치과위생사의 이직관련 요인 (Relative factors intent to leave for dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : This study was to find out the status of job satisfaction and intent to leave the job for dental hygienists, and those factors affecting their intent to leave, so as to prevent dental hygienists from leaving their jobs in advance, and to strive for extending the life span of the job, contributing to improve dental care services provided by dental hygienists. Methods : The data were collected from 280 dental hygienists working in dental clinics or hospitals in Busan and Gyeongnam area by using a structured and self-administered questionnaire through mail, from February 1 to March 15, 2009, and were analyzed by using SPSS WIN 14.0 program. Results : First, It was the most prevalent for the dental hygienists surveyed to be between 100 to 149 thousand won in the level of monthly as 42.3%, and to be the assistance of dental examination and treatment for main duty as 62.5%. Leaving job was experience by 51.6% of the subjects, with work condition as the most common reason for 32.2%. Second, the degree of job satisfaction was 3.4 points overall in the score of 5 point Likert's scale on the average, showing affirmative level above the average, and significantly different according to certain characteristics such as age, education level, total years of work career, years of work career in the current job, monthly salary level, whether to provide monthly paid leave, and the number of patients treated per day. It also was significantly correlated with some structural factors and variables consisting attitude and value, including equity in pay(r=0.612), job perception as dental hygienist(r=0.573), work environment(r=0.552), self growth(r=0.531), affirmative attitude(r=0.421), and so on. Third, the mean score of intent to leave was 2.73 overall and lower than the average, showing significant relationship with some characteristics, such as age, marital status, education level, total years of work career, years of work career in the current job, monthly salary level, whether to provide monthly paid leave, and the number of patients treated per day. Intent to leave also showed the highest correlation with job satisfaction(r=-0.708), followed by equity in pay(r=-0.482), self growth (r=-0.453), job perception as dental hygienist(r=-0.392), work environment(r=-0.362), etc. Forth, job satisfaction was significantly influenced by some factors including equity in pay, followed by job perception as dental hygienist, relationship with fellow colleagues, affirmative attitude and work environment, and so on. Fifth, the intent to leave was significantly affected not only by job satisfaction but also by some structural factors including equity in pay, self growth and job perception as dental hygienist. Conclusions : The above results showed that the equity in pay was the most important factor for the intent to leave the job as well as job satisfaction among dental hygienists, thus suggesting that systematic measures should be provided to improve the job satisfaction to prevent economic loss due to leaving job frequently, and to provide pertinent reward system as a profession to enhance the motivation for accomplishment on job for dental hygienists.

중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (Influence of NCS-based education and training on job performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, NCS적용 교육훈련이 직무수행을 높이는 데 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 집체교육이 직무지식(p<.001, ${\beta}=5.130$), 현장훈련이 직무기술(p<.01, ${\beta}=3.783$), 현장훈련이 직무태도(p<.05, ${\beta}=-2.448$)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행 상관관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 직무기술과 직무지식(p<.01, ${\beta}=.740$), 직무기술과 집체교육(p<.01, ${\beta}=.459$), 직무지식과 집체교육(p<.01, ${\beta}=.575$)과 직무태도와 현장훈련(p<.05, ${\beta}=-.320$), 집체교육과 현장훈련(p<.05, ${\beta}=.268$)이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반적 특성의 연령이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 20대(3.44), 30대(3.26), 40대(3.63)보다 50대(3.75)가 직무태도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 성과 분석에 관한 연구의 폭을 넓히고 학습형태에 따른 효과성을 규명하는 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

경영자의 사회적책임과 노사관계태도가 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of C.E.O's social responsibility and labor relations attitude on job performance)

  • 기업은 현재의 위기와 미래의 불확실성에 대한 대비와 경쟁력 강화를 위해 부단한 노력을 하며, 때로는 기술혁신과 우수한 인재의 확보는 물론 지속적인 혁신을 통한 기업의 경쟁력 강화에 혼신의 노력을 경주한다. 하지만 기업이 이렇게 부단한 노력을 하더라도 기업 내부적 자원간의 원활한 소통과 노력이 뒷받침되지 않으면 기업의 지속성장은 장담할 수 없을 것이다. 특히 영향을 미치는 요인 중 노사관계의 원활한 협조체제를 위해서는 경영자의 사회적 책임과 노사관계태도가 중요한 요인으로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 A기업을 대상으로 하여 경영자의 사회적 책임, 노사관계태도와 직무수행간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 경영자의 사회적 책임은 직무만족과 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 경영자의 노사관계태도도 직무만족, 직무몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족은 직무몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 기업의 경영자의 노동자 간의 새로운 노사관계 정립을 위한 실제적 활용자료로서 참고가 될 수 있을 것이다.

호텔 조리사의 인력 다운사이징(Downsizing)이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 서울.대전지역 내 호텔 조리사의 개인별 행동유형(DISC)을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Downsizing Kitchen Employees in Hotels on Job Attitude - Focusing on the Individual Behavior Types(DISC) of Kitchen Employees in the Hotels in the Seoul and Daejeon Regions -)

  • 본 연구는 호텔 조리사의 다운사이징이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고, 이러한 인과관계에서 DISC행동유형에 따른 개개인의 행동특성별 관계를 검중하고자 하였다. 실증연구를 위해 확보된 200개의 표본을 바탕으로 SPSS 17.0 프로그램을 통해 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 다운사이징 항목 2개의 요인과 직무태도 관련 항목 2개 요인으로 추출되어졌다. 가설1.는 호텔 내 다운사이징이 직무태도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 준다고 설정하였으며, 검증결과 조직몰입 요인은 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.256), 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.258), 직무만족의 요인은 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.319), 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.174)이 다운사이징이 조리직 종사자의 직무태도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 가설2.는 DISC행동유형에 따른 다운사이징이 직무효율성에 부(-)의 영향을 준다고 설정하였으며, 검증결과 조직몰입요인에서 주도형(D)이 타 유형에 비하여 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.435)에 가장 큰 영향을 받으며, 신중형(C)은 조직몰입에 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족요인에서는 안정형(S)이 타 유형에 비하여 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.414)에 영향을 받으며, 주도형(D)은 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 호텔 조리사의 다운사이징 전략이 종사원의 조직몰입과 직무만족 등의 직무태도에 영향을 미치게 되며, 종사원 개개인의 행동유형에 따라 그 관계정도가 다름을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

이주노동자의 모국문화유지행동이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of Maintaining Behavior of Native Culture on the Job Attitude)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 모국문화유지행동이 직무태도(직무몰입과 직무만족)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 나아가 이 영향에 대한 심리적 안녕의 매개효과가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구결과들을 이론적으로 검토를 하고 실증연구로서 베트남 이주노동자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 다중회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 실증연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모국문화유지행동의 차원 중 '모국관련 미디어행동', '모국인 친구 어울림' 및 '모국종교활동 지속'이 많을수록 직무태도(직무몰입과 직무만족)가 높았다. 둘째, 모국문화 유지행동의 차원 중 '모국음식 섭취'는 직무몰입에는 영향을 미치지 않으나 직무만족에는 (-)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모국문화유지행동의 차원 중 '모국관련 미디어활동', '모국인친구 어울림' 그리고 '모국종교활동 지속'이 직무태도(직무몰입과 직무만족)에 미치는 영향에 대해 심리적 안녕은 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다.연구결과를 토대로 연구결과의 시사점, 연구의 한계점 및 향후연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

  • A survey was conducted to get information on the job attitude of cooks working for deluxe hotels at Bomun, Kyongju. Total 203 cooks participated the survey and the results were as follows: They believed that the most important factor for good cooking is the deep attention. Although 51% of the cooks estimated their level of expertise as average, 64% of them believed that their level of cooking is higher than those of other areas. They indicated that an important factor to be a good cook is a sincere attitude but not an academic background or knowledge. However, they believed that their insufficient knowledge on cooking is the greatest hinderance for improvement of cooking skill. For promotion, the ability of cooking and human relationship were indicated as important factors. Cooks for Korean dishes had the best prospect, while Western cooking had relatively lower prospect among them. For the improvement of hotel cooking department, a recruitment of superior manpower, adjustment of hotel policy, expanded study opportunity, and proper arrangement of equipments were suggested in order.

경기 안산지역 학교급식 조리종사원의 업무특성에 대한 만족도 (Job Satisfaction of School Food-Service Employee in Ansan Gyoeng-gi Do)

  • The objective of this study is to verify work satisfaction of school food-service employee, of their job characteristics. Subjects were comprised 9 elementary schools, 11 middle schools, and 3 high schools in Ansan city. Data were analyzed 203 questionnaires for frequency, means, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, t-test, and Pearson correlation using SPSS PC Package. Most of the respondents were high school graduate(91.1%), under one million won salary(41.9%), and non license holder(60.6%). Working conditions were part-time job(41.9%), unlimited contractors(51.2%), and 3-5 years of working experience(21.7%). Measure of overall job satisfaction by Likert-type 5 scale, satisfaction of work operation attitude was 3.55 points and work characteristic duty of 4.32 points. The certificate qualified and elementary school's working posture were more satisfied their work attitude than other groups(p<0.05). Salary satisfaction score showed 2.64 points, but the work esteem satisfaction showed 3.34 points. The factor of working circumstance and potentiality satisfaction was only 2.61 points, but interpersonal connection and communication satisfaction was 3.50 points. Between job satisfactions factors, they were highly correlated with each other. The pride and characteristic duty of the work showed the strongest correlated(p<0.001). The satisfaction score of work operation attitude were significantly correlated with characteristic duty(p<0.001), work esteem, interpersonal relationships and communication(p<0.01). With this results, work satisfaction of food service employees showed a relatively high to perform a job task characteristics and work attitudes. However, the working environment and growth in salaries satisfaction were low. A set of duties must be paid according to the labor intensity. As removing the disturbing factors, the improvement in the quality of the feed will be able to expect substantial effects.

영양사 직무요건서 작성 연구 (Analysis of and Draw up Dietitian's Job Description)

  • This study was conducted as a part of project developing the standards of the national board test for dietitian's licences. The purpose of this study was to define the job specification for dietitian's job description based on the knowledge, skill, attitude and related to the curriculum. The study team established the research team which composed of 11 person(7 professor in the university and 4 dietitians in hospitals, schools and private firms). The job description composed of 17 duties, 99 tasks and 576 task elements. For each element, the job specifications are written, which composed of introduction, process, required equipments, and required ability. Required ability included knowledge, skill and attitudes. The relations of the knowledge, skill and attitudes with the possible curriculum currently operated in the college or university were analyzed, also. Job specifications for 576 task elements are analyzed and framed.

급식업체 조리종사자의 감성지능과 개인의 직무태도, 조직성과와의 관계분석 (Understanding Relationship among Emotional Intelligence, Job Attitude, and Organizational Performance in Kitchen Staff)

  • The objective of this study was analyze the relationship among emotional intelligence, job attitude (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention), and organizational performance in kitchen staff. A survey collected data from foodservice employees (N=611). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (17.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and AMOS (7.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The main results of this study were as follows. The four EI (Emotional Intelligence) dimensions significantly correlated with age. The mean of the job satisfaction score was 3.24. The organizational commitment score was 3.54. The organizational commitment score was higher for 'loyalty' factor than for 'sense of belongs' factor. The mean of organizational performance score was 3.61. The four EI(Emotional Intelligence) factors were significantly correlated with job satisfaction (organizational commitment, organizational performance, and turnover intension). Structural equation modeling found that emotional intelligence had positive effects on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational performance, whereas job satisfaction and organizational performance had positive effects on organizational performance. Therefore, this study found that emotional intelligence had direct and indirect effects on organizational performance.

IS 조직의 직무스트레스에 관한 실증적 연구 (An empirical study on the Job Stress in IS Organization)

  • The employees in information system organization are highly exposed to stress. However, there is little theoretical or empirical study on the effects of job stress on IS organizations. A major reason is because few researchers consider consequences of job stress. The major purpose of this study is to verify negative effects of job stress for IS organization. This study have three purposes : to investigate the relationship between job stressors and perceived job stress; to understand the effect of perceived job stress and job attitude - job satisfaction, job involvement; to examine the role of moderators such as social support and personality in the relationship between job stressors and perceived job stress in information system organizations. The results of this study suggest that job stressors such as role overload and role ambiguity are significantly related to perceived job stress, the higher the perceived job stress is the lower the job attitudes such as job satisfaction and job involvement, and the employees' personality has moderating effects between the job stressor and perceived job stress.
