사이버 위협 탐지대응시간 모델링 (Cyber threat Detection and Response Time Modeling)

  • 보안관제 분야의 실제 업무활동에 대해서는 거의 연구가 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 보안관제의 위협정보 탐지 대응시간 모델링을 통해 적정 투입인력 규모 산정에 기여하고 최신 보안솔루션 투입시의 효과성 분석 등에 활용할 수 있는 실질적인 연구 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 보안관제센터에서 수행하는 전체 위협정보 탐지대응시간은 TIDRT(Total Intelligence Detection & Response Time)로 정의한다. 전체 위협정보 탐지 대응시간(TIDRT)는 내부 위협정보 탐지대응시간(IIDRT, Internal Intelligence Detection & Response Time)과 외부 위협정보(EIDRT, External Intelligence Detection & Response Time)의 합으로 구성된다. 내부위협정보 탐지대응시간(IIDRT)는 다섯 단계의 소요시간의 합으로 계산할 수 있다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표는 보안관제센터의 주요한 업무활동들을 수식으로 모델링하여 보안관제센터의 사이버 위협정보 탐지대응시간 계산식을 산정하는데 있다. 2장에서는 선행연구를 살펴보고, 3장에서는 전체 위협정보 탐지대응시간의 계산식을 모델링한다. 4장에서 결론으로 끝을 맺는다.

  • 오늘날과 같은 정보화사회에서는 비인가자의 조직 내 출입 시, 중요 정보자산에 접근이 용이해지기 때문에 통제 상의 어려움이 있다. 비인가자는 고도의 기술을 활용하지 않더라도, 뒤따름(Piggy-backing)과 어깨 너머로 훔쳐보기(Shoulder surfing) 등의 방법을 통해 중요 정보를 획득 할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 비인가자가 조직 내 주요 공간에 위치 시 연관된 정보통신기기의 네트워크 접속을 차단하여 내부 정보를 열람할 수 있는 권한을 적절히 통제하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 제시된 방법은 RFID와 적외선 센서를 결합하여 네트워크 접근통제 시스템에 적용시킨 것으로, 이를 통해 비인가자 출입으로 인한 내부 정보 유출 위협을 차단하여, 인원 보안 측면을 강화한 보다 안전한 내부 네트워크 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 내부 사용자의 보안인식 제고를 위한 수단으로 활용할 수 있는 장점도 있다.

간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 예측 요인 (The Risk Factors Influencing Turnover Intention of Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the risk factors influencing turnover intention of nurses. Method: The participants in this descriptive survey on causal relations were 756 nurses who were working at a tertiary university hospital in Seoul. The data were put in to multiple regression analysis to build a prediction model. Results: Turnover intention according to general features were shown as following.: Age, Clinical careers, Educational level, Marital status, Economic status(Yearly income). The relationship between turnover intention and job stress had positive correlation. But the relationship between turnover and other factors that job satisfaction, internal marketing, and organizational commitment had negative correlation. The causal factors of turnover intention were organizational commitment, the factors of organizational support and patient/caregiver relationships among subcategories of job stress and the factor of professional position among subcategories of job satisfaction. Conclusions: The findings of study suggest that board intervention program should be provided to prevent problems of turnover. It is also recommended that a program be developed that can help control the variables identified in this study along with follow up study to verify the model.

신생아 청각선별검사 프로그램에 관한 정보제공이 부모 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Neonatal Hearing Screening Program (NHSP) Information on Parental Satisfaction)

  • This study was designed to investigate the effects of neonatal hearing screening program (NHSP) information on parental satisfaction with the Parent Satisfaction Questionnaire with Neonatal Hearing Screening Program (PSQ-NHSP) by Mazlan et al. (2006). The PSQ-NHSP consisted of four aspects including: information, personnel in charge of the hearing test, appointment activity, and overall satisfaction in the neonatal hearing screening program. A total of 106 parents (50 in the experimental group and 56 in the control group) participated in this study in one general hospital and two delivery clinics. The fifty parents in the experimental group received information and counseling with educational materials before filling out the PSQ-NHSP, but the fifty-six parents in the control group did not receive any counseling or education materials before completing the PSQ-NHSP. The PSQ-NHSP demonstrated excellent internal consistency reliability (${\sigma}=0.914$). The results of the study were as follows. First, the overall satisfaction ($3.77{\pm}0.81$) and personnel in charge of hearing test ($3.52{\pm}0.79$) aspects showed higher rates of satisfaction than the appointment activity aspect ($3.51{\pm}0.80$) for total subjects. Second, the overall parental satisfaction rate of the experimental group ($4.15{\pm}0.50$) was significantly higher than that of the control group ($3.09{\pm}0.53$) in all items. Lastly, thirty-two participants (30%) made at least one comment in response to the open-set items. A total of 29 comments were related to satisfaction with participating in the NHSP and II comments were related to dissatisfaction. In conclusion, to improve parental satisfaction it is important to provide parents with education and information about the NHSP before the test. In addition, PSQ-NHSP was found to be a useful instrument for identifying the benefits and shortfalls of the NHSP.

  • The routine identification and differentiation of Brucella species is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process, which frequently places personnel at risk of laboratory-acquired infection. Here, we describe the development of a rapid multiplex PCR assay for the confirmation of presumptive Brucella isolates. The assay was able to identify and differentiate major human pathogens, namely B. abortus, B. melitensis, and B. suis, in a single test of less than an hour and a half.

Russian and Foreign Experience in Implementing Departmental Control and Prosecutor's Supervision when Verifying Crime Reports

  • The article examines the stage of verification of a crime report from the standpoint of the need for its legislative regulation. Moreover, it investigates the international experience in this field. The existing procedural models are described in detail on the example of the neighboring and faraway countries. An analysis of the provisions of the current criminal procedure law of Russia and foreign experience allowed the authors to identify existing problems in the implementation of departmental control and prosecutorial supervision at the stage of verifying a crime report. The aim of the study is to develop theoretical provisions and recommendations regarding the implementation of departmental procedural control and prosecutorial supervision over the activities of the investigator during the verification of reports of crimes, based on the study of experience, both in Russia and in a number of countries of the near and far abroad, which could find their reflection in law enforcement practice, as well as aimed at improving the current criminal procedure legislation. The authors substantiated the theory that a detailed examination of the foreign procedural foundations of checking a crime report will allow us to form the most suitable model for checking a crime report for our state, taking into account all possible features and successfully implement it into the current criminal procedural law of the Russian Federation.

대학보건소의 현황과 활성화 방안 연구 - 서울시 여자대학을 중심으로 - (Development of Activation Program through the Evaluation of University Health Center - on the women's university in Seoul -)

  • The purpose of this research is to plan the activation of university health business through the appraisal of the function and role of university health centers. To be more specific: Firstly, analyze the facility, personnel, health service of the health centers, Secondly, appraise the role and function of the health centers, and Thirdly, consider the activation plans of health centers. The research method taken was the study of surveys conducted and written research materials on 5 women's universities in Seoul. These materials where descriptively analyzed by converting the surveys, facility and usage of health center and current personnel status in to percentage. The major results of the research are as follows: Unlike as stated in each university's additional clause on the number of personnel were working. This lack of specialized personnel resulted into lack of specialized and various services. Medicine for external application were stocked well whereas only simple medicine for internal application were on shelf and were issued only with a doctor's prescription. Universities with a full-time doctor had various available equipments. One university conducting dental treatment was equipped with indirect chest camera, dental X-ray, unit, chair(dental treatment chair) and even supersonic, electrocardiogram were available. In the case of D women's university, the number of beds compared to the number of students was lower than that of the other 3 universities, to the total size of the university was smaller than that of the other 3 universities. Among health prevention and care matters, health consultation was the only matter practised by all universities. Uniquely, there was one university that hosted epidemic prevention business. There are various tests given by each university, with each showing many differences, but some universities did not even conduct these tests. Vaccinations were usually being conducted through commission. All universities provided basic treatment, therefore matters concerning treatment at health centers were being conducted well. Concerning the management of equipment and documents, all the matters were being conducted except one university where instead of a student medical record, they were using a daily record. Because these were women's universities, most of the educations were on women's health. The subjects of these educations included: sex, contraception, prevention and control of tuberculosis, obesity, mouth hygiene, alcohol, geriatric disease, mental health and first-aid. The rate of health center usage is growing. Being women's universities, the service and treatment practised were mostly concerning sex education.

후발 산업화와 금속부문 대공장내 사내하청 노동의 도입과 전개 - 철강업종의 포항제철 사례를 중심으로 - (Late development, introduction and development of in-house subcontract in large factory in metal industry - in case of Pohang steel company in the steel industry -)

  • 이 글은 1970년대 중화학 공업화로 대표되는 산업화 시기를 배경으로 철강업종의 대표 사업장을 사례로 사내하청 노동이 어떻게 도입, 전개되어 왔는지를 살펴보고 있다. 한국 금속부문의 중화학 공업화는 대규모 자본이 일시에 동원되는 산업화 전략이었기에 그에 따른 대규모 임노동자에 대한 인사 노무관리 차원의 노동력 통제 기제의 확보가 필수적일 수밖에 없었다. 한국 철강업종의 경우, 이러한 필요를 일본 경제의 배후지 편입을 통한 자본 동원과 인사, 노무관리 체제의 도입 모방을 통해 충족시킬 수 있었다. 이는 정규 생산 기능직에 대한 위계적 내부노동시장의 형성과 더불어 사내하청의 도입으로 구체화되었다. 이러한 철강업종 포항제철의 사례는 산업화 과정에서 사내하청 노동이 사라지고 내부노동시장이 형성되어 왔던 서구의 사례에 비추어 볼 때, 이례적이며, 이는 한국 경제의 후발 산업화와 밀접하게 관련되어 있다. 금속부문 사내하청 노동과 관련하여 이러한 철강업종 포항제철의 사내하청 노동의 도입, 전개가 함의하는 바는 첫 번째는 고용체제 형성에 있어서 후발자 효과, 두 번째는 한국고용체제의 비공식성과 연결된다는 점이다. 이러한 점은 현재 철강업종내 비정규 노동으로서의 사내하청 노동이 산업화 과정에 직접적으로 영향받으며 대공장 부문내 작업장내 노무관리 기제로 구조화되어 전개되어 왔다는 점을 의미하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 이런 점에서 현재 금속부문 사내하청 노동 문제 해결의 정책적 방향 또한 협의의 노동 문제를 넘어서서 광의의 경제적 영역까지 포괄하는 정책 방향이 필요하다.

철도차량 개발과정에서의 소음관리방안 (Noise Assurance Plan in the Project for Design a New Rolling Stock)

  • This paper describes an overall Noise Assurance Plan(NAP) in the project for developing a new rolling stock. In this paper, the procedure for implementing noise control activities for each development stage on the basis of the NAP is also described. The NAP was developed by KITECH(Korea Institute of Industrial Technology) and ODS(${\Phi}$degaard & Danneskiold-Samsoe in DENMARK). Generally, the main objective of NAP is that noise assurance plan applies to the establishment of organization and personnel's roles and responsibilities, set-up of overall procedure and internal audit program. Here, a few comments are made to the deviations of the actual procedure(G7 Project) relative to the suggested NAP presented. The major difference between the suggested NAP and the actual procedure was the late involvement of the noise consultant resulting in suggestions for design improvements could not be implemented due to the advanced stage of the design. Similarly, the important task of preparing sub-supplier specifications was performed. The proposed NAP will be an efficient tool for noise management in the R&D project for new rolling stock. Specially, in case that several companies and institutes are involoved in the R&D team

SEID(Systemic Exertion Intolerance Disease) 진단 기준을 바탕으로 한 만성 피로 증후군 진단 설문지(SEID-Q27) 타당도 연구 (Validity Study of the Systemic Exertion Intolerance Disease Questionnaire (SEID-Q27) for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) Diagnosis)

  • Purpose: This study assessed the validity of a questionnaire (SEID-Q27) for diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), designed based on the systematic exertion intolerance disorder (SEID) criteria. Methods: Two groups of participants were recruited: 1. a non-CFS control group: adult university personnel with a Chalder fatigue scale (CFQ) score ≥15, and 2. a CFS patient group: patients from an online CFS community diagnosed with CFS (diagnostic code of G93.3) with the symptoms present. The survey ran from September to October, 2020. The validity of the questionnaire was investigated by factor analysis and receiver operator characteristic (ROC) analysis. Results: Among the 35 adults surveyed, 30 (86%) participants had CFQ scores ≥15 (15 males and 15 females) and 5 (14%) had a CFS diagnosis (2 males and 3 females). The total mean score was significantly different between the two groups (CFS: 6.8±2.2 vs. control: 4.4±2.4, p<0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) was 0.827. With a cut-off point 62, the sensitivity was 60%, specificity 97%, and the discriminant ability of the survey was 79%. Conclusions: The SEID -Q27 appears to be a useful instrument for the diagnosis of CFS using SEID criteria. However, further large-scale studies are needed with greater numbers of participants.
