전자상거래 개발을 위한 코디네이션 접근 방식 (Coordination Approach for Electronic Commerce Development)

  • Successful Electronic Commerce(EC) requires not only a transformation of the supply chain but a redesign of organizational processes as well. Just as the organizations in a supply chain must cooperate with each other to achieve a collective goal, so too do the departments and groups that comprise an organization depend on each other to achieve the organization's goals. A lack of coordination at either of these levels can result in poor performance and high coordination costs. In addition, changes in inter-organizational dependencies can affect the dependencies within the affected organizations. The lack of coordination across two levels results in a transition gap in transforming the inter-organizational design to the intro-organizational design in EC deployments. The purpose of this research is to develop a modeling method for coordination, managing the linkage between inter- and intra-organizations in EC deployments. The method was applied to the EC development project of a cable TV home-shopping company. The coordination approach enabled us to manage dependencies among the coordination elements and identify the effect of a change on other elements, which became the basis for effective EC deployments. We will discuss the method and compare it with other dependency management methods.

학생 포트폴리오 경진대회 심사를 위한 평가준거 개발 사례연구 (Case Study of Developing Evaluation Criteria for Students' Portfolios)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation criteria for students' portfolios in an annual intramural contest. To accomplish the purpose, evaluation categories and their questions were developed after previous literature, ABEEK's evaluation guidelines, and eight Universities' evaluation forms were analyzed. Furthermore, experts' validity tests were completed by showing that the evaluation criteria form was validated with a mean score of 4.24. Also, the inter-rater reliability was turned out with a high score of .86. The interview results by evaluators of students' portfolios made the final version of evaluation criteria form include five evaluation criteria categories and their allotted score portions: overall organization(40), personal information(15), certificates and awards(5), curriculum(15), and extra-curriculum(15). The importance of overall organization was discussed from the perspectives of teachers as well as students.

  • In a rapidly changing business environment, the improvement of managerial techniques through IT utilization brings about remarkable increases in profitability and redesign of work process for better performances. IT innovation by electronic instruments such as ICT e-business provides accelerates forming inter-organizational information network and helps them benchmark the best practices of advanced organizations. A new shift of paradigm by e-business across all enterprises has turned the traditional aspects of inter-organizational competition and relationship into a form of collaboration. Collaboration enables business activities in parallel position among companies and facilitates cooperation between partner enterprises. Lately, the concept of 'Synchronization' is emerging beyond dimension of cooperation between networks, and the most concepts related to it are converging into 'Collaboration Networks'. This research observes a virtual organization as a form of collaborative networks, and measures the degree of virtualization of Korean collaborative organizations.

  • SCM system is required inter-industrial cooperation as well as inter-organizational cooperation. It means not only standardization of inter-organization but also standardization of inter-industry. SCM makes possible one circulation from fiber to retail industry in the respects of information and product flows. QR is the SCM of textile apparel industry, which satisfy customer need with least cost and maximum profit. Customer-oriented supply chain system focused on information sharing, cost reduction, inventory control, lead time reduction, quick response on customer demand. How we can measure the performance of successful SCM is issued on the approach of Balanced Scorecard which evaluates 4 perspectives such as customer perspective, internal business perspective, financial perspective, and innovation and learning perspective. This can project the blueprint of textile fashion business to right direction with vision.

경영관리관행(經營管理慣行)의 비교문화적(比較文化的) 연구(硏究) (Inter-Cultural Comparative Study on Management Practices : U.S.A. and Japan)

  • Comparative study was conducted on the Human Resouces Management Practices between U.S.A. and Japan with reference to their socio-cultural tradition and environments. Special attention were given to those topics as prevailing value system in both country underlying human and organizational behavior, authority and responsiblility taking manner, inter-personal and social relations within conporate entity and society at large, and finally the pattern of individual involvement to the organization. The results clearly revealed that the sovio-cultural enviornmentsin respective country functions as the major influencing attributes in the formulation of current management practices.

민간경비원의 조직공정성 지각이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Private Security Perception of Organization Justice on Organization Member Behavior)

  • 민간경비원의 조직공정성지각과 조직시민행동에 대해 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 사회인구학적 특성 즉, 연령, 현재 회사 재직기간, 과거 총재직기간, 월수입에 따라 조직공정성은 차이를 보였다. 연령의 경우 분배공정성 지각에서 36세 이상 집단이 높고, 절차공정성 지각에서 31-35세 집단이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 연령이 많을수록 조직공정성 지각이 높게 나타났다. 현재 회사 재직기간에 따라서는 3년 1개월-5년 집단에서 분배공정성 지각과 절차공정성 지각 모두 높게 나타났다. 과거 총 재직기간에 따라서는 5년 1개월 이상 집단에서 분배공정성 지각과 절차공정성 지각 모두 높게 나타났다. 월수입에 따라서는 180만 원 이상 집단에서 분배공정성 지각과 절차공정성 지각 모두 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 조직시민행동은 차이를 보였다. 조직시민행동에서 연령에 따라서는 충성행동의 경우 연령이 많을수록 충성행동이 높았으며, 대인관계행동과 이타행동은 31-35세 집단에서 높게 나타났다. 현 회사 재직기간과 과거 총 재직기간에 따라서는 재직기간이 길수록 충성행동, 대인관계행동, 이타행동이 높게 나타났다. 월수입에 따라서는 월수입이 증가할수록 충성행동, 대인관계 행동, 이타행동이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 조직공정성 지각과 조직시민행동의 관계에 있어서는 회귀분석 결과, 절차공정성 지각이 각각의 변인인 충성행동과 대인관계행동 그리고 이타행동에 상대적으로 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 제시했던 가설은 회귀분석 결과 모두 채택되었다. 이것은 조직공정성 지각이 향상되면 조직시민행동이 개선된다는 것을 시사한 것이다. 즉, 민간경비원이 조직내에서 공정성을 인지할 때 조직시민행동이 향상될 수 있다는 결론이 도출되었다.

정보의 상호협력을 위한 네트웍모형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Model of Inter-library Cooperation's Network in the Information of Library Materials)

  • The purpose of this study is to build a model of inter-library cooperation's network in the information of library materials. Results of this study are 1. The YTational Assembly Library and the Central National I, ibrar:; should be unified. 2. The unified organization should be organized its cooperative quarter for itself (in the Central National Library). .And every library should he organized his quarter and personnel for the inter-library cooperation. 3. The cooperatior, organization in the re~ion should organized by the Regional Central Public Library. 4. In case of the Central National Library, financial problems required of the performance in the inter-library cooperation should he charged equally among the Central National Library, the library belong to the reader and the reader. In case of the regional Central Public Library, it should be charged equally arnozlg the regional Central Public Library, the library belon-g' to the reader and the reader. 5. The Regional Central Public Library in the seat of provincial government should be managed the cooperation's work of the individual library, and upward the unified Central Xarional Library should generalize. 6. The purchase of materials should be done by the character of the each library 1r:ith the assignment of the each subject should be decided in the meeting of the each library personne!. -2nd the budget for purchasing per the year should be decided on the minimum by the circumstances of the each library regionally. 7. The unified Regional Central Public Library in the seat of provincial government should be charged of the Union Catalog's expense regionally, and the Central National Library should be charged of that National Union Catalog's expense to cumulative the Fegional Union Catalog within a definite period of time. 8. Books without presentation of a specimen copy to the unified Central National Library should be purchased, and r.cr 'oe included to the National Union Catalog. 9. The cooperation of the each library should be decided on the law, and considered the character of the each region.

대학의 ERP 도입 특성과 성과에 관한 연구 (Characteristics and Performance of ERP Adoption in University Organization)

  • Characteristics of the motivation and performance of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) adoption in university organization are explored through case studies in this study. Generally, the modules for production, sales, and logistics management in a manufacturing company are substituted with new modules for student support, lecture operations, and research management in ERP for university organization. The motivation of ERP adoption is closely related to the purpose of improvement of business process operations and information system control rather than the environmental factors such as inter-organizational competition or increase of market uncertainty, differentially from enterprises cases. In addition, the financial performance such as cost reduction, labor substitution, and increase of productivity is relatively lower evaluated than the performance on organizational aspects or information system control.

웹 EDI 도입에 따른 기업의 운영성과에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Operational Benefit of Web-EDI)

  • Recently firms which have been using traditional VAN-EDI are adapting Web-EDI at very rapid pace. Based on the Internet, Web-EDI is easier to install, is cheaper and more accessible than VAN-EDI. Web-EDI establishes an electronic hierarchy as a type of Inter-Organization Information System. An electronic hierarchy connects two legally separate firms in an electronically mediated relationship. The primary reasons for establishing an electronic hierarchy is to improve the flow of materials and information between firms. This paper suggests two hypotheses that describe the possible impact of Web-EDI on firms in the Web-EDI network, and empirically tests them using data from a case study based on a discount store. The result is as follows. First, the more a firm utilizes information shared through Web-EDI, the higher the inventory turns. Second, a higher level of information sharing does not necessarily increase the inventory turns of Web-EDI adopters who are coerced to implement the electronic networks by the champion. These findings imply that the operational performance of Web-EDI adopters can be improved only when the firms intensively utilize the information shared through Web-EDI for their business processes.
