일부지역 치과위생사의 직무만족과 대인관계문제에 따른 행복지수 (Happiness index according to job satisfaction and interpersonal problems of dental hygienists in some regions)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify Happiness index according to job satisfaction and interpersonal problems of dental hygienists in some regions Methods: The subjects of this study were dental hygienists working in dental hospitals in Busan and Gyeongnam. from 1 July 2021 to 30 August 2021 a number of total 198. The structured questionnaire was surveyed and analyzed by self- entry. The collected data were analyzed using an IBM SPSS ver. 20.0. Results: The interpersonal problem were higher in the group under 25 years of age, with, less than 1 year of experience and less than 2-4 year of experience. Happiness index were higher over than 31 year of age. the happiness index was higher in the age group 31 years or older, with more than 5 years of experience, more than 7 days of vacation, work intensity that was tolerable and difficult, and the group with an annual salary of 30 million won or more. the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the interpersonal problems, the happiness index of dental hygienists was high. Conclusions: In order to increase the happiness index of dental hygienists working at dental medical institutions, it is necessary to develop a program that can form amicable interpersonal relationships in the workplace of dental hygienists with little experience. In addition, increase the job satisfaction of dental hygienists, it is necessary to adjust the intensity of work to fit the individual's abilities and aptitudes, and to develop a work system so that dental hygienists can increase their pride in their profession by signing a reasonable salary.

간호대학생의 간호직 인식 영향요인 (The Factors Influencing Nursing Profession Perception of Nursing Student)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the nursing profession perception of nursing students. Methods: Data were collected with a questionnaire distributed to 305 nursing students in U city. Data were collected from March 30 to June 15, 2019. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in the level of interpersonal trust (F=5.42, p<.001), empathy ability (F=3.13, p=.015), interpersonal relationship ability (F=3.64, p=.006) and nursing profession perception (F=11.95, p<.001) on the major satisfaction. The level of interpersonal trust (r=.21, p<.001), empathy ability (r=.27, p<.001) and interpersonal relationship ability (r=.28, p<.001) were positively correlated with nursing profession perception. Also empathy ability (r=.11, p=.047), interpersonal relationship ability (r=.49, p<.001) with interpersonal trust and correlation of empathy ability with interpersonal relationship ability (r=.32, p<.001) were positively correlated with each other. The significant variables that influence the nursing profession perception were grade, major satisfaction, empathy ability and interpersonal relationship ability. These factors were responsible for 21.3%. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that educational programs are necessary to raise the nursing perception of nursing students and reduce the turnover of nurses.

Differences in the relationship, learning perception and satisfaction of nursing students before and after clinical practice

  • The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was a meaningful change in the learning perception and interpersonal relations of nursing students after completing clinical practice. Participants were 32 nursing students in the third grade. The research data were collected by questionnaire consisting of interpersonal relations and learning perception. The analysis of data was analyzed by SPSS 21 Version. General characteristics were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation between variables was analyzed by Pearson's relation, and differences of variables before and after clinical practice were analyzed by paired t-test. The results of the study are as follows. In clinical practice, interpersonal abilities showed a significant correlation with learning outcomes (R =.351, p =.049). The interpersonal abilities of nursing students improved significantly(t =2.264, p =.13) after completion of clinical practice. Nursing college students recognized that their interpersonal abilities had improved after completion of clinical practice, and the improvement of interpersonal abilities was statistically supported. Considering that the interpersonal relationship was an important factor in the clinical practice related stress of the nursing college students, it was meaningful that the interpersonal ability improved after the clinical practice. The positive correlation between interpersonal abilities and learning perceptions in clinical practice of nursing college students suggests future directions for future research. The results of this study will provide basic data on education that will enhance the satisfaction of students' clinical practice and improve their learning outcomes.

The Role of Interpersonal Trust in On-line Learning Communities and Application of Knowledge

  • Interpersonal trust has become essential for online communities because people have managed to be in a situation without face-to-face encounters. To identify the structural relationships between interpersonal trust and learning performance, we analyzed the relationship between two types of trust, namely, cognitive and affective, as well as two dimensions of learning performance, namely, learning satisfaction and knowledge application. We also identified the moderating role of social norms in the relationship between trust and learning performance. Results of analysis are as follows. First, cognitive trust significantly affected the two dimensions of performance. Second, affective trust exhibited a significant effect on learning satisfaction, but did not affect knowledge application. Third, the relationships between the two performance factors were significant and direct. Lastly, social norms appeared to moderate the effects of cognitive trust on knowledge application and affective trust on satisfaction. These findings suggest that organizations, which would like to optimize task-oriented performance of their learning communities, should consider linking strategies between community satisfaction and practical knowledge application.

환자대면서비스에 대한 의사의 중요도 인식과 실천간 차이에 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of the Gap Between Physician's Perceived Importance and Performance of Interpersonal Care)

  • To examine the gap between physician's perceived importance and performance of care and to identify factors associated with the gap. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted with 91 physicians working in a University hospital in Seoul. The respondents were asked about their perceived importance and actual performance of interpersonal care on a 5-point Likert-type scale, indicating a higher score as higher importance and performance. Interpersonal care was measured by questions modified from the Korean Standard Service Quality Index, which are grouped into 6 categories: basic services, extra services, reliability, courtesy, convenience, and tangibles. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out physician characteristics associated with the gap. All of the 6 interpersonal care categories showed lower performance than perceived importance. The respondents tended to have a worse performance than perceived importance as the number of patients per outpatient care session ($\beta$=-0.0204, p<0.05) and the need for customer satisfaction education increase ($\beta$=-0.2226, p<0.05). Female physicians ($\beta$=0.2336, p<0.05) and those with higher job satisfaction($\beta$=0.0096, p<0.05) showed a better performance than perception. Overall, it appears that lower quality of interpersonal care was delivered to patients than the desired level considered by the responding physicians. Based on the regression analysis results, it is suggested that reducing patient volume per session, fulfilling education need for customer satisfaction, and improving job satisfaction may contribute to reduce the gap between physician's perceived importance and performance of interpersonal care.

취업한 발달장애인의 장애수용이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 직무만족도와 대인관계의 매개효과 (The Effect of Acceptance of Disability on Life Satisfaction of Developmental Disabilities Employed: The Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction and Interpersonal Relationship)

  • 본 연구는 취업한 발달장애인의 장애수용이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도와 대인관계의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널 2차 웨이브 중 의사소통 가능 정도의 측정이 가장 높은 2019년도 4차 조사 데이터를 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 취업한 발달장애인의 장애수용 정도는 생활만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인됐다. 둘째, 취업한 발달장애인의 장애수용 정도는 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족도는 매개한다. 셋째, 취업한 발달장애인의 장애수용 정도는 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 대인관계는 매개한다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 함의 및 제언을 제시하였다.

치위생(학)과 학생의 감성지능, 대인관계 유능성과 전공만족도간의 관련성 (Between Emotional Intelligence, Interpersonal Competence and Major Satisfaction of Dental Hygiene Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치위생(학)과 학생들의 감성지능, 대인관계 유능성과 전공만족도와의 관련성을 파악하여 효과적인 치위생전공 대학생활과 높은 질적 수준의 치과의료서비스를 제공할 수 있는 예비 전문 치과위생사로써 증진방안을 모색하고자 시도되었다. 자료 수집은 2019년 4월 8일부터 2019년 4월 26일까지 대전·청주·군산지역의 치위생(학)과 학생들을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 활용하여 자기기입식 설문법을 작성하였다. 감성지능과 대인관계 유능성은 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 전공만족도와도 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 대인관계 유능성과 전공만족도는 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 전공만족도의 영향 요인은 감성지능, 대인관계 유능성, 임상실습 만족도로 나타났다. 이에 각 개별화된 맞춤 상담 및 교육적 접근이 요구되며, 감성지능과 대인관계능력 훈련프로그램을 접목시킨 다차원적인 향상 전략을 활용할 필요성이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

MBTI 성격유형에 따른 커뮤니케이션 능력과 대인관계 만족도에 관한 연구 (Communication competence and Satisfaction in Interpersonal Relationship on MBTI personality patterns(Focused on 3th military Cadet))

  • 본 연구는 사관생도의 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 커뮤니케이션 능력과 대인관계 만족도에 관한 연구이다. MBTI 성격유형 분포를 보면 남생도의 경우 ESTJ(16.7%)로 가장 많았고, 여생도의 경우는 ENFJ(16.7%)와 ENFP(16.7%)가 빈도수가 높았다. 성격유형과 커뮤니케이션 능력간의 차이가 있었고, 성격유형과 차이가 있는 지를 살펴보기 위해 사후검증으로 LSD를 활용하였다. 그 결과 성격유형과 커뮤니케이션 능력간에는 E(외향형)과 I(내향형)간 차이가 있다는 결과를 얻었고, 성격유형과 대인관계 만족도의 결과에서도 E(외향형)과 I(내향형)간 대인관계 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 커뮤니케이션 능력과 대인관계 만족도와의 상관관계에서 매우 정적인 상관(r=.604(p<.01)을 보였다. 결국 본 연구의 의의는 사관생도의 성격유형에 따른 커뮤니케이션 능력과 대인관계 만족도가 통계적으로 유의미하다는 것을 증명하였고, 성격유형에 따른 훈육방향을 제시해 줄 수 있다는 점에서 매우 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

청소년의 외모 만족이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향: 대인관계 경험 매개 효과-고등학생을 중심으로 (The Effect of Appearance Satisfaction on Self-esteem: Interpersonal Relationship Experience Mediation-Focusing on High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 남녀 고등학생의 외모 만족과 자아존중감의 관계에서 대인관계 경험의 매개 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 경기도 소재의 고등학교에 재학 중인 남자 고등학생 118명과 여자 고등학생 121명, 총 239명을 대상으로 신체만족도 척도, 자아존중감 척도, 대인관계 경험 척도를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 외모 만족, 대인관계 경험, 자아존중감은 각각의 관계에서 모두 유의미한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 대인관계 경험은 자아존중감을 유의하게 설명하며 외모 만족과 자아존중감의 관계에서 부분 매개 효과를 보였다. 특히 남학생의 경우 매개 효과 크기가 큰 것으로 나타냈다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 낮은 외모 만족으로 자아존중감의 수준이 낮은 청소년에게 긍정적인 대인관계 경험이 자아존중감 증진에 미치는 긍정적인 영향과 이에 대한 청소년 코칭의 방향을 논의하였다.

Effects of Volunteering Participation Motivation on Major Satisfaction and Continuance Willingness in Ophthalmic Optics Students

  • This study is intended to determine the effects of volunteering participation motivation on major satisfaction and continuance willingness in ophthalmic optics students. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to ophthalmic optics students. The research findings showed that self-development among participation motivation factors had a significant effect on major satisfaction and continuance willingness, leisure on continuance willingness, and major satisfaction on continuance willingness in the relationship between the effects of volunteering participation motivation on continuance willingness and major satisfaction in ophthalmic optics students, respectively, adopting 3 hypotheses. On the other hand, leisure had no significant effect on major satisfaction, interpersonal exchange on major satisfaction, and interpersonal exchange on continuance willingness, respectively, rejecting 3 hypotheses. Which suggest that the high self-development willingness of college students as a factor of college volunteering participation motivation causes them to have pride and specialization in their major. Consequently, pride and specialization in major cannot only increase an understanding of personality and major, but maintain a positive attitude, leading to a long-continuous willingness, not a simple one-time service.
