The electronic commerce continues to grow dramatically. Also, consumer complaints and damages related to e-commerce grow rapidly. The analysis of consumer complaints showed that consumer of e-commerce tended to buy the various product categories including cloth and home appliance. The damages of delivery problem rapidly rose by 1,185.3%. In categories of transaction including of 'internet shopping mall', 'internet contents' and 'internet auction', about 90% of consumer damages was related to 'internet shopping mall' but consumer damages of 'internet contents' was anticipated to be increased in the near future. The major goods and services of damages was 'digital camera', notebook PC', 'internet game service' etc. Therefore, it is required to establish consumer protection measures to be prevent consumer fraud such as internet shopping mall, Halfplaza.com, and major goods and services of damages. Also, it is need to establish system of spontaneous consumer protection improving consciousness of e-commerce companies.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relations among anger, suicidal ideation and internet addiction in male high school students. In order to get the data by self-report questionnaires, 191 subject were selected from 1th to 30th of April, 2011. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN/17.0. There were significantly positive correlations between suicidal ideation, anger and internet addiction. Internet use hour and anger explained 29.0% of variance for internet addiction. The findings of this study suggest that self-management and interpersonal relationship program should be need to prevent problem of internet addiction.

Currently, due to the rapid growth of Internet businesses, competition is deepening even in Internet portal markets. In markets where competition is severe, companies can no longer hold a competitive advantage if they cannot deliver their own distinguished, unique images to customers. Therefore, this research planned to establish distinguished positioning strategies by comparing competition relationships among portals which go through building positioning maps and understanding the evaluation attributes and ideal points of internal portal images preferred by segmented customer groups. College students who are heavy users of the Internet were selected as research subjects, and they were led to make an evaluation of the image of Internet portals they mainly use. The analysis result showed that attributes distinguished the most among portals were entertainment, additional service, and convenience while the attribute distinguished the least was customer service. Moreover, understanding of preference and ideal points regarding portals also showed significant differences by segmented groups. Such research results are expected to become meaningful raw data in regards to building distinguished market segment strategies in Internet portal markets.

This study examined the status of and factors associated with drinking experience, smoking experience, and internet addiction among elementary school students. Cross-sectional data were collected by questionnaire from 1,061 children among the fifth and sixth grades in public elementary schools in Gyeonggi province. The prevalence of drinking and smoking experience, internet addiction of participants was 22.7%, 2.9%, and 4.2% respectively. Multiple logistic regressions showed that the likelihood of drinking and smoking experience, and internet addiction was commonly higher with those who was a male and had higher aggression level. The likelihood of drinking experience was lower with those who had higher family support, while was higher with those who had higher friend support. That of internet addiction was lower with having higher friend and teacher support. Prevention strategies to prevent drinking, smoking, and internet addiction among elementary school students should consider student's gender, control aggression, and enhance social support in family and school environments.

In this paper, we propose a Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) proxy system, to provide services for accessing and sharing various DLNA-based media contents which are distributed over his/her or other's home facilities via home network or internet. The proposed system based on DLNA[1] and SIP Notification mechanism[2] so that data such as contents can be transferred from home network consisted with private IP from outside public IP networks.

Of all wireless technologies for personal communications, CDMA(Code Devision Multiple Access) offers the best combination of good signal quality, high security and system reliability. CDMA2000 provides Internet and internet services for variable multimedia aplications. However, good educational CDMA web contents, which focus on the easy understability and good readability, are rare dute to the difficulties and the broad range of CDMA technologies. This content is developed based upon the following two aspects. First, a basic CDMA communication theoy, which contains much color figures and animation, is introduced combing the experimental results and corresponding explanations utilizing the information obtained by the TIMS CDMA equitments. It can improve the understabiliy virtual experience of the site visitors interested in the CDMA. Secondly, the recent CDMA coverage prediction and engineering technology is introduced using the RF plan tool C24 combined for the CDMA engineers

Despite the growth in Internet users, demand for multi-medial, large data files and resulting explosive growth in data traffic, there has been lack of investment in Middle-Mile, interconnection of various networks, resulting in bottleneck effect, which is acerbating. One strategy to overcome such network bottleneck is Content Delivery Network (CDN). CDN does not achieve efficient delivery of large file data through physical improvement/increase in network capacity, but by delivering large file contents, the cause of bottlenecks, from distributed servers. Since it is impracticable to physically improve networks capacity to accommodate the growth in internet traffic, CON, by strong CPs contents at cache servers deployed at major ISPs networks, is able to deliver requested contents to the requesting Web clients without the loss of data and long latency.

Recently there are increasing needs for Internet and various kinds of contents. These traffics for various contents need more amount of data to provide high-quality information and require various QoS depending on the characteristics of contents. However, current Internet service supports BE (Best Effort) service only, therefore IntServ (Integrated Service) scheme and DiffServ (Differentiated Service) scheme are represented to support QoS in IP layer. This paper describes new scheme that provides QoS taking into account the traffic characteristics over Mobile IPv6 network based on IEEE 802.11e by decreasing signal process time using traffic class of DiffServ and MAC and evaluates the performance through computer simulation.

For the remarkable enhancement of high-speed rail passenger services, a system which provides various multimedia contents and Internet search functions was designed. The system gets inputs from a passenger and displays various multimedia contents on the touch sensitive LCD panel attached on a passenger seat. This kind of service is new in Korea and not easy to find in other countries, either. In this paper, we presented a design of a system which provides not only one-way broadcasting services but also searching capability of various information interactively. Informations to be provided are train schedule, transfer information, tour information, E-books, movies, music, ets. Successful completion of the system development in the following years is expected to strengthen international competitiveness of Korean railway industry.
