There are many ways to know the social and cultural level of each country. Among them, a museum are not only the best place to understand the history, the life style and the culture level. The most important constituent, which museum architecture has, are visitors, exhibition and communication between visitors. Exhibition space composition is the one of important things in museum architecture, and it's essential to show an intent of exhibition to visitors. This thesis has the purpose to provide the basic material through analyzing exhibition space composition and exhibition method of the theme museum and understanding the relativity of them so that the new theme museums can be designed in the Tight direction. So I chose the independence museum that opened within recent 10 years, finally middle & small size's theme museum were selected. The results from the case study are as follow. Firstly, the exhibition space unit of basic type and center-hall enter type had a one-way for gateway and used the exhibition of three or four faces. The exhibition space unit of around tile center-hall type and guidance type had the separated gateway and used the exhibition of one or two faces. Secondly, the exhibition method of selected museums was divided into the wall face type and the island type. The exhibition method of two faces mainly used in guidance type caused complicated visitor circulation. In that case, it seemed to be good that two walls were used alternately. Thirdly, there were visual type, audio-visual type, handling type and experiential type in the method of exhibition. The former two types were used mostly, and the latter two types were rarely used. Fourthly, the wall face type was inefficient for exhibition because given walls were supposed to be used. Therefore, it was more effective to use the wall face type and the island type together.
Background: This study aims to analyze radiation safety management and regulatory perceptions, focusing on companies that must report radiation sources. The intent is to reduce the gap between regulation measures and addressing real concerns while improving practical safety management measures and regulations for all stakeholders. Materials and Methods: Radiation safety officers at a total of 244 reporting companies using radiation generators (79.8%) and sealed radioisotopes (15.1%) were surveyed using a questionnaire. Results and Discussion: The perception that regulation is stronger than the actual risk of the radiation source used was 3.47 points (out of 5 points), indicating a score above average. The most important factors and considerations were education and training (48%) as a human factor, safety devices of the radiation source (71.3%) as a hazardous material factor, the use of radiation (50.8%) as an organizational environment, and the radiation effect of nearby facilities (67.2%) as a physical environment. Radiation safety management educational experience (F= 5.030, p< 0.01), the group with high subjective knowledge (t= 6.017, p< 0.001), and the group with high objective knowledge (t= 1.989, p< 0.05) was found to be better at radiation safety management. Conclusion: It is necessary to standardize the educational experience regarding radiation safety management because each staff member has individual differences in educational experience. It is necessary to provide more information on how to solve radiation accidents via educational content. Applying radiation safety regulations based on the factors that significantly affect radiation safety management shown in this survey will help improve safety.
Free from limitations of time and space, diet management with smartphones can be highly useful for college students. This study aimed to improve the utility of diet related apps by efficacy and app evaluation after using the apps for 2 weeks. Results showed that the intent for continuing use apps was low, and the lack of efficacy indicated the currently developed apps had not significantly influenced their motivating healthy diet. Average app rating was $3.12{\pm}0.85$. Among 4 rating factors, convenience and contents were relatively higher than usefulness and community. Especially, there was significant difference in contents and convenience according to gender, contents and community according to BMI and previous diet experience. In the future, considering the needs and characteristics of college students, we need to find ways to enhance the usefulness of the app and to strengthen the social networking.
The United States (US) National Science Foundation's (NSF's) National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON) is a continental-scale observation facility, constructed and operated by Battelle, that collects long-term ecological data to better understand and forecast how US ecosystems are changing. All data and samples are collected using standardized methods at 81 field sites across the US and are freely and openly available through the NEON data portal, application programming interface (API), and the NEON Biorepository. NSF led a decade-long design process with the research community, including numerous workshops to inform the key features of NEON, culminating in a formal final design review with an expert panel in 2009. The NEON construction phase began in 2012 and was completed in May 2019, when the observatory began the full operations phase. Full operations are defined as all 81 NEON sites completely built and fully operational, with data being collected using instrumented and observational methods. The intent of the NSF is for NEON operations to continue over a 30-year period. Each challenge encountered, problem solved, and risk realized on NEON offers up lessons learned for constructing and operating distributed ecological data collection infrastructure and data networks. NEON's construction phase included offices, labs, towers, aquatic instrumentation, terrestrial sampling plots, permits, development and testing of the instrumentation and associated cyberinfrastructure, and the development of community-supported collection plans. Although colocation of some sites with existing research sites and use of mostly "off the shelf" instrumentation was part of the design, successful completion of the construction phase required the development of new technologies and software for collecting and processing the hundreds of samples and 5.6 billion data records a day produced across NEON. Continued operation of NEON involves reexamining the decisions made in the past and using the input of the scientific community to evolve, upgrade, and improve data collection and resiliency at the field sites. Successes to date include improvements in flexibility and resilience for aquatic infrastructure designs, improved engagement with the scientific community that uses NEON data, and enhanced methods to deal with obsolescence of the instrumentation and infrastructure across the observatory.
Polymer composites are materials in which various fillers are uniformly dispersed on the basis of organic resin. They have excellent processability and diversity for industrial products. Recently, as carbon nanomaterials are developed, there is a great deal of effort to use them as reinforcing fillers to fabricate high performance composite materials. In order to transfer the inherent properties of fillers into composite materials as much as possible, the good dispersion and orientation of fillers, and favorable interfacial interaction between fillers and matrix are considered to be very important. In this review article, we intent to derive and explain the relationship between surface chemical structure of fillers and physical properties of composites as a strategy of high strength and toughness of graphenebased polyimide composites.

A firm seeking to enter a foreign market must make an important strategic decision of which market entry mode to use. Because entry modes involve resource commitments, the initial choice by a firm on a particular entry mode is difficult to change without a considerable loss of time and money. Substantial prior research has been undertaken to explain why firms select a particular entry mode into global markets. However, there exists limited research on this area in the field of foreign apparel brands in Korea, although some research has analyzed influential entry mode factors when Korean textile and clothing companies went overseas. This study reviews prior research on the entry mode choice and analyzes the factors that influence the entry mode choice for 510 foreign clothing brands in Korea. Price range, clothing types, distribution strategy, and cultural distance were considered as influential determinants for different entry mode choices. Crosstabs with a chi-square test and logistic regression are used for analysis. This study shows that high-priced brands and luxury brands are associated with the export orientated entry mode in the Korean market. Brands that pursued the strategy of multiple distribution channels showed a preference for a licensing mode or direct investment over other entry modes, and brands from higher-cultural-distance countries entered the Korean clothing market by licensing mode. The findings of this study are appropriate for the strategic planning of foreign apparel intent on entering the Korean market or for Korean apparel firms planning to enter the global market.

In Korea, a cooperation charge on conservation of ecosystem is imposed to prevent indiscriminate development. The total amount of this charge is determined by multiplying the size of the destroyed area by a value per unit area and the area index within 5 billion won. Since 2001, the charge per unit area has been determined to be $250won/m^2$. In this study, we estimated the unit value of ecosystem services per year using benefit transfer method, with a focus on forest resources. According to our results, forest resources have a value of about $3,500won/m^2$ per year. When the non-use value is subtracted, that figure becomes approximately $1,300won/m^2$. If this value incorporates the unit value of the cooperation charge on conservation of ecosystem, it will increase. To comply with the original intent of the cooperation charge on conservation of ecosystem, the fund must be used to improve ecosystem services, including the restoration of a destroyed area or the purchase of new land.
The framework act on resource circulation was got through the Korea National Assembly in May, 2016. It is the most important to analyze and understand its purpose, main contents, and policy direction of the framework act because this act will lead the resource circulation policy. Korea government is going to enact subordinate statutes such as its enforcement decree and regulation to enforce the act in January, 2018. No later than enforcement of the act, its subordinate statutes should be studied indepth and consulted without any bias in order to satisfy the intent - promotion of transition toward a resource circulation society - of the act. Therefore, in this study, the points in dispute in the act are indicated and the issues and specific directions of key articles are reviewed. The ideas to maximize the effectiveness of its subordinate statutes are also suggested.
This study examines online art platforms as a new type of informational technology and seeks to verify the impact of the user's perceived value and acceptance of new technologies on the behavioral intention about art platforms. For this, it was conducted to survey 489 users of the online art platform. Several emotional value, functional value, social value, and value for money were selected as perceived value variables, and performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions were set as variables of new technology adaptation. As evident in the correlation with perceived values, emotional value and social value have a significant impact on all parameters of new technology adaptation, while functional values and value for money only affect facilitating conditions and behavioral intention, respectively. Furthermore, the impact of acceptance of new technologies confirms that performance expectancy and facilitating conditions affect behavioral intention. This study demonstrates the perceived value of online art platform users and the acceptance of new technologies. Therefore, it is expected that platform providers will be able to use it as primary data to understand and reflect user requirements.

Two government affiliated research institutes, EDUMAC and AURI, are developing some tools for an user participating design process in public recently. The tools are originated from DQI/DQIfS, launched in 2002 by CIC(Construction Industry Council) in U.K.. At the beginning DQI/DQIfS was not a tool for making a decision but for a communication between layman and experts of architectural process. Because of this intent the most crucial thing is not DQI/DQIfS itself but how to use the tool: CIC is trying to develop various ways of facilitation. Domestic situation is no exception. Without a proper tool there were an independent user participating process in 2001 and it must have been the first participating process in architectural discourse. Through the seven workshops, the users of Namhansan elementary school drew not only the vision of the school but also concrete requirements which have been continuously adopted so far. The aims of this paper to analyse two facilitation processes: DQI/DQIfS in U.K. and the case of Namhansan process. Even not a proper tools for the process there was a spontaneous facilitation in Namhansan process. When we make a comparison between the Namhansan process and the DQI/DQIfS process there are considerable similarities in terms not only of the process itself but also the results. It shows that there are possibilities to make a Korean facilitation in a user participating process and this study must be the first step.
