for the KF-16D aircraft with brand new ALQ-X ECM pod. A flutter analysis method using test modal data is proposed and validated using published F-16 modal data and flutter analysis results. Ground vibration test is performed for KF-16D stands on its landing gears. Attained modal data are transformed to free-free condition of KF-16D aircraft with ALQ-X pod and ALQ-119 pod, respectively. As the results of comparison of flutter analyses, ALQ-X is cleared to be operated in the flight envelope authorized for existing ECM pods.

This paper discusses the test procedure, instrumentation, verification methodology and the results of the ground vibration test(GVT) performed on the KF-16D aircraft to estimate experimentally dynamic characteristics of the aircraft. The modal tests for 7 external store configurations were conducted to estimate effects of external stores on the aircraft vibration modes. To emulate free-free boundary conditions the test aircraft was mounted on its landing gear structure with deflated tires during the GVT. The airframe modal tests were done by burst random excitations with 6 to 8 shakers and about 200 accelerometers. Frequency response functions(FRFs) were measured for each test, and the FRFs were reduced and analyzed to identify the dynamic parameters interested. The analyses were carried out in two steps. To extract modal parameters such as, frequencies and damping ratios, the poly-reference least square complex exponential method was used in the time domain. The mode shape coefficients were estimated with the least squares frequency domain method to identify the vibration modes.

This paper describes the verification test on Electromagnetic Environmental Effects(E3), which conducted on ground as a final step to confirm the normal operation of ELINT pod and Safety-of-Flight of KF-16C/D mounted with ELINT pod prior to the initial flight. Based on MIL-STD-464A, indispensable 7 requirements among 14 detailed requirements total were carried out in the test. Considering the Safety-of-Flight(SOF), we invest a great deal of time and effort on Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance(HERO) and Intra-system EMC test. E3 test and evaluation were performed on 62 equipments of KF-16C/D, respectively. As a result, we verify that KF-16C/D mounted with ELINT pod(hereafter "system") are electromagnetically compatible among all subsystems and equipment within the system and with environments caused by electromagnetic effects external to the system.

Livestock farmers face several limitations when using the government recommended sorghum cultivars for forage because of the limited seed supply. Therefore, the objective of the this study is to evaluate, select, and recommend the best high-yielding hybrid as the government recommended cultivars. The agronomic characteristics and forage yield of three cultivars (cv. P947, cv. KF429 and cv. SS405) of forage sorghum were evaluated at two locations (Suwon and Sunghwan) for 2 years (1999${\sim}$2000). 'KF429' was susceptible to foliar disease, while 'SS405' had less lodging resistance among the sorghum cultivars tested. When compared with 'P947' (recommended cultivar), dry matter yield of 'KF429' and 'SS405' cultivars increased by 16% and 75%, respectively. The crude protein of 'P947'(9.4%) was higher than other cultivars. The percentage of ADF and NDF were the lowest in 'KF429' cultivar. The results of forage performance experiment indicate that 'KF429' and 'SS405' are recommended as the government recommended sorghum cultivars due to a high lodging tolerance, disease resistance, and high dry matter yield.

The purpose of this study was the accuracy of cardiac compression, fatigue, and physiological changes of the rescuer for different mask type in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR). Data collection was from 9 to 12 May 2022, the participants were a total of 24 paramedic students with a BLS provider at D University. The students participated in an experiment in which 12 students each wore a surgical mask (Dental mask) and a fine particle 94% blocking mask (KF94 mask) and performed CPR for 2 minutes over a total of 7 times. As a result of the study, in the analysis of the quality of the rescuer's chest compression according to the type of mask, there was a significant difference in the compression speed (F=24.91, p<.001) and bad compression hand position (F=14.54, p=.024) in the group wearing the KF94, Fatigue showed significant differences in both the Dental mask group (F=51.16, p<.001) and the KF94 mask group (F=63.49, p<.001). Among the physiological changes, heart rate showed a significant difference between the Dental mask group (F=34.79, p<.001) and the KF94 mask group (F=35.55, p<.001), and the respiratory rate showed a significant difference between the Dental mask group (F=25.02, p=.001) and the KF94 mask group(F=23.02, p=.002). Therefore, in order to improve the quality of efficient chest compression and reduce the fatigue and physiological changes of rescuers, it will be necessary for rescuers to wear suitable personal protective equipment.

Flight compatibility certification is performed to substantiate the compatibility between ALQ-X ECM pod and KF-16D/RF-4C aircraft. A certification plan for the ALQ-X flight compatibility is established. Similarity analysis, mass/inertia analysis, structural analysis/test, and ground vibration test/flutter analysis are made to support the safety of MIL-HDBK-1763 Test 250 (Captive compatibility flight profile). Aircraft flew along flight envelope boundary with representative ALQ-X configurations. Handling qualities are evaluated by comparing flight characteristics of the aircraft with and without ALQ-X. Structural integrity and endurance is evaluated using measured flight test data. Results of these flight tests showed that ALQ-X is compatible with KF-16D/RF-4C without altering the flight envelope which has originally been certified for ALQ-88 and ALQ-119 ECM pods. ALQ-X certification program made following technical achievements: Type III certification for foreign designed fighter, flutter analysis program development using GVT results, and utilization of MIL-STD-1553B data bus in flight test.
The experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of varying levels of flaked com abomasally infused on energy metabolism and nitrogen metabolism in fattening steers. The starch levels of flaked corn of abomasally infused were 0, 300, 600 and 900 g/d. Four mature fattening steers fitted with permanent abomasum cannulas were allocated to a $4{\times}4$ Latin square design were fed at 1.2 maintenance requirement a basal diet of Chinese wildrye (Aneurolepidium Chinense). Compared with 0 g/d (control group), digestible nitrogen, retention nitrogen (RN, g/d) and the efficiency of digestible nitrogen converted into retention nitrogen (RN/DN, %) of 300, 600 and 900 g/d groups were higher (p<0.05). The post-ruminal starch digestion of flaked corn were 71.36, 80.27 and 64.71 % when the amounts abomasally infused were 300, 600 and 900 g/d, respectively. When the amount of starch abomasally infused was more than 600 g/d, the post-ruminal digestion of starch decreased. 300, 600 and 900 g/d starch infusion groups showed higher metabolizable energy intake (ME) and net energy gains (NEg, MJ/d) than the control group, and the efficiencies of metabolizable energy converted into body weight (Kf, %) of these groups were higher than the control group by 38.31, 73.18 and 67.06% (p<0.05). Kf (Y, %) had a positive curved relation to starch of flaked com abomasally infused (X, g/d), $Y=36.1605X^{0.0760}$ (n=16, r=0.9308).
Lactic acid bacteria obtained from traditional Kimchi were selected on the basis of their caseinolytic activity and lactose usability and examined for availability as a starter in probiotic activity. Thirty-two strains were selected as lactic acid producing bacteria in BCP agar, and two strains (KC23 and KF26) with more than 90% resistance for both acid and bile salts were selected. The two strains were identified as L. plantarum (KC23) and L. paracasei (KF26) by API 50 CHL system and 16S rRNA sequence analysis. L. plantarum (KC23) was finally selected based on its biochemical characteristics for lactose and raffinose usability. Free tyrosine content increased rapidly in 10% skimmed milk medium, from $24.1{\mu}g/mL$ after 8 h to $43.9{\mu}g/mL$ after 16 h. Additionally, the caseinolytic clear zone of 12 mm of L. plantarum (KC23) was greater than the 9 mm zone of commercial L. acidophilus CSLA. The bacterium exhibited mesophilic growth and yielded $8.9{\times}10^8CFU/mL$ when incubated at $37^{\circ}C$ for 12 h at pH 4.25. Moreover, L. plantarum KC23 exhibited antibacterial activity as it formed a clear zone of 8-13 mm for the 5 pathogens. Adherent activity was 2.23 fold higher than that of LGG. The acidity of 10% skimmed milk fermented for 12 h was 0.74%.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of fermented diets including liquid by-products on nutrient digestibility and nitrogen balance in growing pigs. Treatments were 1) CON (basal diet), 2) F (fermented diet with basal diet), 3) KF (fermented diet with basal diet including 30% kale pomace), 4) AF (fermented diet with basal diet including 30% angelica keiskei pomace), 5) CF (fermented diet with basal diet including 30% carrot pomace) and 6) OF (fermented diet with basal diet including 30% grape pomace). A total of 24 pigs (41.74kg average initial body weight, Landrace $\times$ Yorkshire $\times$ Duroc), were assigned to 6 treatments, 4 replicates and 1 pig per metabolic cage in a randomized complete block (RCB) design. Pigs were housed in $0.5\times1.3m$ metabolic cage in a 17d digestibility trial. During the entire experimental period, Digestibility of dry matter (p<0.05) of treatment CON, F and CF were higher than other treatments. In crude protein digestibility, treatment F was higher than treatment AF and GF (p<0.05). Treatment GF showed the lowest digestibility of crude fiber among all treatments (p<0.05). In ether extract digestibility, treatment AF and CF showed higher than other treatments (p<0.05) except KF treatment. CF treatment showed the best digestibility of ash among all treatments (p<0.05). Whereas, For Ca and P digestibility, CF and OF treatments were improved than other treatments (p<0.05). Energy digestibility (p<0.05) of CON, F and CF treatments were higher than KF, AF and GF treatments. In total essential amino acid digestibility, F treatment was improved than AF, CF and GF treatments (p<0.05). In total non-essential amino acid digestibility, F treatment was higher than CON, AF and GF treatments (p<0.05). In total amino acid digestibility, F treatment was higher than AF and CF treatments (p<0.05) and GF treatment showed the lowest digestibility (p<0.05). In fecal nitrogen excretion ratio, GF treatment was greatest among all treatments (p<0.05) and F treatment was decreased than other treatments (p<0.05). In urinary nitrogen excretion ratio, CON and GF treatments showed the lowest among all treatments (p<0.05). In nitrogen retention ratio, CON treatment showed the high and KF treatment showed the lost among all treatments (p<0.05). Therefore, this experiment suggested that fermented diet could improve nutrient and amino acid digestibilities of growing pigs.
