  • As 5G mobile systems carry multiple services and applications, numerous user, and application types with varying quality of service requirements inside a single physical network infrastructure are the primary problem in constructing 5G networks. Radio Access Network (RAN) slicing is introduced as a way to solve these challenges. This research focuses on optimizing RAN slices within a singular physical cell for vehicle-to-everything (V2X) and enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) UEs, highlighting the importance of adept resource management and allocation for the evolving landscape of 5G services. We put forth two unique strategies: one being offline network slicing, also referred to as standard network slicing, and the other being Online reinforcement learning (RL) network slicing. Both strategies aim to maximize network efficiency by gathering network model characteristics and augmenting radio resources for eMBB and V2X UEs. When compared to traditional network slicing, RL network slicing shows greater performance in the allocation and utilization of UE resources. These steps are taken to adapt to fluctuating traffic loads using RL strategies, with the ultimate objective of bolstering the efficiency of generic 5G services.

  • The accident which is caused by the press work remains a Permanent obstacle in worker's hand or arms, the disaster ratio is high and the fatal case is many. Mainly Like this accident occurs because the hand to enter with inside of the press die, therefore, basic countermeasure is the safety press. In order to prevent access to mechanical moving part by the hand or any part of the body, it is important to making a safety die design Structurally. It presents the design of the safety press die with suitable structure in the Product's attribute which it had shown in samples, There is a possibility of being difficult because the attribute of safety die design that had present all the productions from research does not agree each other. but because the representative process which is used most at sample had designed, If you were imitates with safety die design base which is presented from this research, It comes to be thought to be the part which can are used at the various sides.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the auto-building algorithm of the Geometric Network Model(GNM), a topology model including geometric information because of the need to reflect the features' geometric characteristic into the topology model, which is for development of indoor 3D virtual model enabling queries. As the critical algorithm, the Straight Medial Axis Transformation(SMAT) algorithm is proposed in order to automatically extract the medial axis of features. The SMAT algorithm is generalized from the existing S-MAT algorithm and a range of target features where applicable is extended from simple polygons to weakly simple polygons which mean the polygons containing the inner ring inside. The GNM built automatically is finally printed out as the .csv file for easy access and w ide application in other systems. This auto-building algorithm of the GNM is available for plenty of cases such as finding a shortest path, guiding a route in emergency situation, and semantic analysis.

  • As the knowledge is recognized as a core factor of organization's competitiveness and creation of value added, the importance of knowledge management is also increased. To achieve the successful knowledge management, it is important to establish strategy that consider essential purpose of knowledge management such as creating and sharing of knowledge resource, improving performance, and continuing organizational innovation within the organization and influence factor inside and outside of organization. Until now, however, the research for knowledge management strategy was mostly limited to the statistical analysis based on the unilinear causality model, and systematic access and analysis that consider interaction and feedback structure between factors. In this paper, we developed the novel decision-making framework for successful strategy establishment by applying the analytic network process(ANP). Specifically. we derive clusters and components to decide the interaction and feedback structure between the elements of knowledge management by literature studies. And we produced relative importance and preference of clusters, components and alternatives dealing with feedback structure through the survey of experts in the field or related one of knowledge management. In result of this study, we expect that it will help the knowledge officer to decide establishing knowledge management strategy.

  • Interlibrary loan has been a very common library service in the developed countries but it is yet to be actualized formerly in Korea. As Korea is moving toward an information society where all the individual user's request in the library should be met, we need to understand, in detail, the theory and practice of interlibrary loan service. As various information technology has been applied to the libraries, the libraries became the open system. Thus, the libraries become more cooperative, form networks, and make interlibrary loan service available. This study is based on the following three hypothesis formulated from the systems theory. 1. If libraries cooperate each other and form some kind of networks by mail, computers or telecommunications, they become the open system. 2. If a library develops as the open system, interlibrary loan becomes available in the library. 3. If the interlibrary loan system works, the role of the librarians will be changed. The research was carried out by analyzing the various studies about interlibrary loan service and by examining the interlibrary loan systerns presently working in the U.S.. The conclusions are reached deductively from the data. Some of the terminology used are defined as follows: System: a network of interrelated procedures that are joined together to perform an activity or to accomplish a specific objective. It is, in effect, all the ingredient which make up the whole. Cooperation: Working together to benefit participant libraries. Network: a much more structured type of cooperation in which definite regions or areas are connected by electronic or other means to promote interlibrary loaning of materials, in-service traing & other sharing of resources. Interlibrary loan: the lending of books between libraries. The model of cooperation or networks was used to be (1) a star type, (2) a hieranchical type, (3) a distributed type or (4) the combination of aforementioned three. However, the development of the telecommunications and computers enables all kinds of libraires cooperate together. Interlibrary loan service starts with the needs of user's information. The information have to be logically accessed through bibliographies, computers, electronic mails and satellite communications. And the logical access requires the information technology and the libraries become cooperative. The physical access to the information follows next but only traditional method of mail and some commercial service are currently available for this purpose. Therefore, researches are needed to develop this physical access. If the libraries form networks, the microaspect of library changes accordingly as the macroaspect changes. If the libraries . cooperate to become one large world library, the librarians plan, organize, control library operations and report the results. And the librarians work inside and outside of the library to cooperate with other libraries. Only the cooperation of the libraries will enhance interlibrary loan and the Korean librarians have to be prepared to accept the new role of librarianship for the interlibrary loan service.

  • PURPOSE. The aim of this study was to evaluate the reliability of implant stability measuring devices depending on the location of the implant and the position of the patient. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Six implants were installed in different dentate sextants of six artificial bone models. Implant stability was measured in three conditions of the bone model (without mounting on a phantom head, mounted on a phantom head in supine position, and mounted on a phantom head in upright position). A resonance frequency analysis device (Osstell) and two damping capacity analysis devices (Periotest and Anycheck) were used to measure implant stability. The values measured outside the phantom head were treated as controls, and the values inside the phantom head were compared using an independent t-test. RESULTS. Osstell showed different results in two of the six divisions in both the supine and upright positions compared to outside of the mouth (P < .05). Periotest showed different results in all six parts in the supine position and in five parts in the upright position compared to outside of the mouth (P < .05). While Anycheck showed different results in five areas in the supine position compared to outside of the mouth, it showed different results in only one area in the upright position (P < .05). CONCLUSION. In the difficult implant position for the operator to access, the implant stability measuring devices show less reliability. The accessibility of implant is greatly affected in the order of Osstell, Anycheck, and Periotest.
