공공도서관 북큐레이션 서비스 품질이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Public Library Book Curation Service Quality on the Continued Use Intention)

  • 본 연구는 변화하는 사회 환경 속에서 공공도서관의 사회적 역할과 위상 정립 방안의 하나로 북큐레이션 서비스를 제시하며, 공공도서관 북큐레이션 서비스의 지속이용의도와 만족도에 영향을 미치는 품질 요인이 무엇인지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 도서관 및 다양한 분야의 큐레이션 서비스 관련 문헌 고찰을 통해 공공도서관 북큐레이션 서비스의 품질 요인을 정보품질로 한정하여 세부 요인을 추출하였다. 이를 기반으로 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문과 통계분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 정보품질 요인 중 다양성과 흥미성은 이용자 만족에, 발견성과 유용성은 이용자 만족과 지속이용의도 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 공공도서관은 이용자들이 새로운 정보를 발견할 수 있고, 재미와 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 테마 선정과 다양한 장르, 다양한 유형의 도서에 대한 정보를 제공하는 방향으로 북큐레이션 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

해운·항만물류 관련 성인학습자의 평생교육 참여의도와 학습성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Intention of Lifelong Learning Participation and Learning Outcome of Adult Learners in Shipping & Port Logistics)

  • 최근 정부는 대학이 학령인구 감소와 등록금 수입 감소로 위기에 직면할 것이라 전망하였으며, 이러한 학령인구 구조 변화와 4차 산업혁명에 대응하기 위해 대학이 평생교육 중심의 학사구조와 교육과정으로 개편하도록 지원하고 있다. 그러나 본 연구의 대상인 해운·항만물류 관련업에 종사하는 성인학습자의 경우 열악한 근무환경, 주야간 교대근무, 주말이나 야간근무 등으로 일과 학습을 병행하는데 많은 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 여수·광양항 해운·항만물류 관련업에 종사하고 있는 평생교육에 참여하고 있거나 참여한 경험이 있는 직장인을 대상으로 평생교육 참여의도와 학습성과 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 성인학습자들의 평생교육 참여 기회를 증대시키고 학습문화를 형성하기 위해서는 이들의 평생교육 참여의도와 이들이 학습성과를 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 분석할 필요가 있다. 분석결과, 학습참여 의도의 목표지향형이 학습성과의 개인적 특성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 학습지향형이 학습성과의 사회적 특성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 학습성과와 학습참여 의도의 학습지향형이 학습지속의향에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 학습한 후 얻게 되는 개인적 변화나 이익을 반영하는 학습성과가 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치고 있는 결과는 시사하는 바가 매우 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 분석결과를 중심으로 성인학습자들의 평생교육 참여 증대를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

OTT 이용자의 큐레이션 서비스 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study on Factors affecting OTT Users' Intention to continue using Curation Services)

  • 본 연구는 OTT 이용자 320명을 대상으로 큐레이션 서비스 수용에 영향을 미치는 영향 요인을 살펴봄으로써 콘텐츠 전략을 수립하는데 요구되는 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 혁신성이 성과기대에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 혁신성은 성과기대에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신성이 노력기대에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 혁신성은 노력기대에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성과기대가 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 성과기대는 지속이용의도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 노력기대가 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 노력기대는 지속이용의도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 사회적 영향력이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 영향력은 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 촉진조건이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 촉진조건은 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 OTT 이용자들이 큐레이션 서비스에 대한 성과기대와 노력기대를 높게 인식할수록 지속이용의도도 높아지는 것으로 평가할 수 있다. 본 연구는 OTT 큐레이션 서비스의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검증하고, UTAUT 모델의 확장 가능성을 확인하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The Effect of the Perceived Waiting Time of Viewers on Negative Emotions, Viewing Satisfaction, Viewing Attitude, and Continuous Viewing Intention When an e-Sports Game Pause

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how the perceived waiting time of viewers of e-sports games affects negative emotions and how these negative emotions affect viewing satisfaction, viewing attitude, and continuous viewing intention. To achieve the purpose of this study, 200 viewers who watched e-sports games more than two to three times were targeted. 197 copies were selected as the final valid sample after excluding three of the collected questionnaires that showed unfaithful answers. For data processing methods, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted using SPSS 27 and AMOS 25. Through this, the following results were obtained. First, it was found that the perceived waiting time of the viewer had a significant effect on the viewers' negative emotions in the event of a game pause. Second, viewers' negative emotions were found to have a significant effect on viewing attitudes, but not on viewing satisfaction. Third, it was found that viewing attitude had a significant effect on viewing satisfaction and continuous viewing intention. Fourth, it was found that viewing satisfaction had a significant effect on continuous viewing intention. In other words, the more acceptable and shorter the perceived waiting time due to the suspension of the game pause, the lower the negative emotions of the viewers, and the negative emotions of the viewers ultimately affect the intention to continue watching through viewing attitude and viewing satisfaction.

Factors influencing nursing students' care intentions toward emerging infectious diseases patients: A descriptive-predictive study

  • Purpose: As coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and other emerging infectious diseases continue to threaten health security, a strategy is required to increase nursing students' care intention for patients with such diseases. This study aimed to identify factors influencing Korean nursing students' care intentions in regard to patients with emerging infectious diseases. Methods: The care intention, COVID-19 knowledge level, ethical sensitivity, beliefs, attitudes toward the care intention, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control were investigated using the theory of planned behavior. An online survey was completed from December 2020 to January 2021 by 227 nursing students who had complete a clinical practicum. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and hierarchical regression analyses were conducted on the data. Results: The care intention was higher in men than in women nursing students and in junior than in senior students. Behavioral and normative beliefs, attitude toward the behavior, and perceived behavioral control significantly predicted care intention. Ethical sensitivity increased the predictability of nursing students' care intentions for emerging infectious disease patients. Conclusion: The theory of planned behavior predicted nursing students' care intentions for emerging infectious diseases. Therefore, an experience-based response program on emerging infectious diseases is required for nursing students.

Psychological Distance between Students and Professors in Asynchronous Online Learning, and Its Relationship to Student Achievement & Preference for Online Courses

  • Relationships between students' perception of psychological distance with online professors and their academic learning achievement and their intention to continue online learning were examined. The courses selected for this study are two online courses: 1) 'English Grammar' and 2) 'TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) Preparation' offered by a campus-based, medium-sized university. This study employed a mixed-methods approach by conducting a survey as well as one-on-one interviews with students. Students who feel psychologically distant with the online professors show significantly lower degree of perceived learning achievement, and higher tendency not to take online courses any more. All the three scales measuring the psychological distance -mutual awareness, connectedness, and availability- with professors turned out to be significantly related with students' perceived learning achievement. According to the result of the interview data analysis, the student interviewees unanimously said that the university should limit the number of online courses that students can register in a semester to one or two courses. Most students regard low interactivity of online learning as inevitable phenomenon. There is a statistically significant difference in perceived learning achievement between the online preferred group and the offline preferred group. Also, there is a significant difference in connectedness and availability and no significant difference in the degree of mutual awareness between the online and the offline preferred group.

항공서비스전공 대학생의 현장학습 프로그램 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Field Learning Program Perception of College Students Majoring in Aviation Service)

  • This study analyzes the perceptions of college students majoring in aviation services according to the field learning program conducted during their major studies in order to reflect the educational value and academic awareness of the experience of the experiential field learning program. A survey is conducted targeting college students who experience a field learning program conducted by the Aviation Service Department of J University, a four-year university in the Chungcheong region. ANOVA (one-way analysis of variance) is conducted to analyze differences in perceptions of field learning properties, learning satisfaction, academic self-efficacy, and intention to continue studying. Additionally, text mining is conducted using 'Voyant Tools' to analyze students' field trip logs regarding field trip learning program activities. I hope that the results will be used as evidence to build an efficient and systematic learning strategy for operating field learning programs.

Effects of the Components of Mobile Shopping Apps On Shopping Flow and Continuous Usage Intention

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of mobile shopping app components on shopping flow and the continuous usage intention of the shopping apps in the rapidly growing mobile market facilitated by advancements in the mobile environment. Research Methodology: A survey was conducted, targeting users aged 20 and older with experience in using mobile shopping apps. The responses of 456 participants were analyzed through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results: The study found that within the components of mobile shopping apps, enjoyment significantly impacted both shopping flow and the continuous usage intention of shopping apps. The diversity of product assortment had a significant effect only on shopping flow. The usefulness and ease of use influenced on the intention to continue using shopping apps. Conclusions: Based on the findings, it is recommended that shopping app operators try to identify essential components for stimulating user interest and engagement when developing or modifying apps. Additionally, a diverse range of products enhances the shopping experience and drives spontaneous purchases. Furthermore, providing an easy interface and minimizing the effort required, this experience can enhance user perception of its value and sustain consumers' continuous usage intention of the shopping app.

유튜브 영상을 활용한 지속적인 학습의향 (Continuous Learning Intention Using YouTube Videos)

  • Video learning through YouTube has emerged as one of the most widely used instructional methods, yet relatively little research has been conducted on YouTube video users' willingness to use or behavior, so it is important to examine how to make and keep users' willingness to continue learning and to improve their retention rate for effective online learning. With reference to perceived value theory and utilizing an ECM perspective, the authors construct a model of YouTube video continuous learning intention and investigate the influence of perceived value and satisfaction on users' willingness to use YouTube videos for continuous learning.

러시아인 입원 환자의 간호서비스 기대, 만족도 및 재이용 의도의 관계 (Russian Inpatients' Nursing Service Expectations, Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit Hospital)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify Russian inpatients' expectation and satisfaction with nursing service, and further, to analyze the relationship between these variables. Methods: A structured questionnaire was used to survey for 81 Russian inpatients. The survey was conducted from January to June, 2014. Results: Empathy and assurance significantly influenced nursing service expectation and satisfaction. Nursing service expectation was statistically significant for the number of visit to Korea, and nursing service satisfaction was statistically significant for gender, monthly income and primary care giver during hospitalization. Revisit intention was significantly different according to religion, medical department and primary care giver during hospitalization. There were positive correlations between nursing service expectation and satisfaction, and between nursing service satisfaction and intention to revisit the hospital. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the level satisfaction with nursing service influences Russian inpatients' intention continue using the hospital. Therefore, in order to increase the intention to revisit the hospital Korea hospital employees, especially nurses, need to develop nursing service strategies according to general characteristics, culture and nationality of foreign patients.
