Elementary education is the most fundamental education phase to cultivate a minimum natural quality for basic people life. Because elementary school is a very important step to be a base of lifelong education, it has to lead students to develop a capability of information utilization and rear the ability of self-leading study. Accordingly the elementary school library must be made and managed to cope with a new environment of education and information, as well as it must be a appropriate facilities for the contents of the 7th course of study : The aim of the 7th course of study is to rear the autonomous and creative Korean who lead the age of globalization and information-oriented. It is an ideal that the school library has a separate building for itself as the general information center but it is not easy to do in our conditions. Accordingly when it Is located in a school house, it has to be at the center within easy access of other related rooms such as a classroom and school house. Therefor making a plan and designing a school building, the school library has to be considered preferentially as a main facilities in order to make a school to accept the future.

In this study, in Tongyeong area the distribution of marine products that were produced and treated through fishing and cultivating industry and the trend of main fisheries were investigated for fisheries distribution system and fisheries official circles, and then a structural model of fisheries distribution system for direct transaction was suggested under internet environment, which is an important scheme offering a necessary information rapidly and practically to both producers and consumers. Database system was structured according to distributed process. An op-elative scheme were suggested for sewers of local area information center, complementing functions to exceed each server's ability.

Companies do not be resolved by the FTA services of external aid should be operational by assigning dedicated personnel inside the company. FTA is a choice, not an essential trade agreement requirements. If the exporter contracts to provide a certificate of origin in trade agreements, it shall issue a certificate of origin of goods originating management is performed. When considering the future trend of spreading wide FTA, it should be extended to one year to take advantage of the FTA Certificate of Origin environments utilizing a comprehensive environment for regional countries that require proof of origin between certain countries, such as current. FTA utilization of the future is to utilize the GVC(Global Value Chain) efficiently. In other words, the expansion of the consumer market and take advantage of an efficient production base across borders. These environmental changes are needed development of the FTA utilization promotion and FTA experts. The experts studying how to procure raw materials or intermediate goods exports in a variety of regional foreign countries, to meet the rules of origin is required for a successful FTA utilization. One of the objectives of Origin managers are qualified experts in the country of origin can take advantage of the FTA plan. Therefore, managers of origin shall collect their ability to expand the understanding and information about the industry as an international business perspective beyond the Certificate of Origin. In addition, it should be in their best learning expertise for the introduction and development of country of origin control system in an effort to effectively perform its international FTA utilization. Once the FTA is more widespread in the future and build a common origin information it must not be disconnected until the export enterprises from terminal manufacturers systematically. Therefore origin management is preferred by expanding the knowledge base of teaching and learning in the common sense to the universal subject of specialization from professional schools to promote the relevant departments so that they can be opened in a college or university. An FTA hub linking East and West, also need the confidence that in order to become a center of Glabal Supply Chain Using an FTA Certificate of Origin and stable environment for importers to import products from the country offers. Certificate of Origin and all of them thoroughly exporters and companies related to the administration of origin and should create an atmosphere that can effectively respond to the origin verification. Korea shall endeavor to elicit a geopolitical value (FTA Hub), as well as securing a competitive advantage in the global industry leverage, trading at a reasonable price competitive products thereby enhancing production and economic growth through the FTA.

The purpose of this study is to analyse on the internet use of Korean older adults focused on their socioeconomic characteristics. For this study, data were collected through the face to face interview with aged over 60 using a questionnaire for the residence of Daegu and Kyungsang Buk-Do areas. Subjects were divided into socioeconomic characteristics such as gender, education level, economic level, religion, and life satisfaction. The data were analysed the elderly's internet use such as frequency of internet access, motivation of internet use, utilization of internet, and usefulness of internet based on their socioeconomic characteristics. The results of this empirical study revealed that there exist a significant differences between internet use and socioeconomic characteristics in elderly people. It is hoped that the results of this study provide an essential data for developing the policy of the elderly's digital divide and welfare.

In current computer education, we have inclined to emphasize information literacy for k-12 students. On the other hand, in spite that teachers are core variable in school education system, we have neglected teacher's education of information and communication technology. In addition, we haven't made a effort to expand preservice teacher's ability to utilize information and communication technology in the teacher's college and the college of education. With these recognitions, we made a diagnosis of problems by analysis of current condition of curriculum of the teacher's college and the college of education and explored the vision of ICT utilization education in k-12 computer education in this study. In addition, we suggested educational objectives and contents based on national requiring standards for ICT in teacher preparation, required ICT capability of preservice teachers for kind of teacher's task and the direction of computer education.

One of the many tools used for distributed deep learning training is Kubeflow, which runs on Kubernetes, a container orchestration tool. TensorFlow jobs can be managed using the existing operator provided by Kubeflow. However, when considering the distributed deep learning training jobs based on the parameter server architecture, the scheduling policy used by the existing operator does not consider the task affinity of the distributed training job and does not provide the ability to dynamically allocate or release resources. This can lead to long job completion time and low resource utilization rate. Therefore, in this paper we proposes a new operator that efficiently schedules distributed deep learning training jobs to minimize the job completion time and increase resource utilization rate. We implemented the new operator by modifying the existing operator and conducted experiments to evaluate its performance. The experiment results showed that our scheduling policy improved the average job completion time reduction rate of up to 84% and average CPU utilization increase rate of up to 92%.

Performance curve of the desiccant rotor is an important information when developing and selecting the desiccant dehumidifier. The effective utilization of the energy is major capacity for the system and the desiccant performance curve is a design ability for a designer. By the rotor supply contract with DRI, ECO-DRY programs would be offered. Moreover, it could make remarkable progress in the desiccant system and energy saving. It is good to introduce the programs with the amicable help of DRI.

This study aims to investigate the impact of a mobile-based human coaching healthcare service provided for diabetic patients by nurses on their self-management ability. This study collected data from 311 persons who were diagnosed with diabetes from all over the country, and the collected data were analyzed through SPSS Win 23. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, it was found that the utilization of a glucose meter by the provision of the mobile-based human coaching healthcare service was men group, and there was a statistically significant difference (${\chi}^2=6.059$, p= .048*). Second, there was a positive correlation in the utilization between the glucose meter and an activity tracker band by the provision of the mobile-based human coaching healthcare service, which was statistically significant (r=.660, p< .001). Third, as a result of checking the changes of the utilization of the glucose meter by the provision of the mobile-based human coaching healthcare service, it was maintained between 79% and 41% from Week 1 through 49. In conclusion, this study partially confirmed that the mobile-based human coaching health service was easily accessible and cost-effective in enhancing the participants'self-healthcare ability.

As the world develops into a global society, more and more people want to speak foreign languages fluently. To speak fluently, you must have sufficient training in speaking, which requires a dialogue partner. Recently, it is expected that the development of voice recognition information technology will enable the development of a system for conducting foreign language speaking training without human beings from the other party. In this study, a test bed system for foreign language speaking training was developed and applied to elementary school classes. Elementary school students were asked to present their English conversation situation and conduct speaking training. Then, satisfaction with the system and potential for continuous utilization were surveyed. The system developed in this study has been identified as helpful for the training of learning to speak a foreign language.
