  • As an international company in the automotive industry for years, Sichuan Hyundai has encountered serious difficulties since its entering into China. With huge investment and great ambition to conquer the China commercial vehicle market, successive setbacks have put the company in jeopardy. Design thinking, emphasizing "user-driven innovation" can help to look for effective and possible solutions from a very strong and effective perspective. This thesis first provides a comprehensive look of the economic background of China in order to get a overall understanding of the market. Then the paper did an analysis of Sichuan Hyundai from the perspective of design thinking. By identifying the reliability bias of Sichuan Hyundai, key problems such as the product, advertisement and cultural communication were discussed. With a emphasis on the intuitive thinking, the paper provides some feasible solutions and also implications for the future development.

  • This study attempts to scrutinize the effectiveness of the international economic sanction on North Korea by analyzing the determinants of the North Korea-China trade with Chinese Customs House data classified under general, border, processing, bonded warehouse. The result shows that after international economic sanctions, North Korea-China trade was increased across types of trade. In particular, sanction-sensitive items were increased after sanctions and China also weakened the effectiveness of sanctions. To put it concretely, North Korea's food and fuel imports from china increased in processing and border trade. In the case of luxury good, it was increased in general trade. Strategy goods (weaponry) increased only in bonded warehouse trade. For China's import from North Korea, food and fuel were increased in total, border and bonded warehouse trade. Considering the features of each type of trade, these increase are presumed to have been playing a decisive role in weakening the effect of international sanction on North Korea.

  • A stability analysis in the geomagentotail is presented within MHD limit with a modified form ideal Ohm's law. Using the high ky approximation (ballooning limit), we derive the basic eigenmode equations which can be reduced to the ideal MHD limit. The incompressible limit is numerically solved for a number of model equilibria of tail by Kan [1973], and we have found no unstable Kan equilibrium. Also, an analytic theory is carried out for the case where Bkc is assumed to be constant along the field line, following the idea by Lee and Min [1996]. In that case, it is suggested that the tail stability to the incompressible antisymmetric mode is determined by the ideal MHD.

  • There is concern about the increased risk of accidents from manual investments due to ground handling service operators, aging equipment and manpower shortages. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of ground treatment services and safety management at the airport. Therefore, this study analyzed the domestic and overseas ground operation status and the license handling procedure of aircraft handling business. In addition, a case study on the evaluation system of international organizations examined the applicability of the certification body to the Korean situation. It is practical in that it provides policy implications for improving the quality of groundwork not covered in previous studies. This is expected to improve the constitution, improve quality, improve airport operations, and operate safely.

  • This study is a case study of the Ukrainian military's asymmetric combat performance method. The composition of this study is as follows. First, it presented the background for the outbreak of war in the macroscopic framework of Russia-Ukraine. Second, the Ukraine-Russia war, which broke out in February 2022, presented the justification for the study, that is, the direction of the Ukrainian military's asymmetric combat performance in terms of microscopic aspects of the study, and detailed analysis of precision strikes using commercial drones and advanced sensors. Finally, we covered in-depth the case of Ukrainian troops who attempted to attack Russian tanks using semi-automatic laser homing technology. Therefore, the Korean military organization also suggested the justification for gradually introducing and utilizing the system for the Ukrainian military's asymmetric combat performance method, and related follow-up studies should be actively conducted following this study.

  • The widespread discussion of AI-generated content, fueled by the emergence of consumer applications like ChatGPT and Midjourney, has attracted significant attention. Among various AI applications, AI painting has gained popularity due to its mature technology, user-friendly nature, and excellent output quality, resulting in a rapid growth in user numbers. Midjourney and Stable Diffusion are two of the most widely used AI painting tools by users. In this study, the author adopts a perspective that represents the general public and utilizes case studies and comparative analysis to summarize the distinctive features and differences between Midjourney and Stable Diffusion in the context of AI character illustration. The aim is to provide informative material forthose interested in AI painting and lay a solid foundation for further in-depth research on AI-generated content. The research findings indicate that both software can generate excellent character images but with distinct features.

  • This study provides a background on the growth of Indian automobile industry under different regulatory regimes. It is observed that the international joint ventures have played a key role in the growth of the sector. The study further examines the motives for forming IJVs in the auto component sector and also identifies the criteria for choosing the joint venture partner to mitigate conflicts. These two specific attributes form the core towards transfer of technology, promoting innovation and also act as a catalyst for adopting and choosing appropriate technology. The study brings out the relationship between motives, partner selection criteria and performance of the IJVs. Results indicate that firms gave maximum importance to technological skills, quality control measures and proprietary knowledge in selecting IJV partners. It is also observed that the motives affect the partner selection criteria in terms of skill and resources needed from the partner.

  • A strategic decision making on location selection for product transportation includes many tangible and untangible factors. To choose the best locations is a difficult job in the sense that objectives usually conflict with each other. In this paper, we consider a multi stage multi criteria transshipment problem with different types of items to be transported from the sources to the destination points. For the optimization of the problem, a goal programming formulation will be presented in which the location selection for each product type will be determined under the multi objective criteria. In the study, we generalize the transshipment model with a variety of product types and finite number of different intermediate nodes between origins and destinations. For the selection of the criteria we selected the costs(fixed cost and transportation cost), location numbers, and unsatisfied demand for each type of products in multi stage transportation, which are the main goals in transshipment modelling problems. The related conditions are also modelled through linear formats.

  • Smart contracts are implemented by blockchain technology, which stores the terms of the contracts of both parties on the blockchain. In the event of an international dispute over smart contracts and blockchains, no special solution has been proposed, such as the enactment of the International Unification Act. The blockchain platform which operates smart contracts is decentralized and operates through distributed nodes around the world without central servers, making it difficult to establish jurisdiction and governing laws. As an alternative to traditional dispute-solving methods, a new mediation model-smart arbitration-is being attempted. The arbitration process is likely to be a preferred means of resolving disputes over smart contracts in practice. There are many problems, such as the fairness of the arbitration center on the selection and judgment of arbitrators, the question of securing reliability, the question of the validity of the arbitration agreement, and how much the court can be involved in the case. Preparations at the national level, such as fostering blockchains and smart contract experts, and overhauling the legal system, are needed.

  • The study shed the light on the information required by Governance Principles and Corporate Social Responsibilities of human resources department from the point deans' perspectives of BA colleges during the discussion the publication of studies that academic members earlier submitted in many journals as authors of similar studies talking about business schools and CSR in Saudi Arabia universities. The study sample was the deans of business schools in northern border university and interviews were used to collect data. Findings showed that CSR in business colleges within an integrated set of research products in the human resource that he owns, support the mechanisms of social services from a purposeful pioneering and creative perspective. In addition, the success of business administration colleges in preparing these cadres depends on the college's senior leadership represented by its dean and its administrative policy to motivate academic staff and students to develop the CSR and governance.
