최근 국내외에서 디지털 경제와 플랫폼 생태계에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 이에 대한 연구도 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 플랫폼을 다룬 연구들 중에서도 플랫폼 생태계에 공급자로 참여하는 보완자들이 얻는 효익과 관련한 연구들을 분석하여 향후 이 분야의 새로운 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 플랫폼이 참여자에게 어떠한 효익을 주는 지를 실증 데이터를 토대로 검증한 연구들을 분석하였다. 체계적인 연구 동향 분석을 위하여 먼저 기존 플랫폼 생태계를 바라보는 관점을 산업조직론적 관점, 기술 경영학적 관점, 전략 경영학적 관점, 그리고 경제 사회학적 관점들로 나누어 이들 관점이 각각 어디에 주목하여 디지털 플랫폼 생태계를 이해하고 있는 지에 대하여 논의하였다. 그런 다음 디지털 플랫폼의 보완자들이 획득하는 효익을 다룬 실증 연구들을 첫째, 혁신적 관점, 둘째, 경제적 관점, 셋째, 사회적 관점으로 나누어서 분석하였다. 본 연구는 기존 연구들의 동향을 분석적이고 체계적인 프레임을 기반으로 살펴봄으로써 플랫폼 생태계에 대하여 보다 깊이 있는 이해를 도울 수 있는 계기를 제공하고자 하였으며, 나아가 향후 플랫폼 생태계 분야의 연구 방향과 정책적 함의를 제시하고 있다.

정보기술의 발달로 플랫폼 비즈니스가 활성화되면서 기술기반 비즈니스 생태계가 시장에서 차지하는 역할과 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 정보기술이 기반이 되어 사회적으로 영향을 미치는 비즈니스 플랫폼 형태를 생태계 관점의 기존 연구에서 포괄적으로 분석한 연구는 부족하다. 또한 기존의 플랫폼 비즈니스 연구는 각 플랫폼 간 비교를 통해 플랫폼 자체의 생존, 성장, 진화에 대한 거시적 연구가 대부분이다. 그러나 각 플랫폼 내에서 개체들의 생존과 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구는 드물다. 본 연구는 경제학, 사회학, 사회기술생태학, 조직학, 마케팅 등 생태계 관점을 적용하여 현상을 설명하고자 하는 연구분야에서 생태계 연구로서 가장 많이 인용되고 있는 연구들 중 생태계 내 구성원 간 상호작용, 생존, 성장에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 중심으로 분석한 논문들을 추출하여 분석하였다. 이들을 리뷰한 결과 구성원의 생태계 내 생존을 결정하는 상호작용의 특징은 경쟁력, 관계성, 적응성으로 도출하고 있음을 분석해 내고 이 세 가지 특성을 각 분야에서 어떠한 관점으로 설명하고 있는지 리뷰하였다. 본 연구는 후속연구가 생태계 관점에 깊이 뿌리를 두고 새로운 플랫폼 비즈니스를 이해할 수 있도록 기반연구로서 자리잡을 수 있을 것이다.

KIPRIS patent database was analyzed for identifying the technological status of Daedeok Innopolis Biocluster. It was found that the pattern of activities among various technological areas in Daedeok Biocluster is similar to that of an advanced country rather than those of other cities in Korea. The technological growth in Daedeok Innopolis Biocluster is in the progressive stage, which may be due to the innovative activities rather than the rise in the number of new firms or institutes. The concentration of technology in Daedeok Innopolis Biocluster is a favorable condition for the innovation activities. The trend for the technological concentration was remarkably consistent with the growth curve that a population increases according to the logistic equation. The logistic growth may be represented by the result of competition due to the limited resource allocation and then innovation cluster is corresponding to the ecosystem composed by biological individuals. There is strong competition in Daedeok Innopolis Biocluster in around 2009, so the government might make a policy to encourage the technological diversity for healthy knowledge ecosystem.

The government has designated the hydrogen industry as one of the three most innovative industries and is making a lot of investment and support. Chungcheongbuk-do and Chungju are developing strategies to foster local industries in line with these government policies. Hyundai Mobis's Chungju plant, located in Chungju, is the only fuel cell plant in Korea and is emerging as the center of hydrogen cars as the government's hydrogen mobility industry expands. Chungcheongbuk-do and Chungju City seek to attract relevant institutions and companies based on their regional strengths. In this paper, the current status of hydrogen industry in Chungcheongbuk-do and Chungju-si is discussed and future plans are discussed.

Increase in avian species richness is one of the important issues of urban biodiversity policies, since it can promote diverse ecosystem services such as seed dispersal, education, and pollination. However, though human disturbance can significantly affect avian species richness, there are limited studies on the way to reflect the dynamics of floating population. Therefore, this study analyzed the spatial relationship between avian species richness, floating population, and vegetation cover using telecommunications information to identify the areas that requiring targeted monitoring and restoration action. Bivariate Local Moran's I was applied to identify LISA cluster map that showing representative biotopes, which reflect significant spatial relationship between species richness and population distribution. Edge density and distribution of ndvi were identified for evaluating relative adequacy of selected biotopes to strengthen the robust biodiversity network. This study offers insight to consider human disturbance in spatial context using innovative big data to increase the effectiveness of urban biodiversity measures.

Innovation is broadly defined as the creation or adoption of new ideas and technologies, which has become an instrumental tool to determine the success and development level of a country as it leads to competitiveness and productivity of companies. Innovation is influenced by many factors including geographic and socio-economic factors as well as a political framework. In fact, innovation is systemic in nature, and it focuses on interactions amongst a nexus of processes such as Research and Development (R&D), production, business, and education, amongst other factors. However, not all innovation ecosystems have the same architectural models or internal collaboration. This paper aims to review the structure of the National Innovation Ecosystem by highlighting the different actions taken by the Government of Mauritius over the years. The multipronged approach of the government will be demonstrated through the different lines of actions to boost the innovation culture and offers a foundation for other small island developing state to follow to be at par with other innovative economies.

Quantum computing can be a game changer in all areas of economy security, and society, and it is expected to bring innovation to the entire industrial ecosystem. The competition in this industry is accelerating with various countries pushing for policies to preempt technology and maintain a technological advantage. The quantum computing market is expected to show commercial gains in 2027 as an inflection point. Initially, it is expected to replace the high-performance computing market. However the continuous growth of quantum computing will depend on the development innovative services such as ChatGPT in AI, and technological breakthroughs. We examine the definition and outlook, evolution and dynamics, and supply chain structure of the quantum computing industry in an attempt to unveil implications for its development.

As the smartphone market becomes saturated, an innovative device equipped with new features is expected to appear soon in mobile communications. In particular, various possibilities were raised regarding the alternative technologies that can develop post-smartphones, which are differentiated from the current smartphones, as Korea commercialized the 5G infrastructure for the first time in the world. Under these circumstances, the Korean government announced the "5G+ Strategy for Realizing Innovative Growth" in April 2019, vowing to build an innovative industrial ecosystem quickly while creating various convergence services based on the 5G infrastructure. As described above, the policy importance of the alternative technologies that will develop post-smartphones is increasing, but the theoretical study on the technology evolution of post-smartphones has not been systematically conducted until now. This study reviewed the alternative technologies that can develop post-smartphones through documentary research, and data mining analysis was performed on the research result using actual data. The policy priority was also set quantitatively for the alternative technologies of post-smartphones in order to determine the alternative post-smartphone technology that the government should focus on given the constraint of limited resources. As a results, autonomous vehicle(43.68%) was found to be most important, followed by artificial intelligence(17.4%) and Internet of Things(13.1%), among alternative technologies that could develop into the post-smartphone.

Purpose: The objective is to extract insights that can contribute to the formulation of harmonized international policies and support measures for innovative medical devices and management systems. This study aims to propose effective strategies for future medical device innovation and healthcare delivery. Results: It investigates technological advancements, regulatory approval systems, insurance policies, and successful commercialization cases in South Korea, the United States, and the European Union. In 2018, the FDA implemented insurance coverage for Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and recognized insurance coverage for Digital Therapeutics (DTx). Germany is a country that ensures permanent reimbursement for healthcare applications since 2020, making it the first country to provide legal health insurance coverage for fostering a digital ecosystem. Conclusion: The findings of this research highlight the importance of cultivating a supportive regulatory and environmental framework to facilitate the adoption of innovative medical devices. Continuous support for research and development (R&D) efforts by companies, along with the validation of clinical effectiveness, is crucial.

본 연구는 디지털 융합시대에 국가 경쟁력의 핵심으로 자리 잡고 있는 방송정보통신산업 구축에 필요한 생태계 정책과 기술혁신 패러다임을 도출하고 이를 통해 모든 매체가 인터넷으로 집중되는 상황을 고려한 추진 전략 및 정책 방향을 제안하고자 한 것이다. 방송정보통신 산업은 컨버전스 시대의 특성을 기반으로 자생력을 확보하기 위한 방송과 통신 간의 전략적 협력적 파트너십과 그에 따른 융합미디어의 이용자 중심 미디어 환경체계 구축을 목표로 하고 있다. 따라서 효율적인 뉴미디어 체제의 구축은 플랫폼과 콘텐츠, 서비스, 그리고 생태계 관점에서 선순환적인 성공전략 수립을 전제로 소비자의 사회적 합의를 기반으로 한 열정적인 정책의 변화 요구 도출이 전제되어야 한다. 본 연구는 디지털 융합 인프라와 환경은 세계 최고 수준인 우리나라의 스마트미디어의 글로벌화 및 통합방송정책 수립의 동향과 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, IT 기술 중심에서 융 복합 비즈니스 중심으로 전환되면서 통신사, 포털 등 다양한 IT기업들의 생태계 구축 경쟁이 심화될 전망이다. 둘째, 스마트 디바이스와 클라우드 서비스의 결합은 스마트 시대 미디어 산업계의 아이콘이다. 셋째, IT 산업은 기존의 PC 중심에서 웹 기반 서비스 구조로 전환돼 웹이 하나의 거대한 운영체제와 같은 플랫폼으로 진화될 것이다. 넷째, 미디어산업은 스마트화, 소셜화 등의 특성으로 지속적인 영역 확장이 이루어질 것이다. 요약하면 다음과 같다. 공공 이용권 개념 정립 및 저작권법 개정을 통한 플랫폼 간 끊임없이 서비스 제공이 이루어져야 하고, 산업 활성화 위주의 정책 보완 및 규제 완화, 방송통신 융합서비스의 체계적 연구가 선결되어야 할 주요 과제인 것으로 나타났다. 산업적 시각에서 방송정보통신 매체정책 및 제도의 개편방안을 종합적이고 체계적으로 재정립하여 발전적 혁신 모형을 제안하고 미디어 영향력 측정 및 정책 이니셔티브에 대한 객관적 평가체계의 수립을 향후 과제로 논의하였다.
