Job Shop 형태를 갖는 주문생산 환경에서의 계층적 생산계획 및 통제 Framework의 설계 (A Framework for Hierarchical Production Planning and Control in Make-to-Order Environment with Job Shop)

  • This paper presents a framework for the hierarchical PPC(Production Planning and Control) in make-to-order environment with job shop. The characteristics of the environment are described as : 1) project with non-repetitive and individual production, 2) short delivery date, 3) process layout with large scales manufacturing. 4) job shops. The PPC in a make-to-order typically are organized along hierarchical fashions. A model is proposed for the hierarchical job shop scheduling based on new concepts of production system, work and worker organization. Then, a new integrated hierarchical framework is also developed for the PPC based on concepts of the proposed job shops scheduling model. Finally, the proposed framework has been implemented in the Electric Motor Manufacturing and the results showed good performance.

병원에 근무하는 물리치료사의 직무특성과 이직의도와의 관련성 연구 (Relationships between Job Characteristics and Turnover Intention of the Physical Therapists of Hospitals)

  • Recruiting and maintaining capable physical therapists in hospitals is crucial to provide patients with better quality's physical therapy and to achieve hospital business objectives. This study is to provide basic data for effective personnel management of physical therapists in the hospital. For this, this study was conducted to confirm the relationship between turnover intention and job characteristics(task importance, job autonomy, job feedback, task identity, skill diversity), and to find out factors affecting the turnover intention of hospital physical therapists in Korea. The sample used in this study consisted of 173 physical therapists who were working in hospitals located in Seoul from June 18 to 29. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The dependent variable of this study was turnover intention and the independent variables were job characteristics(task importance, job autonomy, job feedback, task identity, skill diversity), demographic characteristics of respondents(sex, age, education level, marital status, working hospital, working career). The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Turnover intention according to demographic characteristics of respondents was significantly high in the graduate school above group. As the result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis of turnover intention, R2 of job characteristics was much more powerful than demographic characteristics. The factors had significant negative effect on turnover intention were job autonomy, task identity, and skill diversity. And in demographic characteristics factors, there were not significant factors on turnover intention. In considering above findings, for decreasing turnover intention of physical therapists, hospitals need to develop strategies for enhancing job satisfaction by improving job autonomy, task identity, and skill diversity from the adequate job environment.

피부미용사의 직무환경 및 직업존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Environment and Job Esteem on Job Satisfaction in Skin Beauticians)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 피부미용업 종사자들의 직무만족도에 대해 직무환경 및 직업존중감이 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 서울 및 경기지역 피부미용실에 재직중인 20~50대 성인 여성 470여명을 대상으로 피부미용사의 특성 및 직무환경, 직업존중감, 직무만족도를 분석하였다. 첫째, 피부미용사들의 직무환경이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 직무만족도의 하위요인 직업적 긍지 만족도, 소속감 및 기여도, 임금 및 복지에 상대적으로 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 피부관리샵의 휴게시설이나 휴식공간을 적절히 보장하고, 안전 및 위생관리를 철저히 하는 등 근무조건을 개선해야 함을 시사한다. 둘째, 직업존중감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 독립변수별로 사회적 평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 미래가치, 자아성취지향이 높아지면 직무만족도의 하위요인들이 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 피부관리사의 사회적 인식을 제고할 수 있도록 전문가로서 대우하는 것이 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. 직무환경의 하위요인인 근무조건, 조직환경, 직업안정성과 직업존중감의 하위요인인 사회적 평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 미래가치, 자아성취지향이 직무만족도의 하위요인에 각각 중요한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타나, 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 직무환경 하위요인들의 전반적인 개선과 더불어 직업존중감의 현재가치에 해당하는 사회적평가, 자기(내재적)평가, 자아성취지향은 물론 미래가치 역시 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 연구결과를 통해 피부미용실 경영자들이 피부미용사의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 인력관리방안의 기초자료를 제공하여 피부미용업 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

해양경찰공무원의 환경적합성이 조직 및 직무 애착에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Impact of Environmental Suitability of Coast Guard Officers on Organizational and Job Attachment)

  • 이 연구는 해양경찰공무원의 환경 적합성이 조직 및 직무 애착에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 해양경찰공무원 150명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 이 연구의 독립변수인 환경 적합성의 하위변인은 조직 적합성, 직무 적합성, 상사 적합성으로 분류하였다. 연구 결과 조직 애착에 영향을 미치는 독립변인은 조직 적합성만이 유일하였고, 직무 애착의 경우 조직 적합성, 상사 적합성, 직무 적합성 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 해양 경찰 조직의 발전을 위한 제언 및 향 후 개인적 특성에 따른 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

환경분야 국가직무체계 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of National Skill System in Environmental Field)

  • 이 연구는 국가직무능력표준 개발에서 기초적으로 검토가 되어야 하는 직무체계 중 환경분야 직무체계 개발에 목적이 있다. 세부적인 연구목적은 환경분야의 직무분류와 직무수준을 개발하고자 하는데 있다. 이 연구는 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무분류를 수행하였으며, 각각의 직무는 배타적으로 설계하였습니다. 직무분류시 전문가 집중토의를 통하여 세부직무를 분류하였습니다. 이러한 분류결과를 살펴보면 환경 분야의 직무군은 크게 대분류 3개, 중분류는 12개, 이들 중분류를 다시 분류하면 총 41개의 직무가 환경분야에서 요구되는 직무로서 도출되었다. 환경분야 직무수준은 해당 직무군 및 직무분야에서 전문 인력의 가치를 창출하기 위해 필요한 전문성 정도를 고려하였다. 이에 따라 환경분야의 전문분야별 직무수준을 반영하여 6단계로 구분하였다. 또한 환경 분야의 고유한 특성을 고려하여 크게 '환경계획 및 평가'와 '환경 측정 분석', '환경관리', '환경설계 시공', '환경보건관리', '환경자원관리', '환경경영 및 컨설팅', '환경교육'으로 구분하여 직무수준을 설정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 하여 환경 분야 현장전문가 및 학계 전문가 등으로 구성된 전문가 협의회를 통하여 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다.

가정환경 변인 및 아동 개인특성이 취학전 아동의 학습준비도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Home Environment and Children's Characteristics Upon School Readiness)

  • This study analyzed the relationships between home environment, child characteristics and school readiness. In particular, it examined the influence of home environment and child characteristics upon children's school readiness with a focus on attitudes towards and other socio-emotional aspects. 57 children's characteristics, including such items as IQ performance and demographic variables were obtained by means of both individual testing of the child and through a questionnaire given to their parents. Relative levels of school readiness were then rated by teachers. Pearson correlations, and a multiple regression analysis were carried out using the SPSS Win 12.0 program. Our results indicated that (1) school readiness was positively related with mother's job, HOME, the ages of the children, Performance IQ, and Total IQ. (2) The level of the other's education, her job and the child's age was found to significantly predict the level of school readiness.

대전.충남지역 학교급식 영양(교)사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction of Dietitians(Nutrition Teachers) of School Foodservice in Daejeon/Chungnam Province)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate how to improve job satisfaction for dietitians and nutrition teachers by identifying influencing factors in Daejeon and Chungnam Province, South Korea. A survey was conducted among school foodservice dietitians and nutrition teachers from selected primary, middle and high school in the area. This survey consisted of general characteristics, status of their job, job satisfaction, work satisfaction and work performance. In this study we found current state of general characteristics and status of their job according to frequency analysis and the level of work satisfaction, work performance and job satisfaction using descriptive statistics. The t-test, ANOVA and Duncan-test were also conducted in order to searching for tendency of job satisfaction according to the general characteristics and the status of their job. Pearson's correlation was carried out in order to find correlation with job satisfaction. Also, factors, which influenced job satisfaction according to regression analysis, were drawn. We describe the difference of job satisfaction between irregular dietitians and nutrition teachers as well. Besides we discussed the improvement of dietitians' (nutrition teachers') work environment to raise their job satisfaction through this study.

  • Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's lob stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

다문화가족 자녀생활서비스 방문교육지도사의 직무만족도에 관한 연구: 개인 특성과 근무 특성 변인 중심으로 (Job Satisfaction of Visiting Supervisors for Multicultural Families in Charge of Childcare Services: Focusing on Personal and Job Characteristics)

  • This study was designed to investigate variables influencing the job satisfaction of visiting supervisors for multicultural families in charge of childcare services. It focused on personal characteristics including personal and job characteristics. The subjects in this study were 784 visiting supervisors for multicultural families in charge of childcare services in 140 multicultural family centers located across Korea. The job satisfaction of these visiting supervisors was measured using a self-administered questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed using a frequency analysis, analysis of variance, and post hoc tests. The findings of this study were as follows: first, these visiting supervisors showed a relatively high level of job satisfaction. However, the job satisfaction subscales of treatment and salary were relatively low. Second, the results revealed significant differences in effects of the variables related to the personal characteristics of the visiting supervisors, such as their age, education level, and their major in college, on their total job satisfaction and subscales (job performance, treatment and salary, work ethic and aptitude). Finally, the results revealed significant differences in the effects of the variables related to the job characteristics of the visiting supervisors, such as their responsibilities, career, number of children to handle, and age of children to handle, on the total job satisfaction and subscales (treatment and salary, relationship with caregivers).

생활설계사의 업무관련 변수와 자아존중감이 직업만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Related Variables and Self-Esteem on the Job Satisfaction of Life Insurance Planners)

  • The objectives of this study were to examine the propensity of job related variables, self-esteem, overall job satisfaction, satisfaction about six categories in the job(task, boss, payment, co-workers, promotion, job environment) of life insurance planners, to investigate the effects of self-esteem, demographic variables, job characteristics variables on the overall job satisfaction and the satisfaction of six categories in the job. The survey of this study was conducted by means of self-administered questionnaire with 275 life insurance planners located in Taegu. Major findings were as follows:(1) The propensity of self-esteem and overall job satisfaction of life insurance planners averages 3.75 and 3.35 points(5 Likert scale). The propensity of satisfaction about task, boss, payment, co-workers, promotion, job environment of life insurance planners averages 4.22, 2.67, 1.68, 2.09, 1.71, 2.65 points separately(5 Likert scale). (2) According to the results for examining the relative influences of variables affecting overall satisfaction of life insurance planners, the relative importance of related variables are in the order of , self-esteem in the job, social dignity of the job, the prospect about the dignity of life insurance planner, the motive of having job. Explanatory power of these variables totaled 43.5%.
