본 연구의 목적은 융복합 시대에서 지속가능경영활동(사회적 활동, 경제적 활동, 환경적 활동)과 혁신성(관리혁신, 기술혁신)간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 다양한 영역에서 시행된 선행연구들을 바탕으로 지속가능 경영활동과 혁신성간의 관계에 대한 모형을 구성하고 기업에 근무하는 종업원들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 연구모형의 검정은 기술적 분석, 신뢰성 분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 통계적 기법을 활용하여 실시되었다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 지속가능경영활동의 세 가지 측면 모두 혁신성에 통계적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 지속가능경영활동의 각 활동들이 적절하게 수행된다면 혁신성을 창출할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한, 실행적인 측면에서 기업의 혁신성을 증대시키기 위해서는 기업 구성원들이 지속가능경영활동을 잘 이해할 수 있는 교육이나 실행전략이 필요할 것이다. 따라서 기업은 지속가능경영활동과 혁신성의 적절한 조화를 이루어 수행해 나감에 따라 지속가능한 기업이 될 것으로 기대된다.

This research is the analysis of using structural equation method in order to investigate the cause and effect relationship among the elements related to the innovation activity and the degree of the influence on that, and in order to make sure the sequential processes into the meaningful management performance for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of a various of innovation activities performing in the domestic small and medium enterprise. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers, workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 206 sheets. we analyzed 169 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

본 연구의 목적은 물류기업의 혁신활동이 혁신성과와 서비스품질의 개선에 영향을 미치는지 여부와 혁신활동을 통해 창출된 혁신성과와 서비스품질이 물류기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 있다. 우선 혁신활동, 혁신성과에 관련된 이론과 선행연구를 분석하였다. 그리고 혁신성과와 함께 서비스품질의 개선에 관한 선행연구들도 분석하였다. 이를 근거로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 이를 분석하기 위해, 한국노동연구원의 사업체패널 자료를 활용했고, 총 88개의 샘플을 사용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 구조방정식 분석을 위해 PLS를 이용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 물류기업의 혁신활동은 혁신성과와 서비스품질개선의 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 혁신성과와 서비스품질은 재무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 물류기업에게 혁신활동은 물류기업에게 뚜렷한 경쟁우위를 가져다주고, 서비스품질의 개선을 가져다주게 된다. 이는 물류기업이 경쟁에서 승리하고 생존하기 위해서는 꾸준한 혁신활동이 필요하다는 것을 실증적으로 보여주었다.

L Company is producing the second sept pin, Shadow Mask which is the chief part of CRT in W, Monitor. Inside of the CRT pan, Shadow Mask leads the electronic beam to express the three primary colors; red, green, blue, and it is the core part to embody the colors. In the etching process, it produces this part with manufacturing by eroding the iron chloride. Even though the iron chloride is harmless to human body. it is necessary to diminish the amount of it on the view of preservation of environment. In addition, by studying the method of the dispossed liquid process, cutting down the manufacturing cost is a necessary task on the aspect of reconsideration of competitive business. This study shows the case that through the six sigma innovation activity, it reforms the following the former processing flow, and it reduces the amount of it by improving the efficiency of the iron chloride. By rationalization of the standard requirement cooperative company, it could cut down the manufacturing cost in the cooperative company, so it could promote the common profits.

The aims of this novel work were to determine the microbial strains and exopolysaccharide (EPS) producers in water kefir from Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Thailand. Thirty-three microbial strains were identified using 16S rRNA gene analysis consisting of 18 bacterial strains, as 9 strains of acetic acid bacteria (AAB), 9 strains of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), and 15 yeast strains. All bacteria were able to produce EPS with a diverse appearance on agar media containing different sugars at a concentration of 8%. Culture supernatants from AAB and LAB showed 31-64% 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) scavenging activity with the highest antioxidant activity of 64% from Acetobacter pasteurianus WS3 and WS6. Crude EPS from A. pasteurianus WS3 displayed the highest ferric reducing antioxidant power at 280 mM $FeSO_4/g$ EPS, greatest anti-tyrosinase activity at 20.35%, and highest EPS production of 1,505 mg EPS/L from 8% sucrose. These microbes offer beneficial health implications and their EPSs can be used as food additives and cosmetic ingredients.

혁신활동은 기업 및 국가의 지속적인 성장에 풍요한 요인으로 작용하고 있으며 특히 혁신활동 결과물의 전유문제가 지속적인 혁신활동을 보장하는 중요한 수단으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구는 혁신활동 결과물의 전유방법으로써 대표적으로 대비되는 특허시스템과 영업비밀에 대한 상대적 선호에 혁신주체와 혁신결과물의 득성들이 미치는 영향을 '2005년 기술혁신조사: 제조업부분' 자료와 Ordered Logit 방법을 통해 실증분석하였다. 분석결과 공정혁신활동보다는 제품혁신활동에서 선호도에 미치는 영향이 뚜렷한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대부분의 연구주제에서 본 연구는 기존의 연구 및 전유방법들에서처럼 본연의 특성과 일치하는 결과를 나타냈으나 혁신활동의 정보원천과 관련된 분석결과에서는 기존의 연구와 상당한 차이점이 나타났다. 이는 본 연구가 기존의 연구에 비해 최신의 자료를 이용함으로써 기존연구와의 차별성을 분석해낸 결과로 볼 수 있을 것이다.

Single PPM Quality Innovation activity made a great contribution to strengthening the quality competitiveness and the international competitiveness for the domestic small and medium enterprises. But it doesn't work to companies that deal with the particular products for the difficulties during the promotion and the business management. Then, SQ-Mark, which is currently adopted to domestic automobile companies, was benchmarked and studied for its accessibility and solutions. Quality Innovation activity in the particular industry is requested to conduct the confirmation and the inspection in deeper level caused by the specialty of product itself, product engineering manufacturing processes. This study improved 6 steps of the Single PPM activity so that the Single PPM Quality Innovation activity is progressed well for the Mold industry especially among the particular industries. It shows the improvement to the management of the delivery schedule, which has been problematic, if adopted to the relating industries based on this study, it is anticipated to help the corporate operation much.

본 연구는 중소기업 종사자를 중심으로 양면적혁신활동을 매개변수로 하여 기업의 동적역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 동적역량의 하위변수를 기회탐색역량, 자원획득역량 및 자원재구성역량으로 구분하였다. 수도권에 거주하는 중소기업 종사자들로부터 수집한 설문지 282부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용하여 병렬다중매개모형을 기반으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기회탐색역량과 자원획득역량이 양면적혁신활동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자원재구성역량이 양면적혁신활동에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 양면적혁신활동이 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기회탐색역량과 자원획득역량이 기업성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자원재구성역량과 기업성과 간의 인과관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양면적혁신활동은 기회탐색역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 양면적혁신활동은 자원획득역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 양면적혁신활동은 자원재구성역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구로는 본 연구에서 사용된 매개변수 외에 제 3의 매개변수 발굴과 이를 통한 직렬매개모형 분석과 조절변수가 동시에 포함된 조건부과정 모형을 도입하여 조절된 매개분석을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

기술혁신은 모든 산업에 있어 차별적 경쟁우위의 주요한 원천이 되면서 동시에 기업의 많은 자원이 투자되는 경영활동이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 많은 성공적인 기업의 이면에는 반드시 뛰어난 기술혁신과 이를 위한 투자가 있다. 그러나 기술혁신투자가 모든 경우에 바람직한 성과로 직결되는 것은 아니며 생산전략 및 생산활동과 효과적으로 연계되어야만 가능할 것이다. 본 연구는 Abernathy St Utterback(1975)의 기술혁신모형을 국내 전자산업을 대상으로 실증적으로 검증하고 기술혁신이 생산전략 및 생산활동과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는지를 분석하였다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 기술혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 규범적 연구의 토대를 구축하는 것이 본 연구의 궁극적 목표이다.
