To conduct this study, a survey was carried out childcare teachers of the Seoul and Metropolitan Area. Total of 283 valid female questionnaires were collected and utilized for analysis. According to the analysis, both procedural justice and interpersonal justice have positive effects on the collectivistic tendency and decrease the turnover intention. The interpersonal justice decreases the job burnout, whereas the distributive justice statistically significantly increases the job burnout. Also, the collectivistic tendency reduces the turnover intention. The job burnout increases the turnover intention, which is consistent with previous studies. Hence, increasing the interpersonal justice and the collectivistic tendency could be an option for dealing with the issue.

Secondly, the number of activities experienced at home significantly affected the improvement in interpersonal relationships in both types of adolescent. The effects of age, number of friends, and number of traditional activities on the improvement in interpersonal relationships differed for each type of household adolescent. And to conclude, the significant factors affecting the interpersonal relationships of the rural adolescents were their family and parents. • Objectives: This study examined the personal, interpersonal and community factors related to food sufficiency and variety among Korean adults using data from the 2017 Community Health Survey. Methods: A total of 228,310 adults aged ≥ 19 years were classified into three groups: food sufficiency with variety, food sufficiency without variety and food insufficiency. Personal factors included sociodemographic characteristics, health behavior and health status. Interpersonal factors included social networking and social activities, and community factors included safety, natural environment, living environment, availability of public transportation and health care services. The association of food sufficiency and variety with interpersonal and community factors was assessed using multivariable logistic regression analyses. Results: Of the total sample, the food-sufficiency-without-variety group and food insufficiency group accounted for 31.5% and 3.2%, respectively. The sociodemographic factors associated with food insufficiency and non-variety were women, ≥ 65 years of age, with low education level, low household income, unemployed, single, and living in areas of small population sizes. There were significant differences in health behavior and health status, interpersonal and community factors among the three groups. Multivariable logistic regression analyses conducted after adjusting for confounding factors showed that lack of social networking and social activities and lower satisfaction derived from community environments were associated with the risk of food insufficiency and non-variety. Conclusions: Our results showed that interpersonal and community factors as well as personal factors were related to food sufficiency and variety. Therefore, public policies to help build social networks and participation in social activities, and improve community environment are needed together with food assistance to overcome the problems of food insufficiency and non-variety.

  • The purpose of this study was investigate the relationship between the degree of satisfaction of the clinical practice and the stress factors for dental hygiene students. Dental hygiene students to 232 people from May 21, 2012 to June 22, 2012 and analyzed using by SPSS for Windows ver. 12.0 program. Regarding the stress factors, by the school system, all the factors, including the environmental factor, the role factor, the interpersonal relationships factor, the ideal and value factor, and the Brief Encounter Psychosocial Instrument (BEPSI) were higher in the 3-year system than in the 4-year system (p<0.01). Regarding the stress factors according to the degree of satisfaction regarding the practices, all the factors were high when unsatisfied. Among these, the environmental factor was the highest (p<0.001). According to the practice organization, the environmental factor was the highest among the university dental hospital. The interpersonal relationship factor and the ideal and value factor were the highest among the dental hospitals. The role factor and the BEPSI were the highest among the dental clinics (p<0.01). When the hospital atmosphere was bad, the environmental factor was the highest (p<0.001). As a result of analyzing the correlations between the stress factors of the hospital practices, there were the positive correlations among the environment, the roles, the interpersonal relationship, the ideals and values, and the BEPSI (p<0.01). The stress factor that showed the biggest influence on the BEPSI was interpersonal relationships. In the clinical practice, because of the unfamiliar environment and the insufficiency of the interpersonal relationships, the stress indices of the students can be higher than at ordinary times. I believe that, as such, a systematic management plan for the clinical practice for raising the ability of the students to cope with the stress by themselves must be prepared.
