This study investigates the relationship among locus of control, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. First, this study examines the conceptual structures of organizational justice through field study. Second, organizational justice influences job satisfaction. Third, locus of control influences organizational justice. Literature review identified four factors of organizational justice - distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational justice. These identified determinants are expected to have significant relationships with locus of control and job satisfaction. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 members of a manufacturing companies. Among returned questionnaires, 357 samples were used for empirical study. Structural equation analyses based on PLS (partial least square) method were employed to test the hypotheses and the model. The overall adequacy of fit was found to be acceptable. Confirmatory factor analyses supported a 4-factor structure of organizational justice. Distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational justice had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. In addition, the effects of locus of control had significant positive effects on organizational justice factors. The results of this study suggest that interpersonal and informational justice should be regarded as important factors of organizational justice to analyze the relationships between locus of control and job satisfaction as well as the relationships among the justice constructs.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 정보 검색엔진으로부터 2007년부터 2009년까지 3년 동안 인기 검색어를 주제별로 분석함으로써 이용자의 검색어들이 시간이 흐름에 따라 주제별 변화양상을 살펴보았다. 또한 2009년도 네이버에서 제공하고 있는 상위 500개의 인기 검색어를 이용자의 검색의도에 따라 정보획득형(informational), 탐색형(navigational), 트랜잭션(transactional)형태로 구분하여 특성을 분석하였다. 그 결과 시간의 흐름에 따라 이용자의 관심 주제가 다르게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이용자의 검색의도에 따라 인기 검색어를 분류한 결과 정보획득형 82%, 탐색형 10.8%, 트랜잭션형 7.2%로 나타났다. 이러한 연구는 미래의 검색엔진 또는 포털시스템에서 주제별 콘텐트를 구축하여 제공하는 정책수립에도 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다. 더 나아가서 이용자들의 사회적, 문화적 관심사를 분석함으로써 인기키워드의 주제 분석을 통해 나타난 사회 문화적 특성을 파악하는 데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

The development of informational technology has lead to a sharp change in not only the existing way of operations and management, but the way of human life or thinking as well. Those shifts of the paradigm in information technology have also affected Individuals to the organizational structure. A series of unexpected problems was, however, accompanied by the advance in informational technology, which had broaden its own area of application. Those problems include the losses of property or data the malfunction of systems and their wastefulness would result in, continuous increases in computer crimes, reliability and efficiency of the functional process with the development of information systems, such as the processing problems of inaccurate data, economical issues, and subjects related to safety, as interruptions of privacy, which would result from lots of one's exposure to the drains of personal information. Accordingly, Auditors' roles of information systems, for now, is more important than anything else in that they are responsible for the objective assessment of relevance and effectiveness of internal control systems under the environment of information systems. The objective of the study is, so as to obtain safety of information systems： First, to provide data to line-design internal control systems after finding internal control factors to prevent and eliminate the risks of information systems. Second, to evaluate the priorities of internal control factors with their effective management being considered as the key to settle the problems of risks of information systems. Third, to discriminate what factors affect In evaluating the relative degrees of Importance of internal control factors.

Lim et al. [5] introduce the notion of ordinary smooth topologies by considering the gradation of openness[resp. closedness] of ordinary subsets of X. In this paper, we study a collection of all ordinary smooth topologies on X, say OST(X), in the sense of a lattice. And we prove that OST(X) is a complete lattice.

We initiate the study of interval-valued fuzzy quasi-ideal of a semigroup. In Section 2, we list some basic definitions in the later sections. In Section 3, we investigate interval-valued fuzzy subsemigroups and in Section 4, we define interval-valued fuzzy quasi-ideals and establish some of their basic properties. In Section 5, we obtain characterizations of regular and intraregular semigroups using the machinery developed in the preceding sections.

The World has been rapidly changing into either technological aspects or perception of those who has utilised to the corresponding informational impact. Whatever areas we have actually been involved in are strongly connected with this evolution of informational technology in one way or another. Logistics is not a exception as well as trade. Two main routes in distribution channel such as commercial and physical flow of goods, have been operating in terms of I-business. In order to activate E-trade with E-commerce, E-logistics should be utilised and emphasized in more efficient and effective manner of doing job as a facilitator. So, in this paper, it studied the role of E-logistics to make E-trade better work as well as to look into present situations in E-commerce. Then, it was identified that some facilities as 3PL or shipping company have to adopt information in their business process with a view of valued add service providers. This means those who have implemented E-Logistics activities, should be more competitive in the market, only when they provide the value-added total logistics services.

본 연구는 조선닷컴과 워싱턴포스트의 섹션별 뉴스기사 본문의 하이퍼링크 서비스와 링크된 단어의 콘텐츠 유형을 분석하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 국내 외 인터넷신문의 섹션별 뉴스 분포에서 조선닷컴은 라이프 섹션이 32.4%로 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였으며, 워싱턴포스트는 대체적으로 골고루 분포되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 섹션별 하이퍼링크 서비스를 살펴본 결과 조선닷컴은 정치섹션이 가장 많은 하이퍼링크 서비스를 제공하고 있었으며, 이어서 라이프섹션, 국제섹션 등의 순이었다. 워싱턴포스트는 Politics 섹션, Sports 섹션, Opinions 섹션 등의 순으로 하이퍼링크 서비스를 제공하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 섹션별 뉴스기사 본문 단어에 하이퍼링크 된 콘텐츠 유형을 분석한 결과 조선닷컴과 워싱턴포스트 모두 정보획득형이 가장 많고, 이어서 탐색형, 트랜잭션형 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 인터넷신문의 특성을 이해하고, 다양한 이용자 요구에 적합한 하이퍼링크 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

조직 내부의 정보 노출 위협에 대한 관리가 조직 전체의 정보보안 목표 달성에 기여할 수 있음이 밝혀지면서, 조직들은 내부자에 적용되는 정보보안 정책을 엄격하게 구축하고, 보안 시스템에 대한 투자를 높이고 있다. 하지만, 정보보안 사고는 한 명의 고의적인 정보 노출에 의해서도 조직에 피해를 주므로, 심리적 측면에서 내부자의 정보보안 준수 행동 강화를 위한 노력을 하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구는 정보보안에 대한 불확실한 조직환경이 어떻게 개인의 정보보안 관련 행동에 영향을 주는지를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구는 정보보안 정책 구축 및 활용하는 조직의 내부자를 대상으로 설문하였으며, 440개의 표본을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 정보보안 기술 및 커뮤니케이션 불확실성이 정보보안 예상 불안을 통해 정보보안 제언 행동을 감소시켰으며, 개인의 정보 영향 민감성이 정보보안 기술, 커뮤니케이션, 그리고 예상 불안에 의해 변화되는 제언행동을 조절하였다. 연구의 결과는 실무적으로 불확실한 정보보안 환경의 보완 필요성과 개선 방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this article is to problematize the existence of a possible Ibero-American informational thinking. It was initially observed that a relative absence of Ibero-America in the international presentations and mappings of information science exists. Below, the reality of the 22 countries that compose Ibero-America is discussed, a region that can be understood from a sociocultural and geopolitical perspective. Then, a mapping of the information science research in these countries is made. The main research topics found are: epistemological studies, relationships with library science, information literacy, representation and organization, bibliometric studies, information management, user studies, technological dimensions, and relationships with archival science and museum studies. Finally, a general epistemological configuration of information science is presented at a global level, highlighting the great trends of study of information that marked the decades of the 1960s and 1970s (physical model), 1980s and 1990s (cognitive model), and the 21st century (sociocultural model), and which manifested themselves in the different subareas that make up the field. The most recent research in information science, in addition to addressing information transfer (physical dimension) and its relationship with data and knowledge (cognitive dimension), has also incorporated aspects related to the social effects of information, its role in the constitution of identities and culture, and the importance of its material conformations. Such expansion reflects attempts to address the complexity of informational phenomena. Therefore, it is concluded that it is important to place the specific contributions of Ibero-America in this context.
