군집 선행차량의 원격제어를 위한 통신 채널의 최적 스케줄링 (Optimal Communication Channel Scheduling for Remote Control of Lead Vehicle in a Platoon)

  • A remote control strategy for vehicles in Intelligent Vehicle Highway System (IVHS) is considered. An optimal scheduling of a limited communication channel is proposed for lead vehicle control in a platoon. The optimal scheduling problem is to find the optimal communication sequence that minimizes the cost obtained inherently by an optimal control without the communication constraint. In this paper, the PID control law which guarantees the string stability is used for the lead vehicle control. The fact that the PID control law is equivalent to the approximately linear quadratic tracker allows to obtain the performance measure to find an optimal sequence. Simulations are conducted with five maneuvering platoons to evaluate the optimality of the obtained sequence.

  • This paper aims at developing remote control system to control and monitor distributed various devices such as photovoltaic Inverter system through internet. TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) and photovoltaic inverter system operated in a row are adopted for network management protocol and applied device, respectively. For controlling and monitoring distributed devices in real-time, java-environment software is constructed. Also, HelloDevice, general-use interface controller between network device and applied device is proposed. Finally, serial communication such as RS-232C is used between controller and applied device.

  • The previous MCCs(Motor Control Centers) have the demerits of high cost and much manhour for rework because it is impossible for us to standardize the previous MCCs and they have many manual connections. The customers require the products which can operate with the SCADA system by digitalizing the functions of the current MCCs and the systematized products with capability of remote control. To solve these disadvantages and requirements, we developed the Intelligent Motor Control Center. This system has the various functions such as protection, measuring, and communication. Using these functions, we can monitor motor status through communication with the upper system and define the circuit for lowering connection costs according tn starting type and shortening the manufactural period by the graphic editor. The development of this system results in establishment of the competitive structure with domestic area and Perfect automatic monitoring through linkage with the SCADA system.

  • Smart device has become an affordable main computing resource for robotic ap-plications in accordance with a fast growth of mobile internet environment. Since the computing power of smart device has been increased, smart device based ro-bot system attempts to replace traditional robot applications with laptop-based system. Methodologies for acquisition of remote sensory information and control of various types of robots using smart device have been proposed recently. In this paper, we propose a robot control system using a monitoring program and a communication protocol. The proposed system is a combination of an educa-tional programming oriented robot named EPOR-S. as small service robot plat-form and a smart device. Through a simulation study using image processing, the feasibility of combination of the proposed robot monitoring program and control system was verified.

  • In this paper novel concept of real reality robot game controlled by a mobile server robot is proposed. Real reality robot game means that two real robots controlled by two human operator through the internet are playing a boxing game. The mobile server robot captures playing images of the boxing game and send them to GUI on the screen of human operators’ PC. The human operator can login to boxing game from any computer in any place if he/she is permitted. Remote control of boxing robot by a motion capture system through network is implemented. Successful motion control of a boxing robot remotely controlled by a motion capture system through network can be achieved.

  • 오늘날 유비쿼터스 환경에서 전력망이나 이와 유사한 시스템의 실시간 원격 제어 및 모니터링 기술은 다양한 센서나 카메라를 통하여 획득한 정보를 시간과 지역에 구애됨이 없이 인터넷이나 이와 유사한 시스템을 통하여 공유할 수 있는 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 관리 시스템인 IMS(Internet Management System)을 이용한 시스템 성능평가 및 유지보수를 위한 태양광 발전시스템의 원격 실시간 감시 제어 방법을 소개하고, IMS를 물관리 시스템에 적용하여 실용적 가치를 검증하였다. 또한 실시간 데이터 전송 방식으로 위치에 상관없이 웹 브라우저를 통한 원격 제어가 가능하도록 설계하였다.

  • Recently one level higher intelligent switching board than established one by the application of intelligent building and digital system are being constructed. Therefore facility's high efficiency, high degree satisfaction, miniaturaization, standardization through application of communication technology and monitoring and controlling by computer system utilized by web-basis power control system and electric IT are practiced. Especially network must be constructed through unified IBS server that monitors every educational institute's switching boards in real time control system. And I intend to create methods to save energy and raise electricity quality by power demand prediction and remote-controled management and operation. In this thesis I intend to suggest measures of forming unified system through researching educational institute's ways of constructing switching board and status analysis and overcoming technical difficulties in user's side and saving and maintenance expense.

  • 최근 지능형 감시카메라에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 연구들은 대부분 통합시스템 구현보다는 단일 모듈에 대한 성능향상에 중점을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 얼굴검출, 모션 센서 통합 모듈로 구성하는 무선 감시 시스템을 구현하였다. 무선 감시 시스템의 구현에는 sharp사의 카메라 모듈과 ecom사의 무선영상전송 모듈, roboblock의 ZigBee RF 무선컨트롤 송수신 모듈을 사용 하였고, 모션 센서 모듈에는 PANASONIC의 AMN14111를 사용하였다. OpenCV 라이브러리를 이용한 얼굴검출과 MFC로 소프트웨어를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 모션 센서를 이용하는 영상 감시 시스템이나 얼굴검출이 필요한 시스템, 원격조정이 필요한 작업환경에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

The Design of Remote Monitoring and Warning System for Dangerous Chemicals Based on CPS

  • The remote monitoring and warning system for dangerous chemicals is designed with the concept of the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) in this paper. The real-time perception, dynamic control, and information service of major hazards chemicals are realized in this CPS system. The CPS system architecture, the physical layer and the applacation layer, are designed in this paper. The terminal node is mainly composed of the field collectors which complete the data acquisition of sensors and video in the physical layers, and the use of application layer makes CPS system safer and more reliable to monitor the hazardous chemicals. The cloud application layer completes the risk identification and the prediction of the major hazard sources. The early intelligent warning of the major dangerous chemicals is realized and the security risk images are given in the cloud application layer. With the CPS technology, the remote network of hazardous chemicals has been completed, and a major hazard monitoring and accident warning online system is formed. Through the experiment of the terminal node, it can be proved that the terminal node can complete the mass data collection and classify. With this experiment it can be obtained the CPS system is safe and effective. In order to verify feasible, the multi-risk warning based on CPS is simulated, and results show that the system solves the problem of hazardous chemicals enterprises safety management.
