Blog is a new global phenomenon, but many research papers about organizational blog have not been shown. In this study the influencing factors of the organizational blog usage are empirically investigated, and several guidelines are suggested to IT professionals who involves the design and implementation of the organizational blog. The research model consists of seven independent variables, one dependent variable, and two moderating variables. The following variables are established as the independent variables; information, interface, service, communication, enjoy, performance expectation, and social influence. Two dimensions such as need and orientation are suggested for the moderating variables, and the actual usage is adopted as a dependent variable. As a result of multiple regression analysis using a stepwise method, the independent variables except for interface and communication affect the actual usage of organizational blogs. The moderating effects for need and orientation are partially supported. The implications of this study are as the followings; (1) The empirical factors affecting the usage of organizational blogs are empirically investigated, (2) The affecting factors vary according to the type of organizational blogs, and (3) Some guidelines are suggested for organizational blog's design.

This study provides empirical evidence for the role of IT professional's expertise in hospital IT service encounters. It is posited here that IT professional's technological expertise and business expertise are associated with relationship quality(trust, satisfaction, commitment). Partial least square analyses are conducted, using data collected from 216 hospital workers. The results confirm that technological expertise strongly impacts on commitment and business expertise maintain a strong impact on satisfaction and trust. This study uses a cross-sectional survey as a research method. Longitudinal study seems necessary to further explore how expertise perception is actually formed between IT professionals and users in hospital service environments. The analysis also reveals that it takes time to grow relationship quality. Implications are discussed, and further studies are suggested.

위치정보란 특정한 물건이나 개인이 특정한 시점에 존재하거나 존재하였던 장소에 관한 정보이다. 스마트폰이 대중화되면서 위치정보는 단순히 장소에 관한 정보를 넘어서 개인의 위치정보를 이용한 서비스가 대세를 이루고 있다. 그러나, 개인정보의 유출로 야기되는 문제는 금전적 경제적 손실을 넘어서 개인의 이동경로 혹은 개인의 위치를 직접적으로 확인할 수 있는 정보이기 때문에 개인의 신상에 영향을 미칠 수도 있다. 개인위치정보의 관리를 위한 위치기반 서비스들을 통제할 수 있는 가이드 등이 부족한 현실이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개인의 위치정보 침해 및 유 노출을 사전에 통제하기 위해 정보시스템 분석 설계 운영 단계에서 개인위치정보에 감리를 수행할 때, 사법처리기준, 재무손실등급, 개인위치정보 중요도, 점검항목의 중요도가 포함된 점검항목을 제안하였으며, 전문가들의 설문 조사를 통하여 제안한 점검항목에 대한 적합성을 검증하였다.

SOA has been adopted by enormous number of organizations world-wide. This study has investigated significant factors which affect SOA adoption in positive and negative manner. Unlike the previous similar studies, where they focused on qualitative analysis for SOA adoption, this study conducted a quantitative analysis to investigate the relationship between the adoption of SOA and the performance of IT organizations. In order to conduct the research, an online questionnaire was created and distributed among SOA experts through the social networking platform of professionals, LinkedIn. Total one hundred and four (104) respondents from thirty (30) different countries participated in this study. The results of this study indicate that there are both positive and negative influences upon SOA adoption. The positive influences includes: governance, strategy, culture and communication, business and IT alignment and ROI; whereas complexity, security concerns, and costs have negatively affected SOA adoption.

National qualification system for SW engineering is intended to be mechanisms to assure the competence of SW professionals. Qualification system for SW engineering can be categorized as national qualification, nationally certified private qualification, and private qualifications. In this paper, we present a summary report of needs analysis for new national qualification systems, based on the survey from human resource department managers of IT companies in IT service, package SW and embedded SW industry. The survey results show that SW qualification system is appropriate for evaluation and career management, but does not provide up-to-date information concerning the technology assessment and change. Based on the result form needs analysis, we suggest the SW specialist and embedded SW specialist as new licenses in national qualification system. In addition, we also propose SW quality management engineer, systems management engineer, IT Protect management engineer, network management engineer and SW architect engineer, as new nationally certified private qualifications.

정부 3.0의 원문정보공개서비스의 대상인 전자기록물이 기록학적인 관점에서 체계적이고 효율적으로 활용되고 있는지를 파악하고자 공공기관의 정보공개담당자들을 대상으로 관련 설문을 조사 분석하였다. 이를 위해 InterPARES의 전자기록물 구성요소에 대하여 기록물의 4대 원칙인 진본성, 신뢰성, 무결성, 이용가능성을 지표로 하는 전자기록물의 구성요소를 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 통하여 원문정보공개서비스에서 전자기록구성요소에 따라 관리하며 향상시킬 수 있는 요인을 찾아 개선해야 할 점을 밝혔다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 원문정보공개서비스 시 전자기록물의 요소들의 개선과 기능보완, 특성에 맞는 서비스 등을 제시하였다.

정보통신기술의 발달과 함께, 인터넷의 사회 경제적 영향력 및 중요성이 급증하고 있으며, 이는 보건의료 분야에서도 다르지 않다. 인터넷상에서 건강정보가 증가하고, 이를 찾고 사용하는 사람들이 증가함에 따라 인터넷에서 제공되는 건강정보는 보건의료전문가, 정보전문가, 건강정보 소비자들의 관심 주제가 되고 있으며, 인터넷에서 제공되는 건강정보의 질 관리 및 올바른 활용을 위하여 건강정보의 질을 보장하거나 판단 시 필요한 기준, 제공시 필요한 기준들이 계속적으로 제시되고 있다. 본 논문은 HON(Health On the Net) Foundation에서 제정하고 있는 HONCODE를 이용하여 현재 국내 인터넷에 정보화 되어 있는 갑상선암에 대한 의료정보를 평가한다. 이를 통하여 갑상선암에 대한 의료정보 제공의 질 제고에 기어코자 한다.

교육 분야에서의 정보시스템 활용도가 높아짐에 따라 교육기관 및 관련기관에서의 개인정보유출 등의 보안사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있지만, 교육기관의 정보보호 업무자의 현황을 파악하고 이를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 교육훈련은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 교육의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 국내 교육관련기관 종사자의 기관유형, 근무지역, 담당직무별로 요구되는 정보보호 분야 지식 및 기술에 차이가 있는지를 정보보호 업무자 대상의 설문결과에 대한 다차원척도법(MDS) 분석을 통해 검증하고, 이를 토대로 교육관련기관의 정보보호 교육 프레임워크를 설계하여 제시하였다.

시민의 정보화 수준 향상을 위해 현재 서울특별시립의 공공도서관에서는 디지털 자료실을 개실하여 인터넷과 DVD 위성방송 등 다양한 전자정보원과 정보서비스를 제공하고 있으며 향후 더 많은 컨텐츠들로 서비스 할 계획이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 서울특별시립 공공도서관 디지털 자료실의 활성화를 위해, S 도서관 전자정보실을 대상으로 마케팅 전략을 적용하여 디지털 자료실의 운영을 보다 체계화하여 정보서비스를 활성화하며, 궁극적으로 보다 많은 이용자를 확보하여, 이용률을 높이고 공공도서관의 정보서비스 경쟁력을 높이는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

최근 수십 년 동안 데이터 집약적인 연구 환경에서, 데이터 중심의 연구의 양이 빠르게 증가하고 있으며 주요 연구 재단의 데이터 관리 정책이 변화되어 왔다. 따라서, 연구자들은 연구데이터를 관리하고 공유하는 데 있어 새로운 도전에 직면하고 있다. 사서는 데이터 관리 지침, 데이터 큐레이션, 데이터 시각화, 데이터 교육 및 훈련 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하기 시작했다. 이에 따라, 사서는 데이터 서비스에서 전문가의 역할을 맡기 시작했다. 하지만, 데이터사서라는 새로운 전문직의 역할과 핵심 역량은 아직 명확하게 확립되지 않았다. 따라서, 데이터사서에 대한 핵심 역량을 식별할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 데이터사서 구직에 필요한 핵심 역량을 파악하고자 2017년부터 2021년까지 등록된 95개의 온라인 구인 광고를 바탕으로 채용 정보를 분석했다. 데이터사서의 핵심 역량은 기술, 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계, 교육/컨설팅, 서비스, 메타데이터, 도서관 경영, 데이터 큐레이션이었다. 기술 역량은 통계 소프트웨어, 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 활용 역량이 중요했다. 본 연구는 데이터사서의 핵심 역량과 구직에 필요한 요구 사항을 파악하는 기초 자료로서 활용될 수 있고, 현장의 요구를 반영한 교과 과정 개발 및 개정에 활용될 수 있다.
