교사들의 갈등관리 유형에 따른 직무만족의 차이 (The Difference of Teachers' Job Satisfaction according to Their Conflict Management Styles)

  • This study was to investigate the difference of teachers' job satisfaction according to their conflict management styles. The result of the study showed that accommodating was most prevalent conflict management style and avoiding, compromising, competitive, collaborating styles followed. Overall teachers' job satisfaction was relatively high, but competitive style teachers' satisfaction was lowest.

Effect of disabled facility worker's social support on their job satisfaction

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in social support and job satisfaction of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics and job characteristics, and to understand the effect of social support on job satisfaction. A questionnaire was conducted against 143 disabled facility workers in D metropolitan city, from 5 January to 29 February 2016. The results of the study are as follows: first, no significant difference was found in the social support of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics, and only the factor of job area showed significant difference in social support according to job characteristics. Secondly, there was no significant difference in job satisfaction of disabled facility workers according to their general characteristics or job characteristics. Thirdly, support of the superior, as a sub-factor of social support recognised by the disabled facility worker, was found to have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. This study seeks to become foundational data for the development of plans to improve the job satisfaction of disabled facility workers.

  • In this paper, we present, based on a systematic job analysis, the definition, flowchart and description of Ship Building & Ocean Engineering Technician's job in Ship Building & Ocean Engineering Industry for developing an Ship Building & Ocean Engineering education and training program in the context of Korea situation. In addition, it is suggested that the courses be directed toward job site-centered reform through conducting job analysis with experts in the environmental industry. serving new courses demanded by industries in practice and providing training programs for industries.

Competency Model Development for Job Creation for Undergraduate Students: Focusing on Undergraduate Students Preparing for Franchise Job Creation

  • Purpose: This study was conducted for purpose to derive a model of the founding competency of undergraduate students preparing for job creation. We want to support undergraduate students who are preparing to start a job creation so that they can successfully start a job creation. In Korea, research on entrepreneurship competency has been actively conducted for a variety of subjects including undergraduate students, but research on job creation competency is insufficient. To this end, we intend to contribute to the success of undergraduate students preparing for job creation by deriving a job competency model. Research design, data, and methodology: In order to derive job creation competency, interviews were conducted with best practices in the job creation activity process, and the job creation competency was derived using Spencer and Spencer's competency model development process and competency dictionary. Result: The derived competencies were further supplemented through the verification of job creation experts and HRD experts, and a total of 3 competency groups, 13 competences, and 44 specific actions were derived. The derived job creation competency model is significant in that it is an initial study that attempts to develop job creation competency, that it can be a reference point for developing curriculum for undergraduate students preparing for job creation, and that they have developed a competency model in the new field of job creation. However, despite this significance, there are some limitations. First, the derived competency model did not perform validity verification using quantitative research. Second, the difference analysis between the excellent group and the average group was not conducted. Third, the level of behaviors could not be staged. Lastly, it was not possible to compare it with the competency of franchisor and job creation for undergraduate student competency. Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade the job creation competency model by conducting follow-up studies. The following is suggested as a follow-up study. First, verification of the validity of job creation competency, and second, a comparative study of excellent cases and average group. Third, a study on the level of action level of job creation competency. Lastly, it is a comparative study of job creation competency and the competency of franchise affiliates.

조선소 설비공의 직무 분석을 통한 교육훈련 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Educational Training Program by the Job Analysis Ship-Fitters)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the job and develops the educational training program of ship-fitter by using the DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) method. On the first stage, the authors have been defined the job and classified duties and tasks of ship-fitters. To fine what is the most efficient task for ship-fitter, we have been investigated the levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry in each task. A DACUM committee is composed of total 10 members, which are one facilitator, eight panel members, one recorder & coordinator to analyze the job of ship-fitter. Following is the result of this study. First, 5 duties and 28 tasks are analyzed. Second, 19 tasks that are essential in entry level of occupation containing 'drawing inspecting' are identified. Third, a job model of ship-fitter is constructed by the results of DACUM job analysis. Fourth, training program is developed. This program contains task/curriculum Matrix, task/Course Matrix, training Course Profile, training Road Map.

데이컴 방법에 의한 컨테이너크레인 운전자 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Container Crane Operators by the DACUM Method)

  • 기존의 항만에서 이루어지는 컨테이너크레인 운전자 교육은 표준화된 교육방식 없이 장비 기사간의 도제식 교육으로 이루어짐에 따라 항만의 생산성 저하와 항만 내 안전사고의 문제점에 노출되어 왔다. 본 연구는 컨테이너크레인 운전자에 대한 직무분석을 통하여 체계적으로 운영인력을 육성 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 기존 컨테이너크레인 교육과정의 문제점을 조사하였고, 이를 바탕으로 데이컴(DACUM) 방법에 따른 직무분석을 실시하여 직무의 모형을 설정하였다. 컨테이너크레인 운전자 직무분석 결과 총 6개의 책무와 각 책무를 구성하는 43개의 작업을 도출하였다. 그리고 현장 맞춤형 교육 과정을 개발하기 위하여 교육 요구도 분석을 하였다. 각 작업에 대해 중요도와 난이도 및 수행 빈도를 조사하고 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 작업을 분석하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이러한 직무분석 결과를 구조화하고 체계화하여 컨테이너크레인 운전자 직무분야에 대한 직무모형을 제시하였다.

노동에 대한 수요가 교육에 대한 투자에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Demand for Labor On Investment in Education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노동에 대한 수요가 구직자의 교육에 대한 결정에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석함에 있다. 혁신과 기술진보가 노동에 대한 수요를 줄이고 노동시장의 불확실성을 증대시키는 상황에서 본 연구는 노동자의 교육에 대한 투자가 노동에 대한 수요에 어떻게 의존하는가를 판단하는데 도움이 되는 이론적 구조를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노동에 대한 수요가 감소할수록 교육에 대한 수요는 일반적으로 증가한다. 하지만 이런 결과는 반드시 성립하는 것은 아니다. 둘째, 감소하는 노동에 대한 수요에 대하여 노동자가 교육에 대한 수요를 증가시키는 것은 노동자의 (애로우-프랏 절대위험기피계수로 측정한) 위험기피도가 어떤 수준을 상회하는 경우에만 성립한다. 셋째, 노동에 대한 수요가 감소하더라도 노동자에 대한 보수가 그의 교육에 대한 투자를 반영하지 않는 경우, 노동자는 오히려 교육에 대한 투자를 줄인다.

커뮤니티케어를 위한 지역사회 재활 직무 지식과 교육의 적절성 조사연구 : 작업치료사 직무 중심으로 (A Study on the Appropriateness of Community Rehabilitation Job Knowledge and Education for Community Care : Focusing on the Job as an Occupational Therapist)

  • 본 연구는 지역사회 통합 돌봄을 위한 작업치료사들의 지역사회 재활 직무에 대한 지식과 교육의 적절성을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사의 직무 지식수준과 학교 교육 및 보수교육의 적절성을 알아보기 위해 설문지를 개발하였고, 예비조사를 통해 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 검증된 설문지를 바탕으로 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 전반적으로 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사의 직무에 관한 지식수준과 학교 교육 및 보수교육의 적절성이 낮은 평균점수를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 지역사회 작업치료 실무에서 필요한 지식을 알 수 있었으며, 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사들의 지식 보유수준을 파악하고, 학교 교육 및 보수교육의 적절성에 대해 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 참고하여 기존 의료기관 중심의 교육에서 지역사회 작업치료 직무와 관련된 체계적인 교육 프로그램이 개발된다면, 지역사회에 종사하는 작업치료사들의 직무 지식수준을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 급변하는 시대와 감염병의 범유행 상황 가운데 지역사회의 재활 직무를 담당하는 다양한 직군들에 해당하는 직무 관련 지식수준과 교육에 관한 추가 연구가 필요하다.

Impacts of Training and Education for Information Technology(IT):Empirical Study in the Service Industry

  • This research examines the importance of IT training/education, present situation and possible suggestion for the successful training/education. The research method adopts a comparative analytical approach based on questionnaire survey responses from three work groups - managers, employees, and union representatives - drawn from five sample Korean banks. The evidence indicates that all three groups agree that IT improves banking efficiency and reduces job repetitiveness, but their job satisfaction level with IT-based work is surprisingly very low. The main reasons are mainly lack of training/education and poor user manuals. Also the research shows that most respondents would like to get further training/education to more adequately fit them for their jobs. Those from banks which invested in continuing training/education revealed more positive work attitudes and higher job satisfaction.

학점은행제 패션전공 학위과정 교육서비스품질이 학습만족도와 교육기관충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Education Service Quality on Learning Satisfaction and Education Institution Loyalty of Fashion Major Degree Programs in the Academic Credit Bank System)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference and influence of educational institutions and majors on education service quality, learning satisfaction, and educational institution loyalty, and to provide information on an Academic Credit Bank System appropriate for the two types of education institutions and learners. Looking at the difference in education service quality, learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty, Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities showed positive awareness compared to Job Technical colleges. Especially, differences in awareness regarding quality of education facilities were largest, followed by educational institution loyalty and learning satisfaction. Looking at the difference in awareness according to educational institution and majors, learners at Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities had positive awareness compared to Job Technical colleges in terms of quality of facilities, learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty. No difference was found according to major. Looking at the effect of awareness of education service quality on learning satisfaction and educational institution loyalty, factors of education service quality affected learning satisfaction in the order of education>administration>facilities for Lifelong Education Organizations of Universities, and the effect on educational institution loyalty was found in the order of administration> education with no effect shown by facilities. For learners at Job Technical colleges, factors of education service quality affected learning satisfaction in the order of administration>education>facilities. Influence on loyalty to educational institution was found in the order of administration>facilities>education.
