ICT-convergence cluster is considered as critical policy means because it can create higher value-added products and services in the era of creative economy. Previous research has focused on comprehensive ICT-convergence cluster strategy based on Porter's diamond model. This paper adopted AIDA(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) model and investigated a specific domain of government supporting policies related to non-R&D support. For two weeks, we gathered and analyzed 181 data from companies located in Chungbuk province. The results showed that support for technology, commercialization, and participation conditions positively leads to companies' interest in ICT-convergence cluster, which, in turn, makes positive impact on their intention to participate in it. It is significant that this paper verified AIDA model in the Government-to-Business(G2B) context. Future research will need to adapt AIDA model to national projects.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify how political interest, efficacy and media usage influence political participation in hospital nurses. Methods: Participants were 286 nurses, who were informed of the study purpose and agreed to participate. Data were collected during November and December, 2012 using a questionnaire on political interest, political efficacy, media usage and political participation. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$'s test, Pearson Correlation Coefficients, and Multiple Stepwise Regression. Results: Scores for political participation and political interest was average. The score for political efficacy was higher than average. Political participation was significantly different by education level, job career, position, and intention to vote in the election for the 18th President. Political participation had a moderate positive correlation with political interest (r=.50, p<.001), political efficacy (r=.32, p<.001) and media usage (r=.14, p=.022). Political interest (${\beta}$=.43) was the factor most influential on political participation, explaining 25% of the variance. A total of 32% of political participation was explained by political interest, political efficacy, and TV news or SNS for media use. Conclusion: The results suggest that it is necessary to develop strategies to promote political interest and political efficacy for hospital nurses to improve political participation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the way applying a school garden for the creative experience activity on the school learning program. For this study, the 27s elementary students who were the 5th and 6th grades participated in this program. And the 10units lessons programs what were consisted with the inquiry, debating, and cooperating activities were developed, and applying to classroom and school garden. The key concepts of developing program were 'rocks which were in the school garden'. he results are follows, for the creative experience activity on the school teaching/learning program, the school garden has useful value as teaching/learning field. The teaching/learning activity applying the school garden makes an offer the awareness to students that the knowledges learned in school were actually relative with their life. Also, the students are affirmatively participate to learning, debate, and cooperate activities because the school garden is very familiar environment to them. Lastly, the students are interesting in learning classes because they think that the school garden environments will reform actually to new shape of their ideas. After this learning were finishing, most of students indicated their intention with satisfaction. Some of them suggested applying the additional program using the school garden. Consequently, the school garden has the very useful value for applying program of the teaching/learning in elementary school education.
The purpose of study was to investigate the effects of career decision efficacy, learning Flow, and academic achievement on department adaptation of dental hygiene students. The subjects of the study are self-administered surveys of 200 students who indicated their intention to participate. 181 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study show that career decision efficacy, learning flow, academic achievement affect to major satisfaction, major confidences, major attachment. The results of this study show that career decision efficacy, academic achievement affect to major vision. Some dental hygienists students need support systems such as learning methods and educational environment that can improve academic achievement and learning commitment in order to help students adapt to their department. In addition, education and career support for career decision efficacy should be continuously maintained.

This study presents basic data that can be easily used in the field of cooking about edible insects which are future food and alternative food by investigating the perception of edible insects among culinary majors, who are potential consumers who can improve the utilization of edible insects. As a result, 79.0% of all subjects responded that they have heard of edible insects, and the methods of obtaining information on edible insects were 'friends, colleagues, family members, etc.' 76.8% had the experience of purchasing edible insects, and 71.9% of them purchased 'online' as the purchase method. The reason for purchasing edible insects was 'curiosity', and the purchase of edible insects in the form of 'food or food added' was the highest. In the future, 70.1% are willing to use edible insects, and in particular, the intention to participate in the 'development of new products using edible insects' was the highest. Therefore, in order to improve the utilization and consumption promotion of edible insects, which are emerging as future food resources, it is necessary to develop a multifaceted plan to improve the awareness of edible insects for university students majoring in cooking and to develop educational programs for developing various menus.
Background and objective: This study was conducted to obtain empirical data for deriving necessary items for the creation and management of gardens in urban agricultural parks while maintaining the publicness of the place by examining the difference in perception among park visitors about the gardens in the public parks. Methods: A survey was conducted on users of urban agricultural parks in 6 locations and 113 copies of the questionnaire were collected. After understanding the demographic characteristics and the current use of the garden, we identified the importance of the necessary items for the public gardens. Results: 108 subjects(95.6%) responded that gardens are needed in urban parks, for psychological and emotional health (26.2%) and for interaction and friendship with family and neighbors(23.2%). For use of garden crops, most were private sales(96 subjects, 64.4%), and both sales preferred to partially donate their crops. Most used communal gardens operated by public institutions(30.1%). It was found that 96.4% of the respondents were satisfied with gardening activities, and 107(94.7%) of them showed their intention to participate in the gardening in the future. The Kaiser Meyer Olkin value was .848 and the significance level was .001, proving the validity of factor analysis. The factors were named composition elements(Factor 1), management items(Factor 2), convenience elements(Factor 3), and operational facilities(Factor 4). In the survey on the creation and management of gardens in urban agricultural parks, there were no statistically significant differences, but all items had correlations. Conclusion: The results have reflected the needs of actual users in establishing the plans to operate urban gardens, thereby having great utility value as the basic data for continuous garden management. Further research can be conducted to derive detailed elements that can guarantee sustainability of urban gardens and suggest high-quality data for management of gardens in urban agricultural parks.
This study was performed to develop dietary education programs for children, by researching the actual conditions of dietary education and its demand aimed at teachers in child centers in Masan. Most of the interviewed teachers were in their 20s(71%) with under 5 years teaching experiences(56.8%), and working in a kindergarten environment(34.9%). The rate of doing dietary education on mealtime was 96.4%. The main items taught pertained to 'not leaving food(20.6%)' and 'washing hands before meals(20.5%)'. The primary teaching method for students with unbalanced eating habits was 'eating after teaching them to understood(76.8%). The primary reward for good behavior was 'using food(76.8%)', usually as 'candy'(50.8%) or 'cookies'(25.8%). The desirable dietary education type was 'during spare moments(52.6%)' and 'at mealtime (23.5%)'. The concepts taught were 'balanced eating(23.2%)' and 'food hygiene(21.2%), and the students were interested in 'the roles of foods and nutrients'(34.5%), 'balanced eating(20.9%)', and 'food hygiene(19.1%)'. Educational activities encompassed 'pictures and drawing(25.7%)', 'fairy tales(23.4%)', 'songs(19.4%)', and 'play(14.1%)'. Also, the activities of most interest were 'fairy tales(29.4%)', 'play(24.4%)', and then 'songs(23.1%)'. The greatest difficulties during dietary education were 'attracting interest from the children(37.8%)' and 'making and purchasing materials(33.9%)'. Approximately, 44.2% of the teachers had experiences in dietary education, and 96.4% stated teachers had the intention to participate in dietary education. They want to address 'child meal direction(23.0%)', 'health problems(22.7%)', and then 'child nutrient requirements (17.3%)'. Also the majority wanted it two times per year(57.6%) or one time per year(30.9%). This study indicated that proper dietary education must be established in child centers by developing various practical dietary education programs and then implementing them.

The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of planned behavior of adolescent, toward information security and cyber crime prevention. A survey methodology was used to investigate a proposed model of influence, and regression analysis was used to analyze the results. The hypothesized model was largely supported by this analysis, and the overall results indicate that the intention to actively participate in information security and cyber crime prevention is mostly influenced by the fear for cyber crime and the perceived usefulness of information security and cyber crime prevention activity. In addition, it was found that the perceived easy of use for information-security related ICT skill, fear for cyber crime, and social norm for information security influence the level of usefulness, but that the prior experience with information leaking was statistically insignificant factor to the level of usefulness and fear for crime. Useful suggestions for promoting information security and cyber crime prevention are also provided.

Teaching ICT skills in extracurricular activity classes of commercial high school helps to bridge the digital divide of the students at the minimum cost, and gives them a chance of getting ICT-related licenses. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of satisfaction and planned behavior toward computer classes, offered as extracurricular activities in commercial high schools. A survey methodology was used to investigate a proposed model of influence, and regression analysis was used to analyze the results. The hypothesized model was largely supported by this analysis, and the overall results indicate that the intention to participate in the class is mostly influenced by the expected social effect, individual impact and playfulness from the class. In addition, it was found that the learning environment influences the level of playfulness and social effect, and that the contents quality has some impact on the level of the ease of study and playfulness. Useful suggestions for promoting computer classes as extracurricular activities in commercial high schools are also provided.
The objective of the present study is to analyze the relationship of suppliers and customer participation in product development process and effects of such participation on product innovation since it is getting more and more weight in manufacturing companies. It is also aimed in this study to explore if business performance of manufacturing companies might be affected by the suppliers participation as well as product innovation that is realizable by such participation. From the analysis, following conclusions could be drawn: First, suppliers participation in manufacturing companies turned out to have influence upon product innovation (standardized coefficient=0.193, C.R=3.510), implying that nothing is more important than the role of suppliers who have intention to realize innovation through participation in manufacturing companies. Second, the analysis showed that customer participation exercised impact upon product innovation of manufacturing companies (standardized coefficient=0.686, C.R=6.433), suggesting that the more customer participate in product development process of manufacturing companies, the more manufacturing companies could sharpen their competitiveness. Third, it was made known from the analysis that the product innovation thanks to suppliers and customer participation in manufacturing companies could have influence upon their business performance (standardized coefficient=0.762, C.R=7.666), signifying that the product innovation of manufacturing companies might depend on the participation of suppliers and manufacturers and, in turn, could affect their own business performance.
