This project is planned to grasp the present situation of traditional medicine part in our country and to study protection method about this by the intellectual property which is the international concerning point recently. Through this, we will be able to devise means to deal with protection method of traditional medicine being developed by WIPO now. Traditional medicine field In our country Is organized with specific condition separated into the part of institution and the part of non-institution. So, because of the closed peculiarity, we have experienced the difficulties to understand the real facts about traditional medicine. We cannot be indifferent to the matter anymore. Because the expectation of object people is high, we could expect the realization of research content. In 1 detail project, we investigated the situation of traditional medicine in our country through various collecting methods for excavation of oriental treatment technique and herb medicine which is worth protecting. With it, we sorted again into 56 kinds of 11 parts through analysis of validity in the way of oriental medicine. And we tried to link this up 2 detail project which is about legal and institutional guarantee concerning protection. furthermore, we tried to find approach ways for security of objectivity into 4 steps with the example of model disease. we could complete practical classification of traditional medicine in our country. In 2 detail project, we studied the protection method by the intellectual property through research result in 1 detail project. For this, we observed an outline of the intellectual property including a patent application analysis in folk traditional medicine part, and problems of traditional medicine protection and world trend by traditional knowledge protection tendency and the patent law In domestic traditional medicines, the aspects unprotectable with the patent law now were remained. So, we suggested supplementary plan. And we also suggested the freedom of utilization between traditional medicine possession countries (in-situ utilization) and the demand compensation payment for a third country (ex-situ utilization) in connection with international movement.

이 연구는 여성지적장애인의 마라톤 동호회 활동경험을 개인의 성장, 관계형성과정 그리고 삶의 질 향상을 지원하는 평생교육 차원에서 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 마라톤 동호회활동에 참여한 지적장애여성 5명과 정보제공자 5명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 2012년 9월부터 2016년 10월까지 마라톤이 열리는 장소를 중심으로 현장관찰과 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 질적 연구방법을 활용하였으며 코딩과정을 통해 개념화, 소주제, 핵심주제를 생성하고 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 개인적 차원에서의 마라톤 동호회 활동경험은 달리기의 재미, 내면의 자유, 자연과의 동화 등으로 나타나 마라톤 활동 경험이 개인의 성장에 다양한 형태로 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 관계 형성적 차원에서의 경험은 가족과의 소통 및 참여, 참여자 또래와의 관계형성, 이해와 상생 등으로 나타나 마라톤 활동을 통해 소통의 의미와 기술을 익혀가는 과정을 탐색할 수 있었다. 셋째, 마라톤 활동은 삶의 영역을 확장시켜 나가며 사회인으로서 거듭나가는 성숙의 의미로 나타나고 있었다. 결론적으로 마라톤 활동은 여성지적장애인의 삶에 대한 동기부여와 능동적 선택의 기회를 갖게 하고 이를 통해 개인의 성장, 주변사람들과의 관계형성 및 삶의 확장을 통해 사회인으로 거듭나도록 돕는데 이는 삶의 질 향상을 위해 계속적 교육을 추구하는 평생 교육적 의미를 함의하고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 최근 발생하고 있는 도서관 장서검열 문제 사례를 유형화하여 분석하고, 도서관 장서검열 주제에 대한 도서관계의 현장 인식을 분석하여 갈등상황을 조정하기 위한 과제를 찾기 위해 수행되었다. 따라서 최근의 장서검열 문제 사례를 정치적 이슈, 법률적 이슈, 선정성 이슈, 성범죄 이슈의 4가지 범주로 유형화하였으며 이에 대한 도서관계의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구결과 성범죄 관련 장서 열람 제한 조치가 장서검열이 아니라고 답하거나, 판단하기 어렵다고 답한 응답자의 비율이 총 44.5%로 해당 이슈를 장서검열로 쉽게 결정을 내릴 수 있는 문제가 아니라는 인식을 보여주었다. 한편 사서 대상 설문조사 결과, 도서관 현장에서 다양한 이유로 수서제한 또는 열람제한 조치가 필요하다는 의견이 제기되었으며, 결국 일체의 검열에 반대한다는 도서관 윤리선언과의 괴리를 나타내어 향후 이와 같은 갈등을 조정하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 보여주었다.

이 연구는 우리 사회에서 지적 자유(intellectual freedom)의 이념을 부정하고 정치·사상적 측면에서 '정보의 자유로운 유통'을 저해하는 근거가 되고있는 법규들이 무엇인지 살펴보고, 이 법규들 혹은 법규의 조항들이 그 내용과 적용과정에 있어 어떠한 문제점을 가지고 있는지 구체적인 사례를 통해 분석하고 있다. 나아가, 정보의 자유로운 유통이 저해당하는 사례가 빈번한 우리의 상황에서, 이 문제에 대해 그 동안 각계가 어떻게 대응해 왔는지 소개하고, 그 대응전략과 방법이 갖는 한게와 문제점에 대해 논으하고 있다. 마지막으로 정보유통의 정치·사상적 규제의 근원이 되고 있는 현행 법규의 개정을 위해 우리가 취해야 할 전략과 방법을 제시하면서, 특히, 지식과 정보의 중개자요 관리자임을 자처해 온 도서관인들이 이러한 사회적 이슈에 대해 적극적인 관심을 갖고 능동적으로 참여할 것을 제안하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the formative style and aesthetic value of contemporary subcultural style with the understanding of characteristics of subcultural style in the sociocultural context. As for the research methodology, literary survey has been performed to study the concept and the history of subcultural styles from 1940s to 1980s. In addition, demonstrative studies on aesthetic images have been carried out through the analysis of pictures and photographs in order to categorize the subcultural styles since 1990s. In this study, subcultural styles since 1990s have been illustrated through the socio-cultural grounds. which are diversity of street culture, diffusion of moss culture or bubble-up phenomenon, pursuit of anti-social ideology among intellectual heads, club Cultures in the form of kitsch and pastiche and communal thinking as collective harmony. With the socio-cultural context examined above, subcultural styles in the contemporary fashion are categorized and deduced following aesthetic values ; Drag and Club style as the tendency of surrealists or artificial hedonists, Urban military style and Cyberpunks as pursuit of Bionic being, Sports casual style based upon, the pursuit of comfort and freedom, Vintage style and Retro dressing represented by the spirit of DIY (no It Yourself), Ecology style of New conservatives, and Mysticism style as the fusion of technology and shamanism (Technoshamanism).

Whitehead는 그의 형이상학적 철학과 교육철학을 바탕으로 리듬을 살리는 교육을 제안하고 있다. 그에 의하면 '교육의 리듬'이란 자유와 규율이 조화를 이루는 가운데 학생의 지적 수준이 상승하게 된다는 것을 의미하며, 이는 로맨스의 단계와 정밀화의 단계, 일반화의 단계를 거치면서 거듭된다. 또한 이런 주기들이 반복되면서 더 나은 수준으로 발전하게 되어 학생은 지적인 자유를 누릴 수 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 Whitehead의 생각을 수학교육에서 살리는 방안을 모색해 본 것이다. 먼저 3단계를 의미있게 거쳐가게 하는 교육과정의 구성 방안을 생각해 보고, 자유와 규율이 교대로 일어나는 교수방법을 구안해 본다. 그리고 실제 수업에서 이들을 적용하는 방안을 구상해 본다.

지난 8월 16일에서 24일까지 영국 글래스고에서 개최된 제68차 국제도서관협회연맹 대회 총회에서는 '도서관, 정보서비스 기관, 지적 자유에 관한 글래스고 선언(The Glasgow Declaration Libraries, Information Services and Intellectual Freedom, 원문은 http://www.ifla.org/faife/policy/iflastat/gldeclar-e.html 참조)'과 'IFLA 인터넷 설명서(The IFLA Internet Manifesto, 원문은 http://www.ifla.org/III/misc/internetmanif.htm 참조)'가 채택되었다. 이 같은 성명의 체택은 도서관ㆍ정보분야에서 지적자유에 관해 국제적 합의를 명확히 하고 이해와 협력을 구하기 위한 것으로 지난 해 발생한 미국 9.11테러 사태 이후 일어나고 있는 일련의 조치에 (국민의 기본권을 제한할 수 있는 법률의 제정 등) 대한 도서관계의 능동적인 대응이라는 의미가 크다. 국내 도서관인에게 참고가 될 만한 자료라 생각되어 '도서관문화' 편집실에서 이를 번역하여 게재코자 한다.

The rapid development of the internet may not have occurred without techniques of linking and framing, which provide users flexible and easy access to other website. These techniques have enabled internet users to navigate the internet efficiently and sort through the products, services and information available on the internet. The Advent of the global information structure and the do-called EC revolution raise countless new issues and questions. There are no limitations regulating the expressions on the cyberspace due to internet's of quality anonymity? diversity? spontaneity. Therefore, the freedom of speech is expanded in both areas of time and space, which was impossible with the old communicating system. Although online technology raises many new legal issues, the law available to help us resolve them, at least today, is largely based on the world as it existed before online commerce became a reality. Thus the challenge is to predict how these new legal issues may be resolved using the current law. As a result of the drastic change of the environment for international trade of which that has taken took place in parallel with the global information technology revolution on a global basis, the scope of issues to be addressed which should be resolved by the conflict of laws principles has been remarkably expanded, and various new issues of an entirely which are quite new in its type and nature have arisen been raised. Further more in addition, the old act prior act was regarded as insufficient in that it lacked rules on international governing law to adjudicate, or international adjudicatory governing law, where as the expectation of the public was that the private international law should function as the basic law of the legal relational encompassing rules on governing law given the increase of It international disputes. for the move the private international law has also attracted more attention from the korean.

This paper reports on a Realtime OS based motor control system for laparoscopic surgery robot which enables telesurgery and overcomes shortcomings with conventional laparoscopic surgery. The system has a conventional master-slave robot configuration and the control system consists of joint controllers, host controllers, and power units. The robot features (1) a compact slave robot with 5 DOF (Degree Of Freedom) expanding the workspace of each tool and increasing the number of tools operating simultaneously, and (2) direct 1:1 correspondence in the joint of master and slave robot that simplifies control algorithm and enhances reliability. Each master, slave and GUI (Graphical User Interface) host has a dedicated RTOS (RealTime OS), RTLinux-Pro (FSMLabs Inc., U.S.A.) Each master and slave controller set pair has a dedicated CAN (Controller Area Network) channel for control and monitoring signal communication. Total 4 pairs of the master/slave manipulators as current are monitored by one host controller for operation monitoring and higher level motion control. The system showed acceptable performance in both position control precision and master-slave motion synchronization and is now under further development for better safety and control fidelity for clinically applicable prototype.

본 연구에서는 급속한 도서관 환경의 변화 속에서 요구되고 있는 국내 대학도서관 사서직 계속교육 프로그램 주제를 조사하였다. 국내외 사서직 계속교육 현황을 파악하기 위해 국립중앙도서관 시행의 $2003년{\sim}2006년$ 교육과정을 비교 분석하였고 미국도서관협회 및 미국연구도서관협회가 2005년도에 시행한 교육과정을 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 한국사립대학교도서관협의회 회원들을 대상으로 질문지조사를 실시하여 현직 대학도서관 사서들이 요구하는 계속교육 프로그램 주제를 분석하였다. 이들 연구 결과를 종합하여 이용자 교육, 정보검색, 전자저널 및 라이선스 등 대학도서관 사서들이 요구하는 주제분야와 더불어 지적자유, 재난기획, 대학교수진과의 협력, 프리젠테이션 및 교수기법 등 국외 사례 분석을 통해 제시된 교육과정들을 제시하였다.
