The purpose of this study is to find the continuance intention to use for reCAPTCHA technology which has information security and social contributions (decrypting archives) according to the user's pro-social level. In this research, reCAPTCHA technique generally gives users to information security and decrypting archives. However, as a result of preliminary survey, most users were not even aware of information security and social contributions (decrypting archives) functions. Therefore, in this research, we will measure with two kinds of focus. The first is the assumption that there will be also a difference in the continuance use depending pro-social level of the user of information technology, second we explain only the function of information security to the first group as well as decrypting archives to the second group. Generally, pro-social means that degree of understanding and supporting to the other people's interest, actions, needs, help, and care. In this research, we assume that if users have a low level of others care, they might evaluate that reCAPTCHA technology's social contributions is low. While they have a high level of others care, they recognize reCAPTCHA technology's social contribution is high and then they tend to use this technology continuously. Through this research, we finally find the most efficient way to increase the degree of continuance use of information technology.

본 연구는 정보보안의 연구 중 인간 요소를 다루는 분야의 필요성이 제기되어 융합연구 설계방안을 구성하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보보안의 측면이 보안 정책과 연관되는 인지과정에 미치는 효과성을 검정하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 가용성 차원과 문화 차원의 교차설계로 구성되었고, 정보보안 과정은 정보보안 의식, 대처 효능감, 준수의향, 정보보안 행동의 네 가지 변인으로 측정되었다. 연구 결과, 가용성 차원은 대처 효능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 사례 중심 조건의 영향력이 통계중심 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 문화 차원은 정보보안 의식, 대처 효능감, 준수의향, 정보보안 행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 동질성 조건의 영향력이 다양성 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 제시한 연구 모형은 측정변인으로 재구성된 다원적 매개모형으로 검증되었다. 아울러, 논의는 개인 요소와 조직 특성을 고려한 정보보안 전략의 필요성에 대하여 기술하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the behavioral factors affecting the security attitude and intention to use biometrics password based on the protection motivation theory. This study also investigates security awareness training to understand trust, privacy, and security vulnerability regarding biometric authentication password. This empirical analysis reveals security awareness training boosts the protection motivational factors that affect on the behavior and intention of using biometric authentication passwords. This study also indicates that biometric authentication passwords can be used when the overall belief in a biometric system is present. After all, security awareness training enhances the belief of biometric passwords and increase the motivation to protect security threats. The study will provide insights into protecting security vulnerability with security awareness training.

조직의 정보보안을 위해서는 세 가지 유형의 정보보안(기술적, 물리적 및 관리적 보안) 모두가 중요하며 병행 추진되어야 할 것이지만, 본 연구는 관리적 보안대책의 수립 및 추진의 효과성을 보다 높이기 위한 이론적 근거를 확보하는데 연구목표를 설정하였다. 즉, 기술적 및 물리적 보안대책이 철저하게 정비되고 추진된다고 하더라도 이를 준수하고 실행하는 주체는 결국 조직구성원들이므로 기술적 및 물리적 보안대책이 소기의 성과를 이루기 위해서는 이에 부응한 관리적 보안대책이 균형 있게 추진되는 것이 필수적이기 때문에 관리적 보안을 보다 효과적으로 수행할 수 있기 위한 이론적 근거를 확보하는 것은 매우 중요한 의미를 지닌다고 본다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 효과적인 관리적 보안대책의 수립 추진의 핵심과제라고 할 수 있는 조직구성원들의 정보보안기술 사용의도를 향상시키기 위한 방안 마련 시에 적용될 수 있는 이론적 모형을 개발 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 정보보안기술 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 주요 관련 이론 및 선행연구들에 대한 체계적 고찰을 통해 도출하고 이들 간의 인과적 관계를 논리적으로 추론함으로써 연구모형 및 가설을 도출하였다. 실증분석을 위해서는 국내 대기업들의 직원들을 대상으로 현장서베이를 통한 자료수집을 하였고 부분최소자승법(PLS: Partial Least Squares)기법에 의한 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 유의한 결과는 이론적인 측면에서 관리적 정보보안 분야 연구의 외연을 확대하는데 기여할 수 있다고 보며, 실무적인 측면에서는 제반 조직들이 관리적 정보보안 방안 및 대책 수립을 함에 있어서 업무지침의 일부로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구의 목적은 항만기업 종사자들의 정보보안인식정도와 지각된 정보보안위험 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 어떤 것들이 있는지를 실증 분석하는 것이다. 특히, 지각된 정보보안위험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 위험분석방법론을 토대로 자산, 위협, 취약성과의 관계를 분석하였다. 252개의 유효설문을 대상으로 AMOS를 이용한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 항만기업 종사자의 경우 정보자산은 지각된 정보보안위험에 유의하지 않은 결과로 분석되었다. 둘째, 위협, 취약성은 지각된 정보보안위험에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 정보보안인식과 정보보안교육, 정보보안인식과 정보보안의도와의 관계는 유의하게 분석되었다. 그러나 정보보안관심도는 정보보안인식에 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다.

Growing importance of online security on certification, many of the web-related security technology introduced day by day. Especially, using smart certificate (USIM) is recognized as one of the most safe and convenient method for the security of public certificate. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that affect the Intention of switching to smart certificate for the general public who use public certificate service. Based on migration theory, this study determined the relationship between pull factors, push factors and mooring factors which can affect the intention of switching to smart certificate. To empirically analyze the proposed hypothesis, the statistical analysis were conducted based on the response from 350 public certificate service users using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 2.0. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, system quality, one of the pull factors has positive influence on perceived ease of use. On the other hand, the other pull factor, service quality has positive influence on both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Second, push factors, user experience and information security awareness have positive influence on perceived ease of use only. Third, mooring factor, switching cost does not have influence on switching intention while perceived usefulness has positive influence on. The results of this research can be used for whom has interest to the switching intention of public certificate service for online security and provide the proper understanding about smart certificate service mechanism.

Purpose Fintech has been recently drawing extensive attention all over the world as the innovative trend that will change the future of the global financial industry. However, fintech has been mostly focusing on the payment service in the embryonic stage in Korea. This paper will investigate the approach to increase the intention to use for those who do not use fintech at present. Design/methodology/approach This paper empirically analyzes the impact of innovation of users and the perceived ease-of-use and security on the intention to use through the perceived usefulness and confidence. The 255 survey responses were used to verify research hypotheses through covariate structural equation model. Findings According to the analysis results, it was found that innovation had a significant impact on the perceived usefulness, but had no significant impact on confidence. The perceived usefulness had a significant impact on perceived usefulness and confidence. Moreover, the perceived usefulness and confidence had a significant impact on the intention to use. Meanwhile, it was identified that the security perceived by those who do not use fintech had a negative impact on perceived usefulness, confidence, and intention to use related to fintech. Accordingly, fintech service providers need to determine an approach to help customers to have a positive perception on the security of fintech.

최근 보안에 대한 중요성과 인식이 확대됨에 따라, 기업과 정부는 보안 관리를 위하여 지속적인 노력과 투자를 하고 있다. 그러나 조직에는 여전히 많은 보안 위협이 존재하며, 특히 내부직원에 의한 보안사고가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 그러므로 조직의 보안 관리를 위해서는 무엇보다 구성원이 보안 정책을 준수하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 조직적 측면의 산업보안 활동을 기술적 보안, 물리적 보안, 관리적 보안으로 분류하였고, 개인적 측면의 계획된 행동이론을 적용하여 보안 정책 준수 의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하였다. 통계 분석을 위하여 SPSS 25와 AMOS 25를 활용하였으며, 연구결과, 기술적 보안은 주관적 규범에 정(+)의 영향, 물리적 보안은 지각된 행동통제에 정(+)의 영향, 관리적 보안은 태도에 정(+)의 영향, 태도와 지각된 행동통제는 보안 정책 준수 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 정보보안 정책 준수 의도의 선행변수인 정보보안에 대한 인지된 중요성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 구조방정식 모형을 기반으로 제안 모형을 분석했다. 분석결과, 첫째, 정보보안 교육의 효과성은 정책 준수에 따른 인지된 비용에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보보안 정책의 효과성은 정책 준수에 따른 인지된 비용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지된 취약성은 정책 준수에 따른 인지된 비용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정책 준수에 따른 인지된 비용은 정보보안에 대한 인지된 중요성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 정보보안 침묵에 대한 경영진의 태도는 구성원들의 보안 침묵 행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 정보보안에 대한 의사소통 기회는 구성원들의 보안 침묵 행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 구성원들의 보안 침묵 행위는 정보보안에 대한 인지된 중요성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Since the general quality of life has been improving, people have become interested in "well-being." The widespread acceptance of the importance of "well-being" to quality of life has encouraged people to take more interest in getting health information online when they need it. Expansive use of online health information suggests that individual characteristics (i.e., gender and other traits), Website features, and perceived trust are related to the primary concern for many online health information consumers. This study examines whether familiarity, perceived security, and reputation of health information on various Websites influence the relationship of trust and intention to use by gender. These research results will contribute to the adoption of online health information by gender and, moreover, will provide companies with an understanding of key characteristics of consumers who use emoticons and provide useful implications for marketing strategies to current and future consumers.
