치위생과 학생들의 대인관계성향 및 대학생활 스트레스가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (Factors Interpersonal Relation Disposition and College Life Stress on College Life Adjustment of the Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose is to prepare measures to effectively improve college life adaptation by identifying relevance between interpersonal relation disposition and college life adaptation, college life stress and college life adaptation for dental hygiene students. Methods: 375 dental hygiene students attending some local universities in Gyeonggi-do were sampled for convenience. The results of this study are as follows. Results: First, As a result of interpersonal relation disposition according to general characteristics, superiority-dominance tendencies were higher in first and third graders, in groups with grades above 4.0 and groups with lower subjective economic levels. And the stress of college life was high for second graders and students with lower grades than 2.0. Second, According to the correlation between factors, governance-dominance, independence-responsibility, sympathy-acceptance, sociable-friendliness, and ostentation-intoxication of interpersonal tendency factors had proportional relationship with college life adaptation, rebellion-distrust and college life stress had inverse relationship. Third, The results of multiple regression analyses to identify factors that affect college students' adaptation to college life were in the order of stress in college life, first grade, sociable-friendliness, second grade, rebellion-distrust. Conclusion: In order to improve college life adaptation, counseling and practical mediation programs should be developed and applied to effectively manage and control the negativity and positivity implied by interpersonal relationships and college life stress.

신규간호사의 감정노동, 대인관계, 이직의도와 자기효능감이 직무스트레스에 미치는 예측요인 (Predictors of Emotional Labor, Interpersonal Relationship, Turnover Intention and Self-efficacy on Job Stress in New Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 신규간호사의 직무스트레스의 예측요인을 규명하여 중재전략을 개발하는 기초자료를 제시하고자 시도된 융합연구이다. 연구대상자는 자기 보고식 설문지를 활용하여 신규간호사 170명을 대상으로 자료 수집을 하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도, 백분율, independent t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson's correlation, stepwise regression을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 신규간호사의 직무스트레스의 가장 큰 예측요인으로는 이직의도(β=.481)가 직무스트레스에 대하여 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났으며, 감정노동, 대인관계, 이직의도 3개의 설명변수의 직무스트레스(R2= .572, F=55.10, p<.001)에 대한 설명력은 57.2%였다. 이상의 결과로 직무스트레스 관리를 위해 감정노동과 대인관계능력 향상 및 조기에 이직의도를 발견하고 신규간호사의 직무스트레스를 관리하기 위한 중재프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 향후 신규간호사의 직무스트레스 예측요인 확인을 위한 반복연구가 필요하다.

한국 간호대학생의 공감 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Empathy in Nursing Students in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to explore the levels of self-awareness, assertiveness, life stress, and empathy in nursing students and identify influential factors on empathy. Methods: A predictive correlational design was used. The data was collected by questionnaires from a convenience sample of 319 nursing students in 2014 in Korea. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean items scores of self-awareness, assertiveness, life stress, and empathy were 3.49, 3.02, 2.20 and 3.58, respectively, of a possible score ranging from 1 to 5. Empathy significantly differed by gender, grade, satisfaction with nursing as a major, and clinical practice experience. Empathy was correlated with self-awareness and interpersonal relationship stress. As a result of multiple regression analysis, empathy accounted for 20.1% of the variance by self-awareness, gender, clinical practice experience and interpersonal relationship stress. The most important factor was self-awareness, which explained 11.6% of the variation. Conclusion: The results of the study reveal that strengthening self-awareness and relieving interpersonal relationship stress ought to be integrated in developing effective educational intervention for enhancing empathy in nursing students.

내현적 자기애 특성이 대인관계 만족도에 미치는 영향: 정서표현양가성의 매개효과 (The Influence of Covert Narcissistic Tendency on Interpersonal Satisfaction: The Mediating Effect of Ambivalence over Emotional Expressiveness)

  • 본 연구는 20대 성인의 내현적 자기애 성향과 대인관계 만족도 사이에서 정서표현양가성이 매개역할을 하는지 확인하였다. 이를 위해 20대 성인 남녀 194명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였다. 그 결과, 내현적 자기애와 대인관계 만족도의 관계에서 정서표현양가성이 매개하는 것을 확인하였다. 관계적 특징에 따라 나누면, 윗사람을 제외하고 연인/배우자와 친구/동료 정서표현양가성이 내현적 자기애와 대인관계 만족도 사이를 매개하였다. 본 연구는 대인관계 만족감이 낮은 내현적 자기애자를 위한 개입 방향과 한계점 및 추후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

간호대학생이 지각한 셀프리더십, 임상실습 스트레스 및 임상실습 만족도 간의 관계 (Relationship of Self-leadership, Stress and Satisfaction in Clinical Practice of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: In this study, the relationship between self-leadership, stress, and satisfaction among nursing students in clinical practice was examined. Method: The participants were 273 nursing students. Data collected from September to December 2010 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean scores for self-leadership ($3.72{\pm}.41$), stress ($3.45{\pm}.59$), and satisfaction ($3.11{\pm}.38$) in clinical practice were above average. Self-leadership was significantly different according to year, interpersonal relationships, and satisfaction with nursing as a major. Stress in clinical practice was significantly different according to gender, year, and health status. Satisfaction in clinical practice was significantly different according to year, interpersonal relationships, and satisfaction with nursing as a major. Significant correlations were found between self-leadership and satisfaction in clinical practice, and stress and satisfaction in clinical practice. Year, self-leadership, interpersonal relationships, and stress in clinical practice were factors influencing satisfaction in clinical practice (20.0%). Conclusion: These findings indicate that there is a need to improve self-leadership, and to lessen stress in clinical practice to improve nursing students' satisfaction with clinical practice. The above-mentioned results should be reflected in the development of effective teaching methods for clinical practice.

간호여학생의 학업스트레스, 학과만족도, 대인관계 만족도가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Academic Stress, Department Satisfaction and Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction on Academic Achivement in Female Nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호여대생을 대상으로 학업스트레스, 학과만족도, 대인관계 만족도가 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 간호여대생 159명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 학업성취도 평균 3.74±0.84점이었고, 일반적 특성에 따른 학업성취도의 차이는 진로계획(t=2.672, p=.008)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 대상자의 학업성취도는 학업스트레스(r=-.371, p<.001)와 부적상관관계, 학과만족도(r=.472, p<.001), 대인관계 만족도(r=.301, p<.001)와 정적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학업스트레스(β=-.262, p=.002), 학과만족도(β=.403, p<.001)로 나타났고, 설명력은 26.3%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 학업성취도 향상을 위한 다양한 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

대학생들의 스트레스와 인터넷 중독의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Internet Addiction and Stress of College Students)

  • 본 연구의 주요 목적은 대학생들을 대상으로 스트레스와 인터넷 중독의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 인터넷 중독 정도를 측정하기 위해 미국 온라인 중독센터에서 사용하고 있는 인터넷 중독검사를 이용했으며, 20-49점을 정상이용집단, 50-79점을 중독위험집단, 80점 이상을 인터넷 중독집단으로 분류하였다. 연구결과 스트레스 요인 중 대인관계에서 느끼는 스트레스, 가정생활에서 느끼는 스트레스, 학교생활에서 느끼는 스트레스가 인터넷 중독에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

학교스트레스가 청소년들의 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향 : 분노표현양식의 조절효과 (The Effect of School Stress on Interpersonal Problems in Adolescent : The Moderating Effect of Anger Expression Styles)

  • 본 연구는 청소년을 대상으로 학교스트레스와 대인관계문제를 탐색하고, 그 관계를 조절할 것으로 예상되는 분노표현양식의 하위변인의 효과를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2015년 9월~10월 충북 소재 청소년 300명을 대상으로 학교스트레스 척도와 분노표현 척도, 대인관계문제 척도로 구성된 설문지로 조사를 실시하였다. 총 261개의 설문을 분석에 사용하였으며, 중다회귀분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 청소년의 학교스트레스와 분노표현양식 중 분노억제와 분노표출이 대인관계문제를 악화시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 청소년의 대인관계문제에서 학교스트레스와 분노표현양식의 상호작용 효과는 나타나지 않았지만, 대인관계문제의 하위영역 중 통제지배를 분노표출이 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년들의 대인관계문제를 유발하는 요인에서 학교스트레스와 분노 감정을 다루는 방식이 중요함을 제안한다. 이를 통해 청소년들의 대인관계문제를 예방하고 완화시키기 위한 예방 교재의 개발 및 효과적인 교육 프로그램 운영에 필요한 정보를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

119상황실 근무자의 직무스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Job Stress of 119 Briefing Room Workers on Depression)

  • Purpose : This study was cross-sectional study to examine the influence of job stress in 119 briefing room workers and aimed to provide the important basic materials for improving working conditions of 119 briefing room workers and further studies. Methods : This study selected 271 workers of 119 briefing room at National Emergency Management Agency and fire stations, metropolitan cities and provinces to examine the influences of job stress of 119 briefing room workers on depression. and as a result of analysis, the following conclusions. Results : 1) The whole average of job stress measure was 3.30. The highest area was interpersonal relationship factor as 3.41, 'job characteristic factor' as 3.36 and communication factor' as 3.01. 2) Total score of whole items of depression was 11.88 and showed slight depression level. 3) There was static correlation between job stress and depression(r=44.7, p= .000). There were statistically significant static correlations between job stress factor and depression(r= .388, p= .000), interpersonal relationship factor and depression(r= .471, p= .000), and communication factor and depression(r= .386, p= .000). 4) There was statistically significant difference in the influence of job stress on depression(B=8.575, p< .001). Influence of job stress on depression was explained as $R^2=.200$. When job stress factors as independent variables were input, interpersonal relationship factor(B=5.062, p< .001) had the greatest influence on depression and there was no statistically significant difference in communication factor(B=2.490, p< .05). Conclusions : It is considered that development of the various programs including program for getting rid of job stress of 119 briefing room workers and counseling program will be needed. particularly, factors such as human relationships and communication in the area of job stress must be the first priority.

간호대학생의 대학생활 스트레스, 자기효능감, 사회적지지 및 대인관계능력 (Nursing Students' College-Related Stress, Self-Efficacy, Social Support and Interpersonal Skills)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate nursing students' levels of and relationships between college-related stress, self-efficacy, social support, and interpersonal skills. Methods : This study involved 352 nursing students at K University in B City, each who understood the study's purpose and agreed to participate in the study. The study's data were collected between April 8 and 19, 2019 and were analyzed using the SPSS for Windows 22.0 program based on frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations as well as a t-test, analysis of variance, post-hoc test, and correlation analysis results. The Scheffe test was performed for the post-hoc test, and the Pearson correlation coefficient was employed for the correlation analysis. Results : College-related stress showed statistically significant negative correlations with self-efficacy (r=-.310, p<.001), social support (r=-.312, p<.001), and interpersonal skills (r=-.226, p<.001). However, self-efficacy exhibited statistically significant positive correlations with social support (r=.548, p<.001) and interpersonal skills (r=.524, p<.001), and social support showed a statistically significant positive correlation with interpersonal skills (r=.644, p<.001). Therefore, higher levels of self-efficacy and social support and a lower level of college-related stress result in corresponding higher levels of interpersonal skills. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to find measures to lower nursing students' college-related stress and increase their self-efficacy and social support, as well as to develop and operate specific intervention programs that can help enhance their interpersonal skills.
