Design of AR based Job Education System for An Efficient Task Progressing of Worker (작업자의 효율적인 업무진행을 위한 AR 기반 업무 교육 시스템 설계)

  • By using ICT in the manufacturing industry with the advent of "Industry 4.0" of Germany, it has been promoted a lot of research to maximize the production capacity. Be particularly increased manufacturing complexity, increase the information delivered to the operator, augmented reality technologies in order to maximize production have been studied. In this paper, in order to solve the deficiencies problem that frequently occurs in the actual site, using the augmented reality technology, provides a system for providing personal training information to the worker. Proposed system, by fusing worker information and process another job, generates educational information of the individual, it is to provide information through the video of the tablet. When using such methods, it is expected that it is possible to improve the production quality of the manufacturing industry to overcome the deficiencies problem that frequently occurs through the continuing education of employees.

  • In accordance with the fast changing circumstance, universities are now reaching, beyond the education place of simple delivery of knowledge and exchange of information, to a place of developing a specialty program related with the region and industry to achieve a competitive edge in education. Through these academic-industrial collaboration program, special knowledge and human resources in the university are utilized in the society and it may contribute to the development of industry and breed of career people based upon the real job site can be achieved. In addition, through the practical operation of such developed program, university may contribute to the enhancement of the competitiveness of the corporation to the activation and acceleration of the regional economy and finally to the enhancement of competitiveness of national industry in international level. This study tries to develop 3 technical instruction and support program related with the legion and industry which may conform to the ideals of university and its goal of education and can provide a platform for the education that is closely related with the regional industry and real job site iud may cope actively with the upcoming knowledge society and fast changing regional circumstances. This study will make research and analyze needs of design support from the industry in order to develop a academic-industrial cooperative design support program for the furniture industry which conforms to the regional characteristic and feature and develop and present contents of program in three area of development of furniture design technology, build-up of furniture design information system and establishment of order based education system. The proposed program is supposed to be operated practically and effectively and contribute to the development of new product, to enhancement of company image and finally to the maximization of corporate profit. Also this study is epected to be used as an important material for establishment of order-based education system which confirms to the job site needs that may be analysed from feedback of product results and for practical learning.

A Study on the Trends of Librarian Recruitment in Korea and Overseas Using Data Mining (데이터 마이닝을 이용한 국내외 사서 채용 동향 분석)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the trends of librarian job recruitment in Korea and overseas. A total of 489 librarian job postings posted on the internet portal site "Saseo e-Ma-eul" were collected for the Korean data, and 6,600 data were collected from "ALAJobList" for the international data. The research period spans from January 2020 to August 2022. The data were subjected to regional distribution analysis, frequency analysis, and topic modeling. As a result of the study, the number of Korean librarian job postings was the highest in Seoul with 280, while California was the state with the highest number of job postings overseas with 662. According to the frequency analysis, the main task of Korean data is 'management' 23.42%, and the core competency is 'certificate' 16.61%. For overseas data, 'Library Service' is the main task of 8.72%, and 'Communication Skills' is the most important core competency of 10.13%. In topic modeling, five topics were identified for each area 4 in total, including Korean and international job description and requirements. The analysis results confirm that the duties and qualifications derived from Korean and international job postings for librarians are related to the core competencies proposed by major library associations such as the American Library Association (ALA) and the Korean Library Association.

  • This study purpose to identifying the roles of Health Information Librarian which its role is increasing according to increase recent interest in wellness and health. In other words, this study will present the Education, careen duties and so on, which should be possed by Health Information Librarian, based on the analysis of Job Site. As as result, first, health information professional librarian's name appears very diverse, and consumer health information librarian will be appropriate name for public libraries and medical librarian will be appropriate for medical library and hospital library. Second, education experience required for health information librarian is master's degree of library and information science and bachelor's or more health related degree. Third, at least two years of health-related field experience, particularly health information service experience, is required. Forth, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required, expecially higher knowledge for health-related information resources is required. Fifth, the main duties what health information librarian need to perform, are library management services, training services, research services, access to and sharing of information resources, collection management, information management, information management technology, and advocacy.

  • 취업 정보 시스템에서의 인재정보 및 채용정보의 검색결과에서 원하는 일자리와 인재를 빠른 시간내에 검색하는 문제는 사용자 만족도에 밀접한 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소 중의 하나라고 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 키워드를 이용하여 채용정보를 검색할 경우 채용정보 항목에 가중치 값을 적용했을 때의 정확도를 판단하기 위한 정량적 평가의 효과성을 검토한다. 채용정보 항목에 가중치 값을 적용했을 경우와 적용하지 않았을 경우의 채용검색 결과를 취업정보 시스템 관련 담당자를 대상으로 관련성 점수를 5점 척도로 평가한다. 실험결과, 채용정보 항목에 가중치를 적용하였을 때 관련 정확도 평가값이 더 높았으며, 상위 20개의 검색결과 평가값을 순위에 따라 정확성 추이를 살펴본 결과 순위가 높을수록 더 높은 정확성을 보였다.

  • This research is aimed to develop a National competency standards(NCS) as a method of job standardization, and then to be applicated as a baseline data on overall university curriculum by using the NCS. Study period is from June 21, 2014 to November 30, 2014. To accomplish the aims, a pool of researchers and experts like as industrial site experts, education training experts, and job analysis specialists was formed. Job title to be conducted in medical record is defined as medical information management and NCS was developed through deducing 12 competency unit, 43 competency unit elementary and competency unit each career during lifelong. And finally the developed standards proposal was completed to be NCS after verification by on-the-spot specialists.

  • According to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, demand for and interest in jobs in the field of AI and data science - such as artificial intelligence/data analysts - are increasing. In order to keep pace with this trend, and to supply human resources that can effectively perform such jobs in the relevant fields in a timely manner, job seekers must develop the competencies required by the companies, and universities must be in charge of training. However, it is difficult to devise appropriate response strategies at the level of job seekers, companies and universities, which are stakeholders in terms of supplying suitably competent personnel. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine which competencies are required in practice in order to cultivate and supply human talents equipped with the necessary job competencies, and to propose plans for the development of the required competencies at the university level. In order to identify the required competencies in the field of AI and data science, data on job postings on the LinkedIn site, the recruitment platform, were analyzed using text mining techniques. Then, research was conducted with the aim of devising and proposing concrete plans for competency development at the university level by comparing and verifying the results of the international graduate school curriculum in the field of AI and data science, and the interview results with the hiring managers, respectively, with the results of the topic model.

A Study on the Preferences of Dental Technology Students for Overseas Employment (치기공과 학생들의 해외취업에 대한 선호도 조사)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to find overseas workplace and improve global competence through the preference survey on overseas employment by dental technology students. Methods: The survey sample consisted of 250 randomly selected dental technology students. Survey was conducted from March 1 to May 1 in 2012. Total of 245(98.0%) replies and analyzed 236 questionnaires excluding 9 incomplete questionnaires. The questionnaires used in this study consisted of 7 items for general information, overseas employment characteristics of 10 items, 7 items for overseas employment activation plane and job competency development of 7 items. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences) Win 19.0 statistics program. Results: Regarding general characteristics of the subjects, there were 131 third graders(55.5%), 63 first graders(26.7%) and 42 second graders(17.8%) among 130 males(55.1%) and 106 females(44.9%). 221(93.6%) of the subjects had no experience in language training. Students who had clinical training for 1-5 months were 123(52.1%), and 24(10.2%) students had more than six months. 89(37.7%) of the subjects had no clinical training. 155(65.7%) of the subjects hope to work with korean owner, and 81(34.3%) chose foreign owner. Favored working countries were Australia(41.5%), the United States(29.2%), Canada(18.2%) and other(11.0%). The field of dental ceramic was indicated to be the highest proportion of 104(44.1%). Period of training were 3 hours(40.3%) and 6 hours(35.2%). The most important training were language-centered education(54.2%), Job-oriented education(24.2%), local culture education(16.1%), other(3.0%) and Leadership Training(2.5%). The subjects chose overseas worker(44.9%), working-level practitioner (28.8%), successfully employed dental technology graduate(19.5%a) and professor(3.4%) as an instructor. The subjects get education and training information from professor(40.3%), other(28.0%), senior(14.4%), job site(8.9%) and acquaintance(8.5%). A credit exchange(2.46 points), a joint degree program(2.46 points), and a foreign professor(2.33 points) were needed to activate the overseas employment. A kind of dental prosthesis(3.58 points), carving tooth morphology(3.38 points), and majors of dental technology(3.30 points) were indicated to develop job competency for overseas employment. Age, year, clinical training experience and company owner were statistically meaningful data among the general characteristics affecting job competency development. Conclusion: The college needs to offer variety programs such as foreign language-centered education and a local job competency development program to graduates to be connected with international workplace and employment.

The Study on the Developing Process of BIM Modeling for Urban-life-housing Based on Unit Modular (유닛모듈러 기반 도시형 생활주택의 BIM 모델링 프로세스 개발 연구)

  • The current architectural design of unit modular has been based on 2D of CAD program, so unit modular character which needs unit information management, as a dried-member system, has no effect on design process. The purpose of this study is We have developed a suitable BIM design process, according to various works of construction, then tried to contribute to supply and activation of the urban-life-housing based on unit modular. The BIM modeling process based on unit modular has been in order of unit combination with preparing manual classification, and, it has been constructed, at construction site, from housing foundation to roof finish by Bottom-up method. At a manufacturing factory, it has been produced in order of 1) grouping materials and parts, 2) fabricating unit boxes, and 3) interference examination of unit boxes, and each order has been classified as housing structure, architecture, plumbing process separately. At a construction site, the fabrication has been done in order of, like as a real housing construction scenario, 1) RC foundation work 2) unit module job-site-fabrication work, 3) roof truss work, 4) plumbing and HVAC work, and 5) housing interior finish work. After modeling process, the interference examination on each work of construction has finally completed modeling. The Unit modular utilizing BIM modeling can make easy housing maintenance through systematic control with preparing manual of unit module information, and securing accurate and speedy construction information. And it will promote design credibility and create maximum effect of unit modular construction method, such as construction period reduction and upgrade of construction quality, etc., through the computer simulation as real as construction environment in cyber space, and with the interfering examination.

A Study on Utilization of GNSS and Spatial Image for River Site Decision Supporting (하천 현장업무 의사지원을 위한 GNSS와 공간영상 활용방안에 관한 연구)

  • This Study has developed the information system of the rivers based on 3D image GIS by converging the latest information technology of GIS(Geographic Information System), RS(Remote Sensing), GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System), aerial laser survey(LiDAR) with real time network technology in order to understand the current situation of all the four major rivers and support the administrative management system. The said information system acquires the high resolution aerial photographs of 25cm, aerial laser survey and water depth surveying data to express precise space information on the whole Youngsan River which is the leading project site out of the four river sites. Monitoring the site is made available on the transporting means such as a helicopter, boat or a bus in connection with locational coordinate tracking skill for the moving objects in real time using GNSS. It makes monitoring all the information on the four river job sites available at a glance, which can obtain the reliability of the people to such vast areas along with enhancing the recognition of the people by publicity of four Rivers Revitalizing Project and reports thereof.
