Through this, the key customer response service and operation management strategy can be proposed for the growth of kidult online shopping mall which is continuously spreading. Also, implications for development direction can be suggested. For this purpose, the ES-QUAL and E-Rec-S-QUAL factors proposed by Parasuraman et al.(2005) were set as independent variables, as well as professionalism, diversity, playfulness, and personalization, and website reliability as a mediating factor, and repurchase intention as a dependent variable. For the analysis, a structured questionnaires survey was conducted to 200 domestic online shopping mall users. The main results are as follows. First, the professionalism, personalization in the characteristics, and service quality factors had positive effects on website reliability. Second, playfulness, personalization in the characteristics, and service quality factors had positive effects on repurchase intention. Third, website reliability had a positive effect on repurchase intention. Fourth, website reliability was found to mediate the relationship between predictive (independent) variables and dependent variables. The above results show that if a professional online shopping mall is equipped with online service quality and establish personalization through enhancing the professionalism, the online shopping mall can form a website reliability and expect to build continuous relationship with customers. In addition, implications can be suggested for future customer response service and operation management strategies.

  • In this study, we try to discover some success factors, for the entire value chain of the O2O food delivery industry in China, from ordering to delivery. We study the influence of three aspects of the value chain, namely, (1) the mobile platform, (2) the restaurant and food and (3) the delivery service, on the perceived value and repurchase intention of customers. Using structural equation modeling, we develop a structural research model with seven sets of hypotheses relating various independent variable constructs (platform, restaurant, and delivery) and dependent constructs (perceived value and repurchase intention). We find that usefulness of mobile app, the food condition and the availability of offline restaurants were significant antecedents for perceived value and repurchase intention. In addition, fair pricing was a significant antecedent for repurchase intention.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose and test a model of customer retention in Internet shopping malls when switching barriers and comprehensive customer value exist in terms of economic and experiential aspects. The literature about customer retention propose that switching barriers are important factors other than satisfaction influencing customers' intention to remain with a specific supplier. The switching barriers mean anything that makes customers' defection difficult or costly and are consisted of perceived switching costs, attractiveness of alternatives and virtual relationships. The Customer Value Scale by Mathwick(2001) is applied to this study as economic value, shopping efficiency, service excellence, aesthetic appeal and playfulness(Zeithaml, 1988; Holbrook, 1994). The analyses showed partial support for the affirmative effect of customer values and switching costs and full support for the affirmative Influence of satisfaction on repurchase intention in the Internet shopping mall environment. But the attractiveness of alternatives and virtual relationship did not have a significant Influence like the result of Jones(1998)'s study of the service industry.
