메이크업형 디지털그림자노동 사용을 지배하는 기제에 관한 연구: 프로필 사진 관리 사례 (A Study on the Mechanism Governing the Use of Makeup-type Digital Shadow Work: A Case of Profile Picture Management)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to analize a psychological and behavioral mechanism for using profile picture management in digital service such as social network service. Profile picture management falls under metadata management and is performed only by those who want it. This means that it, is one of the typical makeup-type digital shadow works (DSWs) which have not been studied yet. Design/methodology/approach This study adopts ground theory method(GTM) as research methodology. GTM, which is one of qualitative methodologies, is for developing theories while most survey based methodologies, which are well adopted in much research for information systems, are for validation of theories. By interviewing ten users, the data are collected and analyzed by open coding, axis coding with paradigm model, and selective coding. Findings In result, 39 codes are found and classified into 29 sub classes and 15 classes. These 15 classes are organized by paradigm model which derives core code of profile picture management as 'voluntary management tasks to experience small pleasures with intermittent attention'. Finally, based on the paradigm model and the core code, the story line, which can explain profile picture management, is suggested.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION FRAMEWORK FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS OF TAIPEI RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEMS

  • The quality of performance evaluation on engineering consultants that provide design-related technical services is difficult to be measured, and only a handful of papers discussed the quality during the design stage. Although design cost is relatively far less than construction cost for a project, the decisions made in the design phase have a significant impact on the final products of the project, especially for large public construction projects. Therefore, this research focuses on reviewing and then establishing a performance evaluation framework for the consulting firms that execute detailed design and provide technical services for the Taipei Rapid Transit Systems (TRTS). By interviewing experts, this study first established a set of indicators to evaluate these firms' performance. Then, those indicators were incorporated into the four aspects of balanced scorecard (BSC) to establish the architecture of the evaluation mechanism. The weight of each indicator was calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) from a survey conducted among experts. The results showed that the top-three indicators were quantity take-off, functions conformity, and budgeting. The framework of performance evaluation established by this study can be applied to measure service performance during the design stage. It not only facilitates the monitoring of consulting firms, but also helps to reduce unnecessary change orders and disputes during the construction stage.

템플스테이 체험관광에 있어서 사찰음식만족도를 중심으로 한 행동요인 분석 (The Factor Analysis of Satisfaction with Temple Food, Motivation for Temple-stay and Revisit Intention to Temple-stay in Temple-stay Tourism)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 사찰음식의 가치를 템플스테이 관광객을 중심으로 파악하여 템플스테이 관광외식산업에 있어 사찰음식 체험만족과의 요인분석을 통한 유용한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 설문조사는 2013년 3월부터 6월까지 면접조사법을 통해 이루어졌다. 총 500부의 자료를 배포하고 이중 477부가 회수된 설문지 중에서 중심화경향이 심하거나, 분석에 부적합한 설문지 5부를 제외하고 472부에 대하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 요인분석과 신뢰성 검증을 실시하고, 제시된 연구가설을 검증하기 위해서 공분산 구조분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 첫째, 템플스테이 체험관광은 체험동기에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 템플스테이 체험 동기는 사찰음식 체험만족, 추천의도, 재방문의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 사찰음식 체험만족은 추천의도, 재방문의도에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추천의도 역시 재방문의도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다.

기록관의 정보서비스 현황 조사 및 서비스 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (Research on the Current Status of and the Improvement Plan for Information Services in Records and Archives Centers)

  • 본 연구는 웹을 통한 설문과 면담을 통해 기록관에서 제공되는 기록정보서비스의 현황을 파악해보았다. 기록관에서는 아직 서비스를 다양하게 제공하지 못하나 그래도 내부 이용자들에 SNS 등을 통한 기록의 제공도 많이 이뤄지고 전시 등도 이뤄지는 등 서비스들이 일부에선 적극적으로 시행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또 요구되는 기록들의 종류는 증빙과 업무 참고자료들이 많았고, 제공되는 검색도구도 검색기능 등에 한계가 많은 것으로 파악되었다. 이용자 서비스를 제대로 시행하는 데에는 기록전문가가 기관에서 혼자 모든 기록관리업무를 시행함에 따라 인력 부족에 의한 서비스를 제공할 여력이 없는 것이 가장 큰 장벽이었으며, 기록의 정리가 잘 안되어 있는 상황, 시스템의 미비에 의한 한계 등이 제시되었다. 서비스 개선을 위해서는 시스템 개선과 인력의 보충이 가장 시급히 해결되어야 할 것으로 판단되었다.

식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 한식당 만족도 -일본인과 중국인 중심으로 (Korean Restaurant Satisfaction according to the Food-related Lifestyle -Focused on Japanese and Chinese)

  • Korean Food Globalization has been launched as a tool of civil ambassador and the high value-oriented industry. According to department of statistics in 2012, the trend of Korean food globalization from international visitors of Chinese and Japanese has grown. Hence, this study is purposed to identify the level of satisfaction of Chinese and Japanese consumers based on their food-related lifestyle. The survey was conducted by interviewing 403 Chinese and Japanese visitors who have experienced Korean food. The survey questionnaire was composed of 3 parts of demographic information, food-related lifestyle, and satisfaction of Korean restaurant. As factor analysis results, 3 factors were yielded for the food-related lifestyle factors-a eat-out preferred group, a health preferred group, and a taste preferred group, and 3 factors were generated for Korean restaurant satisfaction-hygiene and service, menu, and food quality. For cluster analysis, 3 clusters were identified as follows: high interested in food itself, health interested, and taste interested. Female appears to be significantly different in terms of 3 clusters than male. Nationality shows that Chinese consumers showed a high interest in food itself whereas Japanese consumers were high interested in health. With regard to Korean restaurant satisfaction, service appeared to be important in Chinese consumers while Japanese consumers showed a higher mean value on serving size, price, and nutrition. The findings concluded that by understanding the nature of food-related lifestyle of international visitors, marketing strategies can better meet visitors' expectations and increase their satisfaction with Korean restaurants.

수제 신발업계의 실태 조사에 따른 국내 20~30대 여성의 발 형태에 관한 연구 (Classification of Foot Types for a Shoes Size System for Women in Their 20~30s according to a Survey of Hand-Made Shoes Companies)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the fundamental foot measurement data that is essential for a shoes size system of women in their 20~30s according to a survey of Korean hand-made shoes companies. This research on the current situation of shoes companies was done by interviewing and surveying employees of these companies. The subjects for this study were 407 women in their 20s~30s who lived in a metropolitan area, and who wanted to enhance their foot health and prevent injury with a proper shoes size system. They were measured with the 3D scan method in use of 6th Size Korea. The result of this study showed that there is considerable dissatisfaction related to women's shoes and the current foot size system using foot length. The Korean hand-made shoes companies assessed here did not use the KS system, but they recognized the necessity of measuring the foot width and circumference, understanding that doing so properly can decrease the return and repair rate. And current target age for shoes bye the hand-made shoes companies was reported to be approximately 5 years. There were significant results according to ANOVA, factor and cluster analyses according to the age range pertaining to the foot length, circumference and height. Each element was significantly correlated with user's satisfaction. There were 5 factors and 3 clusters represented, and foot circumstance and width were as important as foot length with a range of 5 years.

안전체험관 공간구성과 전시매체의 현황조사 및 필요성에 관한 연구 - 시민안전체험관의 성인 교육을 중심으로 - (A Study on the status and the necessity of Space Configuration and Exhibit Method for Safety Experience Hall - Focused on Citizen Safety Experience Hall for the adult education center -)

  • This study analyzed and investigated problems of local safety experience halls' spatial structure and media status. Improvements would be suggested after comprehending the need to execute safety education based on citizen's satisfaction and requests. Contents of safety experience space concept, display characteristics and types applied to local institution were analyzed. Safety experience centers with systemized protocols that opened after 2003 and were bigger than $5,000m^2$ were selected. We had three candidates and they were Seoul Gwangnaru Safety Experience Center, Boramea Safety Experience Center and Daegu Safety Theme Park. Going through checklists and interviewing official institutions that were in charge of safety hall educations helped comprehension of sample space status and detailed experimental presentation media. A survey was created based on this study and was distributed to users and non-users of safety experience halls. The survey consisted of general questions covering situations, awareness, level of interests, frequency and satisfaction level. The results were extracted with SPSS 18.0 through frequency analysis and cross tabulations. This research improvements through synthesized contemplation. For the resuits First, various experimental programs need to be supplemented in order to prevent accidents. Second, vivid experimental spaces need to be planned for active participation and users should be fully aware of safety hazard through education. Third, there weren't enough institutions compared to the education needs. Promoting and building more safety experience halls are dire. Finally, these suggestions of the results will be distributed in the planning of the exhibit hall.

4차 산업혁명시대 대비한 진로진학상담교사 진로교육 직무연수의 현업적용도 (Job Implementation of In-service Training on Career Education & Guidance Teacher's Career Education Training for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era)

  • 이 연구는 중앙교육연수원에서 진로진학상담교사를 대상으로 하는 진로교육 직무연수의 현업적용도를 확인하기 위해서 수행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연수 이수 3개월 후 시점에서 이수자의 현업적용도 사전-사후 설문조사, 성공사례기법(SCM), 기대회수효과(ROE)를 알아보았다. 이 연구는 2018년 7월 중앙교육연수원의 직무연수를 이수한 진로진학상담교사 136명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 현업적용도 조사 연구와 연수에 대한 질적 분석으로 수행되었다. 연수 이수자 136명 중 현업적용도 조사에 응답한 인원은 75명, 성공사례기법에 참여한 인원은 4명이다. 중앙교육연수원에서 2018년에 추진한 진로진학상담교사 대상의 직무연수 현업적용도의 평균값은 5점 만점에 4.17점으로 비교적 높은 점수로 확인되었다. 성공사례기법은 성공 사례자와 실패 사례자를 인터뷰하여 분석하였다. 직무 적용에 따른 행동 변화는 기획자 역할이 가장 컸고 교수자 역할, 진로교육자 역할, 학습자 역할 순이었다. 또한, 사례 분석은 면담자들이 현업적용에 대한 동기, 역량, 환경적 측면에서 의견을 제시하였다. 그리고 기대회수효과 측면에서 긍정적 평가가 85.3%로 매우 높았고, 순 추천 고객지수가 .85로서 참가자들은 다시 연수 참여 의지를 보일 정도로 만족도가 높았다. 이 연구 결과를 기초하여 추후 연구를 제언하면, 새로운 연수 방법과 추가적인 요인분석에 관한 연구가 필요하다.

중소병원의 처방전달시스템 도입효과분석에 관한 연구 (S병원의 사례를 중심으로) (A Study on the Sufficiency of Anticipated Effect of Order Communication System Introduced to Medium-Sized Hospitals (Focused on the case of S Hospital))

  • The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the effect of introduction of OCS(Order Communication System) to the hospital is satisfied or not comparing the anticipated effect with the actual effect. For this purpose, a domestic hospital which has introduced and has been operating OCS for several years was chosen. Based on the internal data of S Hospital prepared before introducing OCS, researcher has analyzed the basic direction, design standard and status of operation after the introduction of OCS, etc. After analyzing the status of operations of several departments using OCS and interviewing with the chiefs of pertinent departments, a survey form was designed. Actual survey and interviews were conducted by the researcher for weeks to know whether doctors, nurses, medical technicians and clerks of the patient management dept. were satisfied with OCS and to find if they have any recommendations to improve OCS. Based on the analysis of survey, the effect of OCS was evaluated whether it has satisfied the anticipated effectiveness. For the question if they feel convenient in using OCS, doctors, nursing staffs in charge of ward and the staffs of billing dept. has answered that they were all satisfied(100%). The answers for the same question were relatively high in the case of nurses in charge of outpatient and staffs of radiography. Of course, there have been some nurses and staffs who complained for the inconvenience. However, overall satisfaction was high on the average. Some common problems occurred after the introduction of OCS were frequent errors due to instability of OCS system, paralysis of function of hardware on data back-up system and redundant investment due to erroneous choice of DB program in setting DB. It was also pointed out that lack of computer education and low participation of medical staffs has resulted in failure of developing effective software. As a result, it has lowered the efficiency of OCS. For example, some works have to be done by hands even after OCS. Based on the result of this research, recommendations to maximize the effect of OCS were presented as follows. First, strong leadership of CEO and active cooperation of doctors are mandatory. Second, all the process of hospital work should be analyzed and be redesigned in more efficient ways. Third, OCS should be designed to be user-based system which can be used efficiently by all staffs of the hospital. Forth, prior to the operation of OCS, proper tests of the program and trainings of the pertinent staff are required. Fifth, prior to the selection of hardware, BMT(Bench Marking Test) should be conducted. Sixth, before introducing OCS, staffs in charge of OCS should visit many hospitals operating the OCS system and take their cases into account.

기체에 대한 초등학생들의 개념 조사 및 대안 개념 유형 분석 (A Survey of Elementary School Students' Conceptions of Gas and an Analysis on the Type of Alternative Conceptions of Gas)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate elementary school students' conceptions of gas and analyse the type of alternative conceptions of gas which students constructed. To appreciate the conceptions formed by elementary school students on this topic, 173 sixth grade students from an elementary school located in Suwon participated in this study. Additionally, their conceptions and their alternative conceptions of gas represented by the questionnaires were analyzed. The questionnaires consisted of 11 questions related to the conception of gas. To analyze the types of alternative conceptions which presented themselves, constructed prototypes were generated by interviewing the students themselves. From our results, we suggest that sixth grade elementary school students have various conceptions of gas and tend to think that gas is weighty, and that gaseous volume decreases by pressure. However, their conceptions of gas melting in water were very low, as only about 16% of students were aware of this scientific conception. Students who did not understand precisely the conception of the nature of oxygen, carbon dioxide and hydrogen were over 20%. The results of the interviews showed that the construction of alternative conceptions of gas was affected by various and complex causes.
