국제 건축전기설비기준(IEC60364)의 국내 적용 실태조사 (An Investigation into the Actual Condition of Electrical Equipments Installation and Management for Application to IEC60364 in Korea)

  • 본 논문에서는 건축물 전기설비의 운용실태를 조사하였으며 기술기준에 준하여 시공된 국내 설비를 IEC60364에 적용할 시 문제점을 검토하였다. 국내 기술기준에 준해 시공된 건축전기설비는 TT계통과 유사하나 건물내 모든 금속도체를 보호도체(PE conductor)에 접합하여 등전위시키는 IEC60364와 차이점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 건축전기설비 중IEC60364를 적용하여 시공된 설비에 대한 실태조사를 통해 이해 부족 및 기술기준과 IEC60364의 혼용으로 인한 문제점을 도출하고 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • A size of low-voltage conductor cables is determined by the voltage drop of a system, the cable impedance and the cable ampacity based on temperature correction factor in accordance with the condition of cable installation. Therefore, the proper temperature correction factor according to the condition of cable installation should be applied to determining the cable ampacity and also the skin effect and proximity effect, along with the kind and size of conductor and the condition of cable installation, should be properly considered to analyze the proper value of resistance and the reactance of the conductors. This paper addresses the systematic design flow for determining the size of low voltage level conductor cables in calculating the temperature character where error should be minimized in comparison with the general formula and which can be applied in design work for determining the size of conductor cables.

  • This paper describes the safety condition of power utilities installed on underground premises when flooding occurs. As advance preparations, the statistical data were investigated based on the rainfall trend; the flooding damage; the power utilities installation; the electric shock accidents, and domestic md foreign regulations pertaining to the power utilities installation on underground premises were also compared and analyzed. After the preliminaries, the safety condition of underground power utilities was inspected at site and the results were reflected on considering countermeasures. Based on the further studies, the regulations closely related to the underground power utilities installation can be modified.

  • We research hardware and software for measurement of most suitable condition of the plant growth. that is put of the future oriented that plant growing system. The environment cannot offer the most suitable condition of the plant growth. so we are approached most suitable condition of the plant growth by adjustment of artificial condition of the plant growth but in theses experiment includes some fault that is subjectivity of observation. therefor we develop vision equipment and software for objective observation measurement.

  • In this paper, the recent technologies of a guardlamp are surveyed and the research on the actual condition of the management and maintenance is carried out. In addition, this paper intends to arouse people's attention to the electrical disasters caused by neglecting the installation, operation, management and maintenance of the guardlamp. In the process of the research, a field survey, a meeting of interested persons and manufacturers were performed and their opinions were reflected.

  • 본 논문에서는 건축물 전기설비의 IEC 60364를 기반으로 개발된 점검기법을 이용하여 실태 조사를 실시하였다. 점검기법 개발을 위한 분석대상은 기술기준에 준하여 시공된 국내 건축전기설비와 IEC 60364로 시공된 건축전기설비를 대상으로 차이점을 분석하였다. 측정 요소는 Loop impedance, 차단기 동작특성, 보호도체의 연속성을 측정하였다. 조사결과 국내 건축전기설비의 경우 TT시스템과 유사하지만 보호도체의 연속성에 문제가 있었다. TN-C-S로 시공된 건축전기설비의 경우 시공은 정확하게 되어 있었으나 담당자의 IEC 60364와 관련된 이해가 부족한 상태였다.

  • V type suspension string sets prevent instabilities from swing motion by the horizontal angle and by wind pressure. These installation conditions are controled mainly 3 items - normal swing angle by horizontal angle of line, unusual swing angle by strong wind, minimum vertical loads. We calculated and analysed that factors for the 765kV transmission line condition. And we were tested swing characteristics of V-string sets in real size test situation. So, we find to installation condition for the V type suspension string sets. This results will be used to design of V type suspension string set and to decision of the installation condition.

  • 인공어초의 기능을 복원하기 위하여 어초시설과 함께 어초어장의 사후관리는 중요하다. 전남 여수지역 6,142ha에 시설된 인공어초어장에 대하여 양방향음향탐사기(Side Scan Sonar) 및 잠수조사를 실시하고 어초의 시설상태, 생물상, 폐그물량을 조사하였다. 또한 보다 낳은 인공어초 사후관리 방법을 알아보고자 하였다.

Analytical Research of Topside Installation in Mating phase with Crane Vessel

  • The installation of a topside structure can be categorized into the following stages: start, pre-lifting, lifting, lifted, rotating, positioning, lowering, mating, and end of installation. The transfer of the module onto the floating spar hull occurs in the last three stages, from lowering to the end. The coupled multi-body motions are calculated in both calm water and in irregular waves with a significant wave height (1.52m). The effects of the hydrodynamic interactions between the heavy lifting vessel and the spar hull during the lowering and mating stages are considered. The internal forces caused by the load transfer and ballasting are derived for the mating phases. The results of the internal forces for the calm water condition are compared with those in the irregular sea condition. Although the effect of the pitch motion on the relative vertical motion between the deck of the floating structure and the topside module is significant in the mating phases, the internal force induced pitch motion is too small to have this influence. However, the effect of the internal force on the wave-induced heave responses in the mating phases is noticeable in the irregular sea condition because transfer mass-induced draught changes for the floating structure are observed to have higher amplitudes than the external force induced responses. The impacts of the module on the spar hull in the mating phase are investigated.

영상전류 측정을 이용한 부재수용가의 전기설비에 대한 안전확보 방안 (A Plan to Ensure Safety of Electrical Installation in Empty Houses by Measuring Zero Phase Current)

  • A electrical fault that may generate an electrical disaster is defined as any abnormal condition caused by reduction in the insulation strength. To find out the abnormal condition, periodical inspections have being performed every 3 years. Recently, the number of empty houses during normal working hours is rising by dramatic increase in the number of nuclear families and double income families. To define the potential risk of the electric installation, measurement of zero phase current has been being considered. But the measured value could not be adapted to an absolute reference to the installation because the measured zero phase current value also contained capacitive leakage current. Therefore, in this paper, the correlation between the condition of the electrical installation and the zero phase current was analyzed. The result focuses on to detect them in a cost efficient way.
