  • The Government provides a financial assistance to stimulate firm R&D and innovation activities. Previous papers on the impact of public subsidies on firm R&D investments mainly had a focus on an individual policy tool regardless of potential impacts of other policy instruments. This study addresses this gap by examining the effects of policy mix regarding a subsidy and a tax credit. The empirical analyses from fixed effect model using Survey on Technology of SMEs 2015-2017 revealed valuable points. First, policy mix induces more R&D investment of SMEs, which in turn, shows a complementary relationship between two instruments. Second, even if impact of tax credit controlled, subsidy is positively associated with SMEs R&D investment. These findings justify policy mix interventions to promote SME R&D activity. Moreover, grants can be applied as a more useful policy tool for SMEs that are constrained by resources and capabilities.

The subjects of this study were users participating in community service investment programs and local development projects (city/district) in G Metropolitan City. For the survey, the researcher visited institutions providing social services and had the subjects answer a self-administered questionnaire. A total of 607 questionnaires were recovered and 553 of them were used in the final analysis. The survey period was from the $9^{th}$ to $24^{th}$ of September, 2013. According to the results of analysis, intention to repurchase social services was relatively high as 3.62 out of 5. Service satisfaction was 3.97 out of 5, and service effect was as high as 4.11 out of 5. According to the results of regression analysis on intention to repurchase social services, intention to repurchase services was affected significantly by 'service accessibility' (B=.100, p<.01) among the factors of service satisfaction, and 'More adaptable to daily life after getting services' (B=.206, p<.001) and 'The current services are necessary for my family' (B=.475, p<.001) among the factors of service effect. Based on these results, practical suggestions were made for enhancing users' intention to repurchase social services.

In other words, based on the questionnaire of SMEs and IT professionals, divides capability from the overall IT resource that are possessed by SMEs. Among the four attributes (value, rare, non-substitutability, imperfect imitability) presented by Barney (1991), this study targeted at value and imperfect imitability and investigated how SMEs recognize IT resource and capability. Furthermore, this study tests how IT resource and capability influence corporate performance. The result of this study finds that resources that are needed on "Knowledge-based" are classified into IT capability, otherwise classified into IT resource. Analysis shows that server, DB(database), system administrators, programmers, CIO, BA were capabilities, Desktop PC, PC software, software for salary and accounting management, e-commerce, Homepage, and network inside th enterprise were resources. Secondly, this study reveals that both IT resource and IT capability affected company performance (employee satisfaction, CEO satisfaction). IT is certainly having an impact on corporate performance. In conclusion, resource can be either IT resource or IT capability based on they way of utilization. And both IT resource and IT capability have an influence on corporate performance (employee job satisfaction, CEO satisfaction). • The aim of this study was to analyze research trends of social service quality from 2007 to 2020 based on text mining and topic modeling. Our focus was to provide foundational materials for social service improvement by discovering the latent meaning of relevant research papers. We collected 97 scholarly articles on social service, social welfare service, and quality from RISS, and implemented two segments of text mining analysis. Our results showed that the first section included 38 papers and the second 59, indicating 6.9 articles annually. Word frequency results demonstrated that the common keywords of both sections were 'service', 'quality', 'social service', 'satisfaction', 'users', 'quality control', 'reuse', 'policy', 'voucher', etc. TF-IDF suggested that 'social service', 'satisfaction', 'users', 'customer satisfaction', 'revisiting', 'voucher', 'quality', 'assisted living facility', 'quality control', 'community service investment business', etc., were represented in both categories. Lastly, topic modeling analysis revealed that the first segment displayed 'types of care services', 'service costs', 'reuse', 'users based', and 'job creation', whereas the second presented 'service quality', 'public value', 'management system of human resources', 'service provision system', and 'service satisfaction'. Future directions of social service quality were discussed based on the results.

Another emphasis is given to the classification of surveyed college students based on their financial knowledge and values and the financial traits of each classified group is also analyzed. Statistical analysis was conducted using Cronbach's ${\partial}$, factor analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple range test with total number of 733 questionnaires. Primary results of the research are as follows: First, overall score of financial knowledge was 62.65 points, showing the highest points in spending while lowest in savings and investment. Senior classes, students majoring in liberal arts, students with financial education and media experiences scored high points. Second, overall score of college students on financial values was 3.92, resulting in high points on credit and frugality but points on sharing with others were low. • In most of mobility enhancing plans for the transportation disabled, decisions for the investment priorities are firstly made by the facilities that have lower installation rate or lower satisfaction rate; the decisions are made without analyzing the importance factor (path loading factor) between the facility installation rate and the satisfaction rate together. In this study, a novel method of finding causality between the exogenous latent variables and the endogenous latent variables is provided by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results show that the most influential facilities for the transportation disabled are bus stops, crosswalks and sidewalks in order. Also, a curb height around bus stops, a smoothness of sidewalks and installation of crosswalks traffic light are identified as an important facilities for the Transportation disabled.

  • Current signs of a downturn in South Korea's economy include the sharp drop in consumption. Considering internal and external complications such as the raise in minimum wage and fierce global competition, people's taste and purpose of consumption is shifting as well. Under such circumstances, crowdfunding provides a new investment and distribution channel for businesses in their initial stages. Crowdfunding can serve as a key driver of growth in early stages of business operations and lead to growth in consumption as a new distribution channel. This study explores how customers perceive the process of reward crowdfunding, especially when it comes to fairness in procedure, interaction, and distribution. In addition, we further seek how perceived fairness affects customer satisfaction and loyalty in the industry.

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the accuracy of service satisfaction by utilizing KSC (Kano, Score Model, Concept Position) analysis methods in order to present various fitness center service models for healthy new silver generation centered on P fitness center which runs six branches in Busan. Double Diamond-based methods led to a case study focused on the P fitness center's Yeon-san branch which well leading in a wide variety of leisure infrastructures for the senior citizens. Throughout this study, based on the insights extracted from the customers were culminating in nine service design models from the perspective of administrators and trainers. The final derived nine models have been evaluated by Kano's satisfaction evaluation, Concept score, and Concept position evaluation. All of the nine models results indicated as valid except for models 3 and 6. Finally, an implementation roadmap was proposed by dividing it into investment cost and effectiveness.
