The telemedicine & distance education system that this paper suggests has been designed on the CTE(Collaborative Telemedicine & distance Education) framework, which is an integrated multimedia environment. This is a CBM-based collaborative telemedicine & distance education type, different from the conventional doctor based general practice, and is an integrated multimedia telemedicine & distance education system capable of many application developments using information super highway. This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data treatment for efficient medical examination and prompt treatment by realizing mutual conversation type remote medical examination system among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base. And, The implementation of this new teaming system should be designed with multimedia application development platform base which is interfaced with computer engineering, computer network technology, CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) technology, and education engineering.

We have fabricated vertical type organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) using organic semiconductor materials such as F16CuPc, NTCDA, PTCDI C-8 and C60. The layers of OTFT were fabricated by vacuum evaporation technique and spin casting method onto the Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) coated glass. I-V characteristics and on-off ratios of the fabricated OTFTs were investigated. In addition, we have fabricated light emitting transistor using MEH-PPV and then investigated EL electroluminescent properties.

To realize a high integrated Flash memory utilizing SONOS memory devices, the NOR type 1TC(one Transistor Cell) SONOS Flash arrays are fabricated and characterized. This SONOS Flash arrays with common source lines are designed and fabricated by conventional 0.35$\mu\textrm{m}$ CMOS process. The thickness of ONO for memory cell is tunnel oxide of 34${\AA}$, nitride of 73${\AA}$ and blocking oxide of 34${\AA}$. To investigate operating characteristics, CHEI(Channel Hot Electron Injection) method and Bit line erase method are selected as the write operation and the erase method, respectively. The disturbance characteristics according to the write/erase/read cycling are also examined. The degradation characteristics are investigated and then the reliability of SONOS flash memory is guaranteed.

a current stress reduction technique for a boost integrated half-bridge (BIHB) DC/DC converter with voltage doubler type rectifier is proposed for digital car audio amplifier application. In the proposed circuit, two external capacitors are added parallel to the rectifier diodes in the secondary side of the transformer to shape the primary and the secondary current like rectangular waveforms in every switching instance. The experimental results of a 200W industrial sample show that the peak primary current decreases about by 10A. Thus, the proposed technique shows improved high efficiency.

A GIS software GEO Millennium SystemTM has been developed to integrated with spatial database that combines conventional and spatially related data. As we known well the standard query language lacks the support of spatial data type and predicate, and can not serve as the query language in the spatial database directly; some extended strategies have been proposed, but some of them need their own storage manager, some introfuce new clause into the SELECT-FROM-WHERE structure, and some is very complex and available to us. So we designed our own query language on the conventional storage manager system. It supports the Spatial Data Type and predicate, and provides the full query capabilities of SQL on the non-spatial part of the database while being tightly integrated with the spatial part, without changing the standard SQL structure.

As the digital economy goes global, firms are trying to find suppliers that can address their managerial goals and strategies. The alternatives are not confined to domestic firms. Firms have been trying to connect to foreign partners worldwide. Although offshore outsourcing grants firms various benefits, they present big cultural challenges. However, there is little research on the impact of cultural or country factors on outsourcing. The goal of this paper is to synthesize the outsourcing success literature and develop propositions for outsourcing success in the context of offshore outsourcing. This paper proposes that cultural effects should be included in evaluating the success of offshore outsourcing. Knowledge sharing and the scope of outsourcing are adopted in the base outsourcing success model from previous literature. In the extended model partnership quality is included as a mediator and organizational capability and outsourcing relationship type are also included as moderator. Finally, the integrated framework of offshore outsourcing success includes cultural factors as moderators of the relationships between outsourcing success antecedents and the success of offshore outsourcing. Reasoning for propositions, managerial implications, and future research directions are discussed.

The distribution routing problem is one of the important problems in distribution and supply center management. This research is concerned with an integrated distribution routing problem for multi-supply centers based on improved genetic algorithm and GUI-type programming. In this research, we used a three-step approach; in step 1 a sector clustering model is developed to transfer the multi-supply center problem to single supply center problems which are more easy to be solved, in step 2 we developed a vehicle routing model with time and vehicle capacity constraints and in step 3, we developed a GA-TSP model which can improve the vehicle routing schedules by simulation. For the computational purpose, we developed a GUI-type computer program according to the proposed methods and the sample outputs show that the proposed method is very effective on a set of standard test problems, and it could be potentially useful in solving the distribution routing problems in multi-supply center problem.

This paper presents a method for determining the optimum active-area width (OAW) of solar cells in a module architecture. The current density-voltage curve of a reference cell with a narrow active-area width is used to reproduce the current density profile in the test cell whose active area width is to be optimized. We obtained self-consistent current density and electric potential profiles from iterative calculations of both properties, considering the distributed resistance of the contact layers. Further, we determined the OAW that yields the maximum efficiency by calculating efficiency as a function of the active-area width. The proposed method can be applied to the design of the active area of a dye-sensitized solar cell in Z-type series connection modules for indoor and building-integrated photovoltaic systems. Our calculations predicted that OAW increases as the sheet resistances of the contact layers and the intensity of light decrease.

버스形 데이터/音聲 共用 LAN에서 채널使用을 데이터와 音聲傳送區間으로 分離하고 데이터는 CSMA/CD로, 音聲은 TDM으로 傳送하되 音聲　止期間을 檢出하여 이를 감안한 실질 音聲負荷에 따라 데이터와 音聲傳送 區間을 適應制御할 수 있는 CSMA/CD-TDM/SD方式을 提案하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 旣存의 方式들보다 데이터의 傳送性能 및 最大許容음성링크數의 改善을 볼 수 있었다.
