The purpose of this research is to investigate success factors of knowledge management in Korea companies. The research scheme was experimented through a questionnaire survey answered by 87 companies. The research model was composed of five groups : 1) CEO support and business strategics, 2) organization culture 3) information technology characteristic of knowledge workers 4) a reward and performance measurement 5) knowledge management system. The results of this research indicated that the CEO support and organization culture are important factors for knowledge activities. The information technology characteristic of knowledge workers and a reward have small effects for knowledge activities. Manufacturing companies and non-manufacturing companies need different knowledge management strategies. The results of this study will be helpful for the success implementation of knowledge management in Korean companies.

교육에 있어서 질이란 쉽게 정의될 수 있는 것이 아니다. 마찬가지로 원격교육에서도 그 질의 문제는 이야기하는 사람과 그의 관심사에 따라 조금씩 다른 각도에서 정의되고 다양한 성공요인을 제시한다. 인터넷의 확산으로 원격교육 시스템 구축과 활용은 점차적으로 매우 중요한 전략 요인으로 부각되고 있으며, 이와 함께 국내적으로 원격교육 시스템 구축에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있는 편이다. 그러나 대체로 기술적인 면에 치중해 있으며, 성공적인 원격교육 시스템 구축을 위한 성공요인에 대한 연구가 아직은 미비한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 효과적인 웹기반 원격교육 시스템 구현을 위한 주요 성공요인을 마련하여 원격교육 시스템에서 사용자 성과를 효과적으로 극대화시키고자 하였다.

최근 들어 기업정보 시스템의 성공적인 활용은 기업의 효과적인 전략 수행과 기업 경영 목적 달성에 핵심적인 역할을 하고 있다. 기업정보 시스템의 도입 성공 여부를 결정하는 인자 중의 하나가 시스템 활용도로서, 정보시스템 활용도를 측정하는 효과적인 방안을 마련하는 것은 기업 경영에서 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 프로세스 마이닝 기법을 이용한 로그 데이터 분석을 통해 정보 시스템 활용도를 평가한다. 즉, 기본적인 접속 로그 통계뿐만 아니라 정보시스템을 실제로 사용하는 순서를 패턴화하고 유사 사용 기능을 군집화하여, 정보시스템 설계시에 예상하였던 시스템 사용 순서/기능과 실제 현황을 비교함으로써 기존 정보시스템을 개선하거나 확장하는데 피드백을 제공하고자 한다.

저출산 고령화, 낮은 노동 생산성, 고질적인 대도시 교통 혼잡으로 인한 사회적 손실 등의 현안을 해결하고자 정부는 스마트워크 활성화 전략을 수립하여 전체 노동인구의 30%까지 스마트워크 근무율을 높여나가기로 했다. 따라서 본 연구는 스마트워크센터의 인프라와 서비스 측면에서 스마트워크센터의 성공요인들이 무엇인지 실증적으로 연구를 실시하였다. 정보시스템 성공모형(IS Success Model)을 기반으로 스마트워크센터의 성공적인 사용(활성화)에 영향을 주는 요인은 사용자에게 직접적으로 영향을 주는 출입통제나 온라인 좌석 예약시스템 등의 운영 인프라 품질이 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구결과 도출되었고, 물리적인 시설인프라 품질과 각종 어플리케이션을 제공하는 IT인프라 품질은 사용자 만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 사용자 만족은 스마트워크 센터 사용에 영향을 미침으로서 시설인프라 품질과 IT인프라 품질은 간접적으로 스마트워크센터 사용에 영향을 주는 것으로 연구결과 밝혀졌다.

Partner relationship management (PRM) refers to processes and methodologies associated with managing the relationship between corporations and their partners. Recently, the importance of PRM has been increasingly emphasized, and it is considered as a core competitive factor for firms whose sales heavily rely on the intermediate distributor. In this paper, we identify key success factors for PRM system based on literature review on CRM system and interviews with domain experts, and prioritize them from two different perspectives, firms and partners, based on analytical hierarchy process. Partners responded that trust-building between firms and partners, quality of system, and satisfaction level for information system have high priorities, while firms responded that quality of system, information share, and trust building between firms and partners. Identified factors and evaluated priorities can provide a strategic guideline when planning the PRM system building.

본 연구는 시스템의 구조 인식에 유효한 FSM을 이용하여 기업프로젝트 성과요인에 대한 층별 구조는 알 수 있지만 각 층에 속해 있는 성과요인에 대한 층별 간의 관계에 대해서는 알 수 없다는 관점에서 퍼지시스템을 이용하여 기업프로젝트 성과요인의 층별 관계에 대한 구조를 분석하고자 한다. 최하층과 중간층, 중간층과 최상층과의 관계를 가능적인 면과 필연적인 면이 섞여 있는 형태의 기업프로젝트 평가모델을 이용하여 구한 퍼지관계행렬로서 퍼지관계분석을 행하고 그 유용성을 보였다.

This dissertation searched for a social function and role of university, and problems of information-oriented universities through the analysis of the present conditions of university ERP systems in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find main success factors by investigating case studies on university ERP systems (university own development systems, Korean ERP systems, foreign ERP systems, etc.) and by referring to documentary records on the existing research. Especially this study observed university management. from an innovative aspect by studying success factors for information-oriented university connecting general functions of universities like education, research, and administration service, etc. This study result will suggest outline effective and practical implementation strategies for university administration information systems.

According to the analysis results, first, the purpose of information system is usually internal-oriented (decrease of employees and increase of productivity) in the port-logistics industry. Second, the success factor of information system for internal strategy group is different for its external strategy group. Third, the external enviornment factors affect on the information strategy and the success factor in the port-logistics industry. Therefore, I think that it is necessary for the port-logistics industry to consider the information strategy direction and its affecting factors in the port-MIS.

건설 PMIS(Project Management Information System, 이하 PMIS)는 과거의 업무보조 수단에서 벗어나 프로젝트의 성공을 위한 필수적인 도구 중의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 정보관리시스템 구축 목표와 전략 부재로 인해 투자비 규모 설정은 물론 파급영향에 대한 기대감 상실로 정보화 노력이 일시적 현상에 그치고 있다. 이는 정보화 투자 대비 효과에 대한 검증이 부족하여 정보화를 추진하는데 있어 동기 부여가 되지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 PMIS의 품질요인과 프로젝트 관리의 성공 간에 영향관계를 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 건설 프로젝트 관리의 성공요인, 정보시스템 품질평가 및 성공모델 도출에 대한 기존 문헌고찰을 통해 프로젝트관리의 성공과 PMIS의 품질을 측정하기 위한 평가항목을 구성하였으며 실제 PMIS의 사용자인 시공사, 사업관리자(Construction Manager, 이하 CM)를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료들로 통계프로그램인 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 통해 건설 사업에서 PMIS의 품질요인과 프로젝트 관리의 성공간의 영향관계를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다.

Current audit reports on IS development projects provide useful information to stakeholders but have such limitations as the lack of quantification of audit results and the insufficient recommendations on success factors. The purpose of this study is to solve these limitations, leading audit reports to become of future-oriented contents and form. This research was conducted through the logical inference from the review on the related literature, the analysis of audit reports from 1996 to 1998, and the collection of data from interviews and questionnaires with IS auditors. As a result of the study, eighteen success factors were identified for the development of IS projects, including the adequate composition of the system development team, the degree of project manager's cooperation with the client organization, and the timing of decision making.
