태양광 발전의 성능향상을 위한 PV/T 시스템 개발 (Development of PV/T for Performance Improvement of Photovoltaic System)

  • 본 논문에서는 건물통합형 태양광 발전 시스템의 전기적 열적 성능을 얻기 위해 하이브리드 PV/T 모듈을 제시한다. 건물 외벽에 부착하는 BIPV 시스템은 태양광 발전 시 온도상승으로 인하여 시스템의 효율이 떨어진다. 이러한 문제점의 해결과 BIPV 시스템의 효율을 향상시키기 위해 수냉방식을 적용시키고 발생된 열은 온수 시스템에 사용된다. 수냉 냉각방식은 전력손실과 물의 온도를 고려한 유량제어 알고리즘을 이용하고 실증연구를 통하여 제시한 하이브리드 PV/T 모듈의 전기적 열적 성능을 확인하여 본 논문의 타당성을 입증한다.

  • Distributed piezoelectric sensor and actuator have been designed for efficient vibration control of a cantilevered beam. Both PZT and PVDF are used in this study, the former as an actuator and the latter as a sensor for our integrated structure. For the PZT actuator, the position and size have been optimized. Optimal electrode shape of the PVDF sensor has been determined. For multi-mode vibration control, we have used two PZT actuators and a PVDF sensor. Electrode shading of PVDF is more powerful for modal force adjustment than the sizing and positioning of PZT. Finite element method is used to model the structure that includes the PZT actuator and the PVDF sensor. By deciding on or off of each PZT segment, the length and the location of the PZT actuator are optimize. Considering both of the host structure and the optimized actuators, it is designed that the active electrode width of PVDF sensor along the span of the beam. Actuator design is based on the criterion of minimizing the system energy in the control modes under a given initial condition. Sensor is designed to minimize the observation spill-over. Modal control forces for the residual(uncontrolled) modes have been minimized during the sensor design. Genetic algorithm, which is suitable for this kind of discrete problems, has been utilized for optimization. Discrete LQG control law has been applied to the integrated structure for real time vibration control. Performance of the sensor, the actuator, and the integrated smart structure has been demonstrated by experiments.

  • 현재 사용되고 있는 P형 수신기는 화재 발생의 위치 검색 및 장치의 고장 유 무 등 을 실시간으로 확인하기 어렵기 때문에 화재가 발생했을 경우 인명 및 재산 피해 등을 예방 할 수 있는 기능이 없다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 P형 수신기에서의 고장 유무에 대한 발생 신호를 실시간으로 감지할 수 있고, 화재 발생신호에 대하여 원격지에서 P형 수신기의 상황발생 정보를 탐지할 수 있는 통합화재 자동 시스템 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 P형 수신기에서 상황정보를 수집 전송할 수 있는 인터넷 접속장치 부분과 P형 수신기로부터 생성된 상황정보를 분석할 수 있는 상황정보 분석 모듈 등을 설계하고 구현하였다.

  • 수자원관리의 패러다임은 기존의 댐 위주에서 모든 수계를 종합적으로 분석하여, 수량, 수질, 방재 등을 종합적으로 분석하고 관리하는 쪽으로 변화하고 있다. K-water는 4대강 및 다목적댐 등을 위주로 하는 유역통합물관리가 실현되고 있으며, 이러한 수자원 통합관리를 위한 정보통신시스템은 사용자 중심의 수도 발전 댐 관리 등을 전자적으로 수행할 수 있도록 구축되어 있다. 정보통신시스템을 구성하는 제어시스템은 설비의 동작을 관리 제어하는 시스템으로 하부 센서 및 필드에서 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 정보를 저장하고, 원격에서 설비를 제어하는 기능을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 댐 보등 수자원분야의 통합관리를 위한 정보통신시스템 구축방안에 대해 알아보고 최적의 시스템 구축방안 및 시스템의 보안취약부분에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

  • To Provide pleasant building environment and the ease of maintenance and facility management, many new office buildings are being built as intelligent buildings. Building control systems which are employed in intelligent buildings require advanced types of controllers and varieties of control schemes. Designing and installation of these types of advanced building control systems take a lot of effort and also they are costly. In order to design these systems, it is necessary for the designers to have means to analyze and estimate the performance of control systems. In this paper, the results of the simulator for HVAC and elevator system are presented as the first stage of the development of the integrated simulator. For the development of simulator, ARENA which is the general-purpose software tool for the simulation with reinforced GUI is used.

전자부품의 품질향상을 위한 인라인 자동검사시스템 (In-Line Automated Inspection System for Quality Improvement of Electronic Parts)

  • This paper presents an automated visual inspection system for the electronic parts manufacturing process. In this system, a statistical process control (SPC) method is integrated into the automated inspection method on a real time base. It shows how the collected data can be analyzed with the SPC to provide process information. Also presented are studies of subpixel image processing technology to improve the accuracy of parts measurements, and the cumulative-sum (CUSUM) control chart for fraction defectives. An application of the developed system to connector manufacturing process as a part of computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) is presented.

  • The performance of the failure detection algorithm may be greatly influenced by the model uncertainty. It is very important to design a robust failure detection system to the model uncertainty. In this paper, a design procedure to generate failure detection algorithm is proposed. The design procedure suggested is based on the concept of the‘threshold selector[1]’. The H$\infty$ control algorithm is used to derive a threshold selector which is robust to the model uncertainty, The threshold selector derived can be used to develop a failure detection system together with the weighted cumulative sum algorithm[3]. Computer simulation study showed that the failure detection system designed for an ISA(Integrated Servo Actuator) system by using the proposed method is robust to the model uncertainty.

  • Establishing a framework, to explain the path to safety accidents considering major safety management factors such as physical conditions including on-site activities and workplace, as well as human factors as to labor, supervisors, or managers, would be effective as the basis to control project's risks by preventing disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the mechanism in safety management and disaster occurrence. In order to accomplish the purpose, it identified and classified the factors related to accidents, reviewed the causal relationships among them, and suggested the influence diagram. The results of this research are expected to contribute to reinforcing the preventive management, and facilitating the development of integrated site control system based on safety risks.

공대지 폭탄용 유도키트 설계 (Design of a Guidance Kit for Air-to-Surface Bomb)

  • A guidance kit transforming a general purpose bomb into an air-to-surface gliding bomb was developed. This guidance kit consists of a flight kit and a tail kit. Flight kit contains deployable wing, GPS/INS integrated navigation system, guidance and control system. Also this guidance kit was designed to use neither electrical nor mechanical interface with aircraft, and to increase dramatically the survivabilities of pilot and aircraft with the high accuracy and the mid-range non-powered gliding capability.

Coordinated Control Strategy and Optimization of Composite Energy Storage System Considering Technical and Economic Characteristics

  • Control strategy and corresponding parameters have significant impacts on the overall technical and economic characteristics of composite energy storage systems (CESS). A better control strategy and optimized control parameters can be used to improve the economic and technical characteristics of CESS, and determine the maximum power and stored energy capacity of CESS. A novel coordinated control strategy is proposed considering the coordination of various energy storage systems in CESS. To describe the degree of coordination, a new index, i.e. state of charge coordinated response margin of supercapacitor energy storage system, is presented. Based on the proposed control strategy and index, an optimization model was formulated to minimize the total equivalent cost in a given period for two purposes. The one is to obtain optimal control parameters of an existing CESS, and the other is to obtain the integrated optimal results of control parameters, maximum power and stored energy capacity for CESS in a given period. Case studies indicate that the developed index, control strategy and optimization model can be extensively applied to optimize the economic and technical characteristics of CESS. In addition, impacts of control parameters are discussed in detail.
