최근 스마트폰의 감정인식 기술과 멀티미디어 기술의 발전은 전통적인 방송방식의 새로운 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기존 지상파방송사업자 중심의 단방향 방송은 인터넷, 모바일 그리고 스마트 TV의 결합으로 시청자 중심의 감성방송을 제공하는 양방향 방송매체로의 변환이 불가피하다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 사용자의 감정(슬픔, 분노, 우울)을 측정할 수 있는 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 개발하고 스마트 TV와 융합함으로써 함께 시청하는 사용자 그룹간의 감성적인 상호 유대감을 높이는 서비스를 제공한다. 만약 사용자 그룹 중에 우울증에 빠진 친구가 있다면, 감정인식 기반의 스마트폰과 TV와의 융합을 통해 시청중인 방송에 초대하여 친구 아바타(이모티콘)의 표정을 보면서 진솔한 대화를 나눔으로써 인간적인 위로를 줄 수 있다. 제안하는 스마트폰 연동의 감성방송 서비스를 통해 외로움과 우울증으로 고통 받는 친구에게 인간적인 유대감과 행복감을 제공함으로써 개인의 극단적인 결정으로부터 구출할 수 있다. 추가적으로, 제안하는 양방향 방송서비스는 시청자의 감성에 따른 프로그램 추천서비스, 감성조명 서비스를 통한 실재감 극대화 및 시청자의 기분을 활용한 홈쇼핑 서비스로 확장이 가능하다.

To prevent paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) due to the consumption of shellfish contaminated with PSP toxins, the quantitative analysis of these toxins is very crucial. The AOAC International mouse bioassay (MBA) has been used widely for the routine monitoring of PSP toxins for more than 50 years. However, this method has low sensitivity and high limit of quantification (LOQ) and interferences from other components in the extract, and it cannot determine toxic profiles. Ethical problems also exist with the continued use of this live mouse assay. To establish an alternative method to the MBA used for PSP toxins analysis, we attempted to optimize the analysis conditions of a precolumn high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) oxidation method and succeeded in validating its accuracy and precision in quantifying PSP toxins. A clear peak and the isolation of PSP toxins were obtained by injecting the working standards of Certified Reference Materials using HPLC. The LOQ of the precolumn HPLC oxidation method for PSP toxins was about $0.1002{\mu}g/g$, which represented an approximately fourfold improvement in detection capability versus the AOAC MBA. The intra-accuracy and precision for PSP toxins in oysters were 77.0-103.3% and 2.0-5.7%, respectively, while the respective inter-accuracy and precision were 77.3-100.7% and 2.4-6.0%. The mean recoveries of PSP toxins from oysters were 75.2-112.1%. The results of a comparison study showed good correlation between the results of the precolumn HPLC oxidation method and those of MBA, with a correlation factor of 0.9291 for mussels. The precolumn HPLC oxidation method may be used as an alternative to, or supplementary method with, MBA to monitor the occurrence of PSP toxins and to analyze the profiles of these toxins in shellfish.

1980년대에서 1997년 사이에 한국 섬유 의류산업은 국내 가격경쟁력을 기반으로 한 수출주도형 성장체제에서 생산력의 지리적 확장을 가져오는 해외생산 그리고 고급의류 내수시장의 증가로 따른 기술 발달과 자동화에 기반을 둔 질적 성장체제로 전환하였다. 이러한 재구조화는 1987년 노동자 대투쟁으로 인한 임금의 급상승으로 1986년까지 진행된 수출주도형 성장체제에 위기가 왔다는데 일차적 원인을 둘수 있다. 특히 임금상승과 노동의 세력화에 따른 단체교섭의 형성은 장시간 노동시간과 저임금 구조에 기반을 둔 대량 생산과 대량수출의 결합체제에 위기를 가져왔다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 1980년과 1997년 사이에 발생한 한국 섬유 의류산업의 발전모델 또는 양식의 전환을 밝히고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 역사적 맥락에서 1987년 이전과 이후의 축적체제의 변화와 함께 조절양식의 제도적 형태인 임고용 관계, 기업간 관계 그리고 국가와 기업관계의 변화를 살펴보았다.

본 논문은 일선학교에서 학기 초마다 행해지고 있는 학교 급 임원 선출 방법의 하나인 서면 투표방식의 불편함을 보완할 수 있는 새로운 대안을 모색해보고자 연구된 것으로 학생 대다수에게 보급되어 있는 휴대폰, PDA, PC 등을 활용하여 실시간으로 임원 선출 및 의사 결정에 참여할 수 있는 유무선 연동의 모바일 전자투표 시스템을 설계 및 구현하여 활용한 결과를 토대로 작성되었다. 매학기 선거철만 되면 학교 임원 선출을 위해 특정한 장소에 모여 길게 줄을 서서 기다려야만했던 불편함과 그에 따른 수업결손을 최소화하기 위하여 공공장소가 아닌 곳에서도 언제 어디서나 의사결정에 참여 할 수 있는 전자투표제가 고려되어야 할 시점이 도래하였다. 더 나아가 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 시대에 맞는 새로운 학생 선거문화를 생각해볼 수 있는 계기가 될 것이며, 학생자치활동 및 학교 급 경영의 의사결정 시 학부모와 학생참여를 위한 도구로써 현장에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 여러 가지 PN 부호들 중 시간 전이된 (time-shifted) m 계열 부호를 사용하는 CDMA 수신기에서 직교화 과정을 수행할 수 있도록 수신기 구조를 제안하고, 그 수신기의 특성 및 성능을 분석한 것이다. 이 구조는 일반적으로 사용하는 기존 CDMA 수신기에 직교 수신 과정을 수행하도록 병렬로 적분기 경로를 추가하고 덧셈기에서 추가된 경로의 출력과 기존 수신기 출력을 합산하여 처리하도록 되어 있어 구성이 간단하다. 수신된 신호는 PN 부호 상관기와 적분기를 각각 통과한 후 합쳐지므로 기준 사용자 부호의 신호 성분은 증가하고, 다른 사용자 부호와의 상호 상관 값은 0이 되어 수신된 기준 사용자 부호는 직교 부호 특성을 갖게 된다. 그러므로 본 논문에서 제안한 구조는 직교 부호 특성이 요구되는 채널 임펄스 특성 측정 등과 같은 응용 분야 또는 제안한 수신기 구조 블록 중에서 병렬로 추가된 경로를 유연하게 운용할 수 있으므로 다중 사용자 간섭 신호 제거 또는 용량 중대 목적에 적용이 가능하다.

ICT in the IOT era is the core basis of modern society. This study investigated and analyzed the recent commercialization trends of smart fashion products internationally and domestically, to utilize them as the basis of data for developing user-friendly smart fashion products that can meet the needs of consumers. Keyword research using the most representative search engines, Google and Naver was conducted for searching for various wearable items commercialized actively since 2010. The final 78 products were classified by the physical area, and the key features and benefits were analyzed. Smart fashion products were classified as four physical types for the head and face, torso, arms and hands, and ankles and feet. Smart fashion products for each body part were developed in various ways, such as hats, glasses, lenses, virtual screens, earphones, headsets, clothing, watches, wrist bands, gloves, rings, wallets, bags, anklets, shoes, socks, and insoles. The main features were music playback, bluetooth, a camera based on NFC, virtual effects, health and safety protection through measuring heartbeat and momentum, and social network sharing of all kinds of information, based on inter-working with a smartphone. These functions represent the physical, social, and emotional interactions among users and their surroundings, as well as the users, themselves. The research results are expected to be used in future studies on planning user-friendly and marketable products through in-depth analysis of the design characteristics of smart fashion products as well as consumer responses.

The purpose of this paper is to make research on the settlement mechanism of the commercial disputes between the South and the North of Korea. Also, this paper is to make research on the south-north Korea's cooperative tasks to promote the disputes settlement, including the operation and management of the South-North Arbitration Commission as well as the enactment of the South-North Arbitration Rules. To realize the spirit of the South-North Joint Declaration of June 15, 2000, the Authorities concerned of the South and the North of Korea have reached an agreement titled 'Agreement on Settlement Procedure of Commercial Disputes' on December of the same year. As the follow-up measures of the said Agreement, the South-North Authorities have signed an another agreement called 'Agreement on Organization and Administration of the South-North Arbitration Commission' on October, 2003, which is becoming vital importance for settlement of the commercial disputes between south and north Korea including the Gaeseong Industrial Complex. Gaeseong, a city surrounded by the North Korean military and a symbol of inter-Korean tensions, is now turning into a peace zone where thousands of North and South Koreans are working side by side. The Gaeseong Industrial Complex project, driven by the logic and economic necessity of cooperation, has been steadily moving forward since the North designated it as a special economic zone and has enacted related laws and regulations for its development. Under the situation, the matter of primary concern is how to organize and conduct the Arbitration Commission for the prompt and effective settlement of the south-north commercial disputes. First of all, the South-North Authorities should recognize that the availability of prompt, effective and economical means of dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation to be made by the Arbitration Commission would promote the orderly growth and encouragement of the south-north trade and investment. In this connection, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board(KCAB) should be designated as the arbitral institution of the south Korean side under the Agreement on Organization and Administration of the South-North Arbitration Commission. The KCAB is the only authorized arbitral organization in South Korea to settle all kinds of commercial disputes at home and abroad.

The purpose of this study was to validate the standardization of the "Korean Childcare Teacher's Job Satisfaction Scale"(K-CTJSS) that the validity and reliability was evaluated by pretest in 2009. K-CTJSS is composed by 40 items with 6 factors and is responded by 6 point Likert scale. Participants consisted of 1,276 childcare teachers in Korea except Gangwon-do and Jeju-do by purposive sampling. Results were as follows: First, exploratory factor analysis resulted in 40 items composed of 6 factors (director's childcare center management system, social recognition, working environment and welfare, workload and time management, relationship with co-workers, relationship with parents). Second, the confirmatory factor analysis supported a 6 factor structure by resulting over appropriate level of goodness of fit. Third, inter-corelation coefficients among 6 factors were significant level(r = .10~.70). Fourth, the reli ability level of 6 factors by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ were high(.84~.95.). Finally, concurrent validity levels with Childhood Job Satisfaction Survey(Jorde-Bloom, 1989) and the Satisfaction with Life Scale(Diener et al., 1985) were r = .07~.84 and .19~.46, respectively.

본 연구의 목적은 생체센서와 자체진단 프로그램의 연동을 통하여 치매를 조기에 진단할 수 있는 스마트폰용 어플리케이션을 개발하는 것이다. 생체센서로부터 산소포화도와 혈압 데이터를 블루투스를 통해 수신 받고 스마트폰에 내장된 치매진단 설문지와 기억력 테스트 게임 등의 점수를 합산하여 스마트폰은 최종 치매지수를 도출해낸다. 간단한 임상실험 통해 치매 판단용 임계값을 결정하고 치매지수와 비교하여 치매를 진단하였다. 60세 이상의 노인에게 제안 어플리케이션을 적용한 결과, 초기 치매를 쉽고 빠르게 진단 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 추가적으로 산소챔버와 제안하는 치매진단용 어플리케이션을 융합함으로써 초기 치매를 치료하는 의료기기로서의 가능성을 제시하였다.

노동시장의 유연화와 산업구조의 급속한 변화로 노동이동(또는 일자리 상실), 특히 산업간 노동이동이 증대할 것으로 얘상된다. 노동이동(또는 일자리 상실)의 경제적 비용의 하나는 노동자가 축적한 숙련의 상실이다. 노동자가 축적하는 숙련은 일반적 숙련, 기업특수적 숙련뿐만 아니라 산업특수적 숙련의 성격도 가진다. 한국노동패널 1-2차년도 청규직 노동자를 표본으로 하여 검토한 결과, 우리나라 노동자들의 숙련이 산업특수적 숙련을 가지는 것으로 분석되었다. 근속의 임금효과의 상당 부분은 산업특수적 경험을 반영하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 산업특수적 숙련은 노동자 계층별로 차별적으로 나타나고 있다. 고학력 화이트칼라의 경우 일반적 숙련(총노동경력)이 상대적으로 더 중요하고, 저학력 블루칼라의 경우 기업특수적 숙련(근속)이 임금결정에 더 중요하다. 산업특수적 숙련은 상대적으로 고학력 화이트칼라에서 유의미하게 나타났지만, 산업을 3자리로 세분화할 경우 저학력 블루칼라의 경우에도 산업특수적 숙련의 임금효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 일자리 상실의 경제적 비용과 노동시장의 유연화가 숙련 형태별로, 노동자 계층별로 차별적인 의미를 지닐 수 있다는 시사점을 제공한다.
