119 구급대원의 직무스트레스, 직무만족도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of 119 Paramedics on Job Performance Ability)

  • 본 연구는 119구급대원의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구 참여에 동의한 전라북도에 소재하고 있는 소방서에 재직 중인 119구급대원이며 자료 수집은 2020년 7월 1일부터 9월 10일까지 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관분석, t-test, ANOVA로 하였다. 연구결과 119구급대원의 직무스트레스 평균은 2.85±.0.29점, 직무만족도 3.35±0.30점, 직무수행능력 3.53±0.89로 나타났으며, 직무만족도가 높을수록 직무수행능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 변수들의 특성을 살펴보면 직무수행능력은 결혼여부, 연령, 구급경력에 따라 유의하게 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 119구급대원의 직무수행능력을 높이기 위한 방안으로 긍정적인 전문직관을 확립하고, 업무의 만족과 관련된 인식을 증진시켜 직무스트레스를 낮추고 직무만족도를 높이기 위해 수행 개선을 통한 직업관 확립 및 직무만족도를 위한 프로그램 개발과 교육 프로그램이 적극적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

장애인근로자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Disabled Workers)

  • This paper examined the relationship between job stressor and job satisfaction according to the general property of disabled workers. Role ambiguity, role conflict, and role overload were cast as the factors of job satisfaction to explore their relationship with the general property and type of disabled workers. The results revealed that role ambiguity had the strongest meaningful relationships with job satisfaction and role conflict, role overload had not shown the meaningful relationships with their Job satisfaction. The reason of this results seemed to be from the fact that the work type available or not available to disabled worker was determined beforehand according to their disability type. Finally, these findings provide a guidelines of efficiency human resource management and strategic development program for the disabled workers.

부산지역 공공도서관 사서들의 직무스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study of Job Stress among Librarians in Public Libraries in Pusan)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm what the stress factors are in performing their jobs among librarians in Public libraries. The study further investigates to figure out the difference of the degree in cognition of job stress according to demographic characteristics of individuals and the impacts of the stress factors on job satisfaction. A survey was conducted for the study sending questionaires to 113 librarians working in 14 Public libraries in Pusan. The results of the study are followings: 1) Females experience higher job stress than males. 2) The younger the age, the higher the job stress. Also, the shorter the year at work, the higher the job stress. 3) The lower the license class, the higher the job stress. Also, singles than married have higher job stress. 4) In the impacts of stress factors on job satisfaction, role conflict is the most powerful factor, and then role overload, career development, role underload, role ambiguity and interpersonal relation, each in order.

아이돌보미 여성의 근무환경, 직업정체성, 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Working Environment, Job Identity, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention among Child Care Providers)

  • Purpose: This study examined the impact of working environment, job identity, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among child care providers. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 146 child care providers using self-administered questionnaires from May 1 to July 20, 2014. The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results: Child care providers had a middle level of job identity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Turnover intention among child care providers was significantly predicted by age, job satisfaction, and income satisfaction. Conclusion: These results suggest that intervention and strategy development are needed to decrease turnover intention among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to increase the job satisfaction and income satisfaction are needed, in order to reduce turnover intention.

A Study on Job Stress and Emotional Burnout of Clinical Nurses

  • This study attempts to provide basic data for the development of manpower maintenance programs by checking the degree of job stress and emotional burnout for nurses working in a university hospital and identifying factors affecting emotional burnout. Data were obtained through a structured questionnaire survey conducted on 187 nurses. The average score for job stress of nurses was 2.50 (range 1 to 4) and emotional burnout was 3.29 (range 1 to 5). The factors affecting emotional burnout were occupational climate, job demand, job insecurity, and lack of reward, which accounted for 44% of explanatory power. In order to reduce the emotional burnout of nurses, the management of medical institutions needs administrative and financial support. Further, it is necessary to improve the organizational culture regarding job assignment through job analysis, employment security, and a performance-based reward system.

국제개발협력분야 일자리 창출을 위한 정책적 제언: 해외 공여국 사례를 중심으로 (The Policy for the Job Creation in the International Development Cooperation: Case Study of Foreign Donor Countries)

  • 우리나라의 개발원조 규모는 양적, 질적으로 증가해왔다. 그리고 이에 맞추어 국제개발협력사업을 수행하기 위한 우수한 인재양성과 일자리 창출에 기여하도 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 여전히 국제개발협력분야의 일자리 부족은 중요한 이슈로 대두 되고 있다. 더욱이 공공부문과 개발NGO에 의존하는 국제개발협력 일자리 창출은 지속가능성의 측면에서 한계를 가진다. 이런 점에서 민간 개발컨설팅 생태계를 구축하여 국제개발협력분야의 일자리 창출전략을 고려해볼 필요가 있다. 이미 해외 선진국들은 민간 개발컨설팅 시장을 활용해서 양질의 일자리를 창출하고 있기 때문에, 우리나라도 이 점을 활용한다면 국제개발협력 분야 일자리 문제를 해결할 것으로 기대 된다. 또한, 국제개발협력분야에서 창출된 고용효과를 정량적으로 파악할 수 있는 고용영향평가 지표 개선도 요구된다. 이에 관하여, 본 연구는 해외 선진 공여국 5개국(독일, 일본, 호주, 영국, 덴마크)의 사례연구를 통해서 민간 개발컨설팅 산업 활성화와 국제개발분야 일자리 창출이 실질적으로 긍정적인 효과를 가지는 점을 발견할 수 있었다. 그리고 국제개발협력 사업으로 창출되는 일자리의 영향을 정량적으로 파악할 수 있는 지표 개선방안의 필요성을 제시할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 민간 개발컨설팅 생태계 구축을 위한 정책적 제도적 지원방안 마련, 개발 컨설팅 네트워크의 기능확장과 국제개발협력 사업 고용창출 영향평가 지표 개선정책 수립을 제언한다.

국내 주제전문사서의 직무분석 연구 (A Study on the Job Analysis of the Subject Specialist Librarians in Korea)

  • 주제전문사서의 직무에 관한 깊이 있는 직무분석은 직업정의, 교육과정개발 훈련기준설정, 채용기준, 기관 및 개인적 목표 결정을 위한 중요한 자료이다. 본 연구는 국내 주제전문사서의 직무분석을 실시하여 7개의 책무(duties)와 58개의 작업(tasks)을 추출하였으며, 7개의 책무내용은 다음과 같다. A. 도서관 주제별 정보자원 개발, B. 도서관 주제별 정보자원 관리, C. 도서관 주제별 연구지원 서비스, D. 도서관 이용자 리에종 활동, E.도서관 주제별 이용자교육, F. 도서관 운영관리. G.주제별 능력개발.

프리셉터의 지도유형과 성격특성에 따른 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 차이 (Differences in Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction according to Teaching Style, and Personality of Preceptors)

  • Purpose: In this study, differences and relationship between teaching style, personality, job stress, and job satisfaction among preceptors were examined. Method: The participants were 121 preceptors. Data were collected in November and December 2010 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The most frequent teaching style was judgement-initiative, and personality scores were highest for conscientiousness. Job stress was average (3.05${\pm}$.59), and job satisfaction was below the mid-point level (2.76${\pm}$.39). Job stress and job satisfaction were significantly different according to teaching style. Significant correlations were found between personality and job stress, and personality and job satisfaction. Conclusion: These findings indicate that changes in perceived teaching style, and personality may be necessary to decrease job stress, and to promote job satisfaction among preceptors. The results of this study should be considered in the development of effective preceptor training programs.

응급실 간호사의 직무 스트레스, 피로, 직무 만족 및 조직 몰입 (Job Stress, Fatigue, Job Satisfaction and Commitment to Organization in Emergency Department Nurses)

  • Purpose: This research was done to identify relationships among job stress, fatigue, job satisfaction, and commitment to organization in emergency department nurses. Methods: Research participants were 513 nurses who worked in the emergency department of 17 tertiary centers and 28 secondary hospitals. Data collection for this descriptive correlational study was done from May to July 2010 using self report questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient with the SAS 9.2 program. Results: There were statistically significant differences in organizational commitment according to age, religion, total clinical experience, emergency department experience, current position, frequency of night shift, average sleep hours, wage level, numbers of beds in unit, and reason for working. A positive correlation was found between job stress and fatigue, and between job satisfaction and commitment to organization for the emergency department nurses and a negative correlation between job stress and Job satisfaction, and fatigue and Job satisfaction. Conclusion: Results of this research indicate that job stress in emergency department nurses was the principal variable affecting job satisfaction and commitment to organization along with fatigue. Appropriate stress management strategies based on identification of job stress for these nurses should lead to development of improved management of nursing manpower and a reduction in stress.
