  • We define two types of null hypersurfaces as; isoparametric and quasi isoparametric null hypersurfaces of Lorentzian space forms, based on the two shape operators associated with a null hypersurface. We prove that; on any screen conformal isoparametric null hypersurface, the screen geodesics lie on circles in the ambient space. Furthermore, we prove that the screen distributions of isoparametric (or quasi isoparametric) null hypersurfaces with at most two principal curvatures are generally Riemannian products. Several examples are also given to illustrate the main concepts.

  • In this article, we apply the weak maximum principle in order to obtain a suitable characterization of the complete linearWeingarten hypersurfaces immersed in locally symmetric Riemannian manifold $N^{n+1}$. Under the assumption that the mean curvature attains its maximum and supposing an appropriated restriction on the norm of the traceless part of the second fundamental form, we prove that such a hypersurface must be either totally umbilical or hypersurface is an isoparametric hypersurface with two distinct principal curvatures one of which is simple.

  • Let x : $M{\rightarrow}\mathbb{R}^n$ be an n - 1-dimensional hypersurface in $\mathbb{R}^n$, L be the Laguerre Blaschke tensor, B be the Laguerre second fundamental form and $D=L+{\lambda}B$ be the Laguerre para-Blaschke tensor of the immersion x, where ${\lambda}$ is a constant. The aim of this article is to study Laguerre Blaschke isoparametric hypersurfaces and Laguerre para-Blaschke isoparametric hypersurfaces in $\mathbb{R}^n$ with three distinct Laguerre principal curvatures one of which is simple. We obtain some classification results of such isoparametric hypersurfaces.

  • In this paper, we study on a classification of hypersurfaces given by tansnormal functions on $R^{n+1}_1$. If M is a level set of a transnormal function on $R^{n+1}_1$, then it is one of a hyperplane, a cylinder around k-plane, a pseudo-sphere and a pseudo-hyperbolic space.

  • In this paper, we introduce a second order linear differential operator T□: C (M) → C (M) as a natural generalization of Cheng-Yau operator, [8], where T is a (1, 1)-tensor on Riemannian manifold (M, h), and then we show on compact Riemannian manifolds, divT = divTt, and if divT = 0, and f be a smooth function on M, the condition T□ f = 0 implies that f is constant. Hereafter, we introduce T-energy functionals and by deriving variations of these functionals, we define T-harmonic maps between Riemannian manifolds, which is a generalization of Lk-harmonic maps introduced in [3]. Also we have studied fT-harmonic maps for conformal immersions and as application of it, we consider fLk-harmonic hypersurfaces in space forms, and after that we classify complete fL1-harmonic surfaces, some fLk-harmonic isoparametric hypersurfaces, fLk-harmonic weakly convex hypersurfaces, and we show that there exists no compact fLk-harmonic hypersurface either in the Euclidean space or in the hyperbolic space or in the Euclidean hemisphere. As well, some properties and examples of these definitions are given.
