The Korean government amended the Environmental Technology and Industry Support Act to foster the environment industry and support the advancement of domestic environmental companies into overseas markets. The amended act reflects changes in the government's policies on environment related issues. This paper uses outcomes of research conducted on environmental policies in foreign countries and the current status of the domestic environment industry to present long-term strategic plans and measures to support the expansion of environmental companies into the global markets and to vitalize the environment industry at home. The suggestions for assisting domestic companies in making inroads into overseas markets are as follows: building up and expanding cooperative network; fostering promising companies and exports by making the right choices and focuses; diversification of export markets and strengthening supports for development of new customers; promoting supports for winning overseas projects; and developing cooperative projects to respond to climate change in developing countries using the Global Climate Fund (GCF).

In this paper, we developed a mobile RPG System based on real time. This system includes game engine based on real time, system library, item trade server based on network, and client tools. Also, to make inroads into USA market, we are using smart phone platform based on Microsoft Windows CE.

Ethylene oxide gas has been used as a cold sterilant for heat-sensitive medical equipments and as a fumigant for food for more than 30 years, and it is used more widely than radiation although radiation sterilization has made significant inroads in recent years. But according to recent studies of toxicities such as mutagenicity, haemolytic effect and possible carcinogenicity of Ethylene oxide (ETO) and its two main reaction products, Ethylene chlorohydrin (ETCH) and Ethylene glycol (ETG), Environmental Protection Agency in U.S.A. has suggested some regulations on residual gas in drug products and medical devices for human use. The mutagenic activity of ETO compared with that of X-ray has an equivalency of 1 ppm/hr for ETO as compared to 20 mrad for X-ray, and one could suggest the present maximum allowable concentration for ETO (50 ppm) should be 400 times lower than the radiation standard (2.5 mrad/hr). Although radiation sterilization has advantages of simplicity of operation and complete reliability, changes of physico-chemical properties with possible formation of toxic substances may occur. It is therefore necessary to make some regulations of our own for residual toxicities orginated from each sterilization method.

Organic farming is an emerging area for crop and livestock production, processing, marketing, trade and consumption, and, therefore, for research all over the world. In developed countries it has made significant inroads but the developing countries especially the Asian countries are in the stage of conception only, as far as organic livestock production is concerned. Some Latin American countries have started exporting organic meat products to developed countries. In such a scenario, information needed in the area of organic livestock production has increased significantly. This paper reviews the developments so far and prospects for future for organic meat production in Asian countries.

Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) is a technically and economically proven technology for boiler systems and large CFB coal boilers are making inroads into the domestic power boiler market. For biomass gasification, it is also considered as a very promising technology for commercial. Due to the lack of experiences of a large scale CFB gasifier, however, any large scale CFB gasifiers are hard to in Korea in spite of fast-growing demand of domestic market. In this study, a 3 $MW_{th}$ CFB gasifier was developed for biomass gasification. The CFB gasifier consists of interconnected fast and bubbling fluidized bed reactors including unique features for in-situ tar removal. Various numerical and experimental approaches will be presented such as basic modeling works, investigation of hydrodynamics with a cold model, computational particle fluid dynamics and experiments in the 3 MWth gasifier.

Polymer solar cells have become one of the rising next generation solar cells due to their potential for lightweight and bendable plastic solar modules. Recently, the power conversion efficiency of polymer solar cells has reached ~8 %, which can make ~6 % plastic solar modules when it comes to the modular aperture ratio of ~80 %. Although this efficiency is far behind that of conventional inorganic solar cells, the plastic solar modules are expected to create new energy market into which the inorganic solar modules could not make inroads. In the near future, the plastic solar modules can be integrated with consumer electronics that should overcome the regulation of energy consumption. For this application, the polymer solar cells should be fabricated in a variety of module shapes, which can be resolved by employing conventional and/or advanced coating and molding technologies of plastics products. In this tutorial, the fundamental aspect of polymer solar cells will be briefly introduced and then recent trends in terms of materials and devices will be reviewed together with showing recent results in organic nanoelectronics laboratory.

The purpose of this research is to design a road using digital photogrammatry method to generate DEM(digital elevation model) and digital ortho image based on GSIS which was applied to the road simulation. The example study area was the suburbs of Jeju city. To this study, 1/5,000 digital map and GSIS technique were used for optimum road design of the island based on Arc View software. Using this software we can Set an overlay map by combination of hill shade map, slope map, aspect map, and building buffer map. Based on this overlap map, we designed the best road line and along this line we performed three dimensional road simulation using Microstation CAD and Inroads road design programs. From the results, we found that the DEM and digital ortho image acquired from stereoairphoto using digital photogrammatry was satisfied for choosing the best roadline and the developed three dimensional road simulation technique using GSIS technique was very useful to estimate the reasonable road design before the real road construction works.

Designers in Korea have stuck to development of furniture which has high reliance of foreign national resources. They made mistake that they didn't try to make inroads into the world market. They have kept production system of labor intensive method till 1990. They imitated foreign manufactures to win in domestic economy. It became the complete lack of exploitation experience and brought stagnation of design which couldn't defeat. Now Korea is making progressive impression in territory of an electron and information in a foreign market. A new progress of furniture design which was developed centering around a digital suggest a new appearance that will lead a future with modernization in a space of residence. This sis a new starting point which was most completed by anyone. If we will prepare without delay we can take part in a world market with competitive power.

China that holds various and plentiful food resources had little growth in dairy industry compared with her long history. But after the establishment the People's Republic of China, It began to activate. Because of the economic growth and the improvement of living standard of China, dairy products were becoming common food, so Chinese dairy industry was considering as a industry which accomplishes a rapid growth. On the ground of a sudden economic growth, the progress of income level of China and the open economy, the world dairy industry was concerned about the Chinese market, so, the Chinese dairy industry would bring an exorbitant change in the world dairy industry. Therefore, We Korean dairy industry must make inroads into the Chinese market by making a royalty profit through the transfer of technical know-how and the export of dairy products.

The world has been transfiguring so rapidly thesedays. Especially, Shanghai, the symbol of the modernization of China, its speed is now so transcendental, indeed. A lot of Korean companies have made inroads into the China market so actively. There a building called PosPlaza was investigated by PohangJechul(POSCO) in the financial business trade area of Pudong, Shanghai. It has a main building of thirty-four stories with an industrial of four stories as an office area, which is now perceived as a symbolic architecture of Pudong. As for many employers who needed a large-scale restaurant, it was planned to pursue the convenience, to feel the Korean traditions and the cozy of the sunshine through the large flat window with the simplicity as the people enter the main hall.
